      • 바나나 과실 함유탄닌이 소화효소 작용에 미치는 영향

        바나나 과실을 시중에서 구입하여 미숙과실과 황숙과실로 구별하고 이것을 과육부분과 과피부분으로 나누어서 동결건조 및 열풍건조시켜 실험 시료로서 사용하였다. 탄닌 함량을 분석한 결과 황숙과실 보다도 미숙과실에서 높았으며, 과육보다는 과피에서 열풍건조 보다는 동결건조시킨 시료에서 높은 경향을 나타내었다. 탄닌의 분획은 Sephadex LH-20칼럼을 사용하여 분획하였다. 바나나 과실에서 함유하고 있는 탄닌은 prodelphinidin, procyanidin을 구성단위로 하는 proanthocyanidin류의 축합성 탄닌으로 이러한 탄닌은 소화효소인 trypsin(EC 3. 1. 1. 3), α-amylase(EC 3. 4. 21. 4), lipase(EC 3. 2. 1. 1)에 대하여 in vitro에 있어서 저해작용을 가지고 있는 것이 확인되었으며 또한 탄닌은 중합도가 높을수록 저해율이 높다는 것이 확인되었다. It has been shown that tannins have adverse effects on growth of animals and feed utilization. Tannins are usually classified into hydrolyzable and condensed types but the adverse effects are more marked in condensed tannin in hydrolyzable tannin. Furthermore, the principle condensed tannins found in banana fruits are pro types by the polymerization of flavan-3, 4-diols either alone or in combination with other flavonoids such as catechins. Tannin of the investigated banana(Banana;Musa sapientum LINN)fruits was fractionated into four or five molecular forms, according to the degree of polymerization by chromatography on a column of Sephadex LH-20. The protein-precitating capacity of the fraction noted tannins increased in degree polymerzation. The inhibitory effect of tannins on trypsin(EC 3. 4. 21. 4), α-amylase(EC 3. 2. 1. 1) and lipase(EC 3. 1. 1. 3) activities in vitro also increased with the increased in degree of polymerization.

        Thin amorphous carbon films were deposited by a Q-switched Nd;YAG 532nm with beam power density of ?? on the high purity graphite (99.7%). The pressure of vacuum chamber was ?? Torr. In order to estimate the quality of the Pulsed Laser Deposition films one of the most important optical properties, bandgap energy, was characterized by transmission and reflection in the range of the visible, and an optical direct bandgap energy of 2.45eV and indirect bandgap energy 0.36eV were obtained. Surface morphology of amorphous film was investigated by AFM (Atomic Force Microscopy). Its surface roughness is 70nm. Comparing our results with the published values in the literature we have confidence that our films show the good quality for optical properties.

      • QUAL2E 모형을 이용한 하천 수질예측

        The purpose of this study predict to the water quality of Sum-Jin river watershed using QUAL2E model. In order to predict water puality, the upstream of Sum-Jin estimated flow and variation of water quality by main stream. The model is applicable to dendritic streams those are well mixed. It assumes that the major trasport mechanisms, advection and disperssion, are significant only along the main direction of flow. By operating the model dynamically, there can study the effects of diurnal variations in meteorological data on water quality and also can study diurnal dissolved oxygen variations due to algal growth and respiration. The result of the QUAL2E model simulation in Seom-Jin river basin have shown that. First, BOD concentration before confluent Hang-Jong stream was 1∼1.5ppm as a second class water quality. Second, the water quality simulation rusults using QUALM model, BOD intake southseas was 1.4ppm and the prediction of BOD in 2002 and 2012 turn out 1.8ppm and 2.6ppm. There was high increased concentration for BOD variation by purposed year(2002, 2012)

      • 下水 處理場의 最適處理工程에 關한 實驗的 硏究

        The growth of population and industrialzation has been increasing the discharge of wastewater and requiring more intensive eater treatment processes. This study was carried out to determine the optimal design conditions of a sewage treatmentplant in the small city of An-jung. Also, we set out to find the operation guide data pertaining to the activated sludge process required by a city of this size. The biological reactors were operated with hydraulic retention time of 4hrs, 6hrs, 8hrs, 10hrs, and 12hrs respectively, using a mixture of raw wastewater. From the results of the experiments, we found that the removal efficiency increased as the F/M ratio decreased. From this conclusion we found that we could get the BOD removal eficiency above 90% if the F/M ratio was 0.13 to 0.27 KgBOD/Kg MLSSday.

        This model was based on the theory of Box-Jenkins multiplicative ARIMA (SARIMA) and the Transfer function to simulate changes of monthly runoff. The forecasting of Runoff from the pair of observed value of effective rainfall and runoff (X_(t), Y_(t)) in the uniform interval will gives less standard error then the analysis only by Y_(t), so the object of this study is more rational forecasting by the use of (X_(t) , Y_(t)). I analyzed the records of monthly runoff and effective rainfall, and applied the multiplicative ARIMA model and Transfer function-noise model. so I made it possible to do the long-term forecasting and got following results.

        미생물 성장 특성에 기초한 독립영양탈질의 화학양론식 연구

        It is necessary to supply external carbon source for enhancement of biological nitrogen removal from domestic wastewater with low influent C/N ratio. Sulfide was chosen as a cost effective electron donor and reaction stoichiometry for autotrophic denitrification was investigated by conducting bench-scale experiments in this study. Higher sulfur to nitrogen (S/N) ratio than the calculated value from theoretical reaction stoichiometry was required when the anoxic reactor was operated at open condition because dissolved oxygen introduced by surface aeration reacted with sulfide with ease. In addition, higher sulfate production and lower yield of microorganism could be observed under the same condition. It was possible to obtain reliable reaction stoichiometry for autotrophic denitrification by establishing pure anoxic condition. Linear relationship between bacterial growth and consumption of nitrate, sulfide, alkalinity, and sulfate production enabled to derive a relatively correct reaction stoichiometry for autotrophic denitrification when sulfide was used as an electron donor.

      • Box-Jenkins法을 利用한 河川水質의 時系列 豫測

        This study was carried out to develop the stochastic stream water quality model for the intaking station of Taejoun City waterworks in the Keum River system. The monthly water dissolved oxygen with periodicity and trend were forcasted by multiplicative ARIMA models and then the applicability of the models was tested based on 13years of the historical monthly water quality data at Taejoun City intaking site. The parameter estimation was made with the monthly observed data. The last one year data was used to compare the forcasted water quality by ARIMA model with the observed. The models are ARIMA(2.0.2)x(2.1.1)_(12) for dissolved oxygen. The forecasting results showed a good agreement with the observed. It is implying the applicability of multiplicative ARIMA model for forecasting monthly water quality at the Taechoung site.

      • 원적외선 면상발열체를 이용한 하우스 난방 시스템의 경제성 분석

        The results obtained from this study can be summarized as follows. 1) The result comparing the economical efficiency of far infrared heating system and gasoline-burned warm air heating system shows that in case of growing a currant tomato and a green perilla on the 60 Pyeong-sized green house respectively, negative farm incomes are earned for all crops, Comparing the far infrared heating system with gasoline-burned warm air heating system, the far infrared heating system is relatively favored in terms of high gross revenue and low energy cost. 2) From the perspective of heating energy costs on an annual basis, the gasoline-burned warm air heating system is higher than far infrared heating system by 152 % and 150 % for a currant tomato and a green perilla respectively. 3) The result analysing the economical efficiency of far infrared heating' system depending on different scenarios indicates that if the rural electrical rates are lowered by more than 10 % and the market price is increased by more than 20 %, the far infrared heating system is economically efficient for growing a currant tomato. And if the market price is increased by 40 % and the tax-free oil price is decreased by 15 %, the gasoline-burned warm air heating system is economically efficient for growing a green perilla.

      • 고속 Tube Expander의 동적 모델링 및 해석

        Tube expanding process is for combining a heat-sink plate with hair-pins (Cu-tube) through plastic deformation. The two parts, i, e., heat-sink plate and hair-pins are they components of a heat-exchanger for an air conditioner. This paper presents the analysis and dynamic modeling of a high-speed tube expander which integrates transfer of parts, fixing of parts, and tube expanding into one process. The 3-dimensional modeling of all the parts for the tube-expander was constructed using CATIA^(?). then the CATIA^(?) models are transferred into visualNastran^(?) to execute the 3-dimensional animation for checking prescribed cycle-time. The technique presented in this paper has been shown to be effective as a priori tool for verifying the design of a high-speed tube expander.
