        학습자 주도성(Student Agency)을 기반한 창의적 문제해결수업에 참여한 대학생의 학습자 주도성의 발달과정과 미래창의융합역량함양에 관한 혼합연구

        목적 본 연구는 학습자 주도성(Student Agency)을 기초로 한 창의적 문제해결력수업에서 학습자 주도성(Student Agency)발달과정과 미래창의융합역량의 함양을 혼합연구방법으로 알아보고 이에 대한 시사점을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 방법 질적자료수집은 15주간의 참여학습자로부터 생성된 수업성찰, 수업과제 결과물, 교수자 면담, 동료평가지 등이다. 수집된 자료의 분량은 A4용지 683장이였으며 줄분석방법(Line by line analysis)을 활용하였다. 질적연구를 지지하고 보완하기 위한 방안으로 양적자료 수집도 진행하였는데 박현희, 곽민정(2023)의 미래창의융합인재역량의 조작적 정의를 바탕으로 전문가 타당도를 통해 본 연구에 맞는 문항만을 활용하여 15주간 수업의 사전-사후로 미래창의융합역량을 측정을 하였다. 수집된 양적자료는 Spss 21.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 결과 질적자료 분석결과 세가지 핵심주제 ‘학습자 주도성 이해와 발휘’, ‘소통과 협력의 실천’, ‘평생학습자로서의 지속적인 성찰 인식 으로 범주화되었다’.양적 자료 분석의 결과학습자 , 주도성에 기초한 창의적문제해결력 교과목을 수강신청한 대학생들의 미래창의융합역량은 함양되었음을 검증하였다. 결론 본 연구를 통해 얻을 수 있는 시사점은 미래를 위한 핵심교육역량인 학습자 주도성에 기초한 창의력문제해결수업은 수강한 미래창의융합역량이 높게 나타났으며, 이는 핵심 주제와도 관련이 있는 것으로 팀프로젝트 활동을 통해 학습자 주도성이 함양되는 수업이 수행되었음을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 결과에 대한 논의와 연구의 한계점 시사점, 추후 연구 방향을 제시하였다. Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate the development process of learner initiative(student agen-cy) and the cultivation of future creative convergence competency in creative problem solving class based on learner initiative(student agency) and to explore implications. Methods The qualitative data was collected from 15 weeks of class reflection, class project results, teacher inter-views, peer evaluation papers, etc. The amount of collected data was 683 sheets of A4 paper and line by line anal-ysis was used. In order to support and supplement qualitative research, quantitative data collection was also conducted. Based on the operational definition of future creative convergence talent competency by Park Hyun-hee and Kwak Min-jung (2023), future creative convergence measurement was conducted before and after the 15-week class using questions suitable for this study through expert validity.The collected quantitative data were analyzed using the Spss 21 statistical program. Results As a result of qualitative data analysis, it was categorized into three core themes ⁇ understanding and demonstrating learner initiative, practicing communication and cooperation, and ⁇⁇recognizing continuous re-flection as a lifelong learner.As a result of quantitative data analysis, it was verified that the future creative con-vergence ability of college students who applied for the creative problem solving ability course based on learner initiative was cultivated. Conclusions The implications of this study are that the creativity problem solving class based on the learner ini-tiative, which is the core educational capacity for the future, has a high level of convergence ability of future crea-tivity, which is related to the core theme, and it is confirmed that the class in which the learner initiative is culti-vated through the team project activity was performed.Through this, discussions on the results, implications of limitations of the study, and future research directions were suggested.

        Cholelithiasis complicated with biliary sludge and urolithiasis in a dog

        A 10-year-old intact female Miniature Schnauzer dog was referred with the primary complaint of persistentanorexia, remittent fever, vomiting and abdominal pain. Hemogram suggested a chronic inflammatory disease. Serumbiochemistry showed moderate hepatobiliary cellular damage with severe cholestasis. Abdominal radiography andultrasonography revealed hepatomegaly, choleliths and sludges in gall bladder and small stones in urinary bladder. Basedcholecystectomy and cystectomy, choleliths and uroliths were removed from gall bladder and urinary bladder,respectively. The clinical condition was dramatically improved after surgery.

        시상부위에 발생한 단일성 뇌농양 : 증례 보고 및 문헌고찰 Report of Two Cases and Review of the Literature

        The authors present two cases of solitary thalamic abscess which were intially diagnosed as malignant thalamic glioma. After treatment with steroids and osmotic agents, the patients' clinical conditions improved after two to three days. However, sudden deterioration of consciousness level developed and the CT scan showed acute hydrocephalus with increment of thalamic low-density lesions. We performed extraventricular drainage and obtained CSF containing numerous inflammatory cells. This suggested the possibility that the lesion was a pyogenic abscess. which progressed to ventriculitis, rather than a malignant glioma. Stereotactic aspiration of the lesion confirmed thalamic abscess. These findings and review of previous reports of thalamic abscess suggested that early diagnosis and stereotactic drainage of the thalamic abscess is of primary importance.

        Protein kinase C (PKC) is a multigene family of at least nine serine/threonine kinases that are central to many signal transduction pathways. And the expression of PKC gene is strictly con-trolled by developmental stage. Mutation of the W (c kit) gene, which encodes a transmembrane tyrosine kinase receptor, affect the development and differentiation stem cells. Most homozygous W mutant mice are sterile, due to a lack of germ cells arising during embryonic development, but one of notable exception is W */Wh mice, which are fully fertile in both sexes. In order to elucidate the biological functions of PKC S and c-kit in the testes, we have examined the expression of PKC b mRNA and c-kit mRNA in While mouse testes by means of Northern blotting. North-em blot results was demonstrated that only PKC 8, 4, 8 mRNA can be detected in normal mouse testes. PKC, 8 mRNA was weakly expressed in 7 and 8-week-old mice and highly ex-pressed by 12 weeks. The PKC 8 mRNA and the c-kit mRNA was detectable in the testes of Whl Wh mouse. These results indicated that the function of the PKC a gene is necessary for the development and the W (c-kit) gene is important for the transmission of signal in testes.

        The incidence of double primary cancer is about 10% in all kinds of cancers. Double primary cancer is usually accompanied by gastrointestinal cancer. Esophageal cancer is supposed to be frequently accompanied by squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck or the upper respiratory tract, because of such common carcinogens as smoking and alcohol ingestion. Esophageal cancer and hypopharyngeal cancer are usually diagnosed by esophagogastric endoscopy with biopsy. We performed endoscopic ultrasound-guided Trucut biopsy(EUS-TCB) to diagnose a mediastinal mass in a 49 year-old patient, who visited our hospital because of voice change. During procedure, we accidently found enlarged celiac lymph node, and obtained tissue from the mediastinal lymph node and the celiac lymph node. We confirmed double primary cancer of squamous cell carcinoma in the esophagus and the hypopharynx via esophagogastric endoscopy.

        전력변환 시스템에서 전기적 절연이 요구될 때 절연에 대해 가장 적합한 부위는 직류 링크부이다. 직류부에서의 변압기는 높은 반복주파수이므로 소형화 할 수 있다. 더욱이 최근의 전력 초퍼와 스위칭 조절기 기술의 진보는 고속도, 고정밀성하게 직류전압의 제어가 가능하게 되었다. 본 논문은 전기적 절약의 양방향 DC-DC 컨버터에 대하여 논한다. 또한 컨버터에 대한 새로운 제어기술을 제어한다. 동작 되어지는 전력용 스위치들은 전류방향의 검출 없이 자동적으로 선택된다. When a n electric isolation in the power conversion system is required, the most suitable position for the isolation is the DC-Link part. A transformer in the DC part is minimized because of a high repetition frequency. Moreover, recent progress in the power chopper and the switching-regulator technique has enabled the control of the DC voltage with high speed and high accuracy. This paper deals with a bidirectional DC-DC converter with electric isolation, A mew control strategy for the converter is proposed. The power-switches which should be operated is selected automatically without a detection of the current-direction.

        Abstract - Removable protective adhesives for automobiles were synthesized by the emulsion polymerization of monomers, such as n-butyl acrylate(BA), n-butyl methacrylate(BMA), acrylonitrile(AN), acrylic acid(AA) and 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate(2-HEMA), in which AA and 2-HEMA were functional monomers. Emulsion polymerization was conducted with a semi-batch type reactor. Tensile strength, extension, peel strength, viscosity and solid content of the synthesized adhesives were measured. In addition, acid resistance, alkali resistance and smoke resistance were also examined. As a result, with 0,43 mol of BA, 0,57mol of AN and 0.14~0.21 mol of BMA, the tensile strength, extension and peel strength of the synthesized adhesives satisfied the standard of removable protective adhesives for automobiles.
