        싶다' 구문의 격과 부가어 : HPSG의 확대 논항 구조적 분석 An Extended Argument Structure Analysis in HPSG

        Choe, Jong-Joo and Lee, Nam-Geun. 2000. Case and Adjunct in the Siphta Construction: An Extended Argument Structure Analysis in HPSG. Linguistics 8-1, 133-152. The siphta construction in Korean shows some intriguing properties such as the case alternation in the complement NP of the lower verb and the optional - but not arbitrary - case marking on the adjunct. We will show that the 'argument structure' alone is not enough to deal with the case marking on the adjunct simply because the adjunct cannot be contained in the argument structure. Therefore, in the framework of Head-driven Phrase Structure Grammar (HPSG for short), we will take advantage of the new feature DEPS (or dependendy structure) proposed by Bouma, Malouf and Sag (1999). The extended argument structure DEPS will enable us, with the help of Case Principle and the notion of structural/lexical case, to take care of the case alternation and case marking on the adjunct in the siphta construction.         한국소비재 신제품성패의 결정요인 분석

        The modern decision environment is characterized by the presence of multiple objectives or goals, which are generally competing or conflicting. Therfore, it has been well established that virtually every decision making problem involves several key criteria. Mathematical programming techniques based on a single objective criterion such as cost minimization or profit maximization are restricted in application to real-world problems. Radford (14) contended that the goal of a global optimum solution should be discarded when considering complex and multiple objective decision problems. Under the modern complex decision environment, it is necessary to simultaneously consider all of the multiple and often conflicting objectives appropriately in selecting a best strategy or policy. Among the various techniques which have been developed to handle multicriteria decision making problems, goal programming is perhaps the most promising approach as it is an appropriate, powerful, flexible, and pragmatic tool. This technique was originally introduced by Charnes and Cooper (2, 3), and further developed by Ijiri (g) and Lee (11). The goal programming model can be solved through the use of a computer program based on an iterative algorithm. Currently, the most widely used computer program is Lee`s program (11) written in Fortran. Another popular algorithm was developed by Ignizio (7). Lee`s and Ignizio`s programs were designed using the modified simplex method. Lee`s and Ignizio`s programs did not consider efficiency in terms of the running time and storage requirements. Computational inefficiency results from unnecessary information being computed from iteration. to iteration. Recently Arthur (1) attempted to design a more efficient algorithm. This algorithm was tested in comparison with Lee`s algorithm in terms of computational time. Arthur`s goal partitioning algorithm is more efficient than the other two algorithms because it reduces the number of computations by modifying the matrix size when the number of subproblems increases and by eliminating unnecessary nonbasic variables. The critical disadvantage of this algorithm is its inability to provide the final optimal simplex tableau required to perform sensitivity analysis. This paper presents a new efficient GP algorithm based on the product represenation of the revised simplex method in order to overcome deficiencies of computational inefficiency on the part of the Lee and Ignizio algorithms and the lack of the final simplex tableau on the part of the Arthur algorithm.

      • Lower extremity edema in patients with endometrial cancer

        The objective of this study was to investigate clinical manifestations of lower extremity edema (LEE) in endometrial cancer Medical records for LEE and/or responses to the Gynecologic Cancer Lymphedema Questionnaire (GCLQ) were evaluated in 177 patients with endometrial cancer Patients had a median age of 53 years. Sixty-seven patients (37.9%) had past (9 patients, 13.4%) and/or current patient-reported LEE (58 patients, 86.6%). Symptoms reported on the GCLQ in over 20% of respondents were swelling, numbness, aching , and heaviness. GCLQ total symptoms score was significantly higher in patients with current LEE. Most of the LEE (43/67, 64.2%) developed within 12 months after surgery and LEE lasted more than 6 months in most patients (56/59, 94.9%) Prospective clinical trials are needed to know the clinical significance, impact on quality of life, and preventive strategy of LEE in patients with endometrial cancer

        The present study focuses on estimating the sediment taransport parameters downstream of the Chungju multipurpose dam by using the computer program HEC-6, which was developed by the United States Army Corps of Engineer. A typical parameter of sediment transport computation is the selection of the sediment transport formula. Computing HEC-6 as a movable-bed model, the Ackers-White flonula is selected.

        조선초 객사 건축에 관한 연구 : 문헌연구를 중심으로

        This thesis mainly deals with the Gaeksa architecture of early Joseon dynasty with the survey of documentary records The Gaeksa is a typical complex which combined with several buildings such as Jeongcheong, Ikheon and so on Each building has special purpose of their own Jeongcheong is a place for the national ceremony and Ikheon is a place for the rest of envoy All the town of Joseon had the Gaeksa in the center of their town But now most of the Gaeksa were destroyed and disappeared These conditions made no more progress in studies with the Gaeksa So this study focused on how they were made and how they were used in early Joseon dynasty As a result, the uses of the Gaeksa of early Joseon dynasty shows very diverse aspects And the impotance of the Gaeksa in early Joseon dynasty was reduced in symbolical and functional purpose compare to that of late Joseon dynasty

      • 한국 Drosophila아속 10종에 대한 유전적 유연관계

        한국산 Drosophila아속 10종(D. virilis, D. tsigana, D. lacertosa, D. angularis, D. brachyephros, D. curvispina, D. kuntzei, D. nigromaculata, D. takadai, D. unispina)의 계통관계를 알아보기 위하여 동위효소와 수용성 단백질 분석을 실시하였다. 15종류의 동위효소 분석에서 18개의 loci가 검출되었다. 18개 loci중 Mdh-2, Got, Me, Ao, G6pd, Adh, Fum은 종내 변이가 없었으며, 특히 Ao, Fum은 종간에서도 변이가 없이 monomorpic하였다. 이 동위효소 분석에서 D. lacertosa와 D. nigromaculata가 가장 낮은 유연관계를 보였다. 2DE에 의한 수용성단백질 분석에서는 D. nigromaculata와 D. brachynephros가 가장 낮은 유연관계를 보였으며, D. angularis와 D. brachynephros가 가장 높은 유연관계를 보였다. 이상의 결과를 종합하여 보면 한국산 Drosophila아속 10종은 D. virilis, D. tsigana, D. lacertosa의 group과 D. angularis, D. brachynephros, D. curvispina, D. kuntzei, D. nigromaculata, D. takadai, D. unispina의 group으로 나눌 수 있으며, D. virilis가 속한 group이 더 primitive하다고 하겠다. 그러나 이 group이 다른 group에 직접적인 ancestor는 아니며 다른 ancestor가 있었을 것으로 생각된다. Phylogenetic relationships among the 10 species of the subgenus Drosophila in Korea, which is D. virilis, D. lacertosa, D. tsigana, D. angularis D. brachnephros, D. curvispina, D. kuntzei, D. nigromaculata, D. takadai and D. unispina were investigated using 18 loci found from analysis of 15 allozymes and soluble proteins analysis. Mdh-2, Got, Me, Ao, G6pd, Adh and Fum showed monomorphic patterns in each species, and specially Ao and Fum are the same alleles. As for the genetic relationships based on the results from the allozymes analysis, D. curvispina and D. unisina were found to have the closest relationship (0.851), and D. lacertosa and D. kuntzei showed the reverse (0.198). the average genetic similarity of the 10 species by allozyme analysis was 0.458. Soluble proteins from the 10 species of subgenus Drosophila were analyzed by 2DE method. Genetic distance between D. angularis and D. brachynephros was closer (0.168) than any other species. D. curvispina and D. unispina, and D. kuntzei and D. takadai were grouped as related species. The allozyme and soluble protein analysis showed similar. The average genetic distance of the 10 species by 2DE analysis was 0.386, indicating that the subgenus Drosophila can be grouped into two classes; the one class in D. virilis, D. lacertosa, D. tsigana and the other D. angularis, D. brachynephros, D. curvispina, D. kuntzei, D. nigromaculata, D. takadai and D. unispina.

      • 조만강 유역에서 SWMM 모형의 민감도분석에 관한 연구

        SWMM model has an advantage of simultaneous simulation for watershed runoff of rainfall and pollutants, and the present study contains results of sensitivity analysis of rainfall and pollutants runoff from the Joman River basin A GIS tool has been used for drawing out topographic and geological characteristics of the watershed For preparation of input data for SWMM model, meteorological, subcatchment, and channel data have been collected and analyzed Results of sensitivity analysis showed that proportion of watershed and impervious areas was the most sensitive to peak discharge and total flowrate for rainfall runoff and that the washoff exponent was the most sensitive parameter for pollutants runoff.

        생약복합제제의 병용투여에 관한 연구 (제1보) : 가미청심연자탕과 항고혈압약물과의 병용투여 Combined usage of Kamichungsimyunja-Tang and Anti-hypertensive Drugs

        Effects of Combined usage of combined preparation of crude drugs(Kamichungsimyunja-Tang) and anti-hypertensive drugs were examined in anti-hypertensive effects in rats and diuretic effects in mice. Kamichungsimyunja-Tang is an added and subtracted prescription of Chungsimyunja-Tang which it has become one of the favorate prescriptions at the Oriental Medical Hospital, Kyung-Hee University. Kamichungsimyunja-Tang has been used widely in cardiovascular disorder in Oriental medicines. Kamichungsimyunja-Tang was orally given and anti-hypertensive drugs such as hydralazine, verapamil and atenolol were intravenously given to rats. Effects of combined usage of Kamichungsimyunja-Tang and antihypertensive drugs for the anti-hypertensive actions significantly increased the anti-hypertensive effect of anti-hypertensive drugs. Kamichungsimyunja-Tang and diuretic drugs such as furosemide and hydrochlorothiazide was orally given to mice. Effects of combined usage of Kamichungsimyunja-Tang and diuretic drugs for the diuretic effects significantly increased the effect of diuretic drugs. These result suggested that combined usage of Kamichungsimyunja-Tang and anti-hypertensive drugs and diuretic drugs for the anti-hypertensive and diuretic actions significantly increased the effect of anti-hypertensive and diuretic drugs.
