        MR 유체를 이용한 운전석 댐퍼의 성능특성

        This paper presents the development of a semi-active seat damper using MR fluids and the performance analysis of seat suspension system with a MR seat damper. An annular orifice type MR seat damper is proposed for a seat suspension of a commercial vehicle. After formulating the governing equation of motion, then an appropriate size of the seat damper is designed and manufactured. Following the evaluation of field-dependant damping force characteristics, the controllability of the damping force is experimentally demonstrated in time domain by adopting PID controller. A semi-active seat sus-pension with the proposed MR damper is constructed and its dynamic model is established. Subsequently, vibration con-trol capability of the semi-active suspension system is investigated by employing the sky-hook controller.

        ER시트댐퍼를 사용한 상용차운전석의 실험적 성능해석 및 진동제어

        This paper presents a new concept of a commercial vehicle seat suspension system. The proposed suspension system features an ER(electro-rheological) damper which can produce continuously tunable damping forces by control electric fields. A dynamic model of the ER damper is first achieved by incorporating Bingham property of the ER fluid, followed by the formulation of governing equations of motion for the suspension system. The effectiveness of the proposed ER seat suspension system is evaluated by investigating vibration isolation with respect to sinusoidal inputs.

        Curing conditions are the main factor to promote and develop the hydration rate of cement which influence the mechanical properties such as compressive strength and concrete performance in hardened concrete. It is the aim of this study to investigate and compare the development of concrete strength by curing conditions and analyze the correlation between compressive strength and results of non-destructive testing methods such as dynamic modulus of elasticity, rebound number and ultrasonic pulse velocity of hardened concrete.

      • 산업근로자의 식생활 의식행태 조사

        This study was carried out to grasp the awareness and habits of food intake and use the information for health education program in order to help healthy dietary life. The survey was done in cooperation with health manager in industries on 1,200 workers who was selected randomly from 5 types of industries from Sep. 2 to Oct. 31, 1995. The results are summarized as follows: 1) The percentage of subjects who assess themselves "Healthy" was more higher in female, in 20∼29 age group, in single, in daytime workers, in college graduate than other groups respectively. 2) As for the degree of health education satisfaction, 35.5% of the subjects answered "dissatisfaction" 3) As for the exercise, 52.7% exercised for their health and the rate of exercise was more higher in male, in 30 years age group, in single than other groups respectively. 4) The rate of smoking was 57.6% and the rate of drinking alcohol was 47.3%. 5) 92.8% of the subjects got stress everyday and the rate is more higher in female, in less than 19 years old, in single, in longer working duration, in lower income, in high school graduates, in workers of product field line than other groups respectively. 6) As for drinking times of coffee or soft drink, two times per day was 29.5%, more three times per day was 28.0%. As for the eating speed of meal, 46.0% of the subjects answered "fast" and the rate was more higher in male, in 30 years age group, in married group, than other groups respectively. 7) With regard to the level of preference to instant food, 23.1% preferred to take instant food. As for the level of preference to hot and salty food, 28.1% preferred to have hot and salty food. 8) The score of eating behavior was 3.38±32 point to 6 point full marks. 9) With regard to the correlation among related variables, the variables of gender, marital status and working duration had positive relation with the variables of regular meal intake, the preference to food intake between regular meals.

      • Geotextile Filter의 특수성능 분석

        In order to lock stability of geotextile filer to clogging or blocking, small scale laboratory tests were accomplished, considering to drainage conditions, on domestic and foreign nonwoven geotextile products used for filter, and permeable capacity of the geotextile filter was analyzed. The results obtained are as follows: 1. The permeable flow rate through the geotextile filter appears to be decrease remarkably in the initial stage of duration time but gradually afterward and is stabilized at 300 hours∼400 hours of duration time. 2. The increase ratio of permeable flow rate through the geotextile filter due to rising hydraulic head appears to be higher with protected soil having lower comparative content of fine particles, and the effect of rising hydraulic head finds to be higher with that protected soil. 3. The permeable flow rate through the geotextile filter appears to be higher with protected soil having lower content of fine particles and the increase of it trends to be considerable and to be decrease according to the elapse of time. From the fact, the flow rate finds to be more influenced by clogging or blocking with protected soil layer having lower content of fine particles. 4. It seems generally that the thicker the geotextile filter is, the higher the permeable flow rate is, but the decrease ratio of it in the initial stage finds to be lower in the case of thicker geotextile.

      • 電氣相似模型에 依한 흙속의 浸透流 解析

        This study was performed to evaluate the usefulness of the electrical analogue model in porous medium. Experimental values by the electrical analogue models were compared with those by the sand models and theoretical values by the fragment method. The results obtained are as follows: 1. The flow lines into the sand model were changed according to rising the upstream water level but those of the electrical analogue model weren't changed, and the equipotential lines were revealed to be almost same in the two kinds of models above. 2. The seepage quantities by the fragment method and the electrical analogue model were a little more than those by the sand model. 3. The exit gradients by the fragment method were steeper than those by the sand model and the electrical analogue model. 4. The seepage quantities were increased in proportion to the increment of the exit gradients. By means of the results above, it may be given as a conclusion that the electrical analogue model test is more useful than the sand model test for appling to seepage flow in the field condition, because the electrical analogue model test is more accurate and simpler. Then, the electrical analogue model test will be able to apply to the three-dimension seepage flow problems.

        The purpose of this study is to develop the economic and effective Developing machine and method for the maintenance of function and development of tube wells. The results studied in these experiments are as follows: 1. The ability from various Developing instruments, Sand-Excluding(Dry Weight), is more than 2 times to compare air compressor and surge plunger method with hand pump method. 2. The thickness of the formed filter layer influenced largely on the ability of concentrating water is about 7 centimeters under the methods of the Developing and the gravel packing. 3. The possible pumping rates and the draw down of water table on the same pumping rates (100tons/day) equal to the Developing and gravel packing method.

      • 干拓地에서 潮位와 地下水位와의 關係에 對하여

        The relation between tide level and ground water level in reclaimed land is one of important imformations to make the successful agriculture in reclaimed land and water resources development. To clarify this relationship, an investigation was made at the newly reclaimed land located in Gyeong-nam province. Obtained results were as follows: 1. The fluctuation of tide level affected significantly (r=0.468*∼0.670**) the ground water level variation in reclaimed land. 2. The nearer to shore line, the greater the effect of tidal fluctuation on ground water level. It was found that no significant effect of tidal fluctuation on ground water level existed beyond the range of 2km from shore line. 3. The average ground water level during the rising interval of tidal curve was higher than the average ground water level during the falling interval of tidal curve. 4. The magnitude of ground water level variation curve was one half of the magnitude of tidal curve.

      • 飼料作物 Alfalfa(Medicago sativa L.)品種別 生育狀에 대하여

        서로 특성이 다양한 32개의 도입한 Alfalfa품종을 우리나라 중부지역인 충청남도에 재배하여 초장과 건물중 등의 생육상태를 비교, 검토한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 평균초장이 큰 상위 10개 품종들은 Dekalb brand 135 > Diamond > Pioneer brand 581 > Raidor > Pioneer brand532 > Pierce> Nitro > Sparta ) Florida 77 > Sapphire의 품종순 이 며, 초장이 작은 10개 품종을 최하위 순으로 열거하여 보면 Salute < Spredor 2 < LS-1920 < Arrow < Challenger < Milkmaker < Armor < Pioneer brand 545 < Pioneer brand 5262 < Saranac의 품종 순이였다. 2. 총건물 수량이 많은 상위 10개 품종들은 Diamond > Nitro > Dekalb brand 120 > Dekalb brand 135 > Drummer > Saranac > Sapphire > Raider > Magnum > Dekalb brand 167의 품종 순이며, 건물수량이 적은 최하위 순으로 10개 품종은 Milkmaker < Pioneer brand 526 < Pioneer brand 5262 < Salute < Pioneer brand 555 < Decathlon < Pioneer brand 5929 < LS-1920 < Pioneer brand 581 < Husky의 품종들이였다. 3 평균초장과 총건물 수량의 결과를 비교하여 보면 대체로 초장이 우세하였거나, 열세하였던 품 종들이 다소간 건물수량이 우세하거나 열세하였으며, 정비례한 결과는 보이지 아니하였다. 4. 생육상태 및 건물수량이 모두 좋은 품종들은 Diamond, Nitro, Dekalb brand 135, Sapphire, Raidor품종들이며, 우리나라 중서부지역의 재배환경에 적합한 품종으로 사료된다 This study was conducted to select the best adapted alfalfa cultivars among the 32 introduced alfalfa cultivars with different characteristics in Chung-Chong Nam Do, Korea, environmental condition. Mean of plant height and total dry matter yields per cultivar from May to August in 1996 were determined. On the point of mean of plant height, ten high ranked cultivars among the 32 alfalfa cultivars in high order were Dekalb brand 135>Diamond>Pioneer brand 581>Raidor>Pioneer brand 532>Pierce>Nitro>Sparta>Florida 77>Sapphire and ten low ranked cultivars in low order were Salute<Spredor 2<LS-1920<Arrow<Challenger<Milkmaker<Armor<Pioneer brand 545<Pioneer brand 5262<Saranac. Ten high ranked cultivars from 32 alfalfa cultivars on the total dry matter yields in high order were Diamond>Nitro>Dekalb brand 120>Dekalb brand 135>Drummor>Saranac>Sapphire>Raidor>Magnum>Dekalb brand 167 and ten low ranked cultivars in low order were Milkmaker<Pioneer brand 526<Pioneer brand 5262<Salute<Pioneer brand 555<Decathlon<Pioneer brand 5929<LS-1920<Pioneer brand 581<Husky. Total dry matter yields of per cultivar was also slightly greater but It was not appeared direct proportion when alfalfa cultivar was appeared higher mean of plant height compared with those which were lower mean of plant height. Leading alfalfa cultivars for plant growth and dry matter yields were Diamond, Nitro, Dekalb brand 135, Sapphire, Raidor cultivar which can be well grown under moderate temperatures zone of midwest in Korea.

      • 당귀의 추대에 관한 연구

        1) This stud has done to find the influence on the yield and bolting of medicinal Dangui. We classified the seeding time into four periods; 15th March, 4th April, 24th April and 14th May. We also classified the transplanting time into four periods; 5th October, 5th November, 15th March and 15th April of the next year. 2) The seeding time showed little influence on the yield and bolting. However, in the transplanting time, the plot of 5th October, being small bolting and increasing yields, is the best and the plot of 15th March is the next. 3) There was a significant correlation between the size of transplanting seedling and rate of bolting. Thus, we found that the rate of bolting becomes small in proportion to the size of seedling. 4) In cultivation of Dargui, we had better plant in April or May and transplant in March of the next year. Relatively small ones and the same size of seedling are recommended.
