Until recently, colorectal polyps were classified predominantly as hyperplastic or adenomatous. While adenomatous polyps are well-characterized precursor lesions of adenocarcinomas, hyperplastic polyps have been considered as benign lesion. However, some hyperplastic polyps with serrated morphology of the crypts have been recognized to have distinctive features and these polyps were termed ‘serrated adenomas’. Recent data show that sessile serrated adenomas (SSA) might be the precursors of serrated colonic cancers, underlining the necessity of identifying them. SSA is approximately 3% of all polyps, commonly appears as flat or sessile and yellowish due to mucus production. In the pathogenesis of SSA, progression to high grade dysplasia or early invasive carcinoma may be associated with serrated neoplasia pathway different from adenoma-carcinoma sequence. We report a case with a colon polyp diagnosed as sessile serrated adenoma with high grade dysplasia after endoscopic submucosal dissection.

강원도는 오랫동안 금속, 비금속, 석재 및 석탄과 같은 지하자원들을 공급하는 국내 주요생산지로 알려져 왔으나, 장기적인 채광과 비 계획적인 생산으로 인하여 매장량이 고갈되고 있으며, 대외적으로 생산 경쟁력 마저 잃어가고 있다. 이러한 문제점에 대한 해결방안의 일환으로 본 연구에서는 강원도내에 산재되어 있는 지하자원의 분포, 자원 생산시설 및 생산량, 경제성, 자원개발, 환경문제 등 자원관리에 필요한 제반사항을 수행할 수 있는 강원지역 자원 종합관리 GIS 시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템의 개발은 방대한 양의 정보 조사 및 저장, 오랜 개발기간, 많은 소요인력 및 개발 비용이 요구되기 때문에 본 연구에서는 조기에 자원관리 GIS 시스템을 개발하여 이와 관련된 생산 및 연구 분야에 조기에 적용할 수 있도록, 일차년도에는 현재 석재복합 신소재제품 연구센터의 집중적 연구대상 지역인 태백지역에 대한 탄광지역을 중심으로 자원 종합관리 GIS 시스템을 개발하였다. The Kangwon province has been well-known to be one of major underground resource producing districts which are mainly supplying metals, non-metals, stones, and coals. However, due to the long-term mining and unplanned production, the natural resource reserves have been rapidly drained and oversea production competition has been losing. In this study, we has developed a GIS system for regional resource management in the Kangwon province, which can operate, maintain, and manage the distribution of underground resources, resource production facilities, production and economic development, and environmental issues. The development of this system requires the collection, analysis, evaluation, and storage for a huge amount of research data, and in addition, the long period of time, the big research man power, and big development cost. Accordingly, to shorten the development period of time and to early apply itself to production, this stage of study has been intensively developed a regional resource GIS system for managing the mines scattered in the Tabak province, which is one of hottest RRC's research areas.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of university lifelong education manager in terms of emotional intelligence and organizational effectiveness. For this purpose, literature review was conducted, and validity and reliability were verified. The results of study showed that the level of components of emotional intelligence and emotional intelligence of university lifelong education manager was relatively high. The level of organizational effectiveness of university lifelong education manager was confirmed to be normal level, organizational commitment and job satisfaction among the components of organizational effectiveness were confirmed to be high level, and turnover intention was confirmed to be low level. It was found that self emotional understanding and emotional regulation have an effect on organizational effectiveness. The results of this study will be able to suggest the importance of emotional intelligence and organizational effectiveness as a way to increase job satisfaction and organizational commitment of university lifelong education manager and to reduce turnover intention. Based on these results, conclusion and recommendation were suggested.

In knowledge based society, lifelong learning is increasing in order to meet educational needs of adult learners. Credit Bank system which is credited by individual experience, learning and qualifications are also emphasized for continuing learning participation. However, in spite of the importance of concern in the Credit Bank System, adult learners expectation and value are not high. The purpose of this study is to analyze participation valence and learning flow of adult learner in the Credit Bank System. The result of this study is summarized as follows: first, adult learners participated in the Credit Bank System to get new knowledge and skill based on internal and external motivation and requirement not involved with individual degree. Second, adult learners participating in the Credit Bank System are experiencing learning flow realizing that behavior of participation is compensated, adult learners are concentrating and feeling with satisfaction and pleasure to study. Third, participation in the Credit Bank System based on adult learner’s own right learning requirement have been analyzed as it has a positive effect to the learning flow and have indicated that adult learners having high level of valence experience, recognition immersion, behavioral devotion, and egoistic immersion. Based on the conclusion, further studies are suggested.

운동요법이 뇌졸중 환자의 일상생활동작과 우울에 미치는 효과

The purposes of this study was to determine the effect of exercise in stroke patients and to define to strategy to promote their activity of daily living. decrease to their depression.<br/> The experiemental design was designed nonequivalent control group non-synchronized design. The study method had been done by investigating the experimental group and control group through the questionaire on 60 patients who had been in patient department in D University hospital and K University hospital in Busan from November 5th. 2000 to the end of February 28th. 2001.<br/> Exercise was conducted by the researcher and was carried out experimental group once per day for 20 minutes for daily fourteen days.<br/> ADL check List tool by Kang and Center of Epideilogic Studies-Depression (CES-D) were used for measurement in this study.<br/> The data was analyzed by means of freqency, percentage, mean±SD, t-test. chi-square test and ANOVA with SPSS/PC.<br/> The results were summarized as follow;<br/> 1. The experimental group which received exercise should be higher in activity of daily living than the control group was supported (t=2.70. P=.009)<br/> 2. The experimental group which received exercise should be lower in depression than the control group was not support(t = -1.120, P= .267) but experimental group post-pre depression score support(t = 7 .247, P= .000),<br/> 3. Factors influencing the activity of daily living measured are payer of medical expenses (F=3.98, P=.018) and complications(t=3.97. P= .056)<br/> 4. Factors influencing the depression measured are economic status(F=5.71. P= .009) and caregivers(F=3.09, P= .045).<br/> In conclusion, the exercise incresed the activity of daily living and effect on depression of stroke patiens. Based upon these results. it is recommended that the nurses who take care of stroke patients such as exercise.<br/> <br/>

실감미디어 기반의 사용자경험 특징과 의미에 관한 융합연구

오늘날 고도화된 정보통신의 발전과 스마트 미디어산업의 성장으로 실감미디어(Immersive Media)는 사용자에게 현실과 가장 근접한 가상의 환경을 제공하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 실감미디어 환경에서 다차원적으로 변화하고 있는 사용자경험을 살펴보기 위해 시작되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 먼저 급격히 변화하고 있는 실감미디어 생태계를 이해하고, 그 속에서 다양한 감각의 형태로 경험을 전달하고 있는 실감미디어 기반의 사용자경험 특징과 의미를 파악하는 것에 목적을 두고 있다. 따라서 본 논문의 연구 방법은 실감미디어의 생태계와 기술적인 부분을 다학제적으로 이해하고, 사용자경험의 개념과 요소를 살펴본다. 이를 바탕으로 경험의 특징과 의미를 파악하기 위한 분석의 툴로 8개의 키워드를 유형화하였다. 이를 토대로 각 사례에서 나타나는 사용자경험의 과정과 가치, 변화 및 속성을 파악하여 분석을 시도하였다. 연구 결과 및 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 물리적·심리적 한계로부터의 극복이다. 때때로 오프라인 또는 온라인 환경에서 사용자경험에 단절이 생긴다. 이때 실감미디어와의 기술적 결합으로 시각적 자극과 감각적 체험을 융복합한 가상의 공간에서 경험의 한계를 극복할 수 있다. 둘째, 경험이 몰입도 높은 체험으로 진화하고 있다. 스마트 기기를 사용해 사용자는 직접몸을 움직이며, 신체 일부분을 사용해 자신이 원하는 것을 선택해 체험할 수 있다. 셋째, 개인화된 서비스이다. 사용자는 개인화된 가상의 공간에서 자신의 취향과 라이프스타일이 반영된 제품을 선택하고, 원하는 시간과 장소에서 서비스를 경험할 수 있으며, 미디어와의 상호작용으로 개인 맞춤형 디지털 콘텐츠를 받을 수 있다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 앞으로 더욱 활성화될 실감미디어 기반의 사용자경험이 물리적 한계를 넘어서 사용자의 다양한 니즈가 반영된 경험을 설계하는 데 있어 중요한 시사점이 되길 바란다. Immersive media has been providing its users with the virtual environment which is closest to the reality along with the development of advanced information and communications and the growth of smart media industry. Thus, this study looked into the user experience changing multidimensionally in the environment of immersive media. The purpose of this study is to understand the rapidly-changing ecosystem of immersive media and figure out the characteristics and the meaning of user experience based on immersive media that delivers experiences in the form of various senses. Therefore, it figured out the ecosystem and technical parts of immersive media and the concept and elements of user experience, and based on this, it drew eight key words to understand the characteristics and the meaning of user experience using an analysis tool. On the basis of this, the process, value, changes and attributes of user experience that appeared in each case were identified and the analysis was carried out. The result of this study is as follows. First, it is the overcoming of physical⋅psychological limitations. User experience is sometimes severed online and offline. At this point, the limitations of experience can be overcome with a technical combination with immersive media in virtual space where visual stimulation and sensory experience are fused. Second, experiences are evolving into the capturing ones. The users move their body, select what they want and can experience it using smart devices. Third, it is an individualized service. In individualized virtual space, the users can select the product that reflects their preference and lifestyle, experience the service at any time and any site they want and be provided with personalized digital contents through the interaction with media. On the basis of this study, the user experience based on immersive media hopefully will overcome physical limitations and become an important implication with regard to designing experiences where users’ various needs are reflected.
