      • 급성 신부전증을 초래한 Wegener씨 육아종증 1례

        호흡기 증상과 급성신부전증이 발생된 환자에서 혈액검사, 혈청학적 검사, 방사선학적 검사, ANCA test 및 신생검을 통하여 Wegener씨 육아종증을 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. 본질환이 재발하는 경우는 cyclophosphamide에서 azathioprine으로 치료약을 바꾸었을때나 특히 ANCA 반응이 양성으로 지속시 발생한다. Godman과 Churg는 상기도의 괴사성 육아성 병변, 하기도의 괴사성 혈관염, 국한성 신사구체염을 진단의 지표로 삼았다. 특히 상기도 점막의 생검 소견상 괴사성 육아성 혈관염이 보이면 일단 본 증을 의심하고 폐 생검과 신 생검이 필요로 한다. Wegener's Granulomatosis is an uncommon disease which is characterized by granulomatous vasculitis of both lung and kidney. Although the cause is unknown, it's suggesting that disordered immunity with both antibody and cell-mediated tissue damage occurs. The disease affects patients of any age. Characteristic clinical manifestations are diverse but in clude saddle nose deformity, sinusitis, productive coughing, myalgia, fever etc. Characteristic laboratory abnormalities include elevated ESR, neutrophilic leukocytosis, anemia and positive test for ANCA test. Renal biopsy is important for diagnosis. The treatment of choice is a combination of corticosteroid and cytotoxic agent. A53-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital because of productive coughing, short of breathing, oliguria, nausea, and vomiting. Three months ago, she was suffered from general weakness, poor appetite, tingling sensation on extremity, and loosely stool. Twenty days ago, above symptoms were aggravated, she admitted local clinic. Six days ago, because of CBC showed anemia , she was done transfusion. During transfusion, she was developed urticaha then productive coughing, dyspnea, increased serum BUN and creatinine levels. She was transferred to our hospital under the impression of ARF. On the admission, she was chronic ill-looking appearance with pale conjunctiva, tachypnea, dyspnea, and cold sweating. We have checked the patient by CBC, serum and serologic test, X-ray, ANCA test, renal biopsy. With renal biopsy microscopic examination study revealed necrotizing vasculitis, We treated a combination therapy with methyl-PDS and cyclophosphamide. She had a good response. So we report wegener's granulomatosis with the review of relevant literature.

        A. 高校 科學 (生物·地球科學) 및 數學科 探究學習의 評價模型 定立과 評價紙 開發

        Currently the evaluation of high school science and mathematics learning has been too much knowledge-centered without concerning the inquiring ability or scientific attitude. This study, therefore, was made for the purpose of establishing of evaluation model for high school science (biology and earth science) and mathematics learning and its evaluation items. In this paper, the research was done about three fields, biology, earth science and mathematics. 1. For the biology, the evaluation methods of inquiry learning were studied with the foreign references, and proper evaluation items were suggested. 2. For the earth science, after analizing 5 kinds of earth science textbook of current using in high school, essential 19 items were selected. 5 of them were tested in test group and control group, then, the results were analized. 3. For the mathematice, the teaching elements of「Set」and「Flow chart」in mathematics (Ⅰ) were selected and structured. Detailed teaching objects were established and evaluation items were introduced.

      • Benson's Group Additivity Method를 이용한 염화다환방향족 화합물의 열역학적물성치 평가와 생성반응경로에 관한 연구

        도시폐기물 소각시설에서 다이옥신류는 chlorobenzene, chlorophenols, PCBs등의 염소성분이 포함된 방향족화합물과 함께 폐기물의 소각처리시 불완전 연소로 인해 주로 생성된다. 이들 다이옥신 생성에 대한 반응메카니즘의 예측에 필요한 다이옥신을 형성하는 전구물질인 분자 및 radical의 정확한 열역학적 물성치를 평가하기 위해 Benson's group additivity method에서는 고려되지 않는 Cl, F, OH, CH3등과 같은 2개 이상의 치환기가 결합된 방향족화합물에 대한 computer code인 THERM을 이용하여 엔탈피(Hf), 엔트로피(St), 열용량(Cp)을 평가하였다. 또한 이와 같은 열역학적 물성치 평가법의 신뢰성을 검토하기 위해 다양한 방향족화합물에 대한 실험적으로 측정된 문헌치와 평가치와의 절대오차는 para-cresol의 0.02kcal/mole에서 hexamethylbenzene의 3.46kcal/mole로 좁은 범위를 나타내었다. 또한 다이옥신을 생성하는 전구물질들의 열역학적 물성치를 THERM을 이용해 간접적으로 평가함으로써 다이옥신을 형성하는 주요 생성반응 경로에 대해 살펴본 결과는 다이옥신을 형성하는 기초반응(elementary reaction)중 욤소수가 많은 반응물질일수록 반응이 더 잘 일어남을 알수 있었다. Chlorinated dioxins are often observed in effluent from oxidation or incineration such as chlorobenzenes, chlorophenols and PCBs. It would be of significant value to have an accurate and fundamental understanding of the mechanism for dioxin formation, in addition to the knowledge of dioxin thermodynamic properties, in order to assist in the design of stategies to effectively control or reduce emissions of these compounds. Very little has been published on the thermodynamic properties and elementary reactions which lead to formation of dioxins. Benson group additivity method, when used for the estimation of thermodynamic properties of molecules, does not account for all interactions between functional groups or atoms on aromatics, such as chlorines, hydroxyl or ether linkages. Therefore thermodynamic properties of dioxins are estimated by THERM based on Benson's group additivity method corrected by interactions group. Absolute errors between our predictions and literature values range from a low of 0.02 kcal/mole for paracresol to a high 3.46kcal/mole for hexamethylbenzene. We use these thermodynamic calculations to show the feasibility of several elementary reaction pathways leading to dioxin formation, where the presence of chlorine acts to enhance or lower the Gibbs free energy of reactions.

      • 朝鮮通信使往還における日本側の接待問題 : An Analysis of Arai Hakusekis Revision of Treatment Terms and the Reason of Delegation Exchange Ruptures 新井白石の特遇改定分析と通信使行停止の意味

        本考는, 壬辰·丁酉兩亂後, 對馬의 誠意있는 交涉과 德川家康의 和親政策을 받아들여, 修好刷還, 또는 善隣慶賀使節로서 訪日했던 通信使에 대한 日本側의 接待內容을 살펴본 論文이다. 韓·日間의 二千年歷史에서 兩國이 가장 隣好로 通交한 일은 역시 豊臣秀吉의 兩亂以後인 近世朝鮮中期(宣祖40)부터 末期에 이르는 約 260年間이라 할 수 있겠다. 이 時期에 우리나라에서는 親善友好使節團인 通信使가 12回나 日本에 派遣되어 韓國史, 日本史의 各槪說書에도 通信使訪日事實을 敍述하고 있다. 그러나, 실제로 通信使의 性格이나 活躍이 무엇이며, 通信使訪日이 갖는 歷史的 意義는 무엇인지 제대로 알려져 있지않는 상태로 그친 실정이다. 이런 意味로 本考에서는 우선, 一行 500여명의 通信使가 日本領內에서 보통 5∼8개월동안 체재하는중, 거기에 따른 經濟問題나 勞力動員, 實行者의 立場은 어떠하였으며, 執權者의 意圖는 무엇인지를 前提로 通信使送迎準備에 관한 全般的過程을 整理하여 보았다. 더욱이 日本으로서는 通信使가 唯一한 修交國使節團이고, 또한 自國의 繁榮을 과시하려는 점에서도 지나친 歡待를 하여 沿道各藩의 제정고갈을 야기시키는 상황에까지 이르렀다. 이러한 立場에서 6代將軍家宣襲職祝賀使節團(1711年)때에는 드디어 通信使에 대한 待遇改正이 斷行되었다. 이것이 이른바 "新井白石의 正德通信使待遇改革"이다. 江戶慕府家宣時代의 中心人物로서 政治的實力者인 新井白石의 改革을 日本의 歷史敎科書에는, "從來, 지나치게 정중했던 朝鮮使節의 待遇를 改正하여 나라의 權威를 높였다"고 敍述하고 있다. 그러나 日本에서 一般的으로 알려진 만큼, 실제로 待遇簡系化가 成果가 있었는지의 여부를 分析檢討하여 보았다. 또한 純祖11(1811)年에는 通信使行이 政治中心地인 江戶가 아니고, 對馬에서 易地行禮가 이루어졌는데 결국 그 原因은 어디에 있는지를 新井白石의 待遇改正과 관련하여 論考하여 보았다. 結論的으로는 前後通信使行을 통해, 韓·日關係에 있어서 잊혀져가는 歷史的事實의 眞實을 알고, 이를 토대로 今後韓·日兩國의 보다높은 友好增進을 認識시키는 契機를 提示코자 하였다. .

      • 화포습지(경상남도 김해)의 관속식물상

        The flora of vascular plants of wetland in Hwapo, Gimhae, Gyeongsangnam-do were investigated 3 times at 8 sites from 27 June 2001 to 13 September 2001. The flora was composed of 46 families,105 genera, and 136 taxa. Among them, the hydrophytes were confirmed as 29 taxa(21.3%), hygrophytes were 32 taxa(23.5), and terrestrial plants were 75 taxa(55.1%). Hydrophytes were composed of 15 taxa emergent hydrophytes, 5 taxa submerged hydrophytes, 4 taxa floating-leaved hydrophytes, and 3 taxa emergent hydrophytes. The dominant hydrophytes were Phragmites communis Trin. and Zizania latifolia Turcz.. The rare plants of Hydrocharis dubia (Blume) Backer, Rorippa globosa Thell., Trapella sinensis var. antennifera Hara., and Wolffia arrhiza (L.) Wimmer were colledted in these area.

        韓國 白堊紀 慶尙層群의 恐龍足痕

        We observe the dinosaur footprints found in Dukmyeong-ri, Hai-myeon, Goseong-gun, Kyungsangnam-do, particularly the ones along the Sangzok coast in details. A total of 75 Trackways are identified in eight horizons: 63 thackways are for bipedal and the other 13 for quadrupedals The footprints of bipedal measure 22-37cm in length and 20-35cm in width, while the pes of quadrupedal are found to have the dimension of 24-38cm in length and 18-37cm width. The direction of tracks in six horizon shows a trend of nonrandoms.

      • 점성유체 분류의 분열길이에 관한 연구

        The measurement of breakup length of viscous liquid jet was conducted by a 3CCD digital video camera.The nozzle diameters of 4, 6, 8mm with L/d=50 were selected and the dynamic viscosity of viscous liquid made of glycerine and water was in the range of 1.061×10-6m2/s to 4.935×10-5m2/s. The critical velocity is decreased and the breakup length is increased with the increase of nozzle diameter at the same dynamic viscosity of liquid.At the same nozzle diameter, the breakup length and the critical velocity are both increased with the increase of dynamic viscosity of liquid.It is found in the theoretical analysis that the initial disturbance level is the main cause of occurrance of critical Reynolds number in the stability curve. The comparison of experimental critical Reynolds number and the empirical correlation by Tanasawa and Toyota reveals the relatively good agreement.

      • 생태 유아교육에 대한 교수, 원장 및 교사의 인식에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this research is to find out the level of understandings of professors, directors, and teachers about ecology centered early childhood education. This research is to outline the direction the ecology centered early childhood education should take. Below are the research problems that are dealt with in this research. First, what are the understandings of professors, directors, and teachers about the status of current ecology system? Second, what are the understandings of professors, directors, and teachers to the present early childhood education? Third, what are the understanding of professors, directors, and teachers about ecology centered early childhood education? Fourth, what are the ideas of professors, directors, and teachers about the preconditions and problems that arise when practicing the ecology centered early childhood education? The research targets used in this research are a total of 526 people ; 71 professors from the departments of Early Childhood Education and Child & Family Studies located in the Pusan, Ulsan, Kyung-nam areas and 88 directors and 367 teachers of both private and public kindergartes and child care centers. The research tool used for this research is a questionnaire asking the 'understandings of professors, directers and teachers about the ecology centered early childhood education' that has 48 questions including the forty cπle 5-ponts rating scale asking about each research target. The summaries of the important results of this research are listed below. First, for the understanding of the ecology system, all three research targets did not have the tendency for firmly favoring the ecology system. However, they recognize the crisis of environment and know why this crisis is occurring, Also, they have the understanding that to know why this crisis one has to know the limits of technology, the policy of the government has to be changed, and proper education has to be given. Second, to the understanding of the present early childhood education, there are some difference of understandings, but they recognized that the present early childhood education is not nature based but mostly technology based and they are not satisfied with the present system. This shows that they understand that the present technology oriented early childhood education has to be changed to the ecology early childhood education. Third, for this change to happen, new ecology centered early childhood education programs have to be made and applied, Also, the present early childhood education with the education system of promoting teachers and directors has to be changed to a whole new direction.
