        공법분야 투고논문 : 연명 중단의 고려 시점에 대한 분석

        The author analyzed the proper time and situation for stopping life sustaining equipment on the chronically unconscious patients and terminal patients. As you know, everyone thinks about death in case he or she suffers a chronic conscious disease or terminal illness, but many cannot decide on the concept of when he or she should start the thought process of stopping active treatment such as respiratory ventilators. But, everyone should know the status of patients who lost his or her consciousness and have to decide the critical points of stopping those treatments. So I have made a very useful methodological map and graphics for the decision whether or not one should start thinking of stopping the active treatment for the lost patients. Additionally, I have analyzed the opinions of the juries of the Supreme Court which concluded the sentence about Ms. Kim`s controversial trial of whether or not stopping her respiratory ventilator in 2009 in Korea. In conclusion, I have created a very useful timetable for the decision making process about the stopping of life-sustaining equipment for the consciously obliterated patients who have suffered from terminal disease for many years. This map and graphics will be useful for decision about the stopping the life sustaining treatment for the persistent vegetative states and terminal patients who lost his or her consciousness. In the future, people should study about the various spectrums of unresponsible wakefulness syndromes like persistent vegetative states and minimal consciousness syndrome.

        논문(論文) : 독일 3월 혁명 시기의 "슐레스비히-홀스타인(Schleswig-Holstein) 문제" 인식: 가톨릭 보수 언론을 중심으로

        Interpretation of the Schleswig-Holstein Conflict in the German Revolution of 1848 -Focusing on the Catholic Conservative Press Kim, Phil-young [Abstract] The Schleswig-Holstein, under Danish rule, became one controversial issue of the five border conflicts in which the Frankfort Parliament was involved, when it intended to build a new german national state in 1848. When Danish nationalists declared to incorporate Schleswig into the Denmark, German nationalists in Schleswig-Holstein protested against it. A war broke out between two groups in 1848 and until 1850. This war was supported by German nationalists in Germany and in Frankfort Parliament and it was declared as an important agenda to the German nation by the latter. This study intends to research how the Catholic conservative press in Germany interpreted this war, in the sense of the German nationalism or a revolt against a legitimate Prince. It is meaningful to know this, because the Catholic conservatives, loyal to the Pope in Rome, were suspicious of their German nationalistic consciousness. Research results indicate that the German Catholic conservative press interpreted the Danish-German war on the one hand as a revolt against a legitimate Prince, but on the other hand as a German national movement. Much of the press shared the warlike enthusiasm for the German nationalism in 1849. It can be said that the Catholic conservative press partially was involved with the German nationalism in some way.

        연골육종은 비교적 서서히 자라며 늦게 전이하는 악성 연골 종양으로 알려져 있다. 골 연골종에서 발생한 속발성 연골육종은 발생빈도는 드물며 타부위로의 전이가 적고 악성도가 낮은 경우가 많아 적합한 수술적 치료로서 좋은 예후를 보이는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 본 동국대학교 정형외과학 교실에서는 우측 대퇴골 원위부 골간단부에 생긴 고립성 골 연골종에서 이차적으로 발생한 연골육종을 치험한 바 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Secondary chondrosarcomas arising from a solitary osteocartilaginous exostosis are rare and those have a better prognosis than other chondrosarcomas, and they rarely metastasize. We present our experience with a case of secondary chondrpsarcoma arising in solitary osteochondroma of distal metaphysis of right femur with clinical details.

        WDM/FDM is expected to be a basic technology for constructing cost-effectively high-speed and large capacity optical networks in the future, device technologies for supporting WDM/FDM function have begun to be studied actively In this paper, we proposed a 4 channel WDM optical device and simulated it based on Mach-Zehnder Interferometer with channel spacing Δλ=2nm at central wavelength λ =1 55㎛. So, we assumed initial condition that core dimension, 6㎛×6㎛, core index, 1 455, clad index, 1 444 at wavelength 1 55㎛, and the separation between channel waveguides, 4㎛ From this condition, we analyzed a channel waveguide and optical coupler(3㏈ coupler), simulated a single Mach-Zehnder Interferometer, and then designed a 4 channel WDM

      • CATV 망에서의 고속 DATA 서비스를 위한 적정 셀 규모에 관한 연구

        Recently the surrounding of data communication industry has been changing through the rapid growth of the information technology, which has been sparked by the convergence of computer and optical fiber technology. This phenomenon requires broadband network to transmit video, audio and data at once. Multimedia and broadband services are provided widely over the Internet. The traditional telephone companies, CATV operators, and Internet service providers are all rushing to provide integrated services over their infra-structures. Among them, CATV seems to be the most promising from an economic perspective, because CATV infrastructure is already in place in a majority of homes and can deliver broadband service without requiring costly upgrade of the existing CATV systems. In this paper, analysis the problem of data services over CATV network, suggest size the proper cell for the high speed data services over CATV network.

        成人女性의 衣服選擇行動과 關聯變因硏究 : 自我槪念을 中心으로

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Self-concept, Personal variables and Clothing selection behavior. Self-concept was measured with Choi Jung Hun's 'Perceptual Orientation Scale' and Clothing selection behavior scale was prepared for this study. The questionnaire were completed by 389 women in Taegu. Statistical analysis was performed using F-test, Scheffe's test. The results were as follows; 1. There was significant relationship between Self-concept and Clothing selection behavior. (individuality, conformity, economy, modesty). 2. There was significant difference in clothing selection behavior variables according to age. 3. There was significant difference in individuality and economy according to marital status. 4. There was significant difference in individuality, economy and modesty according to education level. 5. There was significant difference in clothing selection behavior variables according to monthly clothing expenses.

      • 반도체 메모리에 사용되는 전압발생기의 펌핑 커패시터 개선

        In semiconductor memory, the kinds of voltage generator are high voltage generator, negative voltage generator, drain voltage generator and etc. The relevant circuits supported voltage generator, are clock generator, sense amplifier, voltage regulator and etc. The voltage generator consists of MOS diodes and MOS capacitors. To get the out voltage with sufficient charge, the MOS capacitors are big size. These MOS transistors can be adapted only on the EEPROM process. Thus, in this study, we designed stacked metal capacitor. This capacitor is small size bat can get capacitance. This capacitor is designed to comb type using metal-line and poly-line. The size of designed capacitor is 208×52 ㎛2 and the capacitance is about 4pF. The stacked metal capacitor can get much capacitance of 5~6 times than single plane capacitor. Also this capacitor will be easy adapted in sub-micro process technology of semiconductor memory. And this capacitor can be adapted on all memory process.

      • DRAM에서의 고전압 발생기

        Abandoned bad DRAM chips have increased by 1-2 bit defective cells after package with high integrated memory. To repair this 1-2 bit defective cells. an antiques repair method of electrical repair method is using instead of laser repair method. This antiques repair method require high voltage over 7v to program antiques element. In this paper, the high voltage generated in chip without added pin or pad. The high voltage generator was designed using not conventional MOS devices but pn diodes and stacked comb capacitors. Threshold voltage of pn diode is about 0.8v. and stacked comb capacitor have much capacitance of 5-6 times than conventional planar capacitor. The output voltage of designed high voltage generator are 7.4-8.4v. and the output current driveability is maximum 480㎂.

        Ozone oxidation of cyclooctene was carried out to produce an ω-formyl carboxylic acid which is derived from zwitterion and aldehyde moiety that are formed during the reaction. The ozone oxidation was performed to examine the product distribution under such reaction variables as temperature, kinds of solvents, and presence of pyridine catalyst. The yield of polymeric ozonide, which is undesirable product, was measured to be about 84% without pyridine catalyst, whereas only 5% with the catalyst. The optimum reaction condition was to be at a temperature of 0℃ in methylene chloride solvent and equimolar olefin and pyridine catalyst, at which the yields of 8-oxooctanoic acid, suberic acid and 1, 8-octanedialdehyde were 57.22%, 21.13% and 16.65%, respectively.
