The purpose of this study was to suggest the more efficient system for management in Children's Park through the investigation of the managemental condition. Research sites for managemental system were 3 autonomous districts (Songpa-gu, Nowon-gu, Yangcheon-gu) that have different management system. The summary of conclusions is as follows : 1) There are "The Children's Park management rule" about the Standing rules of Children's Park management in the autonomous district law. 2) Songpa-gu has done the consignment management system to all Children's Parks and Yangcheon-gu has done the direct management system. However, Nowon-gu has done both management systems. 3) In management way, they are frequently going on a tour of inspection to fix and keep security and record their day works. However, Songpa-gu has only the different form that record their works at each Children's Parks. There are some improvements for efficient management with results. This research suggest that : 1) Detail guides for safety management should be made in The Children's Park management rule. 2) It is required for autonomous district to employ one or more managers of each Children's Parks for efficient management. Although, it is quite difficult for a autonomous district to hire additional employee. If they use the residents living near Children's Parks, I could be one of good alternatives. 3) In addition to record the results of dairy works is strongly recommended by usage of computer net-works like Songpa-gu. It is helpful many Children's Parks for few managers to manage.
전체 뇌 상호작용 접근에 따른 읽기 장애의 진단과 개입

In this paper, diagnosis and intervention methods of reading disability in the whole brain interactive approach were briefly introduced. In the second section, language processing stages, ie., visual word recognition, syntactic processing, and discourse processing, and possible causes of individual differences were briefly reviewed. In the third section, diagnosis procedures in the whole brain interactive approach were briefly described. In the final section, various intervention methods were introduced. Three kinds of training based on task analysis, reading instructions, and intervention methods of whole brain interactive approach were introduced. 본 논문에서는 읽기와 관련된 언어처리과정과 언어장애의 유형에 대해 간략하게 개관한 다음, 전체 뇌 상호작용접근(whole brain interactive approach)에 입각한 읽기 장애의 평가법과 개입에 대해 서술하였다. 읽기와 관련된 언어처리과정으로 시각 단어재인, 문장처리, 글의 처리 과정을 살펴보았는데, 이 논문에서는 특히 단어 재인과정에 초점을 두어 읽기장애를 살펴보았다. 이어서 Fryburg의 전체 뇌상호작용접근에 근거한 읽기장애의 평가절차와 개입법에 대해 간략하게 소개하였다.

Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs) are common mesenchymal tumors that arise in the wall of the gastrointestinal tract. We report a case of obscure gastrointestinal bleeding due to a GIST of the jejunum successfully documented by videocapsule endoscopy (VCE) and single-balloon enteroscopy (SBE). A 36-year-old man with hematochezia was referred for further evaluation of no evidence of bleeding focus on esophagogastroduodenoscopy and colonoscopy. A VCE showed a suspicious ulcerative hyperemic mass that located in about 1 hour apart from duodenal second portion. SBE revealed a nonbleeding 4×2 cm mass with an ulcer at the proximal jejunum. The patient underwent laparoscopic resection without complication. Histological examination revealed a well circumscribed, dumbbell-shaped firm mass comprised of spindle cells. Immunohistochemical staining for CD 117 was diffusely positive, whereas staining for S-100, CD 34 and MIB-1 was all negative. It was confirmed to be a low-grade GIST at the proximal jejunum.

When teachers are in need of the script of a play during school hours, Teachers could make a drama out of an interesting story. And by doing learning activities that students are also able to replace an interesting story with a drama, Students are able to understand create an original story. For this purposes, this study explains the methods that teachers make a story. And we make a drama out of a story which is korean language textbook for the seventh curriculum (one∼for grade). And we have teachers to use it lesson.

<P>Gadolinium-neutron capture therapy (Gd-NCT) is based on the nuclear capture reaction that occurs when <SUP>157</SUP>Gd is irradiated with low energy thermal neutrons to primarily produce gamma photons. Herein, we investigated the effect of neutron capture therapy (NCT) using a small molecular gadolinium complex, Gd-DO3A-benzothiazole (Gd-DO3A-BTA), which could be a good candidate for use as an NCT drug due to its ability to enter the intracellular nuclei of tumor cells. Furthermore, MRI images of Gd-DO3A-BTA showed a clear signal enhancement in the tumor, and the images also played a key role in planning NCT by providing accurate information on the <I>in vivo</I> uptake time and duration of Gd-DO3A-BTA. We injected Gd-DO3A-BTA into MDA-MB-231 breast tumor-bearing mice and irradiated the tumors with cyclotron neutrons at the maximum accumulation time (postinjection 6 h); then, we observed the size of the growing tumor for 60 days. Gd-DO3A-BTA showed good therapeutic effects of chemo-Gd-NCT for the <I>in vivo</I> tumor models. Simultaneously, the Gd-DO3A-BTA groups ([Gd-DO3A-BTA(+), NCT(+)]) showed a significant reduction in tumor size (<I>p</I> < 0.05), and the inhibitory effect on tumor growth was exhibited in the following order: [Gd-DO3A-BTA(+), NCT(+)] > [Gd-DO3A-BTA(+), NCT(−)] > [Gd-DO3A-BTA(−), NCT(+)] > [Gd-DO3A-BTA(−), NCT(−)]. On day 60, the [Gd-DO3A-BTA(+), NCT(+)] and [Gd-DO3A-BTA(−), NCT(−)] groups exhibited an approximately 4.5-fold difference in tumor size. Immunohistochemistry studies demonstrated that new combinational therapy with chemo-Gd-NCT could treat breast cancer by both the inhibition of tumor cell proliferation and induction of apoptosis-related proteins, with <I>in vivo</I> tumor monitoring by MRI.</P>
A rare case of abnormal vaginal bleeding caused by vulva venous hemangioma: a case report

Haemangioma is a benign formation originating from vascular tissue which usually occurs in childhood. A hemangioma can occur anywhere on the body but, vulva venous hemangiomas are extremely rare in nulliparous women. A 25-year-old woman with abnormal vaginal bleeding with genital ulcerative lesion for six months presented to the hospital. Vaginal examination revealed a 1.5X1 cm papillary mass with ulcerated surface on the vaginal fourchette. Speculum examination revealed a cervix with an apparently normal epithelium and external os with no pathological discharge. The mass was visually suspected to be a precancerous lesion or malignancy. The mass was successfully removed by complete excision and biopsy showed ulcerative lesion with chronic active inflammation and granulation tissue and compatible with squamous papilloma. One month later, the same lesion with bleeding was growing on vaginal fourchette and, excision was performed. The pathologic finding was vulva hemangioma. The review of primary vulva lesion was diagnosed with hemangioma and, the second lesion was recurred hemangioma. Vulva hemangiomas with ulcerative lesion are very rare and only small number of cases are reported in literature. It is necessary to carry out differential diagnosis of premalignant or malignant lesions.

Biochars (BCs) have various functional groups as well as porous structures owing to their low pyrolysis temperature. In this study, various BCs were prepared from pine wood powder as adsorbents for the removal of heavy metals and benzene. To improve the adsorption capacity for heavy metals, BCs were entrapped in calcium alginate (Alg) hydrogel beads. Adsorption properties of Alg/BC for cupper ions and benzene were highly dependent on the pyrolysis condition to prepare BC and the mixing ratio of Alg and BC. Moreover, carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) was blended with Alg/BC to make re-swellable composite beads which can be easily re-swell after drying condition. Finally, Alg/CMC/BC hydrogel beads were eco-friendly prepared with cheap price and proved to be used as commercial adsorbents for heavy metals and organic compounds including benzene.

<P>The core embryonic stem cell transcription factors Oct4, Sox2, and Nanog are expressed in germ cell tumors (GCTs) and have been proposed to play a regulatory role in tumorigenesis. However, little is known about the mechanism of regulation of tumorigenesis by the complicated network of these proteins. Nanog is a novel homeobox-containing transcription factor that is expressed in pluripotent cells as well as GCTs. To understand the molecular and functional role of human NANOG (hNANOG) in germ cells, mutagenesis of the C-terminal domain (CD) of hNANOG and transient transfection assays in NCCIT human embryonic carcinoma cells were carried out to identify critical transactivation motifs. We divided the CD into three putative functional subdomains, CD1, tryptophan-repeat (WR) subdomain, and CD2. WR subdomain and CD2 independently contained transcriptional potential and, in combination, had a synergistic effect on transcriptional activity, while CD1 was transcriptionally inactive. The glutamine (Q) motif in WR subdomain, and multiple acidic residues in CD2 were required for maximal and synergistic transcriptional activation by the hNANOG CD. The results of the current study contribute to a better understanding of the complicated molecular machinery of stem cell transcription factors and their role in unregulated proliferation in germ cell tumorigenesis.
