        Scheduling is very important problem in managing any system in anywhere. In recent years Factory Automation is accomplished by accepting the multi-functional machines. So obtaining the optimal scheduling solution is very difficult. and if the considering factors are increased, the optimal scheduling is more difficult. So in this study proposes the convenient heurisic algoritm considered machine utilization, mean flow time of each product and tool life of each machine.

      • 석곡광산(石谷鑛山) 부근의 지질과 광화작용(鑛化作用)에 대하여

        The Seokgok Mine area, which is located in Dong-myun, Jungseon-gun, Kangwon-do, is composed of Pungchon limestone formation, Hwajeol formation, Dongjeom quartzite formation, Dumudong formation and Magdong limestone formation in ascending order, which are included in the so-called Great limestone Series, Cambro-Ordovician in age. The ore deposit is developed partially along the fracture in the Pungchon limestone formation. And its origin is considered as a filling replaced type. The shape of the ore body is very irregular and in which remains the non-replaced limestone relicts. Ore minerals are mainly galena, sphalerite, pyrite and chalcopyrite, which are associated with small amount of other sulfide minerals.

      • In vitro propagation of Coleus forskohlii, an important medicinal plant

        For mass multiplication of an important medicinal plant Coleus forskohlii, a procedure for the high frequency regeneration of Coleus forskohlii has been developed using leaf explants via callus culture. Callus formation occurred in MS medium supplemented with 1-2 mg/L each of NAA and BAP. A large number of shoots were formed on MS + 1 mg/L BAP from 50-60 days old greenish calli. Rooting of healthy shoots occurred on 0.1-0.4 mg/L NAA. The protocol described could be useful in future for genetic manipulation of this plant species.

        경부도상 피판을 이용한 구강내 결손부의 재건

        Various cutaneous as well as myocutaneous flaps have been designed for the reconstruction of tissue defects caused by the excision of oral cancer. Among these flaps, cervical island skin flap have been introduced by Farr et al and more have developed by Tashiro et al. This flap has many advantages. The flap minimizes donor size by use of cervical operation wound, flap size available is adequate for most oral defects and the procedure is relatively simple and time saving. However, this flap is not applicable in patients where there are large tissue defects and metastasis is suspected. We used this flap for it's rapid simple, and effective, primary closure of oral defects after cancer ablation and we have found this flap very useful for the reconstruction of relatively small oral defects.

      • 고상-기상 반응에 의한 질화 알루미늄 휘스커 합성

        질화알루미늄 휘스커 합성을 위하여, Al원으로는 Al_2O_3, Al(OH)_3, AlOOH를 사용하였고, 환원제로는 카본블랙, 기상반응을 유도하기 위하여 AlF_3, NH_4F, CaF_2를 사용하여 고순도 질소분위기에서 실험을 행하였다. 또한 액상반응 시 미세구조상의 변화를 확인하기 위하여 금속 알루미늄을 첨가하여 실험을 행하였다. 질화알루미늄의 생성과 침상형 휘스커상의 형상은 1600℃의 온도에서 가장 잘 나타났으며 열처리 온도의 상승은 오히려 휘스커상의 형성을 방해하고 있음을 보여주었다. 침상형 휘스커의 합성에 가장 큰 영향을 주는 것은 기상반응을 일으키는 AlF_3 첨가이며, AlF_3 첨가량이 증가함에 따라 침상형 휘스커상의 증가를 확인할 수 있었다. 액상 반응을 위한 금속 알루미늄 첨가는 전체의 15 wt%까지는 침상형 휘스커가 증가하였으나 15 wt%이상으로 첨가하는 경우 오히려 침상형 휘스커가 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. To synthesize aluminium nitride whisker, Al_2O_3, Al(OH)_3, and AlOOH were used for aluminium element. Experiment was done under the high purity nitrogen atmosphere with carbon black as deoxidation agent and AlF_3, NH_4F and CaF as gas phase reactants. Metallic aluminium was used for liquid phase reaction in which microstructural change occured. The AlN with whiskered Phase was formed at 1600℃ and the increase of temperature inhibited the formation of whiskered phase. AlF_3 was the main factor for the formation of needle-shaped whiskers, and the amount of whisker increased with AlF_3 contents. The amount of needle-shaped AlN whiskers increased with the addition of metallic aluminium up to 15 wt% but decreased with aluminium of above 15 wt%.

      • 글래스비드 방법과 분말프레스 방법을 이용한 지르코니아 분말시편의 반정량 엑스선형광분석

        XRF는 시편의 종류에 따라 벌크, 분말 등 여러 가지 형태의 시료를 간단한 전처리 조작에 의해 빠른 시간에 분석할 수 있다는 장점으로 파인세라믹스의 원소분석으로 이용되고 있다. 그러나 시편들의 전처리 방법에 따라 분석의 결과가 달리 나타나고 있어, 본 실험험에서는 분말프페스형 시편과 글래스비드형 시편에서의 분석결과 차이를 밝히고자 하였으며, 분석결과에 미치는 영향들을 살펴보고자 하였다. 글래스비드형 시편인 경우 첨가하는 10배 이상의 플럭스 때문에 측정시편에 포함된 실제 분석하고자하는 시료의 양이 적어 오차의 범위가 크게 나타났다. 미량원소의 분석일 경우 글래스비드형 시편이 분말프레스형 시편의 시편보다 측정결과에서 많은 오차를 나타낸다. 이것은 X-선이 조사되는 영역에서 실제 시편내의 시료의 양이 미량 원소 분석의 오차를 나타냄을 알 수 있었다. XRF(X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer) is one of the element analyzing instruments. which can be used to analyze ceramic materials of bulk, powder and various forms. The advantage of XRF is rapid analysis of elements in ceramics with simple sample preparation. In this study, the difference in results between pressed powder method and glass bead method were evaluated and the effects of sample preparation the final results were examined. The flux included in glass bead method, which is more than 10 times of samples, affected the final analyzing result. Trace element analysis in XRF could be affected by the sample amount because the region of X-ray beam is related the sample amount.

      • 알루미나가 3Y-TZP의 소결에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 3Y-TZP(3mol Yttria-Tetragonal Zirconia Polycrystal)의 기계적 물성과 미세구조를 관찰하기 위하여 소결조제로 알루미나를 1 2 wt%까지 첨가하고 1390%부터 1510℃부터 1510℃까지 열처리하였다. 소결 시료의 밀도는 온도와 알루미나의 첨가량이 증가할수록 저하되었으며, 경도는 1470℃ 이상에서 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 결정상 분석은 고온에서 Monclinic-ZrO_2가 검출되었으며, 열처리 온도가 증가함에 따라 결정입자의 성장을 나타내었다. To investigate the mechanical properties and microstructure of 3Y-TZP composition, alumina was added up to 1.2 wt% into the 3Y-TZP composition and sintered from 1390℃ to 1510℃ The density of specimen was decreased as increasing the alumina content and the hardness was also decreased at the above 1470℃ Monclinic ZrO_2 Phase was found for the specimen sintered at the above 1470℃. The grain size of specimen without alumina was increased rapidly as increasing the sintering temperature.

      • Staphylococcus aureus와 Coagulase-Negative Staphylococcus Species에 대한 Arbekacin의 시험관내 항균력

        Background : Most strains of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) now exhibit high-level resistance to various antibiotics, such as β -lactam antibiotics, aminoglycosides, macrolides, tetracyclines and quinolones. Recent reports describing the therapeutic failure of vancomycin for MRSA infections have arisen considerable concerns regarding the emergence of MRSA strains, which will require new therapeutic agents. Arbekacin, an aminoglycoside antibiotic, has antibacterial activity against both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria and is stable in the presence of aminoglycoside inactivating enzymes produced by S. aureus. In this study, we compared the antibacterial activity of arbekacin with those of vancomycin, gentamicin, and amikacin against Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) and coagulase-negative staphylococci (CNS). Methods : For a collection of 549 S. aureus and 251 CNS isolates from three Catholic University Hospitals in Korea, minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of arbekacin, vancomycin, amikacin and gentamicin were determined by agar dilution method using Mueller-Hinton agar according to NCCLS (National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards, USA)criteria. Results : Among 549 S. aureus isolates, 278 isolates were MRSA and 271 isolates were methicil sensitive S. aureus (MSSA). MIC50 & MIC90 of arbekacin against 549 S. aureus were 0.5 & 1 ㎍/mL, and MIC50 & MIC90 of vancomycin were 1 & 1 ㎍/mL. MIC of arbekacin against 549 S. aureus isolates ranges from 0.03 to 4 ㎍/mL, and MIC of vancomycin against 549 S. aureus ranges from 0.25 to 2 ㎍/mL. MIC90 of amikacin against 549 S. aureus was 32㎍/mL, and that of gentamicin was 128 ㎍/mL. MICs of amikacin and gentamicin were variable, ranging from 0.125 to 256, and otherwise arbekacin and vancomycin revealed relatively narrow range of MICs. MIC90 of arbekacin against 278 MRSA isolates & 271 MSSA were 1 & 0.5 ㎍/mL, and those of vancomycin against MRSA & MSSA were 1 & 1 ㎍/mL. MIC90 of amikacin against 278 MRSA & 271 MSSA isolates were 32 & 4 ㎍/mL, and that of gentamicin against MRSA & MSSA isolates were 128 & 32 ㎍/mL respectively. Among 251 CNS isolates, 122 isolates were MRCNS and 129 were MSCNS. MICSO & MIC90 of arbekacin against 251 CNS isolates were 0.25 & 2 ㎍/mL, and those of vancomycin were 1 & 2 ㎍/mL. MIC of arbekacin against 251 CNS isolates ranges from 0.015 to 32 ㎍/mL, and that of vancomycin isolates ranges from 0.25 to 2 ㎍/mL, MIC90 of arbekacin against 122 MRCNS & 129 MSCNS isolates were 2&0.3 ㎍/ML, and those of vancomycin were 2&s ㎍/ML. MIC90 of amikacin against 251 CNS isolates was 32 ㎍/ML, and that of gentamicin was 128 ㎍/ML for CNS. MIC90 of amikacin against 122 MRCNS & 129 MSCNS isolates were 128 & 8㎍/mL, and those of gentamicin ere 256 & 32 ㎍/mL. Conclusion : Considering above results, arbekacin can be useful agent against most strains of MRSA and MRCMS, which exhibit high-level resistance to amikacin and gentamicin.         현행 중학교 과학 실험·실습교육에 대한 교사들의 견해와 개선방안

        The status of facilities, management of the experiment, practices, and Science education teaching method in middle school have been investigated. The present status and reasonable management of middle school science education have been grasped from the questionaires. The results are as follows : The reasonable management for expeiments and practices of science education were scanty in the middle school around the urban and rural schools owing to the shortage of facilities and equipments, crowded class, excessive classes, work for teachers, excessive contents of present textbook and insufficience of administrative support etc. The current teaching method of middle school science has emphasized knowledge. This fact does not satisfy the objective of learning due to lack of teaching method. Desirable directions for the improvement of present status of middle school science education were proposed in this paper.
