        태권도 앞굽이 몸통반대지르기를 통한 고령자의 건각도의 유효성 분석

        The purpose of this study was to identify effectiveness of Taekwondo Apkubi Momtong Bandae Jireugi (AMBJ) as diagnostic method of health related to muscle level of older men. To accomplish the purpose, relationship between a 3 stride of AMBJ distance and a cross section area of psoas major muscle were analyze. By using random sampling, 10 older men were sampled as subject who participate Gate-ball club in S-Gu, D-metropolitan city. Analysis of relation between the 3 stride of AMBJ and psoas major muscle scale recorded by MRI of older men were executed. Results of the analysis could be summarized as the following. 1) In the case of older men, the male who has much muscle weight and large thigh girth has big cross section area of psoas major muscle. 2) Relation among 3 stride of AMBJ, muscle weight(r=.822, p<.01), and thigh girth(r=.720, p<.05) especially, cross section area of psoas major muscle presented very high correlation(r=.91, p<.001). 3) Based on the analysis, measurement result of the 3 stride of Taekwondo Apkubi Momtong Bandae Jireugi was very effective diagnostic method to assume for health related to muscle strength level and all the muscular strength level of older men.

        Associations of serotonergic genes with poststroke emotional incontinence

        <P><B>Objectives</B></P><P>Poststroke emotional incontinence (PSEI) has been associated with serotonergic dysfunction. Polymorphisms of serotonin transporter (5‐HTT) and serotonin 2a receptor (5‐HTR2a) genes may regulate serotonergic signaling at brain synapses, and this study was to investigate associations with PSEI in an East Asian population.</P><P><B>Methods</B></P><P>In 276 stroke cases, PSEI was diagnosed by Kim's criteria. Covariates included age, gender, education, history of depression or stroke, current depression, and stroke severity and location. Genotypes were ascertained for 5‐HTT gene‐linked promoter region (5‐HTTLPR), serotonin transporter intron 2 variable number tandem repeat, 5‐HTR2a 1438A/G, and 5‐HTR2a 102 T/C. Associations with PSEI were estimated by using logistic regression models, and gene–gene interactions were investigated by using the generalized multifactor dimensionality reduction method.</P><P><B>Results</B></P><P>PSEI was present in 37 (13.4%) patients. The 5‐HTT gene‐linked promoter region <I>s</I>/<I>s</I> genotype was independently associated with PSEI. No associations with STin2 VNTR and 5‐HTR2a genes were found, and no significant gene–gene interactions were identified.</P><P><B>Conclusions</B></P><P>Stroke patients with 5‐HTTLPR <I>s</I> allele had higher susceptibility to PSEI, which underlines the potential role of serotonergic pathways in its etiology.         2011 대구세계육상선수권대회 남자 높이뛰기 메달리스트들의 바이오메카닉스적 특성 분석

        The purpose of this study was to perform a kinematic analysis of the high jump techniques of the three men`s medalists at the 2011 IAAF Championships in Daegu (August 27-September 4, 2011), In particular, a three-dimensional coordinates method was used to analyze the last three strides before touchdown, the touchdown techniques, and the movements after takeoff toward the bar. An analysis of the, data for the biomechanical characteristics of the world`s best high jumpers could contribute to an improvement in the performance of a national high jumper. The first conclusion of the data analysis was that the arm movements of the gold medalist, J. Williams, had a single arm form, whereas the arm movements of the other medalists were a double arm form. Second, the difference in the knee joint angles upon touchdown and toe-off was 10˚. Third, J. Williams achieved his maximum CM height after takeoff (1.26m) using the maximum flexion of his knee joint. Fourth, the foot contact duration of A. Dmitrik (0.11 s) was the shortest among the medalists, and the ratio for his transformation of horizontal velocity to vertical velocity was the greatest (75.25%) among the three. Last, the maximum CM height of T. Barry was the greatest, and his foot contact duration was the longest.

      • Sarcoma-180 세포를 이용한 고등균류의 항암효과

        상황버섯과 버들송이 균사체를 중심으로 하여 이들 균사체로부터 열수 추출된 세포내다당류와 배양액에서 회수된 다당류를 이용하여 sarcoma180에 대한 항암효과를 실험한 결과는 다음과 같다. Sarcoma-180 cell-line으로 복수임을 유발시킨 mice에 균사체와 배양액으로부터 회수한 다당체를 50㎍/㎏ 투여시의 체중증가량은 대조군에 비하여, 현저하게 체중증가량이 감소하였으며, 균사체에서 보다 배양액에서의 다당류에서 더욱 효과 있는 것으로 나타났다. 수명연장 효과를 살펴본 결과는 대조군에 비하여 상황과 버들송이 균사체의 세포외단백다당체에서 각각 47.8%, 69.6%, 32.2% 및 23.9%의 생존율을 나타내었다. In vitro에서의 S-180에 대한 증식 억제효과는 대조군에 비하여 모든 군에서 억제효과가 나타났으며, 시료의 농도에 비례하여 억제되는 것으로 나타났다. This study examine antitumor effects, the intracellular and extracellular, extracts from the liquid culture of the Phellinius igniarius and the Agrocybe cylindracea by using sarcoma180 tumor cells. The experimented was carred out by mice body weight increation, the life prolongation and tumor cell groth inhibition in vitro. The resultes obtained from the experiment as follows; Total body weight of mice, inoculated with sarcoma-180ascites tumor cells challenge, were decreased significantly in experimental groups, intracellular and extracellular polysaccharide extracts from the liquid culture of the Phellinius igniarius and the Agrocybe cylindracea than control groups. The life prolongation effects were 47.8%, 69.6%, 32.2% and 23.9%, respectively when intracellular and extracellular, extracts from the liquid culture of the Phellinius igniarius and the Agrocy cylindracea were administrated to the mice. Inhibitory efect on the growth rate of the sarcoma-180 was stronger in intracellular and extracellular, extracts from the liquid culture of the Phellinius igniarius and the Agrocybe cylindracea than control group. The growth rates of the sarcoma-180 in medium containing samples were inhibited gradually to a significant degree in proportion to the increase of the samples concentration in vitro.

      • 단일 엔코더 및 디코더를 이용하는 다시점 비디오 시스템

        The progress of data transmission technology over the Internet has spread a variety of realistic contents. The realistic contents have evolved from simple to interactive and immersive ones. One of such applcations is multi-view video requires encoders and decoders as many as the number of cameras. In this paper, to solve for these shortcomings, we propose a multi-view video system with a single encoder and a single decoder. In the encoding step, a compressed bitstream of multi-view video is generated by video mixing and compression by a single encoder. The decoding step is composed of a decoder and a scheduler controlling the decoding process. The scheduler assigns fair decoding and playback to each view sequence. The proposed method has been performed on various test sequences. Experimental results show that the proposed method is feasible to the processing of the multi-view video.

        I studied on the organizational development of the Ministry of Transport the future. Generally speaking, The transportation administration system goal of governments typically invoke irrefutable good concepts such as mobility and the need for comprehensive, integrated, efficient, safe, equitable, environmentally-sound and energy-saving transport system. Also, Transportation administration functions and organizations very according to mode level of government. Common to all modes are function such as system planning and programming, design and construction, operations, maintenance, coordination with other modes regulation, funding and grantsmanship, and research and development. Transportation generally contributes directly about one-tenth of the value-added in most economics. Indirectly, However, its contribution is much greater since, in the extreme, virtually all of the gross national product(GNP)is dependent on transportation. Thus the improvement transportation is basic to natinal economic growth and plays a central role in the broader development procoss(involving aspects such as political and social integration as well as purely public welfare services). But, In the recent years new problems has placed on old concerns-concern with the impacts on neighborhoods air and noise pollution, and the energy-consumption characteristics of alternative transportation. In particular, Urban transport problem is provided by the seven-element, so-called, accidents, parking difficulties, traffic management, environmental impact, difficulties for pedestriants, peak hour crowding on public transport and off-peak inadequancy of public transport, and so on. There are indications that these problems have a bad situation in Korea. If the transportation administration system cannot keep up with this problems and isses in demand for transportation in Korea, It risks becoming a drag or a bottleneck to national development and everyone's life. Therefore, the purpose of this treatise is to shed some light on social isses or dilemmas in transportation administration system in korea, especially point out the dispersion of this relation system, then not cope with the situation of transportation. The definition of the transportation administration system can be the maximization of transportation supply capability and control the minimization dysfunction. From this point of view, the flexibility of response of the transportation organization system must be preserved so as to avoid economic demage caused by unnessary or inappropriate cutback in transport operation or development in an effect to reorganize the ministry of transport in korea. In conclusion, I proposed that the improvement of the Korea's transportation organization system reorganize as soon as possible to assure the coordinated, effective administration of transportation programs, to facilitate the development and improvement of coordinated transportation service, to develop national transportation policies and programs conducive to the provision of fast, safe, efficient and convienient transportation, to stimulate technological advances, research and inevitablely development in transportation, and inevitablely considerate "continuing, comprehensive, coordinated", socalled "3C", planning in transportation planning process, and to develop the nationed transportation policies and programs to accomplish those objectives with full and appropriate consideration of the needs of the public, users, carries, industry, labor, and the national economic development.

      • 한약재료(단삼, 도인, 당귀미, 솔잎) 추출물이 지방산화에 미치는 영향

        지방산화 촉진인자인 활성산소종 (Hydrogen peroxide, Superoxide, Hydroxyl radical)과 Iron sources 들이 고혈압 치료제로 사용되고 있는 한약재료추출물들과의 반응효과를 in vitro 상에서 검토한 결과 oil emulsion 상태에서 활성산소종은 OH, H₂O₂, KO₂ 순으로 지방산화 촉진작용이 나타났으며, 한약재료추출물 자체도 산화반응을 어느정도 촉진시키는 경향이었다. 한약재료추출물의 활성산소 포집능은 KO₂에 비해 H₂O₂와 OH은 나타내지 않는 경향이었다. 그러나, 전반적으로 지방산화를 촉진시키는 ?? ion binding 능력은 추출물 모두 탁월하였다. ?? ion의 함량은 도인, 솔잎에 비해 단삼, 당귀미가 높은 수치를 나타내었으며, total iron 함량 역시 같은 경향이었다. 항산화작용을 하는 ascorbic acid 함량은 솔잎이 26.97ppm으로 가장 높은 함량을 나타내었으며, 단삼과 당귀미는 19.74, 22.14ppm으로 유사하며, 도인이 5.50ppm으로 낮은 값을 나타내었다.(P<0.05). 전자공여능은 솔잎, 단삼이 각각 79.54%,77.11%로 도인, 당귀미보다 높게 나타났고, SOD 유사활성측정에서는 도인이 0.16으로 가장 낮은 흡광도 수치를 나타내어, pyrogallol의 자동산화를 억제하는 SOD 유사활성이 다른 추출물에 비해 높은 것으로 나타났다(P<0.05). 아질산염소거작용은 pH에 따라 소거능이 다르게 나타났으며, 솔잎과 당귀미가 pH 1.2에서 각각 99.8%, 98.6%의 강한 소거능을 나타내었고, pH의 증가에 따라 전반적으로 감소하는 경향이었으며, 특히, pH6.0에서는 단삼과 도인의 경우 아질산염 소거작용이 나타나지 않았다. 이상의 결과로 한약재료 추출물 4종의 기능성은 솔잎 추출물이 가장 우수한 것으로 사료된다. This study was carried out to investigate the effects of herb extracts on lipid oxidation and free radical reaction in iron sources reacted with active oxygen species. The results were summarized as follow; The catalytic effects of active oxygen on lipid oxidation in oil emulsion tended to be showed OH, H₂O₂ and KO₂ in order. At the same time, herb extracts itself were tended to be showed a little catalytic effects. Active oxygen scavenging ability of herb extracts didn't show, but herb extracts played role as a strong chelating agents to bind iron ion if ?? ion exist in oil emulsion. The content of ?? ion Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge, and also, the content of total iron was the same persica Stokes and Pinus strobus. And also, the content of total iron was the same tendancy. The content of ascorbic acid of Pinus strobus showed the highest amounts as 26.97ppm among all herb extracts, but Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge., Angelica gigas Nakai and Prunus persica Stokes were 19.74ppm, 22.14ppm and 5.50ppm, respectively(P<0.05). Electron donating ability of Pinus strobus and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. were 79.54% and 77.11%, respectively, which was showed higher content than those of Prunus persica Stokes and Angelica gigas Nakai. The SOD-like activity of Prunus persica Stokes was showed optical density(O.D.) 0.16, compared to other berb extracts which means the most strong antioxidant reaction. The nitrite scavenging effects were tended to be different, depending on pH value as pH value was increased. They were decreased overall. Especially, they didn't show the nitrite scavenging effect in pH 6.0. In conculsion, the Pinus strobus extract among herb extracts were the most effective by evaluation as functional sources.

      • 과잉양수에 의한 지하수고갈 영향에 대한 연구

        To study the relations of underground/surface-water exhaustion and excessive pumping, we have analyzed river, geological characteristics, recharge rate of rainfall and underground-water level. The ground water recharge rate from the SCS-CN analysis is 8.4%, and the recharge is computed in 6.4111 x 10^(5)㎥/y. This results mean that a big drawdown in observation holes may be occurred by excessive pumping. From in-situ hydraulic conductivity test, hydraulic conductivity in basement of the study area is calculated in 7.996 x 10^(-6)-2.067 x 10^(-6)m/sec. The underground/surface-water in the study area with small underground-water recharge rate will be exhausted by long time pumping.

      • 동결보호제로서 미성숙 송화추출물이 Lactococcus lactis에 미치는 영향

        송화추출물 첨가가 Lactococcus lactis 성장에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 Elliker broth에 1, 3, 5% 첨가한 결과, 3% 첨가에 의해 균성장이 뚜렷이 촉진됨을 알 수 있었다. 동결건조컬쳐 제조시 중화제로 사용되는 Na citrate의 적절한 첨가 농도를 알아보기 위하여 도결건조컬쳐에 Ls. lactis를 1% 접종한 후 Na citrate를 각각 1.5%와 2% 첨가하ㅕ 배양하면서 생균수를 측정한 결과 2% 첨가에 의해 생균수가 가장 높게 나타났다. 또한 동결건조 컬쳐의 세포 활력을 산 생성능으로 측정한 결과, 3% 송화추출물 첨가구의 활력은 76%, β-glycerophosphate 첨가구는 73%, sucrose와 gelatin 첨가구는 각각 69, 68%를 나타내어 송화추출물 첨가구의 활력이 가장 높게 나타나 송화추출물이 동결건조컬쳐 제조시 세포의 효소를 잘 보호하여 산 생산에 우수성을 보이는 것을 알 수 있었다. 동결건조컬쳐 제조후 적당한 저장조건과 온도를 알아보기 위하여 산소와 질소 가스 하에서 -15℃와 25℃로 각각 저장한 후 생균수와 산도를 측정한 결과, 동결보호제 송화추출물을 첨가하여 질소 가스주입하에서 -15? 저장하는 것이 생균수의 가장 높게 나타났고 세포 활력 유지에 가장 적당한 것으로 나타났다. This studies was carried out to abserve the growth and the activity Lactococcus lactis with immature pine pollen extract(IPPE) in Elliker broth, skim milk and the effection of IPPE as cryogenic compound in Lyophilized culture. Growth and activity of Lactococcus lactis Elliker broth with IPPE were better than control at 28? for 20 hrs. Survival rate and activity of Lactococcus lactis freeze dried culture added IPPE as cryogenic compound were higher than control, when the lyophilized culture were tested for survival rate and acid producing activity after storage for three month by rehydration with skim milk to original prelyophilization volum. Survival rate and activity of Lactococcus lactis freeze dried culture sealed with N ₂ gas were higher than O₂ gas, when the lyophilized culture were tested for survival rate and acid producing activity after storage for three month by rehydration with skim milk to original prelyophilization volum. Survival rate and activity of Lactococcus lactis freeze dried culture stored under -15℃ were higher than 25℃, when the lyophilized culture were tested for survival rate and acid producing activity after storage for three month by rehydration with skim milk to original prelyophilization volum.

      • 미세 구형 Phenolic 수지의 합성에 관한 연구

        The present study was to develop a process for the synthesis of particulate solid, heat-reactive. substantially water-insoluble resoles. The study was comprised the steps of: (i) reacting formaldehyde, a phenol, and hexamethylenetetramine or a compound containing amino hydrogen, in an aqueous medium containing an effective amount of a protective colloid, for a period of time and at a temperature sufficient to synthesize an aqueous dispersion of a particulate solid, heat reactive, substantially water-insoluble thermosetting resole: and (ii) recovering the particulate resole from aqueous dispersion. The resulting particulate resole was free0flowing powder that has excellent resistance to sintering. The powder was pyrolyzed in order to make carbonic microsphere under helium atmosphere.
