도서벽지 지역 의료·복지 정보시스템 설계

본 논문은 서남권 도서벽지 지역의 의료 복지 정보시스템을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 구현한 의료·복지 정보시스템은 도서벽지지역의 농부 및 어부들에게 의료정보 및 다양한 일상생활 정보서비스를 제공한다. 정보시스템을 문헌조사와 관련분야 의료복지 정보시스템은 PC 486급의 호스트 시스템에서 구현되고, 3개의 작업용 개인 컴퓨터들과 공중통신망을 통하여 연결된다. 작업용 개인 컴퓨터의 사용자는 필요한 서비스를 호스트 시스템에 요구하면, 호스트시스템은 요구된 정보를 공중통신망을 통하여 작업용 화면에 보여준다. MWIS에서 제공하는 제반 의료·복지 정보들은 목포시청, 신안군 보건소 및 종합병원, 목포대학교 정보산업연구소등에서 지원한다. This paper proposer a Medical and Welfare Information System(MWIS) for island isolated regions located at the south-western areas is Korea. The MWIS provides medical and life information services for garmers and fishers lived is island and isolated regions. The host system for the MWIS and three working systems are connected via communication networks. An user with a working system can request any services to the host via the public communication networks, then the host displays the request at realtime. All information sources are supported by the Mokpo city Hall, the Sin-an gun health center, Mokpo National University research information center and ofter hospitals.

중소기업체 정보 시스템 개발에 관한 연구

우리 나라의 많은 중소기업들이 정보화를 휘망하고 또 추진해 왔으나 대부분 실패하였고 또한 현재 운영되고 있는 정보시스템 역시 일선 관리자나 사원중심으로 되어 있기 때문에 경영층에서 정보화에 따른 직접적인 효과를 보지 못하고 있는 것이 사실이다. 본 논문에서 중소기업체 정보시스템 개발을 통해 관리자의 편의를 제공할 뿐만 아니라 경영자에게도 정확한 의사결정에 도움을 주는 다양한 정보를 신속 정확하게 제공함으로써 경쟁우위에 설 수 있도록 도움을 준다.

객체중개자를 이용한 Z39.50 정보검색 프로토콜 구현구조에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 서로 다른 H/W 플랫폼상에서 응용들간의 상호운용성을 효과적으로 지원할 수있는 CORBA IDL을 이용하여 Z39.50 정보검색 표준프로토콜의 주요 서비스 인터페이스를 설계하고 JAVA/CORBA 기반의 Z39.50 구현구조를 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 객체중개자 기반의 Z39.50 정보검색 프로토콜 구현구조는 Web 환경에서 쉽게 이용할 수 있으며, Z클라이언트의 GUI 설계 및 제어에 대해서 최대한 융통성을 제공한다. 또한, Z서버들에 대한 상호운용성 및 로케이션 투명성을 효과적으로 제공한다. In this paper, we design an implementation structure of Z39.50 information retrieval protocol using CORBA interface definition language, we then propose an implementation architecture of Z39.50 protocol based on Java and CORBA. The implementation architecture of Z39.50 information retrieval protocol provides a maximum degree of flexibility for GUI design and control of Z Clients, but also provides interoperability and location transparency for Z Servers.

무인감시시스템 구현을 위한 이동체 인식 알고리즘에 관한 연구

In this paper, an effective algorithm which can detect moving objects from the image sequences and classify an intruder from other moving objects is presented for an implementation of unmanned surveillance system. The proposed algorithm uses a stick figure model for features of the moving object since the stick figure model can be represent the characteristics of the moving objects. The stick figure model is extracted by applying the thining algorithm to the binary difference image between the reference and the image of a moving object. The computer simulation is carried out to analyze the performance of the proposed algorithm. The results show that the algorithm can discriminate a moving person and a moving animal with high degree of reliability.

지능화된 무인감시시스템을 위한 침입자 추적 알고리즘에 관한 연구

In this paper, an effective moving object tracking algorithm which can detect motion of moving objects from the image sequences taken by a CCD camera and predict moving direction and velocity of moving objects is presented for an intelligent and unmanned surveillance system. First, the proposed algorithm detects moving objects and computes movements by applying a differential operation to the image frames. Secondly, the motion vector and center of a moving objects are measured by using 2-step block matching algorithm. Finally, the algorithmtracks an intruder by predicting moving direction and velocity from the accumulated motion vector. The computer simulation is carried out to analyze the performance of the proposed algorithm. The results show that the algorithm can track a walking man and a running man effectively.

The Location-Informing service is based on the GPS data from the satellite. Until now, the service has been free. However, it may become charged. Therefore, we research the methods that can find the location-information using the antennas in future mobile communication systems and investigate the signal arrival direction estimation methods with considering practical environments.

하이퍼텍스트를 기반으로한 문서 저장 및 검색 시스템의 개발

Computer-Mediated Communication Systems (CMCS) like E-mail or bulletin boards have drastically increased the amount as well as the speed of information exchange. Also, Office Automation (OA) environment needs an effective system for document storage and retrieval. DO-STORES(DOcument STOrage and REtrieval System) based on the hypertext concept that can access sequential documents with non-sequential methods was designed and a prototype system was implemented. DO-STORE consists of a storage system for converting input document with hypertext DB, a retrieval system that access documents using non-sequential method and hypertext DB of documents. The prototype of DO-STORES is implemented with the IBM/PC compatible using C-language. Frequently used office documents, which have well structured format, are used as input to the prototype system.

퍼지개념을 도입한 자동색인기법

본 논문은 자동색인 방법인 통계적 기법을 변형하여 퍼지개념을 도입한 자동색인 기법을 제시하고 있다. 퍼지개념을 도입한 자동색인 기법은 어휘발생빈도를 단순통계로 사용하지않고 문장, 문단내에서 동시출현된 임의의 어휘쌍간에 다양한 퍼지적 관계를 설정하여 그 문헌 전체의 뜻을 전달할 수 있는 색인 어집단을 추출하는 자동색인 기법이다. This paper describes automatic indexing technique applying fuzzy set theory which is combined traditional statistical technique. The main purpose of the technique is to select index terms which is used not word frequency but concurrent word-pair frequency that have various fuzzy relations.

CGI 프로그램에서 클라이언트와 서버의 자동화된 상태정보 전달

The HTTP Protocol composed of WWW's client/server model is unconnected and not keep state, so, there is one connection for one request. In this condition, it has no guarantee to memory which is needed in sequential processing, and HTTP Protocol has no choices to transfer the information from client to server's CGI or the information exchange. This paper uses the word 'key' instead of this 'state information'. We studied the key which creates automatically the HTML document for data search hierarchically in WWW environment and to confirm applied this to multimedia order and sale system of agricultural and marine products.

휴대통신의 通話品質 평가법 및 기술기준에 관한 연구

In this paper, we examine the method of articulation test which is effective in evaluating the speech quality in cellular phone. The korean monosyllable lists for articulation test are developed based upon the frequency of occurrence of korean monosyllables used under natural environment. The monosyllable articulation lists are recorded through the public switch telephone network(PSTN) and cellular phone system. The recorded lists are presented to the listeners through the headphone in order to keep the listening conditions equal. Some articulation scores obtained within the PSTN and between the cellular phone system and PSTN are presented.
