      • 殺蟲性 O,O-Diethylphenylphosphate 誘導體의 形態와 反應性에 關한 分子軌道論的 硏究

        Molecular orbital theoretical study on the stability of conformations and chemical reactivity of 0,0-diethyphenylphosphate derivatives were carried out by EHT and CNDO/2 molecular orbital calculation method. The results shown that the dipole moment(μ) and total energies of the θ=90° conformer were μ=3.185D & E_t=-162.6479(au) and also that of the θ=0° conformer were μ=5.596D & E_t=-162.4013(au), respectively. Therefore, the values of μ & E_t of the θ=90° conformer were much smaller than that of the θ=0° conformer. The form with angle of rotation θ=90° of phenyl ring was shown to be most stable and this was interpreted in terms of electrostatic and steric effect. O,O-diethylphenylphosphate derivatives are predicted to increase both charge and orbital controlled SN_2 reactivity of the electron withdrawing substituent reduces the HOMO & LUMO energy, while the electron withdrawing substituent due to increase in positive charge of phosphorus atom of phosphate molecule.

        응급실에 내원한 약물중독환자의 지역별 비교분석

        We reviewed retrospectively 230 patients who came to emergency room of Kang Nam St. Mary's Hospital and Uijongbu St. Mary's Hospital between 1. January and 31. December 1994. We classified them according to their age, sex, a sort of drug, the cause of poisoning, prehospital care, time-lapse to arrive at hospital after poisoning, psychiatric problem the status of patients. *We conclude as follows; 1. The male to female ratio was totally 1 : 1.98, 1 : 1.24 in a urban area, 1 : 2.43 in a rural area. 2. On age of the patients in this study, the peake incidence was between 20 and 39(55.2%). 3. On seasonal prevalence, the poisoning was most common in summer and spring, in urban area(35.7%) and rural area(37.0%) respectively. 4. The common drug were as follow; Doxylamine, Organophosphate, Acetaminophen in urban area, Paraquat, Organophospate, Doxylamine in rural area 5. The percentage of suicidal attempt were 81.8% and 87.7% in urban area and rural area respectively. 6. The poisoning patients had psychatric problem in 19.4% and 24.6%, in urban area and rural area respectively. 7. Before arrival to emergency room, 27.7% of patient was done prehospital care in rural area. 8. On arrival to emergency room, 95.1% and 73.8% of patients show stable vital sign in urban area and rural area respectively.

        It shows that a variety of side effects result from the housing-supply policy focused in quantity. In a rental apartment for the low-income group, a shortage of maintenance cost in facilities become aggravated. The rapid progress of obsolete leads the lessor to the economic loss as well as a baneful influence to national economy. Also, the maintenance skill brings inadequacy by reason of technique development focused on new construction. As a result, the cost which needs for maintenance should get accomplished to application toward economy analysis and attempt considered management and financial affairs. Simultaneously, it should keep and administer a lot of data of maintenance affairs during life cycle in apartment and set up the way for aiding the situation of maintenance process.

        The final goal of this study is to propose the process models of repair and long-term maintenance plan for consistency and effectiveness in rental apartments. This models are expected to help managers improve their works and provide a operation guide in repair and long-term maintenance plan. This study developed an AS-IS process model for repair and long-term maintenance plan in rental apartments. To sum up, it would be possible for managers to use the work processes of repair and long-term maintenance plan for their systematic and effective works. Also, it should be possible to make the integrated maintenance management system for managing current situation and measuring the diagnosis.

        상악 전치 intrusion시 저항중심의 위치에 3차원 유한요소법적 연구

        Segmented arch mechanics를 적용하여 상악 전치에 intrusive force를 가할 때 저항중심의 전후방 위치를 알아내기 위해 상악 6전치와 치근막 및 치조골의 3차원 유한요소모델을 제작하였다. intrusion시키고자 하는 치아의 수, 치축의 경사도 및 치조골의 흡수 정도에 따른 저항중심의 위치 변화를 비교 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 치축경사도와 치조골의 높이가 정상일 경우, 치아의 수에 따른 저항중심의 위치는 다음과 같았다. 1) 중절치 2개를 대상으로 한 경우에는 측절치 브라켓의 원심면 부위에 위치하였다. 2) 중절치와 측절치 4개를 대상으로 한 경우에는 측절치와 견치 브라켓 사이 공간의 후방 2/3 부위에 위치하였다. 3) 중절치, 측절치 및 견치 6개를 대상으로 한 경우에는 견치 브라켓 후방 약 3mm 부위로 견치와 제1소구치의 치간부에 위치하였다. 4) 치아의 수가 증가할수록 저항중심은 후방으로 이동하였다. 특히 4전치군 보다는 6전치군에서 후방 이동량이 크게 나타났다. 2. 절치의 순측 경사도가 증가할수록 저항중심은 후방으로 이동하였다. 3. 치조골의 흡수량이 증가할수록 저항중심은 후방으로 이동하였다. This study was performed to locate the anteroposterior position of the center of resistance of upper anterior teeth when intrusive forces are acted on them by applying segmented arch mechanics. Three-dimensional finite element model of upper six anterior teeth, periodontal ligament and alveolar bone was constructed. The locations of the center of resistance were compared according to the three variables, which are number of teeth contained in anterior segment, axial inclination of anterior teeth, and degree of alveolar bone loss. The following conclusions were drawn from this study: 1. When the axial inclination and alveolar bone height were normal, the locations of center of resistance of anterior segment according to the number of teeth contained were as follows; 1) In 2 teeth segment, the center of resistance was located in the distal area of lateral incisor bracket. 2) In 4 teeth segment, the center of resistance was located in the distal 2/3 of the distance between the brackets of lateral incisor and canine. 3) In 6 teeth segment, the center of resistance was located in 3mm distal of canine bracket, which is interproximal area between canine and 1st premolar. 4) As the number of teeth contained in anterior segment increased, the center of resistance shifted to the distal side. 2. As the labial inclination of incisors increased, the center of resistance shifted to the distal side. 3. As the alveolar bone loss increased, the center of resistance shifted to the distal side.

        This study has analyzed examined an experiment on the frictional wear of tool materials at high speed. The results of experiment are as follows. 1. With the increase in the frictional velocity and the contact pressure, the decrease of the frictional coefficient is influenced more by the softness of the frictional surface layer than by oxide. 2. Specific wear rate is influenced more by the frictional velocity than by the contact pressure. 3. The character of the specific wear rate and the contact pressure of each test piece is similar to one another.

        This study is related to the rational improvement plan according to the dwelling environment estimation factors when deteriorated apartment complexes is reconstructed. The results is follows : (1) External environment in this deteriorated apartment complexes is proved generally very bad condition with physical worn out condition of the building. Especially, it is proved that parking lot and green space, dust facilities, etc are lacked commonly. (2) When we synthesize the recognition degree to the dwelling environment. It made an analysis that dwellers have been estimate the most factors at the green space and physical facilities or deterioration of the building and EV-stairway, dwellers' demands are changing to apartment complexes environment from the investment worth concept at house basis in the past. (3) As reconstructed, in preference on improvement of deteriorated apartment complex, It values middle story type above ratio of capacity increase in higher story type and higher density type. And Unit residence has to connect a green tract of land and open space. Also convenient facilities has to expand. Finally, there is limit that estimate basic factors about dwelling environment established inclusively in this study, unsatisfying with exactly the solve of cause in the factors. So, it is required that the study (which can receive variety changing factors) is continuing for accumulating this estimation data.

        This study is about find ing out the preferred urban road landscape and suggest a way to plan it the result summarized as follows First, local characters must be regarded during urban development and expansion Especially, undeveloped areas with high potential or open space need systematic management Second, the unvarying shape of roof like the flat-type roof and simple repetition of horizontal and vertical openings are the most serious problems concerning the building shapes Third, design elements concerning the planing of street area are space structure, street type and building shape, what pedestrians considered most important was street type, next was building shape and last was space structure Finally, the trends of road landscape preference is that once the space had been obtained roadside trees and a green environment was properly planted and also continuous building lines were preferred the most by pedestrians
