      • [논문]플라이 애쉬의 알칼리-실리카 반응에 대한 팽창 억제효과

        본 연구의 목적은 플라이 애쉬가 알칼리-실리카 반응에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 데 있다. 이를 위해서 시벤트를 플라이 애쉬로 치환한 모르타르 바를 제작하였다. 플라이 애쉬 치환률은 시멘트 줌량비에 대해 0, 5, 10,15, 25 및 35% 를 치환하였고 골재는 반응성 골재인 변성암과 퇴적암을 사용하였다. 플라이 애쉬로 치환한 모르타르 바의 알칼리-실리카 반응은 ASTM C 1260 시험법으로 조사하였다. ASTM C 1260 시험법은 16일이라는 짧은 기간동안 알칼리-실리카 반응을 알아 볼 수 있는 장점이 있다. 시험 결과I 알칼리-실리카 반응에 의한 모르타르 바의 팽창은 플라이 애쉬 치환율이 증가함에 따라서 감소하였고 플라이 애쉬의 치환율이 클수록 초기 강도가 낮아지고 유동성이 저하되는 것으로 나타났다. 플라이 애쉬 치환율은 알칼리-실리카 반응 억제효과와 강도 및 유동성 측면을 모두 고려할 때 25% 가 가장 적절한 것으로 판단된다.

        山地 농민의 자연적응 전략 : 지리산지의 山地農法을 중심으로 The Agricultural Technique in the Mt. Chiri Region

        일반적으로 산지는 평지에 비해 농업을 영위하기에 열악한 자연조건을 지니고 있다. 기복이 심한 지형조건, 기온이 낮고 일교차가 심하며 강수량이 많은 기후조건, 돌이 많고 배수가 양호한 토양조건 등이 그것인데, 이와 같이 평지와는 다른 독특한 자연환경에 적응하기 이해 山地의 농민들은 고유한 農法을 고안·발전시켜왔다. 본 연구에서는 지리산지를 연구지역으로 하여, 山地農法에 대한 고찰을 통해 농민들의 자연적응전략을 살펴보았다. 그 결과, 旱田農法은 한랭한 기온조건에의 적응과 경사지의 토양침식을 방지하는 데 초점이 맞추어졌으며, 水田農法은 저온에의 적응은 물론, 배수가 양호한 토양조건과 관개수의 저수온을 극복하는 데에 많은 노력이 기울여졌음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 지리산지의 독특한 농법들은 평지와는 자연조건이 다른 微環境(micro-environment)에 적응하기 위해 농민들이 오랜 시간에 걸쳐 시행착오를 거듭하며 연구하고 노력한 결과물로서, 농경지의 수직적 확대와 동시에, 토지생산성의 증가에 크게 기여하였으며, 궁극적으로 지리산지의 인구증가와 이에 따른 촌락의 발달을 가져왔다. The mountain farmers have used various and unique agricultural technique to adapt to an unfavourable environment for agriculture compared to plain region. This study examines the envrionmental adaptive strategy by farmers with special reference to the agricultural technique in Mt. Chiri region. In the dry-field farming, Chiri mountain farmer focused their attention on the development of cultivation methods such as selection of crop, cropping system and soil prevention. In the rice cultivation, farmers made a concentrated effort to introduce the best crop varieties that they deemed to be adaptable to cool temperatures. Additionally, chiri mountain farmers used plowing and weeding practices to minimize irrigation water, and made various water control methods to prevent cold-weather damage. This time-honored agricultural technique was the outgrowth of the farmers' learning-by-doing process in their search for environmental adaptive strategy. In result, Mt. Chiri experienced an increase in population and an expansion of rural settlement.

      • 복합구조물의 파괴에 관한 치수효과의 중요성

        In this paper, the importance of the size effects on the strength ratio is demonstrated by numerical results. The rate of decrease of tensile strength is for glass fiber, based on the experience of a composite manufacturing specialist. For other material, similar procedure may be used until detailed test result on such material is available. The strength criteria used is that of Tsai-Wu for stress space. The factors influencing the ratio are, reducing the tensile strength alone or both tensile and compression strengths, selection of the normalized interaction term, that is, the generalized Von Mises criterion or the Hill's criterion, and the status of applied stresses. Some of the numerical results are presented for a guideline for the furture study.

      • 대학 학생운동선수의 역할 갈등에 관한 연구

        Walter Byers, the NCAA Executive Director from 1951 to 1987, coined the term 'student-athlete' in 1973. This phrase has since become widely recognized on college campuses and within society, and implies dual and separate role of being both a student and an athlete. As the term implies, these individuals attend college for two main reason: to make progress towards a college degree and to participate in intercollegiate athletics. The purpose of this study was to investigate factors influencing role conflict on personal attributes, athletic performance and role salience among collegiate student-athletes. The sample was drawn from 821 student-athletes who involved in intercollegiate athletics at the university located in Seoul and Kyunggido and enrolled in Korea Sports Council. They were selected by the method of stratified cluster random sampling. A survey was undertaken from 2003, using the self-administration method. All of questionnaires were personally delivered to the respondents, who immediately filled them out. t-test, one-way ANOVA, multiple regression were used to test and analysis the proposed model in the study. The findings of this study were as follow: 1. Female athletes shows greater cognitive and empirical status role conflict and load conflict, cognitive self role conflict, and empirical student-athlete role conflict than male athletes, three years athletes shows greater cognitive and empirical student-athlete role conflict than any other years athletes, and athletes with high level of life shows cognitive self role conflict and empirical student-athlete role conflict than any other athletes with love of life. 2. Athletic success influence cognitive self role conflict, and playing career has effect on empirical student-athlete role conflict. 3. Relative knowledge related in role of student and athlete has effect on all of cognitive and empirical role conflict, relative time spent in role of student and athlete has effect on cognitive status role conflict, cognitive and empirical load role conflict, and empirical student-athlete role conflict. And relative values of role of student and athlete has effect on cognitive and empirical status role conflict, cognitive and empirical load role conflict, empirical self role conflict and empirical student-athlete role conflict, and relative devotion in role of student and athlete has effect on cognitive self role conflict. status role conflict, load role conflict, and student-athlete role conflict, And satisfaction with student role has effects on cognitive self role conflict, and empirical status role conflict and load role conflict.

      • 고주파 표면경화강의 회전굽힘피로강도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        기계 구조용강 SM 45C을 고주파 표면 경화처리를 하여 회전 굽힘 피로시험하여 경도 분포, 조직, 피로강도 곡선 및 파괴 관찰을 하여 피로 파단점 N₁=10⁴사이클에서 표면기점파괴와 내부기점파괴가 나타나며 이는 피로 파괴가 시작되는 경계층 경계부에서는 마르텐사이트에 비해 상대적으로 연질 페라이트가 나타나고 이것이 파괴의 기점이 되며 모재의 열처리 영향에 EK라 경화층에서는 입계 파괴에서 연성파괴로 비경화층에서는 벽개 파괴로 파면 형태가 달라짐을 알 수가 있었다. Hardness, microstructure, fatigue strength curve and fracture types are observed by using the rotating-bending fatigue testing with the high frequeney surface hardening treated of structural steel SM 45C, and the results are appeared to the surface and internal fracture origin types at the fatigue life N,=l0⁴cycle. On the separatim parts of boundary layer occurring the fatigue fracture. It is given the soft-ferrite compare to the martensite, and fathermore could be predicted the different fracture types from the grain boundary fracture to ductile fracture on the hardened layer and to cleavage fracture on the non- hardened layer, by affecting the heat treatment of matrix.

      • 최적화에 의한 Ketoconazole Solid Dispersion System 의 약물 속도론적 연구

        Ketoconazole was manufactured as solid dispersion system(SDS)by computer optimization technique and pharmacokientic properties were investigated in vivo by animal study using rabbits. Following results, doses (25,50 and 100mg/kg)and AUC?? had both a good relationship between them administered by SDS as well as ketoconazole only. AUC?? obtained by administration of ketoconazole only, physical mixture and SDS was occurred SDS>physical mixture>ketoconazole only in turn and plasma comcentration was increased about 2.3 fold by SDS administration than ketoconazole only. The results obtained by in vivo absorption test of SDS that made maximum dissolution in the artificial intestinal juice revealed a good relationship between in vitro and in vivo test.

        von Willebrand's disease (vWD) is the most common autosomal-dominant inherited disorder resulting from a quantitative or a qualitative defect of von Willebrand factor (vWF). The most diagnostic pattern is the combination of a prolonged bleeding time, a reduction in plasma vWF concentration, a parallel reduction in ristocetin cofactor activity, and reduced factor Ⅷ activity, In this case, ristocetin-induced platelet aggregation data were compatible with that of vWD. Bleeding times were prolonged over 4 minutes, vWF antigen levels were 45%. vWF ristocetin cofactor activities were 0~1% and factor Ⅷ levels were 31%, when compared to the normal control. We report the case of a family with vWD. characterized by a quantitative defect in vWF

      • 연속주조내 용융금속 유동장의 수학적 모델링(Ⅰ)

        연속주조 턴디쉬 및 신주조기술인 쌍롤박판 주조기내의 응용금속장을 예측하는 수학적 모델링을 개발하였다. 그 응용금속유동장을 위한 수학적 구성식은 난류성분을 표현하는 난류 Navier-Stock식을 근거하고 K-ε난류방정식과 함께 유동장예측 및 난류성분의 결과를 제시하였다. A mathematical modelling has been developed for describing the flowfilds of molten metal in the tundish and the twin-roller procss of continuous casting. The formulation of the tundish and the twin-roll process were dased on the turbulent Navies-Stokes equation in which allowance was made for the spatially distributed turbulent velocity field of molten metal. The calculation of turbulent properites using the two equation K-E turbulence model have been applied, and predicted results are presented.
