In this study ion implantation through any arbitrary mask structure for boron or phosphorus impurities can be simulated. The computer program for obtaining the two-dimensional impurity distribution and redistribution of impurity during annealing was developed. Also the final doping profiles are shown in three-dimensional surface plots.

응용을 위한 ISFET의 측정회로

The ion-sensitive field-effect transistor (ISFET) is one of the family of chemically sensitive semiconductor devices(CSSD) which has been the object of considerable research and development. This study describes the operation of an ISFET as an electronic device. The measurement circuit based on this operation theory is developed for an appropriate ISFET application.

Verticillium sp.가 생산하는 cellulase의 정제 및 그 성질

The cellulase of verticillium sp. was purified to investigate its some properties. The enzyme purification was carried out by ammonium sulfate fractionation, and column chromatography of Sephadex G-50, G-100 and DEAE Sephadex A-25, with its specific activity increased to 17 fold. The molecular weight was estimated to be 46,000 by gel filtration. The optimum pH and temperature were pH 7 and 50℃, respectively. The enzyme was stable over the range of pH5-7 at 50℃ for 1 hour. But half of its activity was lost after 2 hour. The km value was calculated to be 1.2mg of CMC/㎖.

자재소요계획용 유연정보시스템 개발사례에 관한 연구

This study suggests a procedure for construction flexible information systems for material requirement planning(MRP) under the circumstances of small and medium enterprises. To this end, a methodology in algorithmic expression is presented, in which learning curve is applied for calculating the practical lead-time, and real-time calculation of inventory for parts is performed condering all possible situations occurred in manufacturing as well as procurement sites. Finally, a case study is carried out for a small and medium enterprise producing several type of valves for ships in order to demonstrate the procedure proposed.

악성림프종 환자에서 복합화학요법으로 유발된 백혈구 감소증에 대한 인형 재조합 과립구 집락형성-촉진인자(rhG-CSF: Neutrogin)의 효과

Clinical effects of rhG-CSF were investigated in 17 patients receiving chemotherapy for non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Patients were given G-CSF 2㎍/㎏/day after 2nd cycle chemotherapy for least 14 consecutive days, and clinical and laboratory results were compared to results of the first cycle. Treatment with G-CSF resulted in increase of mean WBC count(952.9±152.2㎜³vs 1882.4±350.4/㎜³) and neutrophil count(212.9±53.0/㎜³vs 841.5±238.0/㎜³), reduced the duration of leukocytopenic days(12.4±1.3 days vs 5.5±1.0 days, WBC count less than 4000/㎜³) and neutropenic days(4.5±0.9 days vs 2.3±0.7 days, neutrophil count less than 500/㎜³), and reduced the duration of neutropenic fever(5.8±1.1 days vs 0.9±0.5 days). The side effects of G-CSF were not so significant. These results demonstrated that G-CSF is safe and useful for the treatment of neutropenia induced by anticancer chemotherapy of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and reducing the incidence of febrile periods and duration of antibiotic administration.

항결핵 치료과정에서 호전되었다가 악화된 뇌 결핵종 1예 보고

In spite of nationmide tuberculosis control program, tuberculosis is still prevalent in Korea. Accordingly, tuberculous meningitis also poses one of the main trouble some problems. Recently, We experienced a perplexing case of tuberculous menin-gitis and tubercdoma in a 24-year old female patient. She was admitted to our hospital owing to meningeal irritation sign, aphasia, VI nerve palsy, and ,fever. CSF analysis showed a finding consistent with that of presumptive tuberculous meningitis.. Initial MRI of the brain revealed a large mass(tuhercu1oma) on left parieto-temporal area. Antitubeculous regimen(1soniazid (INH), rifampin(RMP), ethambutol(EMB), pyrazinamide(PZA)} of meningeal dose was given immediately, and her symptoms and signs were dramatically disappeared with a few days after treatment. She was discharged with improved condition and under maintenance treatment of tuberculosis. Follow-up one year after treatment. revealed that the previous lesion was nearly diminished. She showed no symptom at all until she recognized a total blindness of sudden onset on her left eye a t the 18th month of treatment. Brain MRI checked at that time showed multiple masses of tuberculoma scattered over the brain base and one of them invaded left optic nerve. In our opinion, the cause of relapse in this patient might he explained by the selection and ultimate replication of a minor population of resistant strain. Although such relapse is an extremely rare event, we think that we should always pay attention to this possible resistance problem every time we meet patients with tuberculous meningitis.

2017년도 2학기 신라대학교 재학생의 부산인식 설문조사의 분석

We analyzed the questionnaires of 90 students born in Busan who are attending Silla University in the second semester of 2017. In religion, 65.6% of the students responded that they are non-religious, followed by Buddhism with 18.9%. Protestantism 13.3% and Catholicism with 2.2%. Surveyee’s fathers’ hometown was Busan(45.6%), Gyeongnam(30%), Daegu·Gyeongbuk(4.4%) and Honam·Jeju(4.4%). Mothers’ hometown was Busan(47.8%), Gyeongnam(28.9%), Daegu·Gyeongbuk(6.7%) and Honam·Jeju(4.4%). In terms of baseball games, 20% of the respondents answered that they have never watched baseball game. 23.3% of the respondents answered that they have watched it once, and 16.7% of the respondents answered that they watched baseball games twice. 20% of students never visited overseas. In the survey of favorite drinks, coffee was 32.2% the highest. Sports beverage and cola were the second most popular drinks after coffee. In the questionnaire about the representative food of Busan, pork rice soup, fish cake, wheat noodle, seed hoddok were ranked high in order. In the survey of where you want to show to your friend from outside of Busan was Gwangalli>Haeundae>Seomyun>Centum City>Lotte baseball game<Busan International Film Festival. In the questionnaire of what kind of new facilities do you want in Busan was parks>extreme stadium>bungee jumping site>dome baseball complex>hang glider>opera house. In the questionnaire about the participation in the Busan international festival in 2017, 65.6% of the students said they did not participate. And 24.4% said that they do not want to participate in the Busan International Film Festival in 2018. 41.1% responded that they have never thought participating the festival. Inquiry into the perception of Busan people’s disposition showed that they boast their successes, and think that age works as one of important social status. At the same time, the students believed that people in Busan are honest, smily and kind, and quick to greet others. Moreover, the students thought that Busan people are energetic and loyal and do not hold grudges. However, they believe that Busan people are loud, impetuous, curt, and irascible, and drive recklessly. 2017년도 2학기 신라대학교에 재학 중인 부산출신 90명의 설문조사를 분석하였다. 종교는 65.6%의 학생들이 무교라고 응답을 하였으며 그 다음으로 불교가 18.9%였다. 개신교가 13.3% 그리고 가톨릭이 2.2%였다. 아버지의 고향은 부산이 45.6%, 경남이 30%, 대구경북이 4.4% 그리고 호남제주가 4.4%였다. 어머니의 고향은 부산이 47.8%, 경남이 28.9%, 대구경북이 6.7%, 호남제주가 4.4%였다. 프로야구 관람횟수를 보면 응답자의 20%가 한 번도 본적이 없으며 1번 보러 간 학생이 23.3%, 2회 본 학생이 16.7%로 나타나고 있다. 해외여행의 경험을 묻는 설문응답을 보면 응답자 의 20%가 해외여행 경험이 없다고 하였다. 즐겨 마시는 음료는 커피가 32.2%로 가장 선호하는 음료였고 그 뒤를 스포츠음료와 콜라가 비슷한 비율로 따르고 있다. 부산사투리의 사용에는 대체로 관대하였다. 부산의 인구가 얼마나 된다고 생각하는지 적어보라는 설문에 대한 응답은 근사치인 350만명이라고 답한 학생은 12.2%에 불과하였다. 대형쇼핑몰이 입점하는 지역발전에 도움이 되는가 하는 설문에는 65.6%가 그렇다고 답하였다. 부산의 대표음식으로는 돼지국밥>어묵>밀면>씨앗호떡>파전순이었다. 외지에서 오는 친구에게 소개하고 싶은 부산의 장소는 광안리>해운대>서면>센텀시티>롯데야구>해안순환대교 순이었다. 부산에 새로 생겼으면 하는 것으로는 공원>익스트림 경기장>번지점프>돔야구장>행글라이 더>오페라하우스 순이었다. 부산국제영화제에 가본 적이 있는가에 대한 질문에는 65.6%가 없다고 응답하였다. 2018년도 국제영화제에 참여할 의사가 있는가에 대한 질문에 24.4%가 없다라고 응답하였으며, 41.1%가 생각해 보지 않았다고 하여 국제영화제에 참여한 적이 없다고 응답한 비율과 거의 같은 비율을 보였다. 부산사람들의 기질을 분석한 결과 부산사람들은 자기자랑을 많이 하고, 나이를 잘 따지며, 남의 일에 간섭을 잘하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 잘난체 하는 경향도 약하지만 확인되었다. 그런 반면 부산사람들은 솔직하고 웃는 얼굴을 하고 있으며 친절하고 인사를 잘 하는 것으로 대학생들은 인식하고 있었다. 아울러 부산사람들의 성격은 화끈하고 활기차며 뒤끝이 없고 의리가 있는 것으로 인식되었다. 그런 반면 부산사람들은 목소리가 크고, 성격이 급하며, 무뚝뚝하고 화를 잘 내는 것으로 인식되었으며 운전습관도 좋지 않은 것으로 인식하고 있었다.

ZnS_(1-x)Te_x 단결정 박막의 격자진동

Hot-wall epitaxy에 의하여 GaAs (100) 기판 위에 성장된 ZnS_1-xTe_x(0<x<1) 단결정 박막의 특성이 Raman 산란을 이용하여 조사되었다. Raman 산란으로부터 측정된 장파장의 ZnTe-like의 longitudinal 광학 포논의 주파수는 성분비 x와 함께 선형으로 변하였다. ZnS_1-xTe_x 단결정 박막의 x의 함수로서 zone-center 광학 포논의 주파수는 two-mode이었고, 이 결과는 MERI 모델의 이론치와 잘 일치하였다. ZnS_1-xTe_x(0<x<1) alloys grown on (100) GaAs substrates by hot-wall epitaxy are investigated using Raman scattering. The frequencies of long wavelength ZnTe-like and ZnTe-like longitudinal optical phonons determined from Raman scattering show linear variation with the composition x. The frequency of the zone-center optical phonons as a function of x of the ZnS_1-xTe_x mixed crystal shows a typical two-mode behavior. which is in good agreement with the theoretical results from a modified random-element isodisplacement model.

Cellulase생산을 위한 Verticillium sp.의 배양조건의 검토

The cultivation conditions on wheat bran of verticillium sp. were optimized to produce cellulase as much as possible. The highest cellulase activity was shown, as verticillium sp. was cultivated at 27℃ for 5 days on wheat bran media with 1.2㎖/g wheat bran of water content and supplementation of NaNo and FeSo, in concentration of 0.1% and 0.2-0.3%, respectively.
