        개명산 지역의 일반식물상을 밝히고 정밀한 식물분포 자료 및 특정식물종에 대한 정보를 구축하기 위하여 조사를 실시하였다. 개명산을 대상으로 총 6개 경로를 선정하여 조사를 실시하였다. 조사지역내에 1km×1km의 지도상의 격자를 33개 설치하여 각 격자 내에서 정밀한 식생과 특정식물종의 분포를 파악할 수 있도록 하였다. 조사결과 개명산지역 산림에는 61과 124속 163종류의 식물이 자생하는 것으로 확인되었으며 특정식물종으로는 솔붓꽃 한 종류만이 발견되었다. 현재의 조사결과를 바탕으로 각 지역별 보전우선 지역을 파악한 결과 환경부의 특정식물종이 발견된 F2지역과 다양한 초본식생이 발견되는 C2, E2 지역에 대한 보전에 있어 우선순위가 부여되어야 하는 것으로 확인되었다. Mt. Gae-myeong (alt. 621.8m) and adjacent regions were investigated for floristic study using the GPS. Also, our current field work was intended to inventory rare and endangered plants using thirty three meshes and six routes. From this study, 163 taxa of 61 families and 124 genera were found and collected. Major vegetation type was composed of oak community here, such as Quercus serrata - Q. dentata - Q. mongolica - Q. acutissima. Also, many planted taxa, Larix kaempferi - Pinus rigida - Pinus koraiensis were easily found within the investigated area. Among many studied sites, three meshes, C2, E2, and F2 were found to be core area for protection.

      • 정상 성인에 경구 투여한 Cefixime 두 정제의 생물학적 동등성 비교

        목적 : 식품의약안전청 고시 제 1998-86호(1998. 8.26) "생물학적 동등성 시험 기준"에 의하여 섹심 캅셀(시험약, 한국유나이트제약)과 슈프락스 캅셀(대조약, 동아제약)의 생물학적 동등성을 비교 검토하였다. 방법 : 2×2 라틴 방격법에 따라 건강한 성인 남성 지원자 20명에게 cefixime 100㎎씩 경구투여하였다. 약제투여 후 12시간까지 일정간격으로 채혈하였고 각 피험자들의 혈중약물농도 데이터로부터 구한 Area under the concentration (AUC), C_(max), T_(max) 등의 생체이용률 파라미터에 대해 통계학적으로 고찰하여 두 제제간의 생물학적 동등성을 평가하였다. 결과 : AUC, C_(max), T_(max)에 대한 평균값의 차가 각각 1.26%, 3.73%, 6.21%로서 모두 대조약의 20% 이내에 들어 생물학적 동등성 판정기준의 전제조건을 만족하였다. 분산분석 결과 AUC, C_(max), T_(max)의 각 비교 항목에 있어서 모두 유의수준 α=0.05의 군/순서효과 검정에서 F비가 F 분석표의 한계값보다 작아 교차시험이 제대로 이루어졌음을 확인할 수 있었으며, AUC, C_(max), T_(max) 각 비교항목에 있어서 유의수준 α=0.05에서 대조약에 대한 최소검출차(Δ)가 각각 17.74%, 17.05%, 15.67%로 모두 20% 이내이었으며, 검출력(1-β)도 모두 0.8 이상으로 나타나 생물학적 동등성 판정기준을 만족시켰다. 또 AUC, C_(max), T_(max) 각 비교항목에 있어서 대조약에 대한 생체이용률 차이의 신뢰한계(δ)가 ±20% 이내이어야 한다는 생물학적 동등성 판정기준을 모두 만족시켰다. 결론 : 이상의 실험결과로 시험약은 대조약에 대하여 생물학적 동등성 평가항목인 AUC, C_(max), T_(max)에서 모두 판정기준을 만족시켜 시험약은 대조약과 생물학적으로 동등하다고 사료된다. Background : The study was designed to compare the bioeqivalence between the test (CEXIME®. United Korea. Co., Ltd) and control (SUPRAX®. Dong-a Pharm. Co.. Ltd) capsules of cefixime. Methods : Twenty. healthy, male volunteers completed the study Each subject ingested single dose (100 ㎍) of the control and test drugs in 2?2 crossover design with a week drug-free interval between the doses. Blood samples were collected serially up to 12 hours and plasma concentrations of cefixime were measured by high-performance liquid chromatography with UV detection. A non-compartmental approach was used for analysis of the concentration-time data. Results : The area under the curve (AUC), the maximum concentration of drug (C_(max)). and time to reach C_(max)(T_(max)) did not show any significant difference between the two preparations by ANOVA. The mean differences of AUC, C_(max), and T_(max) were within 20% of the control drug, those were 1.26%. 3.73%. and 6.21%. respectively. The confidence limits of three parameters were satisfied the bioeqivalence criteria. Conclusion : These results suggest that the test drug was bioequivalent with the control drug.

      • 트리아릴포스포늄 염과 카르보닐 화합물 사이의 위티그 반응의 입체선택성에 대한 고압 효과

        The Wittig reactions of triarylphosphonium ylides with various carbonyl compounds under high pressure were carried out to investigate its effect on the cis-trans stereochemical outcome. Generally, the cis-stereoselectivities at atmospheric pressure are known to be resulted from smaller steric hindrance of α-carbon of carbonyl group with hydrogens of phenyl residue of triphenylphosphonium ylide and in oxaphosphetane intermediate stage. Thus, the steric interactions between triphenylphosphonium ylide and carbonyl compounds in the transition state can be maximized. And, the reactions of semistabilized ylide and stabilized ylide at atmospheric pressure generate mainly thermodynamically more stable trans-alkane after formation of betaine intermediate. The reactions at high pressure, however, can generate cis-alkene more exclusively through oxaphosphentane intermediate,directly without the formation of betaine intermediate by reducing distance between ylide and carbonyl compound. Reaction between benzyl triphenylphosphonium ylide, a semistabilized ylide, and butyraldehyde at atmospheric pressure gave cis-1-phenyl-1-pentene with 34/66 of Z/E stereoselectivity, but when pressurized at 10000 bar, cis-alkene with 69/31 the Z/E ratio was excellently yielded than trans-alkene. In the case of Wittig reaction of ethoxyacetyl triphenylphosphonium ylide, a stabilized ylide, with butyraldehyde, Z/E stereoselectivity at 10000 bar was inversed in contrast to atmospheric pressure.

        This study was carried out to investigate the flora of Mts. Dae-am, Dae-woo, Baek-suk, and Sa-myung located on the east side of DMZ in province Yang-gu-gun, from July 1999 to August 2000. Although two hundred and fifty eight vascular plant taxa (70 families 167 genera) were recorded, this was only a part of representatives in this community because of the restrictin of collections within the military zone. The overall forest stand age of this area was 40 to 50 years, but occasionally ca 70 years old trees were found. We reported 11 taxa of the rare and endangered species proposed by the Ministry of Environment in this area. The Yong-neup, the only high altitude (alt. 1,200m) moore in south Korea, are located in the peak of Mt. Dae-am-san. Some species of this moore (Carex chordorrhiza Ehrh., Carex limosa L., and Gentiana jamesii Hemsl.) - were only found in south Korea. This moor would suffer vegetation change by natural moorland succession and human disturbances. The long-term monitoring of variation of annual vegetation, species distribution, numbers and distribution pattern of individuals of rare species are recommended for the wetland conservation.

      • 京畿道의 植物相 : 태화산, 화야산, 대부도, 칠현산, 철마산, 검단산

        This study was conducted in order to explore general flora of the Gyounggi-do Province and to clarify the distribution of some specificated taxa of the Korea. Daebu-do Island, Mt. Taewha, Mt. Hwaya, Mt. Gumdan, Mt. Chilhyun and Mt. Chulma among eighth grade-area of the Degree of Green Naturality (DGN) within the boundary of the Gyounggi-do Province were visited to investigate local flora. The number of identified vascular plant species were as follow; Mt. Hwaya: 120 species (99 genera of 67 families), Mt. Teawha: 132 species (103 genera of 56 families), Daebu-do Island: 124 species (103 genera of 50 families), Mt. Chulma: 129 species (99 genera of 67 families), Mt. Gumdan: 121 species (96 genera of 52 families), Mt. Chilyun: 90 species (74 genera of 42 families). The endemic Clematis brachyura Maxim. was found to distribute Daeby-do. It seemed that plantation was occupying large area in forest of the Gyounggi-do Province. Forty two specificated taxa were identified and 3 taxa, 10 taxa, 5 taxa, and 24 taxa were sorted into forth grade, third grade, second grade, and first grade respectively. Mt. Taewha showed the highest record (16 taxa) in the number of specificated taxa, Mt. Hwaya was the next with 13 taxa. Mt, Chulma (12 taxa), Mt. Gumdan (11 taxa), Daebu-do Island (7 taxi), and Mt, Chylma (4 taxi) followed. Mt. Taewa and Mt. Whaya were found to be relatively higher in the score calculated front the specificated taxa distribution, while Daebu-do Island and Mt. Chilyun were lower, that difference was probably due in part to consequences of severe disturbance of human activities. With respect to the consequences of severe disturbance of human activities. With respect to the geographical proximity to the Gangwon Province, Mt. Hwaya showed higher similarity of the species composition to that of the Mt. Jumbong.

      • 水原市 近郊 光橋山의 植物相 (Ⅱ)

        광교산 지역의 일반식물상을 밝히고 기존의 자료와 비교하여 광교산의 정밀한 식물상에 대한 정보를 구축하며 또 광교산에서 자생하고 있는 특정식물의 분포지역을 파악하기 위해서 식물상 조사를 실시하였다. 조사는 총 7개 경로로 실시하였으며 조사지역내에 1㎞×1㎞의 격자를 34개 설치하여 각 격자내에서 정밀한 식생을 파악 하였다. 조사결과 광교산에는 46과 76속 95종류의 식물이 자생하는 것으로 확인되었으며 분비나무, 귀룽나무, 고로쇠, 산돌배 등 환경부의 특정식물종 4 종이 확인되어 이들이 서식하는 C1, E4, E5, F3,와 F4의 5개 지역은 특별한 관리가 필요한 것으로 생각된다. 금번조사 결과와 기존의 조사결과를 종합한 결과 기존에 광교산에 자생하는 것으로 알려진 히어리의 자생상태는 확인할 수 없어 보다 세밀한 조사가 필요하다. Mt. Gwanggyo and adjacent regions were revisited to study flora based on pinpoint collection data(GPS) as well as to inventory rare and endangered plants. Thirty four meshes and seven routes were established to make a decision for the conservation priority. During the exploration, we find 46 families, 76 genera and 95 taxa (including species, subspecies, varieties, and forma). There were five prior species, Abies nephrolepis, Prunus padus, Cornus controvera, Acer pictum var. mono, and Pyrus ussuriensis, which were the 3rd level of conservation priority. According to conservation priority, five meshes, C1, E4, E5, F3, and F4 were core areas to be protected. In the course of study, we were not able to find more individuals of Corylopsis glabrescens var. gotoana except four individuals in 1992 study.

      • Sezary증후군과 병발된 용혈성 빈혈 1예

        저자등은 전신적인 소양감을 동반한 홍반성 판상의 피부 병변과 자가 면역성 용혈성 빈혈이 동반된 Sezary 증후군을 진단하고 복합 화학 요법 CHOP으로 치료하여 피부 증상과 빈혈이 호전된 예를 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하였다. Sezary syndrome(SS), a leukemic variant of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma(CTCL), is monoclonal proliferation of CD4 T-cell having cerebriform nuclei in the skin and the peripheral blood. It is associated with erythroderma, pruritis, lymphadenopathy with protracted clinical course and systemic spread. We present a case of SS i a 38-year-old woman with generalized exfoliative erythroderma, plaques, and pruritus. Histopathologic findings of the skin lesions revealed infiltration of atypical lymphocytes in the dermis and epidermis. Electron microscopic findings of peripheral blood and skin showed atypical lymphocytes with cerebriform nuclei. Laboratory findings revealed direct Coombs' positive autoimmune hemolytic anemia, a rare association of SS. Chemotherapy with CHOP produced improvement of the skin manifestation and anemia.

        만성적 소음폭로가 근로자의 혈압에 미치는 영향

        The question of an association between occupational noise exposure and blood pressure has important public health implications. The harmful effects of hypertension are well known and noise is considered the most pervasive problem of all occupational exposures in Taegu City, Korea. A cross-sectional study on the effect of long-term noise exposure on blood pressure was done for 276 noise exposed workers(203 male workers, 73 female workers). Long-term noise exposure was measured by cumulative noise exposure level and noise-induced hearing loss. Hearing loss = 500Hz+2×1,000Hz+2×2,000Hz+4,000Hz -------------------------------------- 6 Questionnaire was administered to the workers, which includes age, sex, occupational history on the noise exposure, habits on alcohol drinking and smoking, practice of regular exercises, family history of hypertension. Type A behavior, question on stress, height, weight and blood pressure were measured. Serum triglyceride and low density lipoprotein(LDL) were also measured. Audiometry was done in the closed booth at 1,000, 2,000, 3,000, 4,000, 6,000, 8,000, 1,000 and 500Hz in order. Multiple logistic regression analysis revealed that cumulative noise exposure level(p〈0.05), serum triglyceride(p〈0.01), age(p〈0.01) and family history of hypertension(p〈0.05) predict hypertension (systolic blood pressure : 160㎜Hg or above, or diastolic blood pressure : 95㎜Hg or above) in male workers. In female workers, serum triglyceride(p〈0.01), LDL(p〈0.01) and family history of hypertension(p〈0.05) were predictors of hypertension (systolic blood pressure : 160㎜Hg or above, or diastolic blood pressure : 95㎜Hg or above). As the number of female workers with hypertension was too small, the multiple logistic regression was done according to hypertension criteria of systolic blood pressure greater than or equal to 140㎜Hg, or diastolic blood pressure greater than or equal to 90㎜Hg. Based on this criteria, cumulative noise exposure level(p=0.055) and age(p=0.057) predict hypertension. It is suggested that long-term noise exposure which was calculated by cumulative noise exposure level was a significant predictor of hypertension in noise exposed workers.

      • 附屬樹木園의 設立目的 改正 및 戰略計劃 竪立에 관한 考察 : 우리는 무엇을 해야하는가?

        서울대학교 농업생명과학대학 부속수목원은 1967년 10월 21일 설치된 후 여러 차례 그 위상이 변화되어 오늘에 이르고 있으며 그 설립 목적 또한 수목원 규정에 명시되어 수 차례 개정되었으나 내용면에서 큰 변화 없이 현재까지 유지되어 왔다. 기존의 설립 목적은 수목에 관한 연구, 교육, 증식, 보전이라고 요약할 수 있다. 그러나, 수목원이 설립된 지 30년을 넘는 동안 주변 여건과 시대 상황의 많은 변화가 있었으며 이에 따라 당초 수목원이 설립되던 시점에서 제정된 설립 목적을 시대 상황과 부속수목원이 처한 환경에 맞고 21세기를 지향하는 새로운 교육 여건에 맞춰 개정하고 이 설립목적을 효과적으로 수행하기 위한 전략계획을 새로이 수립하였다. 본 수목원의 개정된 설립목적은 '우리 나라 자생 식물 및 북반구 식물에 관련된 지식과 정보를 축적, 연구하고 학생 및 일반인들을 교육함과 동시에 이들 식물을 수집, 증식, 보전, 전시하고 국내외 관련 기관과의 교류, 협력을 추구한다.'로 확정하였으며 이를 달성하기 위한 전략계회긍ㄹ 수립하였다. Although we have had clear our purposes of The Arboretum since 1967, there have been shortfalls between our long term plans and our current aims. It is about the time that we need to prepare and agree a statement of the central purpose and mission of the garden more clearly. Our objectives of a garden were needed to cover all aspects of the scientific, conservation and education value of the living plant collections worldwide. Our mission and strategy plans were then reviewed extensively and therefore we make sure that it will be useful and relevant to our current work and reflect good practice in our gardens. After a great deal of thought and discussion among our staffs, we identified with and own the mission statement as follows. The Arboretum of Seoul National University mission is to acquire, grow, display, conserve and study documented collections of native plants and other botanic specimens from the temperate Northern hemisphere and to engage in collections of botanical information and knowledge and in education that will enable other international and national institutes as our networks to make use of the knowledge acquired.
