      • 단무지 공장에서 발생한 질식 사고의 원인과 방사선학적 소견: 중례보고 및 가스분석 결과

        목 적:단무지 공장에서 질식사고를 일으켰던 가스의 종류를 알아내고, 이러한 가스중독의 방서선학적 소견을 소개하기 위하여 본 연구를 하였다. 대상 및 방법:단무지 공장에서 발생한 질식 사고자 3예중 생존자 1예를 대상으로 단순흥부X-선검사와 CT 소견을 분석하였으며, 가스의 종류를 알아내기 위하여 단무지를 유리병에 넣어 발생된 가스를 가스크로마토그래픽을 이용하여 분석하였다. 결 과:단무지 공장에서 발생한 질식사고자중 생존한 1명의 방사선학적 검사에서 신속히 호전되는 폐경결(consolidation)을 볼 수 있었으며 이는 폐부종의 소견임을 알 수 있었다. 협기성 상태에서 단무지를 담은 유리병의 상층부 가스를 실험 분석한 결과 이산화탄소, 에칠알코올이 다량으로 검출되었으나 독성가스는 주로 황화수소이였다. 결 론:단무지 공장의 질식 사고자에서 폐방사선학적 소견은 폐경결을 보이는 폐부증으로서 이는 실험을 통해 단무지에서 발생되는 유독가스인 황화수소 때문임을 입증하였다. Purpose: To identify the main toxic gas released from salted radish in rice bran(Dan-M-Ji) and to introduce the radiological findings of the patient who was exposed to the gas. Materials and Methods: Chest radiographs and CT scans of one survivor among three men who were exposed to the gas from Dan-Mu-Ji were reviewed. Gas obtained from the closed bottle containing Dan-Mu-Ji was analized by using the gas chromatography. Results: The radiographlc examinations of the survivor were suggestive of pulmonary edema with it's rapidly improving consolidations in both lung. The headapace gas within the bottle containing Dan-Mu-Ji was mainly composed with carbon dioxide, ethyl alcohol and hydrogen sulfide, of which hydrogen sulfide was considered the main toxic gas released. Conclusion: Under the anaerobic condition, Dan-Mu-Ji released toxic hydrogen sulfide. Inhalation of hydrogen sulfide might produce non-cardiogenic pulmonary edema.

        고관절 반 치환술의 대퇴 골절 예방을 위한 강선 고정의 효과

        목적: 무시멘트형 양극성 반 인공 관절 치환술에 있어서 수술 도중 발생하는 대퇴 골절 예방을 위한 예방적 강선 고정술의 효과를 분석하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 2004년 1월부터 2008년 8월까지 무시멘트형 양극 인공 관절 치환술을 받은 65세 이상의 환자 48명(1군)을 대상으로 하여 강선을 사용하지 않은 48명의 환자(2군)와 비교하였다. 평균 나이는 75.4세(1), 73.6세(2)이었고 평균 추시 기간은 19.1개월(1), 18.3개월(2)이었다. 수술 도중 골절 발생율 외에 수술 시간, 수술 도중 예상 출혈량, 입원 기간, 방사선학적 안정성을 측정하였고 임상적 평가를 위한 대퇴 통증과 Jensen의 기능 점수와 Parker와 Palmer의 활동 점수를 비교하였다. 결과: 1군에서는 수술 도중 골절이 발생하지 않았으며 2군에서 4예(8.3%)가 발생하였다(p=0.041). 수술 시간은 각각 172분(1), 162분(2) 예상 출혈량은 866 cc(1), 855 cc(2), 입원기간 36일(1), 35일(2)이었다. 방사선학적으로 침강은 1.59 mm(1), 1.67 mm(2)이었으며 임상적으로 대퇴 통증이 1예(1), 2예(2) 관찰되었다. 임상적으로 Jensen의 기능 점수는 평균 2점(1) 2.2점(2), Parke와 Palmer의 활동 점수는 평균 5.2점(1), 5.3점 (2)이었다. 결론: 무시멘트형 인공 관절 치환술에 있어서 예방적 강선 고정술은 골절률을 의의있게 감소시켰다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of a prophylactic cable fixation for prevention of femoral fractures in cementless bipolar hemiarthoplasties. Materials and Methods: Forty-eight cementless bipolar hemiarthroplasties with prophylactic cable fixations on the femur were performed in patients>65 years of age between January 2004 and August 2008 (group 1). The control group which did not undergo prophylactic cable fixation included 48 cases (group 2). The mean age was 75.4 years (group 1) and 73.6 years (group 2). The patients were followed up for an average of 19.1 (group 1) and 18.3 months (group 2). The intra-operative fracture rates were compared. Additionally, operative time, estimated blood loss (EBL), and length of hospital stay were compared. Radiologic assessment for stem stability was performed. Clinical assessment was evaluated by the thigh pain and Jensen`s functional score, and Parker & Palmer`s mobility score. Results: There was no fractures in the cabled group (1), and 4 fractures (8.3%) in the control group (2; p=0.041). The mean operative time was 172 minutes (1) and 162 minutes (2), the EBL was 866 cc (1) and 855 cc (2), and the duration of admission was 36 (1) and 35 days (2), respectively. Radiologically, subsidence was 1.59 mm (1) and 1.67 mm (2). Clinically, one (1) and two (2) thigh pains were recorded and the functional score of Jensen was 2 (1) and 2.2 points (2), and the mobility score of Parker and Palmer was 5.2 (1) and 5.3 points (2), respectively. Conclusion: Prophylactic cable fixation is effective for reducing intra-operative femoral fractures.

Variation of CH₄concentration of landfill gas in spring and summer were higher than autumn and winter and CH₄concentration was investigated average 14.2% in Dec. 1998.

        This study is that Busan hilly high-rise apartment is classified by the located arrangement form and then the computer simulation and the question is performed about the sunshine surroundings. The result is as follow : 1) There is a sunshine environment of each location of the apartment that is sloped. If the type of the house is sourth-high north-high type a length of shadow of the building is triple of its height. And If the type of the house is north-high sourth-high type a length of shadow of the building is 1.7 times of its height. It indicates north-high sourth-high type is better than sourth-high north-high type to obtain sunshine by double. 2) The satisfaction degree from the aspect in same located zone is indicated the southeastern aspect apartments better than the southern aspect apartment. 3) The establishment of an apartment that has sloped ground is not located arrangement forward south but variable arrangement forward southeast so we can obtain more flexibility about sunshine environment. 4) Range limit of a space of a apartment need to be conducted for each location environment.

      • 해조류 에탄올 농도별 추출물의 항돌연변이원성 및 항균성

        톳. 미역 및 다시마의 에탄올 농도별 추출물이 MMS. ICR191 및 sodium azide에 의해 유도되는 돌연변이원성의 억제효과 및 E. coli, B. subtilis 및 S. serevisiae에 대한 항균효과를 검정하였다. 톳의 90% 에탄올 추출물은 MMS와 ICR191에 대한 항돌연변이 원성이 각각 70 및 95% 이상으로 매우 높았으나, sodium azide에 대한 항돌연변이원성은 없었다. 미역의 에탄올 농도별 추출물은 30∼90% 에탄올 추출물에서 50% 이상의 항돌연변이 효과를 보았으나 MMS와 sodium azide에 대한 항돌연변이 효과는 없었다. 다시마의 30∼90% 에탄올 추출물의 ICR191에 대한 항돌연변이 효과는 70% 이상이었으나, MMS와 sodium azide에 대한 효과는 없었다. 에탄올 농도별 톳의 추출물들에 대한 항균성 검색 결과 70과 90% 추출물들이 E. coli와 B. subtilis에 대하여 뚜렷한 항균효과는 미역 추출물 보다 다시마의 추출물이 더욱 요과적이었다. 미역 추출물은 50% 추출물만이 S. cerevisiae에 대한 성장저지효과를 나타낸 반면, 다시마 추출물은 90% 에탄올 추출물에서는 시험된 모든 공시균주에 대하여, 그리고 70% 에탄올 추출물에서는 E. coli와 B. sutilis에 대하여 높은 성장저지효과를 나타내었다. Desmutagenic against MMS-, ICR191- and sodium azide-induced mutations, and antimicrobial effects against Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis and Saccharomyces cerevisiae by the extracts from Hizikia fusiforme. Laminaria japonica and Undaria pinnatifida with ethanol of a different concentrations were investigated. Desmutagenic effects against MMS and ICR191 of 90% ethanol extracts from Hizikia fusiforme were up 70 and 95%. respectively. no against sodium azide. Desmutagenic effects against ICR191 of 30∼90% ethanol extracts from Undaria pinnatifida and Laminaria japonica were up to 50 and 70%. respectively. but no against sodium azide and MMS. Antimicrobial effect of 70 and 90% ethanol extracts from Hizikia fusiforme had potent antimicrobial activities against E. coli and B. subtilis. Ethanol extracts from Laminaria japonica showed more effective antimicrobial effects than those from Undaria pinnatifida. Only 50% ethanol extract from Undaria pinnatifida showed growth inhibition effect against S. cerevisiae. Seventy percent ethanol extract from Laminaria japonica showed growth inhibition effect against all strains tested. while 90% ethanol extract showed against E. coli and B. subtilis.

        The purpose of this study was to provide the fundamentals to improve the physical Education curriculum of the elementary school by analyzing the opinions of the elementary School teachers on the current physical Education Curriculum. 460 elementary school teachers (female ; 234 and Male ; 226)were selected by adopting the stratified random sampling procedure. The data were obtained by administering the questionnaire to each individual subject and treated and interpreted by first finding the Mean Scores, SDs, and Percentages, Then, Chi-Squares were employed for determining if there is any meaningful difference between groups in terms of Alma Mater, age, sex, school size, teaching career, and location of school. The Finding were as follows ; Regarding the goals of the physical education, teachers thought that. (1) Attitudes toward the physical exercise, emotion, education, improvement of basic physical skills, and development of latent physical ability were well reflected, (2) Current school curriculum was easy to understand due to its adequacy of description, (3) The hierarcy between the goals of school subjects and the goals of school grade was clear and (4) The goals of School Grades were fairs reflected, Regarding the content of the physical education, teachers thought that (1) The understand jittle about the current physical education curriculum, (2) The content of the current physical education curriculum was inadequate due to its reduudancy and poor linkage, (3) The development of basic physical skills and latent physical abilities should be emphasized in order to level up the qualisz of physical education, and (4) The sports and leisure activites should be encouraged to well prepare for the future Society. Regarding the teaching of the physical education, teachers though that (1) The desired teaching method of the physical education was the play-oriented instruction, (2) Basic physical skills and knowledge were most necessary to teach the physical education in the way of inquisitive problem solving, and (3) Various teaching methods should be introduced. Regarding the evaluation in the physical education, teachers thought that (1) Objective evaluation measures should be constructed, (2) The Major reason of unfair evaluations were due to the time shortage and the complexing of the evaluation procedures, (3) The major of the evaluation results was for the grading purpose, and (4) A variety of evaluation methods shoulds be introduced. Meaningful differences between groups in terms of Alma Mater, age, sex, school size, teaching career, and location go school were observed in several question items, but no in others.

        아파트 발코니공간의 설계관행 탈피방안 연구 : 법령정비 방향과 그 내용을 중심으로

        This paper is intended to propose future alteration directions and contents of laws and regulations related to housing supply system and Building Code on the assumption that the tendency to extend the dwelling area to the balcony space in apartment units was derived from joint and composite demand of the criteria of floor area in Building Code and the residents' requirement for storage space enlargement. For this purpose, this paper has deeply reviewed the causes and transitions of change trend that the balcony has been transformed outer space into inner space for private use only by customary housing design. And finally the 5-conclusion is proposed; Firstly, the balcony spaces in apartments has to be treated as outdoor space according to the essential meaning and interpretation on balcony itself on Building Code. Secondly, balcony space so called as service space has to be included into housing supply area, and thirdly, the permitted depth and width of balcony would be adjusted. Fourthly, the concealed spaces for unit area computation also have to be include into common area for dwelling or the other common area. And finally the system of taxation and laws and guidelines for sale and real-estate registration of property has to be adjusted together with the laws and regulations related to housing supply system and Building Code.

      • 감꼭지나방(나비목: 감꼭지나방과) 1세대 유충에 의한 떫은감의 피해양상과 발생소장

        본 연구는 감꼭지나방 유충의 침입양상에 대하여 조사하였다. 떫은 감의 피해양상, 유충의 재충률, 지역별 피해양상 및 자연낙과율과 유충에 의한 낙과율을 조사하였다. 1세대 유충에 의한 피해양상은 과경이 64.9%와 꽃받침 부분이 35.1%이었다. 과경으로의 피해는 6월 하순경부터 7월 하순경까지 84.6%와 52.2%이었으며, 꽃받침부분으로는 15.4%와 30.5%이었다. 시기별로 감꼭지나방 1세대 유충에 의한 재충률은 6월 하순경부터 7월 하순경까지 59.0%에서 0%이었다. 자연낙과율은 유충에 의한 낙과율보다 피해가 더 크게 나타났다. 감꼭지나방의 발생소장은 연 2회 발생하며 1세대 성충은 5월 하순부터 6월 초순까지로 발생최성기는 6월 초순이었으며, 2세대는 7월 하순부터 8월 초순까지로 발생최성기는 7월 하순이었다. This study was conducted to determine the larval infestation aspect of persimmon fruit moth(PFM) Stathmopoda masinissa Meyrick, and its presence sites in damaged wild persimmon fruit, Diospyros kaki Thunb var domestica Mak, and rate of infested sites with larva, aspect of damaged of persimmon fruit moth in different regions and rate of natural or larval drop in Cheong ju, 2000. Rate of infested sites in wild persimmon fruit damaged by the 1st generation larva of the PFM were 64.9% at the pedicel and 35.1% at the calyx of flower, and from late June to late July the rate was 84.6% to 52.2% at the pedicel and 15.4% to 30.5% at the calyx of flower. At different observed dates the rate of infested site with larva in the wild persimmon fruit damaged by the 1st generation larva was from 59.0% to 0% at from late June to late July. Rate of natural drop damaged higher than rate of larval drop. Seasonal occurrence of S. masinissa was most likely to have to generations a year with first occurrence of adults from late May to early June and second from late July to early August including 2 peaks in early June and late July, respectively.

      • 리튬이차전지용 부극재료로서 은분말에 대한 전기화학적 특성

        Silver powders have been extensively studied as an anode active material for lithium secondary batteries. In the present study, a unique attempt is made to develop silver negative electrode by slurry method, because the silver electrode is a good candidate to replace the commercial graphite electrode for lithium rechargeable batteries. Silver electrode was prepared and its electrochemical properties were characterized gradual increasing test state of charge (GISOC) analysis method. Charge-discharge performance indicates that the initial charge potential range of Li/Ag cells has showed similar behaviors compared with Li/Graphite system and the irreversible capacity facd is also higher than Li/Graphite system.
