개선된 수렴 성능을 갖는 연속시간 시스템의 MRAC 구현

This paper presents a method which considerably improves the convergence performance of MRAC for continuous time systems. Conventional method cannot guarantee fast convergence performance due to too much computational burden required for real-time implementation. By reducing the computational burden of the conventional method, the proposed scheme considerably improves convergence performance, which allows real-time implementation of continuous MRAC systems. Simulation results show tat faster convergence speed is achieved by proposed method.

The effects of the decoctions, which was prepared from Rehmanniae Radix or Rehmanniae Radix prep.. on the rat damaged with CC14 was examined. The results were followed 1. The decoctions had the effects which significantly decreased the levels of ALT, AST, LDH and billirubin in the blood of damaged rat. 2 . The decoctions had the effects which increased the levels of glucose and ALP in the blood of damaged rat. 3. The decoctions had no effect on the activities of ALT, AST, LDH, ALP. 4. The decoctions had a accelerative effects on the recovary of damaged liver. These results suggest that Rehmanniae Radix had some effects on the recovary of damaged tissues
일본 가고시마 이즈미 후모토 마을의 근세 무사주택의 평면공간특성에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 일본의 전통 주거마을 중 무사주택 군의 공간특성을 분석하고 마을단위의 주거군의 표본 자료를 축적하는 것이다. 근세시대 주택의 내부 공간특성을 분석할 원형도면을 작성하였으며, 표본은 무사주택 35가구로 하였다. 이즈미 마을의 무사주택은 메이지 전기까지는 일본 전통주택의 일반적 특성을 다수의 주택에서 볼 수 있었다. 그러나 이후는 점차적으로 평면이 간결해지고 실의 접속관계를 줄여 방의 융통성이 감소하였다. 그래서 가장의 권위와 집안의 위상을 높이는 방법으로 시선과 경계 그리고 절차를 구성한 것으로 보인다. This study aims to analyze the spatial characteristics of a group of samurai residences among other traditional Japanese villages and to accumulate the village-level sample data of a residential group, which can serve as the foundation for a wide range of discussions. Using data that had been gathered since 1989, this study draw up a prototype floor plans to analyze the indoor spatial features of the residences in the modern period, and sampled 35 samurai houses. The following are the results of this study. The general characteristics of traditional Japanese houses were found among many Izumi Fumoto samurai residences up until the early Meiji period. However, after gradually the floor plan became more and more simplified; connections between rooms were reduced, decreasing their flexibility; and there was a rise in the number of houses with a larger area devoted to the Nando, a room for women and family members. The access of a visitor involved changes in one’s eye-level view and established physical and psychological boundaries, which this study conjectures was used as a method to ensure that the visitor recognized the authority of the patriarch and to raise the family’s reputation. As their floor plan was simplified, Izumi Fumoto samurai houses established one’s eye view, boundaries, and procedures as a way to enhance the authority of the man of the family and the family’s reputation. In addition, while there was an increasing number of residences that expanded the area of the Nando, in which family members slept and used the space in a stable way, they maintained the exclusivity of private space and did not clearly show who would use it.
시장친화적 토지공개념 - 지대 공유 사상에 대한 비판 검토 -

“Public concept of land” is a perception that land, compared with privately produced goods, needs more public concerns and regulations. As real estate is probably one of the most important factors to have caused unjust economic inequality in recent decades, there have been hot debates on various land policy options. Henry George, an American land reformer in 19th century, suggested collection of land rent for public revenue can solve the problem. There have been, however, numerous critiques and doubts concerning his solution. This paper deals with three serious and important Korean critics, Kwak Tae-Won, Kim Chung-Ho and Lee Jae-Yul. The conclusion of the review is that not only their critics and doubts are either irrelevant or groundless but also the public collection of land rent is necessary for distributive justice as well as for economic efficiency of land market. The paper also proposes a practical measure, called Land Value Tax with Interest Deduction (LVT-ID) as an alternative to the full Land Value Tax (LVT) suggested by Henry George. The LVT-ID eradicates real estate speculation like the LVT, but it protects current landowners by preserving land price unlike the LVT which makes land price fall down to zero. 토지는 자연이 부여한 우리 모두의 삶의 터전이고 인공적으로 면적과 위치를 바꿀 수 없다. 또 토지 사용은 공간적 및 시간적으로 이웃 토지와 후세에 상당한 영향을 준다. 그래서 토지는 다른 물자에 비해 공공성이 높을 수밖에 없는데, 이런 인식이 바로 토지공개념이다. 토지의 공공성을 위해서는 자연히 토지에 대해서는 다른 물자에 비해 더 많은 공적 제한을 가하게 된다.1) 그런데 우리나라에서는 ‘토지공개념’이라는 용어가 부동산투기 대책으로 등장하였고 지금도 그런 식으로 이해하는 국민이 많기 때문에 이 글에서도 부동산투기 억제를 위한 토지공개념에 초점을 맞추려고 한다. 우선 부동산투기 대책에 관한 필자의 견해를 소개하고, 그 대책의 핵심인 지대 공유 사상에 관한 여러 가지 의문, 비판, 염려에 대해 검토하기로 한다.
