      • 高等學校 生物의 植物組織培養 實驗 Model

        본 연구는 제5차 교육과정에 따른 인문계 고등학교 교과서에 소개된 조직 배양의 내용을 비교 분석한 결과 및 기초 실험의 결과를 토대로 다음과 같은 결론을 내리고 생물 교육 개선을 위한 자료로 삼고자 한다. 제3차 교육과정 이후 제4차 교육과정으로 개편하면서 조직배양에 대한 내용이 더욱 강화되었으며 그의 이용부분까지도 설명하고 있다. 또한 더욱 발전될 것을 제시하여 학생들의 탐구력 신장 및 흥미를 갖게 하였다. 인문계 고교 과학Ⅰ(상)에서 조직 배양에 관한 사항을 이용하는 단원은 5개 단원 모두에 해당되고 있다. 또한 생물 교과서에서도 5개 단원 중 3개 단원에 조직 배양에 관한 사항이 이용되고 있다. 실물 조직 배양의 교재적 의의는 매우 크다. 더우기 발전된 실험을 행할 경우 Biotechnology로써 유전자 교환, 세포융합, 형질 전환 등의 실험은 많은 학생에게 흥미와 관심을 갖게 할 것이다. 조직 배양에 사용되는 기구와 기재는 현재 학교에서 사용하는 실험 기구와 기재를 이용할 수 있으나 몇 몇 기재는 간이 기구 및 다른 방법으로 이용할 수 있으므로 별도의 구입은 필요로 하지 않는다. 조직 배양시 필요로하는 화합물 약 30여종으로 되어 있으나 거의 대부분 학교에 비치되어 있고 비타민류, 아미노산류, 식물호르몬류는 별도로 구입을 하여야 하나 아주 미량으로 사용되므로 많은 비용이 요구되지 않는다. Hyponex배지를 사용할 경우에는 화합물 준비는 더욱 용이하다. 조직 배지를 상품화한 것을 이용하여 실험할 수 있게 하는 것이 필요하다. Model화된 식물 조직 배양의 실험 방법은 현재 고등학교에 있는 기구를 이용하면 가능하다. 다소 어려움이 있더라도 학생에게 조금이라도 실제로 행하도록 하거나 관찰시키는 기회를 많이 갖게 하는 것이 바람직하다. 이렇게 하여 자연과학에 대한 흥미와 관심을 높여가는 것이 초 ·중 ·고를 통하여 증시되고 있는 탐구과정에도 상통하는 것이다. Model화를 위한 기초 실험에서 나타난 문제점을 간이 방법 및 간이 기구로 해결하여 실험을 하였으나, 좋은 재료와 기구 및 방법으로 실시하도록 많은 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다. This study is meant as a teaching aid for the improvement of biology as follows on the basis of the compared and analyzed result of the content on the tissue sulture introduced in cultural high school texts by the fifth curriculum. The third curriculum has been reorganized into the fourth and fifth, during which the presenting the further development students are enabled to have the expansion of research and interest. The items concerning tissue culture are contained in the five units of cultural high school science I, and in the three among five units of biology text, and tissue culture as a text counts for much and in case of developed experiment the experiment on the exchange of gene as a biotechnolgy, cell fusion and transformation are expected to interest many students. The instruments and material used for tissue culture can be replaced with the preequipped ones in school laboratory and some tools need not purchasing as some temporary tools can be substituted for them. The complex needed in tissue cult-ure consists of about thirty types, most of which re equipped in almost all schools and vitamins, amino acids and plant hormones which need seperate purchase are used in quite a fraction and so don`t require much expense. The use of hyponex medium makes it easier to prepare complex. It is necessary that tissue culture medium produced on a commercial sale should be used in experiment. The model of experiment in plant tissue culture can be conducted using the present tools and instrument and it is desirable that students perform themselves and observe. By doing so, the promotion of the interest in natural science is consistent and universal in the course of research valued in the primary and secondary school curriculum. The issues presented in the basic experiment for modelling are experimented by using some temporary methods and instruments, many studies are thought to be done using more favorable material and instrument.

        This paper presents a new adaptive control algorithm which is robust with respect to unmodeled dynamics and bounded disturbances. In this algorithm the control law is augmented with a term proportional to the product of output error and the normalizing signal, but the adaptive law is the conventional one used to control the system without unmodeled dynamics and bounded disturbances. The boundedness of parameter estimates and the other signals in the overall system will be proved, and some simulation results are presented.

      • 9 스위치 행렬변환기의 구현 및 동작특성 해석

        The dynamic characteristics of nine-switch matrix converter(NSMC), under the control strategy proposed by Venturini, is evaluated by simulations and experiments. Experiment sets are composed of the CPU part including TMS320C30, gate driver part, power supply part, A/D converter part and switch part. In this experiments, switching signal is generated in the real time by using TMS320C30. Switching frequency is increased by using 8253 counters which handle the some part of TMS320C30's calculation. In the experiment results, we can verify that the amplitude, frequency and power factor are controlled, AC-AC converter can be made up single module, and the volume of motor driving part can be reduced by excluding DC link. This experiment sets have error, which is calculation error of TMS320C30, and delay error of the counter. Furthermore researches should be focused on the minimization of these error.

      • 시선제어 시스템에서의 비선형 토크보상 적용

        Line of sight(LOS) control systems are precision electro-optical-mechanical gimbal assemblies designed to control the angular position of the LOS of a sensor precisely, therefore they are isolated from the base vehicle dynamics and LOS is pointed toward the target in a desired direction. Nonlinear torque disturbances in their systems cause LOS jitter which limit system performance. Major sources of nonlinear disturbance are friction torque by rotation and gimbal imbalance torque by nonlinear environment. This paper describes the compensation technique for reducing LOS jitter due to nonlinear friction coupling of the host vibration. Proposed compensator controls the feedforward torque command of plant adaptively to converge the error between reference model without friction and plant output to zero. Simulation results show that proposed compensator is effective in cancelling the nonlinear torque and improving the stabilization performance.

        Recently aged people are highly increased. Engineers are needed to supply architectural environment suitable to aged because they are easily affected by the environment. Generally aged people hardly adjust themselves to a new environment and it gives them heavy loads mentally and physically. So it is necessary to consider the comfortable temperature of environment fitting body function of aged people. Many studies show that there are no differences in thermal comfort temperature between young and aged people in normal state. However, several researchers say that aged people are late to fit themselves to a changing thermal environment. They usually dislike low temperature after exposed in a cold environment. Experiments on thermal and comfort sensation have been done in winter. Most subjects were over 60 years old and healthy. The subjects were exposed to various environments. and they were indicated to vote Thermal Sensation Vote, TSV, and Comfort Sensation Vote, CSV, for the given environments. PMV and SET* has been used as the estimation standard of the thermal environment, and Mean Skin Temperature, MST, has been used for the estimation of the physical index. Through the experiments the comfort zone was SET* 25.7 to 28.2 in the heating season, as the range of TSV was over -0.5 and under +0.5. The value of SET* through the experiments were higher than that of SET*. 20.0 to 26.1, which the ASHRAE Comfort range has recommended. These data could be helpful to set the optimal environmental temperature and humidity for elderly people and to review the comfort index of indoor thermal environment for comfortable lives of them.

        외상성 관절원판 전위에 의한 청각장애: 증례보고 : 증례 보고 A CASE REPORT

        Fifty nine year-old male patient was referred for the correction of external auditory canal impatency according to anterior bony wall fracture of canal during the otolaryngologic treatment for hearing disorder. At clinical examination there are both temporomandibular joint(TMJ) pain, tenderness and left TMJ noise. We could find that if mouth was opened, external auditory canal impateted, and if closed, patented through otoscopy. We planned exploratory TMJ open surgery under clinical diagnosis of traumatic TMJ meniscus displacement and external auditory canal bony wall fracture, of under clinical diagnosis. During arthroplasty we found that posterior displaced meniscus pressured the fractured external auditory canal so we prepositioned meniscus anteriorly. After arthroplasty, TMJ noise disappeared and hearing funtion recovered. We experienced hearing disorder due to TMJ meniscus posterior displacement, so we present a case report with literature review.
