        Column experiments were performed to investigate the influence of ionic strength on the attachment and detachment of Staphylococcus aureus to quartz sand and iron-coated sand. Experimental results showed that the mass recovery in quartz sand decreased with increasing ionic strength and bacteria detachment was occurred when ionic strength was changed. In the coated sand, however, the mass recovery remained constant even though ionic strength was changed. Also, no detachment occurred with ionic strength change.

        상황 인지 기반 스마트폰 일정 관리

        Smartphone schedule management applications are widely used in mobile environment with the help of their effective user interface and high user accessibility. Unfortunately, since the applications do not consider frequent context changes like user status or location, they can not support schedule management which reflects the changes. In this paper, we propose an intelligent notification service which gathers context information of users such as location and status, and actively provides appropriate services according to the context information. Based on the notification service, we also present a smartphone application for smart schedule management. Using the GPS sensor of a smartphone, the service can be aware of the status of the user through location and schedule information of the user. Also, according to the changed contexts, it provides proactive notifications to user. 스마트폰의 일정 관리 어플리케이션은 모바일 환경에서도 효과적인 사용자 인터페이스와 높은 사용자 접근성을 바탕으로 널리 사용되고 있다. 하지만 빈번히 변경되는 사용자의 상태나 위치 등의 상황 정보를 고려하지 않기 때문에 변화된 상황을 반영한 일정관리를 지원하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 상황 정보를 수집하여 이에 따른 적합한 서비스를 능동적으로 제공하는 지능형 알림서비스를 제안한다. 또한 지능형 알림서비스를 기반으로, 스마트 일정 관리를 지원하는 스마트폰 어플리케이션을 개발한다. 지능형 알림서비스는 스마트폰의 GPS 센서를 이용하여, 위치나 일정 정보에 따른 사용자의 상태를 인지하고 변화된 정보를 바탕으로 사용자에게 능동적인 알림을 제공한다.

      • The Effects of Organizational Justice on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of the KOREAN Police Officers: Mediating Effect of Supervisor Trust INVESTIGATION

        With the trend of strengthening the so-called local autonomous police road map”, the Korean National Police Agency is pushing for five areas, including Jeju, Sejong and Seoul, as pilot areas by 2020 and the autonomous police system as well as reforming the investigation structure by 2022. Many prior studies have shown that police officers inside the police also improve the effectiveness of the organization by doing voluntary work while accepting changes. It is, in other words, organizational citizenship behavior. In the National Police Agency, interest in major variables affecting organizational citizenship behavior continues. This study began with the following recognition: There has been a series of studies that have had a great impact on organizational citizenship behavior, but there is very little research on the impact of the criminal prevention of the local police and the organizational justice of the police officers whose investigative functions are to work effectively in order to improve the quality of life of the residents, and there is no research on the effect of supervisor trust. This study has selected distribution justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice as sub-variables of the organizational justice of the police officers, which is an independent variable, organizational citizenship behavior as a dependent variable, and supervisor trust(emotional trust and cognitive trust) as parameter. The analysis of the data from this study shows that the distribution justice and interaction justice of the organizational justice have a positive effect and process justice has a negative effect on organizational citizenship behavior. And it also shows that emotional and cognitive trust have a positive mediating effect on the effect of supervisor trust on organizational citizenship behavior.

        The tool geometry parameters and cutting process have complex relationships. Until now, various cutting test were needed to acquire optimal design of end mill for the purpose of high speed machining, due to the insufficient knowledge about cutting process in high speed machining. Using various tools with different geometry, relationships between tool geometry parameter (rake angle, clearance angle, length of cutter) and cutting process (cutting force, surface accuracy, surface roughness) have been studied. Acquired data can be used to design optimal tool for high speed machining and developed tool geometry design S/W.

      • 플라즈마 처리로써 개질한 PET 필름의 부착일

        The aim of this study is to modify the surface of poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) films by using low temperature plasma of starting materials such as hexafluorobenzene(HFB), 1,1,1,5,5,5-hexafluoro-2,4-pentanedione(HFPD), hexafluoroglutaric anhydride(HFGA), hexafluoroacetone trihydrate (HFATH), acrylic acid(AA), and acrylonitrile(AN). Plasma system made for this study was used in modifing PET films. PET films were treated by plasma and contact angles of modified film were measured according to Busscher method, and also the work of adhesion worked out as Young-Dupre' equation. The results were as follows. The effect of plasma treatment on the work of adhesion of PET films depend upon the kinds of the starting material, PET films treated by HFB, HFPD, and HFGA plasma were appeared relatively lower the work of adhesion than the untreated its, while PE-I' films treated by HFATH and AA plasma are showed higher than untreated its. But the PET film treated by AN plasma has been had the same work of adhesion of the untreated it. And the liquid group proposed by Busscher are not suitable to the assess in the high work of adhesion according to the Young-Dupre' equation.

      • 동남참게(Eriocheir japonicus)의 난황단백질 정제와 그 전구체의 합성부위 구명

        To identify the histological site of synthesis of yolk protein precursor, vitellogenin, by immunocytochemical method in the freshwater crab Eriocheir japonicus, we purified the yolk protein, vitellin, from crude egg extracts, and prepared the anti-rabbit serum against vitellin. Then, the site of vitellogenin synthesis was demonstrated by immunocytochemical method with PAP(peroxidase-antiperoxidase) reaction using the rabbit antiserum against vitellin. Female specific serum protein was identified in female serum by immunoelectrophoresis and Ouchterlony's immunodiffusion test for mature male and female sera. Based on the immunoelectrophoresis and Ouchterlony's diffusion test for mature male and female sera and crude egg extracts using antiserum against vitellogenic female serum absorbed with male serum, the female specific serum protein was identified as vitellogenin, detected in female serum only. The major yolk protein, vitellin, was purified from the crude egg extracts by DEAE-cellulose ion exchange chromatography, followed by sepharose CL-4B gel filteration chromatography. The molecular weight of vitellin was estimated to be about 245,000 dalton by sepharose CL-4B gel filteration chromatography. From the results of immunological analysis for vitellin, it was found that the vitellin antiserum contained the antibody against vitellogenin. In the results of immunocytochemical reaction by PAP method with the rabbit antiserum against vitellin, the vitellogenic oocytes and the hepatopancreas of mature female showed positive PAP reaction, but not in follicle cells and previtellogenic oocytes of ovary, muscle of female and mature male hepatopancreas. Therefore, it showed that the hepatopancreas of mature female is the site of vitellogenic synthesis.

        The processor allocation problem plays a central role in partitionable multiprocessor systems. In this study, we propose a parallel processor allocation strategy, for mesh systems. The strategy can allocate a submesh of the exact size requested for incoming task, completely avoiding inter-nal fragmentation. It not only minimizes the submesh searching overhead but also finds a free submesh for an incoming task whenever there is one available, eliminating allocation misses. The incomming task is allocated as much as possible the top or the bottom free submesh to ob-tain short task response time and high processor utilization. Its performance is evaluated through a simulation study and is measured in terms of task response time and system utilization.
