        이갈이 환자의 다면적 인성검사의 특성

        연구목적 : 다면적 인성검사를 통해 이갈이군의 심리적 특성을 알아보고 이갈이 환자의 성별, 가족력, 발병기간, 이갈이 유형, 동반된 통증 유무에 따른 심리적 특성의 차이를 알아보고자 하였다. 방 법 : 1998년 1월부터 8월까지 개인 치과의원을 방문한 환자들 중 46명의 이갈이군, 41명의 대조군을 대상으로, 이갈이군과 대조군의 심리적 특성, 이갈이 환자의 성별, 가족력 유무, 이갈이 기간, 이갈이 유형, 통증과 같은 동반증상유무에 따른 심리적 특성의 차이를 알아보기 위해 다면적 인성검사를 실시하였다. 결 과 : 이갈이군이 대조군보다 모든 임상척도에서 높은 점수를 나타냈으나 남성특성-여성특성 척도점수를 제외하고는 통계적 유의성이 없었다. 가족력이 있는 이갈이군이 가족력이 없는 이갈이군보다 반사회성 척도가 높았다. 이갈이군에서 남자가 여자보다 교정척도(K) 점수가 높게 나타났으며 여자는 편집증 척도점수가 높게 나타났다. 발병기간에 따른 차이는 없었으며 이갈이 종류의 비교에서는 이악물기형이 다른형보다 내향성 척도가 유의하게 높았다. 저작근 통증, 경통, 두통과 같은 동반된 통증 유무에 따른 차이는 없었다. 결 론 : 다면적 인성검사상 일부 항목에서 높은 점수를 나타낸 것으로 이갈이 환자의 심리적 특성을 규정짓기는 어려우나 이갈이군이 대조군에 비해서 다면적 인성검사상 모든 척도가 상승되어 있고, 이갈이의 성별, 가족력, 이갈이의 종류에 따라 일부 척도의 점수가 상승되어 있는 것은 이들이 서로 다른 심리적 특성을 가질 가능성을 시사한 것이라고 판단되며, 이는 치료에 있어서도 좀 더 개별화된 접근이 필요함을 시사한다. Objectives : The aim of this study was to evaluate the psychological characteristics of the patients with bruxism by Minnesota Multiphase Personality Inventory (MMPI). Methods : MMPI was administered to 87 patients(46 bruxism group and 41 control group) who had visited a local dental clinic from January to August 1998. Results : The bruxism group had a higher score than control group in Masculinity-Femininity (Mf) scale. There were no differences between bruxism group and control group on the distribution of Depression(D), Psychopatic Deviate(Pd), Paranoia(Pa), Psychasthenia(Pt) scales. The bruxism group with the family history showed higher score than the bruxism group without family history in Pd scale. Male bruxism group had a higher score than female bruxism group in Defensiveness(K) scale and female bruxism group had higher score than male bruxism group in Pa scale. The bruxism group of clenching type had a higher score than the bruxism group of mixed type in Social Introversion(Si) scale. There were no differences in MMPI score between those who had and did not have symptoms such as masticatory muscle pain, neck pain, and headache. Conclusion : It is concluded that individualized approach may be effective to the evaluation of psychological disturbances which might be related to sex, family history and, type of bruxism, while we did not find significant differences in personality characteristics between the bruxism and control groups.

      • 응력-변형 거동 예측을 위한 탄소성 구성모델의 비교

        This paper is results of numerical analysis to investigate stress-strain behavior of sandy soils. Tree different constitutive relationships of Modified cam-Clay Model, Hyperbolic Model and Lade's Double-Work-Hardening Model were applied to predict stress-strain behavior of them. For each model, constitutive relations as well as parameters governing stress-strain behavior were programmed numerically. Weathered granite soil, tests were carried out with rich in Korea, and Ju Mun Jin Standard Sand were used as specimen of sandy soil. Stress-strain behaviors of these soils were obtained by performing isotropic compression and drained triaxial compression tests. For Weathered granite soil, tests were carried out with three different water contents determined on the basis of compaction test results. Four different relative densities were used with Ju Mun Jin Standard Sand. Numerically Predicted results with three different models were compared with tested results. Therefore applicability and problems of each model were discussed. Numerical analysis about sensitivity of parameters was also performed to investigate how these parameters influenced stress-strain behavior of sandy soils.

        마멸입자 형태해석에 의한 유압피스톤용 모터의 상태감시

        Morphological analysis of wear particles is one of useful methods for machine condition monitoring because it is well reflected in machine driving state. This paper was undertaken to apply to the condition monitoring of hydraulic piston motor. The lubricating wear test was performed under different experimental conditions using the wear test device and wear specimens of the pin on disk type was rubbed in paraffinic base oil by three kinds of lubricating materials, varying applied load, sliding distance. The four shape parameters (50% volumetric diameter, aspect, roundness and reflectivity) arc used for morphological analysis of wear particles. The results showed that the four shape parameters of wear particles depend on a kind of the lubricating materials. It was capable of calculating presumed wear volume for three kinds of mate-rials on driving time to foresee a damage condition of lubricating materials.

        Quantum mechanical calculations for various aromatic amines, and amino azo dyes were carried out to investigate the relationship between their electron state and mutagenic activity. The sum of densities in lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) at the 1,2 and 4-positions forming transburadiene framework in molecule (??) were found to relate to the mutagenic activity. Therefore, the compounds which are over 0.5 in the value of (??) were found to be mutagenically active. Accordingly, we suggest that the 1,2 and 4 sites forming transbutadiene frame in a molecule play an important role for explaining the mutagenic activity and exploring the mechanism of carcinogenesis.

        This paper proposes a model for variable-speed wind turbine using the real wind data, and a reactive power compensator for the interconnected wind power system using a new 36-pulse voltage source converter. The propose wind turbine model was developed through more practical approach considering wind characteristic, blade characteristic and blade inertia compensation. The proposed reactive-power compensator was developed using a new 36-pulse voltage source converter with DC auxiliary circuit. The operational feasibility of proposed wind turbine and reactive-power compensator were verified by computer simulations with PSCAD/EMTDC and experimental works with 2kVA hardware model

        Recently, much interest has been paid in using plastic materials for replacing glass substrates with increasing applications for large scale flexible flat panel display and flexible film-typed dye sensitized solar cell(DSCs) In particular, flexible film-typed dye sensitized solar cell(DSCs) has attracted much interest because it can be applied to a smart window, a wearable PC as a supplementary power supplier and a winter clothes In this paper ZnO:Al thin film, which serves as a transparent conducting layer, was deposited on the polyethylene terephthalate(PET) substrate by the capacitively coupled r. f. magnetron sputtering method The effect of r. f. discharge power on the morphological, electrical and optical properties of ZnO:Al thin film were studied The film deposited on the PET substrate at r. f. discharge power of above 200 W and gas pressure of 5mTorr showed the minimum resistivity of about 2×10-3 Ω-cm, a transmittance of about 87% and optical band gap of 3.56 eV.

      • 이동전화 혼신개선을 위한 주파수 재사용 패턴에 관한 연구

        주파수 자원이 한정된 열악한 무선환경하에서 오늘날 AMPS방식의 셀룰러 이동전화 시스템에서는 급증하고 있는 가입자 수요에 대처하기 위해서는 효율적인 셀 계획 및 채널할당이 무엇보다도 중요하다. 특히 트래픽 밀집지역인 대도시의 경우 급증하는 이동전화 가입자 수요에 대처하기 위해서 시스템 용량만을 고려한 주파수 재사용패턴을 사용한다면 주파수 간섭으로 인한 혼선문제가 더욱 심각해질 수 밖에 없다. 본 논문에서는 지형과 도심환경을 고려한 셀룰러 이동전화 시스템에서 N=7과 N=5의 주파수 재사용 패턴을 사용하였을때 동일채널간섭비를 대구광역시에 적용 비교 분석하였다.

      • 급성 출혈성 대장염으로 오인된 궤양성 대장염 1예

        Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a chronic inflammatory disorder of the gastrointestinal tract that affects the large bowel, Its etiology remains controversial. However, an infectious or immunologic origin is considered the primary cause. The onset of UC is typically slow and insidious, but some patients may present acutely with symptoms mimicking infectious colitis. We report a case of ulcerative colitis mimicking acute hemorrhagic colitis at initial presentation. A 60-year-old man was referred to Yeungnam University Hospital for bloody diarrhea and abdominal pain. Sigmoidoscopy revealed mildly edematous mucosa in the rectum and hyperemic mucosa with petechiae in the sigmoid colon. The patient was treated with antibiotics for several days, and his symptoms improved. However, after one month, his bloody diarrhea relapsed. Follow-up sigmoidoscopy revealed mucosal friability in the rectum and sigmoid colon. He was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, and his symptoms were improved with mesalazine and a steroid enema.

      • 수입 외국산 모발세정용 화장품의 중금속 농도에 관한 연구

        Objective : For the purpose of preparing the fundamental data and preventing the health impairment due yo heavy metals in hair cleaner. Methods and Material : The author determined the concentration of heavy metals(Fb, fn, Cr, Ni and Cu) in hair cleaner with flameless atomic absorption spectrophotometer. Results : The results were as follows : 1. The mean concentration of heavy metals in total hair cleaner were 0.046㎍/g for Pt, 0.O67㎍/g for Mn, 0.069㎍/g for Cr, 0.046㎍/g for Ni, and 0.022㎍/g for Cu, respectively. 2. There was not statistically significant difference to mean concentrations of each heavy metal in hair cleaner by producing nation. 3. The highest mean concentration of each heavy metal in hair cleaner by type of use were 0.140㎍/g for Mn in sensitive hair cleaner(p<0.05), 0.053㎍/g for Cu in others products(p<0.01). 4. The mean concentration of heavy metals in hair cleaner by type of hair cleaner were high at 0.O54㎍/g for Pb in shampoo products(p<0.O5), 0.120㎍/g for Cr and 0.06㎍/g for Cu in combination products(p<0.01). 5. The mean concentration of heavy metals in hair cleaner by acidity were high at 0.056㎍/g for Pb, 0.124㎍/g for Cr, and 0.032㎍/g for Cu in alkali products (p<0.05). 6. Correlation coefficient of heavy metal concentration in hair cleaner were 0.175 for Pb and Cr, 0.165 for Pb and Mn, 0.824 for Cr, and Mn, 0.189 for Cr, and Ni, 0.406 for Cr, and Cu, 0.197 for Mn and Ni, and 0.375 for Mn and Cu(p<0.05). 7. Exposure amount of heavy metals per when we used lOg of hair cleaner (onetime using amount) were 0.46㎍ for Pb, 0.67㎍ for Mn, 0.69㎍ for Cr, 0.46㎍ for Ni, and 0.22㎍ for Cu, respectively. Conclusion : As above results, there was very low level concentration of heavy metal in hair cleaner but we are using the hair cleaner everyday, therefore we can exposed to heavy metals as cronic exposure so the author suggest to prepare the program of preventing the health impairment due to heavy metals.

      • 4각덕트의 입구영역에서 난류진동유동의 유동특성에 관한 연구

        The flow characteristics of developing turbulent oscillatory flow are investigated experimentally in the entrance region of a square duct (40 ㎜ X 40 ㎜ and 4,000 ㎜). Experimental results of mean velocity profiles, turbulence intensity and entrance length are measured by using a hot-wire anemometer system together with data acquisition and processing systems. For turbulent oscillatory flow, the turbulent components in the velocity waveforms increase as the dimensionless transverse position approaches the wall. Velocity distribution are not change fully developed region. Inflow and outflow are nearly symmetrical form in the fully developed region such as x/D_h≥40. Turbulence intensity increases as the dimensionless transverse position increases from the center to the wall of the duct, and is slightly smaller in the accelerating phase than in the decelerating phase for the developing turbulent oscillatory flows. The entrance length of the turbulent oscillatory flow is about 40 times as large as the hydraulic diameter in the present experimental conditions.
