n-type Si water(100) 위에 Mo를 1000Å을 증착한 후 400℃에서 120분간 pre-annealing(예비 열처리)하고 기존의 FA(Furnace Annealing) 방법과 본 실험실에서 개발, 제작한 RTA(Rapid Thermal Annealing) 장치로 post-annealing하여 hexagonal MoSi_2와 tetragonal MoSi_2를 형성하였다. 이는 XRD로 phase를 확인하였으며 AES depth profile를 이용하여 Si의 확산 메카니즘을 조사하였다. 기판의 온도가 400℃인 경우 MoSi_2의 형성이 용이하고 표면의 grain의 morphology 또한 FA방법에 비해 RTA방법이 크고 균일하게 형성되고 pre-annealing한 시편이 균일한 grain을 형성함을 알았다. 이는 grain의 morphology가 확산에 커다란 영향을 미치고 있음을 암시하고 있다. Mo films with a thickness of 1000Å were prepared on n-type Si(100) substrates by electron beam evaporation and heated to form the MoSi_2 of the hexagonal-and tetragonal-phase by the FA(Furnace Annealing) and RTA(Rapid Thermal Annealing) methods. The phases of Mo-silicide were confirmed by XRD. AES depth profiles were performed to obtain the Si distribution by the diffusion. Also, the change of MoSi_2 surface morphology was analyzed by SEM and EDX to investigate the mechanism of diffusion. When the substrate temperature was 400℃, well defined MoSi_2 was formed easily, the morphology of grain was distributed largely and uniformly. And it was found that the performance of the pre-annealing before post-annealing lead to lower about 150℃ for the formation temperature of very stable MoSi_2.

Recently, a variety of methods are proposed to solve the problems shown in a existing performance-based design of structure. The most accurate one among analysis methods for the performance evaluation of structure is nonlinear time history analysis. However, the approximate analysis methods in aspect of practicality and simplicity are needed. Even though there are linear capacity spectrum method and nonlinear capacity spectrum method through nonlinear static analysis as the representative approximate methods, a repetitive calculation process is consumed and the result is also likely to be inaccurate. Therefore, this research presents nonlinear direct spectrum method which directly enables nonlinear maximum response to derive, after obtaining the yielding strength and the frequency of structure from pushover curves, without going through a series of calculation processes. Also, it is proposed to compare and examine the accuracy and practicality through an example structure.

<P>This nationwide, prospective cohort study evaluated pulmonary function and radiological sequelae according to infection severity in 73 survivors from the 2015 Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS) outbreak in Korea. Patients with severe pneumonia in MERS-coronavirus infection had more impaired pulmonary function than those with no or mild pneumonia at the 1-year follow-up, which was compatible with the radiological sequelae. Severe pneumonia significantly impairs pulmonary function and makes long radiological sequelae in MERS.</P>

<P>The ITER toroidal field (TF) conductor is made up of superconducting Nb<SUB>3</SUB>Sn and copper strands assembled into a multistage, rope-type cable inserted into a conduit of butt-welded stainless steel jacket sections. For the ITER Project, the Korean Domestic Agency (KODA) took the responsibility of the procurement of 27 superconducting conductors for the ITER TF magnets. After concluding the Procurement Arrangement (PA) with the ITER International Organization in May 2008, KODA has been implementing the PA through four major industrial contracts: (1) Nb<SUB>3</SUB>Sn strand, (2) cable, (3) stainless steel jacket sections, and (4) jacketing. Prior to the production of conductors required for the TF coils, one 760-m-long copper dummy conductor and one 100-m-long superconducting conductor were fabricated for manufacturing process qualification. As of June 2013, 16 TF conductors were successfully manufactured. The full-size conductor performance tests in the SULTAN facility yielded very high performance. This article describes the technical requirements of the TF conductor and how KODA has been manufacturing the conductors with a high-level quality assurance/quality control system. It also presents the results of acceptance tests, including those of the SULTAN test.</P>
임산부에서 발생한 폐크립토콕쿠스증을 동반한 크립토콕쿠스 수막뇌염 1예

Cryptoccus necoformans는 면역기능이 저하된 환자에서 기회 감염을 일으키는 진균이나 정상인에서도 드물게 질병을 일으킨다. 그러나 임산부에서 폐크립토콕쿠스증을 동반한 크립토콕쿠스 수막염의 보고는 아주 드물다. 저자들은 분만 후에도 악화되는 두통과 의식저하로 내원한 임신 37주의 임산부에서 뇌척수액과 폐조직검사를 통해 폐크립토콕쿠스증을 동반한 크립토콕쿠스 수막뇌염을 진단하고 항진균제를 사용하여 치료하였다. 본 증례처럼 명백한 기저질환이 없는 임산부에서도 크립토콕쿠스 수막염은 발생할 수 있으므로 의심이 되면 뇌척수액검사를 포함한 진단적 검사를 시행하고 적절한 치료를 시작해야한다. 그리고 임산부에서 크립토콕쿠스증이 발생한 경우의 치료에 대하여 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Cryptoccocosis occurs more frequently in immunocompromised hosts such as patients with AIDS, lymphoma, leukemia and other debilitating diseases. Pulmonary cryptococcosis can occur in the absence of any recognized immunodeficiency and cryptococcal meningitis can occur rarely during pregnancy. Although it is extremely rare, we encounter the reports of case of cryptococcal pneumonia and combined cryptococcal meningitis during pregnancy. We present here that 36-year-old pregnant woman, who was previously healthy, with cryptococcal meningoencephalitis and cryptococcal pneumonia was treated with amphotericin B and flucytosine. The maternal outcome was favorable, and there is no evidence of congenital infection in the newborn.

One-dimensional metallic nanowires (NWs) have been studied for flexible transparent conductors to replace indium tin oxide due to their brittleness and high costs. Flash-induced heating methods have received attention as a new technique for next-generation flexible electrodes, because of their advantages such as fast processing, large area processability, and compatibility with roll-to-roll manufacturing. Herein we report flexible AgNWs conductors with outstanding optoelectronic properties and robust adhesion on flexible substrates. Localized photothermic energy could occur at the junctions of AgNWs by flash light, resulting in an entirely welded AgNW network. At the same time, the interface of AgNWs and underlying PET film could be melted by the near-infrared (NIR) spectrum of flashlight, which increased the adhesion of the AgNWs by 310 %. To confirm the practical uses of our technique, we successfully fabricated a high-quality transparent energy harvester by using flash-welded AgNW network.
소규모 전력계통의 주파수 안정도 개선을 위한 스마트 인버터 기능의 새로운 가이드라인 필요성

전력계통 주파수의 안정적인 유지를 위해 IEEE 1547에서 Droop 기능에 대한 구체적인 가이드라인을 제시하고 있다. 하지만, IEEE 1547는 일반적인 대형 전력계통에 맞게 설계되어, 소규모 전력계통에는 적합하지 않을 수 있다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 소규모 독립형 마이크로그리드에 분산전원이 연계될 때, IEEE 1547의 주파수 Droop 가이드라인을 만족하더라도 계통의 붕괴를 야기할 수 있음을 보여주고 소규모 전력계통의 주파수 안정도 확보를 위해서는 새로운 가이드라인이 필요하다는 것을 강조하고자 한다.
