초등교감의 서번트리더십에 따른 학습조직문화와 권한위임의 학교조직효과성에 대한 영향

본 연구에서는 초등학교 교감의 서번트리더십을 높게 인식하는 교사 집단과 낮게 인식하는 교사 집단으로 구분하여, 2개 집단에서 학습조직문화와 권한위임이 학교조직효과성에 미치는 영향이 어떠한지를 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 통해 학교조직효과성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 인식되고 있는 학습조직문화와 권한위임이 교감의 서번트리더십이 상대적으로 낮게 인식되고 있는 집단에서도 여전히 긍정적인 영향을 발휘하는지를 밝혀보고자 한다. 본 연구를 위해 경기도 남부지역 38개 초등학교에서 근무하는 교사를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며 최종적으로 333명의 교사자료를 AMOS 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교감의 서번트리더십이 높게 인식되는 교사 집단과 낮게 인식되는 교사 집단 모두에서 학습조직문화와 권한위임 모두 학교조직효과성에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 다집단 비교분석 결과 학습조직문화가 학교조직효과성에 미치는 정적인 영향 경로는 2개 집단 간에 유의미한 차이가 발견되지 않았지만 권한위임이 학교조직효과성에 미치는 정적 영향 경로에서는 통계적인 차이가 발견되었다. 셋째, 권한위임이 학교조직효과성에 미치는 정적 영향력은 초등교감의 서번트리더십 상위 집단이 하위 집단보다 더 크게 나타나고 있어 초등학교에서 법적, 제도적 교사 권한위임이 학교조직의 효과성 증진으로 이어지는 과정에 교감의 서번트지도성이 중요한 역할을 한다는 점을 시사하고 있다. This study compares the effects of learning organization culture and teacher empowerment on school organization effectiveness between high and low groups of servant leadership of vice principal. A survey was conducted in 38 elementary schools located in Gyeonggi-do. The AMOS program was applied. The findings revealed that learning organization culture and teacher empowerment have statistically positive effects on school organization effectiveness in high and low groups of servant leadership of vice principal. Furthermore, teacher empowerment on school organization effectiveness was found to have a statistically higher positive effect in the high group of servant leadership of vice principal compared to the low one.

Trajectory modeling is foundational for 4D-Route modeling, conflict detection and air traffic flow management. This paper proposes a novel algorithm based Vincenty`s fomulas for trajectory calculation, combined with the Dijkstra algorithm and Vincenty`s formulas. Using flight plan simulations our experimental results show that our method of En-route trajectory calculation exhibits much improved performance in accuracy.
Effects of Callophyllis japonica powder on carbon tetrachloride-induced liver injury in rats

A limited number of studies have been conducted on the bioactivity of Callophyllis japonica (C. japonica), which is a red seaweed that is traditional in the oriental diet. In this report, the hepatoprotective effect of C. japonica was studied in a carbon tetrachloride $(CCl_4)-induced$ hepatotoxicity model in rats. A single intraperitoneal injection of 1.25 ml/kg of 20% $CCl_4$ in olive oil produced an elevated level of serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase (SGPT) and increased enzyme activity of serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (SGOT). Pre-treatment with C. japonica (150 mg/kg/d) for 3 days in $CCl_4-injected$ rats reduced the levels of SGPT and SGOT compared with control levels (P < 0.05), while higher doses (300 and 600 mg/kg) were ineffective. The administration of C. japonica (150 mg/kg/d) for 3 days after the $CCl_4$ injection in rats was ineffective at reducing SGPT and SGOT. The histopathological findings in each group largely agreed with the biochemical data. The results of this study support the suggestion that C. japonica has a hepatoprotective effect on chemical-induced liver injury.
Real-time Detection of Trace Copper in Brain and Kidney of Fish for Medical Diagnosis

For the detection of trace copper to be used in medical diagnosis, a sensitive handmade carbon nanotube paste electrode (PE) was developed using voltammetry. Analytical optimized conditions were found at 0.05 V anodic peak current. In the same conditions, various common electrodes were compared using stripping voltammetry, and the PE was found to be more sharply sensitive than other common electrodes. At optimum conditions, the working ranges of 3~19 μgL<SUP>?1</SUP> were obtained. The relative standard deviation of 70.0 μgL<SUP>?1</SUP> was determined to be 0.117% (n = 15), and the detection limit (S/N) was found to be 0.6 μgL<SUP>?1</SUP> (9.4 × 10<SUP>?9</SUP> M). The results were applied in detecting copper traces in the kidney and the brain cells of fish.
