        소비자 조사와 착의 실험을 통한 온도감응형 기능성 의류개발을 위한 기초연구

        In this research, consumer awareness investigation and wearing test were carried out for obtaining useful data on the development of thermo-sensitive functional clothing material. A survey involved 216 people in Seoul and Kyeonggi- do, and 200 questionnaires data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and frequency using SPSS 17.0. Four healthy men in twenties were participated for wearing test. Subjects in normal loungewear were exposed to temperature change from the initial temperature 30oC down to 5oC for an hour in a climate chamber. The environmental temperature, surface temperature of garment and skin were measured. As a result, most of respondents have all season clothing products such as underwear, hosiery, and jogging suit for loungewear. Also, thermo regulator y functional clothes are frequently used as underwear and sweat shirt. The consumer awareness investigation on thermo regulatory functional clothing showed that the most important key buying factor is quick climate temperature response, easy maintenance, design and cost, in that order. Surface temperature of garment went down with the cooling down of environmental temperature. The lower environmental temperature, the greater temperature difference by body part showed. Skin temperature change by environmental temperature showed similar tendency of garment surface temperature. In comparison between garment surface and body skin, temperature difference became larger under the lower environmental temperature.

      • 덕성여대 홍보전략 수립을 위한 조사 연구(1997년도)

        본 연구는 덕성여대의 효과적인 홍보전략 수립을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 연구대상은 1997학년도 덕성여자대학교 신입생 전체이다. 연구방법은 질문지를 이용하여 의견조사를 실시하였다. 분석된 자료는 815부(63.18%)이다. 전년도 자료와 1997년도(1994∼1997) 자료를 비교ㆍ분석하여 본 대학의 효과적 홍보전략 수립을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. The goal of this study was to do a preliminary study to devise effective public relations strategies for Duksung Women's University. The subjects were 1300 Duksung freshmen. The data were collected from 815(63.18%) out of 1300 Duksung freshmen. Questionaire responses of the 1997 incoming student population of the Duksung University were compared with those given by the incoming students of the three previous years(1994∼1997). Some suggestions were made based on the results of the study.

      • 의복색 선호를 중심으로 한 남자 대학생의 패션 관심도 및 성역할 태도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the preference for clothing color, fashion interest, and sex-role attitude in the group of male university student. The survey used questionnaires that distributed to randomly sampled 439 male university students(18~27 years of age) in Seoul. For the analysis of the data, frequency distribution, ANOVA, χ^2-square, F-test, Duncan's multiple test have been conducted and the Cronbach's α has been calculated to measure the reliability. The results of this study are as follows : 1. Male university students much more favored cool color than warm color, and liked monochromatic, analogous than complementary. 2. The preference for clothing color were appeared to be influenced by the age and the major. 3. The group of androgynous and male university students in art major showed the highest fashion interest. Fashion interest of male university students tend to decreased as the grade which they are in increased. 4. The preference for clothing color are closely related to the fashion interest and sex-role attitude.

      • 평생건강교실 프로그램이 노년기 여성들의 건강관련체력과 혈중지질에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study were to investigate the effects of participation of health program on health related physical fitness and blood lipids in olderwomen. The subjects participated in this study were 52 older who were participated physical activity program in Korean National University of Physical Education. The analysis of this study utilized one way ANOVA design. The results of the study were as follows : 1. According to taking the treatment periods(0, 6, 12), body composition, hand grip, sit and reach, sit up, and 3200m walking were no significant difference. 3. According to taking the treatment periods(0, 6, 12), TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C and VLDL-C were a significant difference in p<.001 levels.

        일본 전통문양의 특징에 관한 연구

        The traditional culture has been developed for a long time with an unique property according to folk character, custom and environment within an area. Especially in 1906, when the westerners were interested in oriental cultures more and more, Paul Poiret presented Japanese traditional dress of napping sleeve coats and harem pants, henceforth japanese fashion theme began to rise. The Japanese style rose as an important fashion item of the modern fashion, with various fashion themes such as orientalism, ethnic, folklore, ecology, etc., needless to say of activities of Japanese designers. The revealed patterns on Japanese dress and it's ornament plays a role of expressive decoration as well as stand for the nation, the ideology of the age and aesthetic consciousness. For this reason, it is necessary to study Japanese traditional patterns expressed in modern fashion systematically. Therefore, in this research, the demonstrated Japanese traditional patterns on the modern fashion were divided into natural, artificial and complex design and were looked out the characteristic, furthermore it was studied in regard that Japanese patterns were how to apply in modern fashion. It was concluded that the characteristics of the Japanese traditional patterns presented in the modern fashion were as follows: first, creation of environmental friendly design using plenty of natural materials; second, expression of paint-like impression and beauty of margins by simplifying of patterns; third, expression of amusing design by using bright colors and print; finally, various patterns were spreaded out complicated on dress. The characteristics of Japanese traditional patterns in the above were expressed in the modern fashion.

        교정장치로부터의 니켈과 크롬의 유리에 관한 연구

        니켈과 크롬은 대부분의 교정장치를 제작하는데 사용되는 합금을 구성하는 주요한 금속이다. 그러나 이들 금속은 과민반응, 피부염, 천식 등의 주요한 원인이 되며, 이들 금속의 우발적인 흡입에 의해 암이 유발될 수 있음이 보고된바 있다. 이에 하악 standard edgewise 브라켓을 이용한 사분악의 교정 장치를 37℃, 0.05% NaCl 용액에 저장하여 교정장치의 부식에 의해 유리된 니켈과 크롬을 Inductively Coupled Plasma(ICP) spectroanalyzer를 이용하여 측정하였다. 교정장치로부터, 1일 평균 9.83-70.0㎍/day의 니켈이 유리되었으나, 크롬은 10ppb 측정한계에서 측정불가능 하였다. 니켈 유리량은 제품에 따라 유의한 차이를 가져왔다. Galvanic 조건이나 Sand blasting 처리는 니켈 유리량에 증가를 가져왔으나 통계학적으로 유의하지 않았다. Nickel and chromium are two major metals used in the alloys of most orthodontic appliances. But these metals arc known to cause hypersensitivity, dermatitis, and asthma. In addition, a significant carcinogenic and mutagenic potential has been demonstrated for compounds containing these metals. The purpose of this study was to find out how much nickel and chromium was released from orthodontic appliances, and which factors would influence the release. The simulated orthodontic appliances were constructed for a half of a mandibular arch and incubated in 0.05% NaCl solution at 37℃. Nickel and chromium release was quantified with an Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP) spectroanalyzer. The results were as follows 1. From simulated orthodontic appliances, nickel was released 9.83-70.0㎍/day but the release of chromium was not detectable in limit of l0ppb. 2. The amount of nickel release was significantly different between the types of appliances. 3. The galvanic condition increased the amount of nickel release, which was not statistically significant. 4. The sand blasting increased the amount of nickel release, which was also not statistically significant.

        Ultra-porous Flexible PET/Aerogel Blanket for Sound Absorption and Thermal Insulation

        Ultra porous and flexible PET/Aerogel blankets were prepared at ambient pressure, and their acoustic and thermal insulation properties were characterized. Two methods were selected for the preparation of PET/Aerogel blanket. Method I was a direct gelation of silica on PET. PET non-woven fabric was dipped and swelled in TEOS/ethanol mixture, and pH of reaction media was controlled to 2.5 using HCl to promote hydrolysis. After acid hydrolysis, pH was controlled to 7,8,9, and 10 with $NH_4OH$ for the condensation. Method II was by the dipping of PET non-woven fabric in the dispersion of Silica hydrogel. The gelation process was same with Method I. However, PET fabric was not dipped in reaction media. After the hydrogel was dispersed and aged in EtOH for 24 hrs, then, PET non-woven fabric was dipped in the dispersion of hydrogel/EtOH for 24 hrs. The surface modification was carried out in TMCS/n-hexane solution, then the blanket was washed with nhexane and dried at room temperature to prevent the shrinkage. The silica areogels synthesized in optimum conditions exhibit porous network structure. Silica aerogel of highly homogeneous and smallest spherical particle clusters with pores was prepared by gelation process at pH 7. When direct gelation of silica was performed in PET nonwoven matrix (Method I), silica aerogel clusters were formed efficiently surrounding PET fibers forming network structure. The existence of a great amount of silica aerogel of more homogeneous and smaller size in the cell wall material has positive effect on the sound absorption and thermal insulation.

        Effect of Organic Photosensitizers on the Antimicrobial Property of Polyurethane coated Leather

        Cow leather coated with polyurethane film that contains various organic photosensitizers was investigated to demonstrate the antimicrobial properties in the application of the material to protective clothing and home appliances. To prepare the antimicrobial coating on leather surfaces with high potency against microbes, photoactive agents, such as benzophenone (BP), 4,4'-bis(dimethylamino) benzophenone (MK), 4,4'-dihydroxybenzophenone (DHBP) and methylene blue (MB), were incorporated into polyurethane-based coating solutions. The photoactive antimicrobial agent treated leather samples were characterized by SEM, color appearance, color fastness against abrasion, and antimicrobial tests. The optical properties of organic photosensitizers indicated that active UV absorbance ranges were different: BP (around 250 nm), MK (around 360 nm), DHBP (around 305 nm) and MB (around 295 nm &570 nm-685 nm). The intensity of the UV absorbance curve at the UVA light wavelength for the antimicrobial test showed the highest value with MK; subsequently, this was followed by MB, DHBP and BP in decreasing order. The treated-leather samples demonstrated excellent antibacterial activity under UVA light. The antimicrobial effects for the Staphylococcus aureus were superior to Escherichia coli. Moreover, the polyurethane finishing showed an effective durability to abrasion. The overall results indicated that DHBP is the most suitable PU coating additive to provide antimicrobial properties to leather as well as color and surface appearance than MK, MB, and BP.

        Improvement of Mechanical and Electrical Properties of Poly(ethylene glycol) and Cyanoresin Based Polymer Electrolytes

        Ionic conductivity and mechanical properties of a mixed polymer matrix consisting of poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) and cyanoresin type M (CRM) with various lithium salts and plasticizer were examined. The CRM used was a copolymer of cyanoethyl pullulan and cyanoethyl poly(vinyl alcohol) with a molar ratio of 1:1, mixed plasticizer was ethylene carbonate (EC) and propylene carbonate (PC) at a volume ratio of 1:1. The conductive behavior of polymer electrolytes in the temperature range of $298{\sim}338\;K$ was investigated. The $PEG/LiClO_4$ complexes exhibited the highest ionic conductivity of ${\sim}10^{-5}S/cm$ at $25^{\circ}C$ with the salt concentration of 1.5 M. In addition, the plasticized $PEG/LiClO_4$ complexes exhibited improvement of ionic conductivity. However, their complexes showed decreased mechanical properties. The improvement of ionic conductivity and mechanical properties could be obtained from the polymer electrolytes by using CRM. The highest ionic conductivity of PEG/CRM/$LiClO_4$/(EC-PC) was $5.33{\time}10^{-4}S/cm$ at $25^{\circ}C$.
