      • LiNb_3O_8의 고주파 유전특성

        Recently many Microwave devices have been newly developed as the demands for mobile communication and satellite broadcasting have been increased. Microwave dielectrics can be use in dielectric resonator, duplexer filter, VCO, GPS antenna and so on. The dielectric properties required for such application are high dielectric constant(ε_r), high Q value and low temperature coefficient of resonant frequency(τ_f). These requirement correspond to necessities for size reduction, excellent frequency selectivity, good temperature stability of devices. This study was focussed on the improvement and understanding for low-temperature sinterbility and microwave dielectric properties in LiNb_3O_8 compositions. The main topics of this study was the relationship between sinter behavior and microwave dielectric properties on LiNb_3O_8 system. As a result, the dielectric constant and Q×f_0 increased linearly with increase in the sinter density. The dielectric constant is about 34 and the Q×f_0 at a microwave frequencies is over 58000.

      • 국내 원자력발전소의 사용후핵연료 선원항 평가에 관한 연구

        우리나라에서도 원자력발전이 상용화된지 이십여년을 넘어서면서 원자력발전을 하고 있는 다른 나라와 마찬가지로 사용후핵연료 관리가 국가적인 문제로 심각히 대두되고 있다. 중간저장 시설은 1997년부터 운영예정이었으나 현재 그의 부지가 아직 확보되지 못한 상태에서 그 운전개시 시점이 불확실하다. 그리고 중간저장 이후의 사용후핵연료 정기관리 전략이 아직 마련되어 있지 못한 실정이다. 그러므로 발전소에서 발생되는 사용후핵연료 양과 그에 따른 선원항 평가는 반드시 선행되어야 할 것이다. 이제 본 연구에서는 국내 사용후핵연료 형태중 17×17에 대해서 농축도와 연소도 그리고 냉각시간별로 선원항 평가를 하였다. 사용후핵연료 선원항 평가를 위해 미국 Nuclear Regulatory Commission(NRC)의 인·허가 코드인 SCALE 코드를 이용하였다. 선원항 평가는 SCALE 코드의 모듈을 이용하였다. 선원항 평가 결과 농축도와 3.5 w/o와 연소도 35 GWD/MTU 일때 Cooling Time 0.3년은 7.5651E+16, 1년 2.8954E+16, 3년 9.8242E+15, 5년 5.4000E+15, 10년 3.0945E+15으로 계산되었으며, Cooling Time이 0.3년일때와 10년일때의 Source Term이 크게 차이가 남을 알 수 있었다. 방사선량율은 10 ㎝부터 500 ㎝ 까지 거리에 따라 선량율에 대하여 10 ㎝ 4.8365E+03(㏉/hr)에서 500 ㎝ 7.8456E+01으로 감소함을 알 수 있었다. 현재 국내 사용후핵연료에 대한 선원항 평가가 이루어지지 않았으며, Data Base 구축이 기초단계 이므로 이러한 기초자료는 추후 저장조가 건설되면 사용후핵연료 안전성과 관련하여 사용할 수 있는 것이고 기초 Data Base구축하는데 이용할 수 있을 것이다 As nuclear power has been used in our country over 20 years, spent fuel management is raised seriously as one of the national`s problems, which lies in similar situation to other countries having nuclear power plants. An interim storage facility has been planned to operate in 1997, it is highly uncertain whether this facility will start to operate by the time because the site has not been decided yet. After the intermediate storage, the spent fuel periodical management strategy has not prepared yet. Therefore it has to be preceded that the spent fuel quantity which is happening at the power station and the following source term. Now the main have evaluated the source term according to enrichment, burn-up, and cooling time for 17×17 of spent fuel form. I used the SCALE code which were certified by Nuclear Regulatory Commission(NRC) for the source term calculations of Spent Fuel. The source term was calculated, which reflected the feature of target nuclear fuel using ORIGEN-S, a module of the SCALE Code, and the exposure dose rates were calculated by using the QADS modules, considering the geometry. When the enrichment in the evaluated result of source term is 3.5 w/o and the burn-up is 35 GWD/MTU, the cooling time 0.3year is 7.561E+16(photon/second), 1year 2.8954E+16, 3year 9.8242E+15, 5year 5.400E+15, 10year 3.0945E+15 and found that the big difference in Photon Spectrum of cooling time 0.3year and 10year. I have found that radiation dose rate is decreased in 10㎝ 4.8365E+03(㏉/hr) into 500 ㎝ 7.8456E+01 for dose rate according to distance from 10 ㎝ to 500 ㎝. It is not made the source term evaluation on the domestic spent fuel, and since the data base construction is basic level, some time later, if the storage place is constructed, in connection with the safety, these basic data can be used and we can construct these basic data base.

        디지털상품의 국제거래 유형과 분쟁 해결방안

        Digital goods are defined as intangible and non-physical goods, composed of a combination of digital signals, electronically represented as 0 and 1. They are also called as digital products, electronic transmissions, information goods, digital contents, computer information, etc. Digital goods are now traded both domestically and internationally as well as on-line and off-line. Korean government revised the Basic Law on Foreign Trade to include digital goods and services as the scope of foreign trade in 2001. Trade volume of digital goods are increasing in Korea. The supply chains of digital goods from producing the components to selling globally to consumers are different from conventional physical goods. Mostly, digital goods are traded on the license basis rather than ownership contract. End User License Agreements(EULAs), such as shrink-wrap, click- wrap, or browser-wrap licenses are very popular in online transactions. Unlike conventional physical goods, the breach of license contract is closely linked with the infringement of intellectual property rights. Digitalized intellectual property is easy to copy and transmit in the cyber space. In cases of legal disputes from the breach of license contract, commercial arbitration or on-line alternative dispute resolutions(ADRs) are regarded as better approach to solve them rather than court sues. For promoting more secure and reliable international trade of digital goods. arbitration clauses should be included in most of license contracts.

        In the analysis of isolated phase bus bar(IPB), the magnetic field distribution generated by large current must be understood accurately. Especially, while the current of bus conductor is flowing, almost the same amount of current as the current of bus conductor is induced in the enclosures under the influence of time varying magnetic field, and the large electric loss and the deterioration of insulating capability might occur due to Joule heating effect. Therefore the optimal design of IPB satisfying the condition of minimizing the electric loss, the magnetic field distribution and eddy current characteristics around the enclosures must be analysed accurately. In this paper, the magnetic field distribution and the eddy current characteristics of three phase isolated phase bus have been studied along the phase angle by comparing the effect of eddy current on the magnetic field distribution with the case that eddy current is not considered, and also the effect of material thickness and radius of enclosure on the eddy current distribution is discussed. In the analysis of time varying magnetic field, instead of finite difference method(FDM) which is generally used, finite element method(FEM) with phasor concept is investigated under the assumption that the bus current is purely sinusoidal.         This paper presents an efficient method which can approximate the systems with unstructured dynamics using Laguerre networks. The proposed method is to approximate a unstructured unknown systems adaptively from only input-output information, which can exclude additional procedure for system identification and thus reduce the required computational burden for real-time approximation. Higher convergence speed is achieved with our manner.

        The Geneva Convention on the territorial Sea and the Contiguous Zone of 1958 contains only one paragraph ―Art. 16 para. 4― which refer to the passage through international straits. Without distinction from the territorial sea in general, also in the territorial waters of the coastal states of strait, international shippings enjoy the right of innocent passage. In the current law of innocent passage, however, there are above all three areas which are not clear or contain gaps: the substance of the "security" of the coastal state, violaion of which deprives a passage of its innocent character; the admissibility of a coastal state's preventive measures against a vessel; the scope of a coastal state's power to regulate a passage and the means of sanction. As a consequence of these uncertainties it is left largely to the discretion of a coastal state whether a passage offends against peace and security. Beside these questional points which belong to juridical interpretation of the convention, some factors have fundamentally changed the actual conditions and legal relations in respect of exploitation of the sea. Above all, they are, on the one hand, the ever more serious dangers to traffic and environment which emanate from shipping, and, on the other, the general tendency to enlarge the area of the territorial sea to 12 nautical miles width. As the tendency towards 12-mile wide territorial seas bring to many straits―121 new straits―the status of territorial waters, a variety of military and strategic considerations inevitably arise. Considering above-mentioned conditions, the Third United Nations Conference on the Law of the Sea(which started in 1973 and issued the Informal Composite Negotiating Text/Rev. 2 in 1980, its ninth session) introduce a new regime of the passage through international straits. Article 38 of ICNT provides: 1. In straits referred to in article 37, all ships and aircraft enjoy the right of transit passage which shall not be impeded…… 2. Transit passage is the exercise in accordance with this part of the freedom of navigation and overflight soly for the purpose of continuous and expeditious transit of the strait…… Reviewing the cumulative process of the conference, it may be said that the right of transit passage linked directly or delicately with 12-mile breadth of the territorial waters has got a kind of consensus. There could no longer be any changes of substance that affect the consensus, because the "balance" of the convention is so delicate that any serious revisional action would surely prove destructive. Thus estimating present stage of the conference and desiring its successful conclusion, we may keep silence, for the time being, in regard to the right of transit regulated in the Negotiating Text. We cannot, however, give up ultimately our view that request, for the benefit of Strait-States in future, some relevant considerations in respect to the right of transit of warships(including submarines) and military aircraft.

      • 쇄골 중간부 골절후 불유합 및 지연 유합의 원인

        쇄골 중간 1/3 부위의 골절은 치료 결과가 양호하여 보존적 치료가 원칙적으로 받아 들어지고 잇으며 불유합에 대한 빈도도 낮은 것으로 되어 있다. 그러나 최근 전위 및 단축의 정도가 심할 경우 높은 불유합의 결과와 불량한 임상 결과를 보고하고 있어 이런 예에 대해선 수술적 치료를 권장하고 있다. 저자들은 단축 및 전위의 정도와 불유합의 연관성을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 대상 및 방법 : 1993년 2월부터 2002년 1월까지 본원에 내원 했던 성인 중간부 쇄골 골절 환자 194명 중 완전 전위를 보인 78례를 조사하여 이중 63례를 대상으로 분석하여 후 향적 연구를 시행하였다. 4개월 추시 후에도 방사성 사진상 유합 소견이 관찰되지 않으면 불유합의 유의성을 알아보고자 하였다. 결 과 : 63례 중 불유합 및 지연 유합을 소견을 보인 환자는 15(23%)례였다. 골유합을 보인 48례의 단축은 평균 8.6㎜(2㎜-17㎜)였고, 전위는 평균 9.7㎜(2-22㎜)였다 .불유합 및 지연 유합을 보였던 15례에서 단축은 평균 14.5㎜(3㎜-37㎜), 전위는 평균 17.3㎜(4-25㎜)였다. 18㎜이상 단축이 있었던 경우 불유합의 발생과는 통계학적으로 유의성을 나타내었고(Fisher's exact test, p<0.01), Chi-square test상 16㎜ 이상의 전위를 보였던 경우 불유합 발생과 통계학적으로 의미가 있었다(p<0.01). 결 론 : 쇄골 골절 특히 중간 1/3의 골절은 비교적 보존적 치료에 결과가 좋은 것으로 되어 있으나, 전위 및 단축이 심한 경우 불유합에 대한 가능성이 높이 때문에 보다 경과 관찰시 유합의 진행이 없으면 적극적인 치료를 고려해야한다. Purpose : Because the prognosis of the mid 1.3 clavicle fracture is good, the conservative treatment with a figure of 8 bandage is the gold standard and the nonunions are rare. However, recently surgical treatment is recommended when the shortening and displacement is severe because of the high nonunion rate and the poor clinical result. This study was undertaken to evaluate that the shortening and displacement at fracture site are associated with the development of nonunion. Materials and Methods : We analysed the 194 fractures of mid 1/3 clavicle in adults which had been treated conservatively from February 1993 to January 2002 and did the retrospective study. Of these, 78 cases were originally in the middle third of the clavicle and had been completely displaced. We reviewed 63 of these cases. The shortening and displacement at the fracture site was measured on the initial roentgenogram. And the analysis of the patients' chart was done for another predisposing nonunion factors. Nonunion and delayed union are considered to be present when there has been little or no progression of clinical or radiographic healing at a minimum of 4 months after injury. Results : 15 of the 63 cases had developed nonunion.. The average 8.6㎜(2㎜-17㎜) shortening and average 9.7㎜(2-22㎜) in the union patients. The average 14.5㎜(3㎜-37㎜) shortening and average 17.3㎜(4-25㎜) in the nonunion patients. We found that initial shortening ≥18㎜(Fisher's exact test, p<0.01) and initial displacement ≥ 16㎜(Chi-square test. p<0.01)at the fracture site were significantly associated with the development of nonunion. Conclusion : The conservative treatment with figure-80-bandage is the gold standard in the clavicle middle one third fracture. However, the nonunion is commonly occurs in the cases of more of severely shortened and displaced fractures. If there are no signs of callus formation and the patient complains of pain after several week, osteosynthesis should be considered.

        The composition and the microstructure of the Ag-Cu alloy electrodeposits electroplated in Succinimide bath were investigated varying the electrolysis conditions such as bath composition, current density and additive agents etc. The cathode overpotential increased with the increase of Succinimide concentration and current density ratio in the bath. The Ag content of the alloy deposits decreased with the increase of current density and pH and temperature in the bath. The optimum condition for 78wt.%Ag-22wt.%Cu code position alloy is an follows : pH10(adjusted by NH_4OH), 0.03M AgNO_3, 0.27M Cu(NO_3)_2 3H_2O, 0.5M Succinimide in bath and 3.5A/dm^2∼5.5A/dm^2 current density.

      • 옥소바나듐(Ⅳ)-카르복실레이트 착물의 자기적 및 적외선 분광학적 성질

        카르복실기를 갖는 리간드들과 옥소바나듐(Ⅳ)사이에 형성되는 착화합물(VO(picn)₂,VO(htmq)₂, VO(quin)₂ 및 VO(pyra)₂ㆍ2H₂O)들을 합성하여 그들의 IR 및 자기적 특성을 조사하였다. 이들의 자화율 값과 V=O결합의 신축진동수 값으로부터 VO(picn)₂및 VO(htmq)₂ 착화합물에 있어 강한 분자간 상호작용이 존재하는 것으로 추정하였다. IR데이타를 그거로할 때 4개의 옥소바나듐(Ⅳ) 착물들에 있어 카르복실기는 모두 한자리 배위자로서 작용함을 알 수 있었다. 자유리간드와 옥소바나듐 착물의 IR스펙트럼을 비교 검토함으로써 중심원자와 리간드주게원자들로 구성되는 배위권에서의 기본진동 형태를 분류하고 착물 형성후 나타난 새로운 IR흡수띠들을 분류한 진동 형태와 대응시켰다. Four oxovandium(Ⅳ) complexes with carboxylate ligands, VO(picn)₂, VO(htmq)₂, VO(quin)₂ and VO(pyra)₂ㆍ2H₂O have been prepared and studied. Infrared spectral data coupled with the results of magnetic susceptivility study strongly suggest that there are relltively strong intermolecular interactions in VO(picn)₂ and VO(htmq)₂. In all oxobanadium(Ⅳ) complexes studied in this work, the carboxylate ligand coordinates to the metal ion in the unidentated fashion. Some fundamental vibration modes of oxovanadium(Ⅳ) complexex were empirically assigned from the difference in the spectrum of metal complex with free ligand.
