        2002년 기부횟수 자료의 재분석: 수정 및 보완

        Kim 등 (2006)과 Kim 등 (2009)은 2002년에 (사)볼런티어 21에서 조사한 설문자료에 기초하여 우리나라 개인의 기부횟수에 영향을 주는 유의적 설명변수를 보고한 바 있다. 본고에서는 Kim 등 (2006)과 Kim 등 (2009)의 계산오류를 발견하여 이를 수정하고, 아울러 Kim 등 (2009)이 적용한 0이 팽창된 포아송 모형에 로지스틱 회귀모형을 추가하였다. 동 로지스틱 모형으로 기부행위(0, 1)에 영향을 주는 설명변수를 식별하고, 아울러 기부횟수가 작은 군(群)과 큰 군(群)을 판별하여 주는 설명변수를 식별하고자 한다. Kim et al. (2006) and Kim et al. (2009) reported a set of explanatory variables affecting donation frequency when they analyzed nationwide survey data on donations collected in 2002 by Volunteer 21, a nonprofit organization in Korea. The primary purpose of this paper is to correct computational errors found in Kim et al. (2006) and Kim et al. (2009), to rectify major results in the Tables and Figures and to supplement Kim et al. (2009) by providing new results. We add two logistic regressions to the ZIP and a mixture of two Poisson regressions of Kim et al. (2009). Through these two logistic regressions we could detect a set of explanatory variables affecting donation activity (0 or 1) and another set of explanatory variables, in which the volunteer (0, 1) variable is common, discriminating the infrequent donor group from the frequent donor group.

        급성 골수성 백혈병 환자에서 G-CSF를 포함한 고용량 화학요법 후 자가 말초혈 조혈모세포이식의 효과

        Background: The possibility that G-CSF recruits leukemic cells from the G0 to S phase, which may lead to a greater susceptibility to cytotoxic drugs, such as ara-C, has been presented in Harada's study. Methods: In this study, we referred to the protocol of Harada et al 1 to try G-CSF combined marrow-ablative chemotherapy and autologous PBSCT, for the treatment of AML patients in CR1 status. Between January 1997 and March 1998, six AML patients (3: children, 3: adults) in CR1 status were autografted and followed up to 3 years. Results: The major regimen related toxicity was composed of mucositis and diarrhea without death. The time of ANC recovery to 500/L and 1,000/L was 11~48 and 16~81 days, respectively. The mean time of platelet recovery to 20,000/L and 50,000/L was 21~233 and 35~370 days, respectively. The platelet recovery time to 50,000/L was markedly prolonged for more than 100 days in four patients (66.7%). Moreover, four patients (66.7%) experienced a relapse of leukemia after transplantation, with a mean interval of 147.5 days after PBSCT. Two patients were in CR status for 53 and 51 months after PBSCT, respectively. Conclusion: The G-CSF combined marrow-ablative chemotherapy and autologous PBSCT resulted in a markedly delayed platelet recovery and no advantages for decreasing the relapse rate of AML. But, further studies will be warranted.

      • 소아에서의 횡문근육종의 치료 결과

        The survival rate for rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) has significantly improved after the introduction of combined multimodality treatment. We report the 20-year treatment outcome of pediatric rhabdomyosarcoma in a single institution. The medical records of 16 patients treated for rhabdomyosarcoma between December 1986 and August 2007 at the Department of Pediatric Surgery, Seoul National University Children's Hospital, were retrospectively reviewed. Mean age at diagnosis was 7.1 years (range: 1.3 -14.2 years). Retroperitoneum was the most common primary site (n=7, 43.8 %), and embryonal type was predominant (n=11, 6 %). Before the treatment, most patients were in advanced TNM stage (stage III 50 %, IV; 25 %). The patient distribution according to the Intergroup Rhabdomyosarcoma Study Clinical Grouping System (IRS-CGS) was as follows; Group I 31.3 %, Group II 12.5 %, Group III 31.3 % and Group IV 25 %. Patients were classified into three groups according to the extent of resection of the primary tumor; complete resection (CR, n=5; 31.3 %), gross total resection (GTR, n=7; 43.8 %) and incomplete resection (IR, n=4; 25 %). Recurrence was observed in 9 patients (56.3 %) while there was no recurrence in CR patients. All patients with recurrence were identified as moderate or high-risk according to the IRS-V Risk Group. Pre-treatment TNM stage of RMS in our institution was advanced with aggressive clinical feature, however postsurgical conditions according to IRS-CGS were similar to the previous reports by IRS. This suggests that down-staging of IRS-CGS was achieved with multimodality treatment with CR or GTR. It also suggests that complete resection is the most important prognostic factor in the treatment of RMS in children. Patients classified as moderate or high-risk need close follow-up due to high recurrence rate. In case of localized recurrence, better outcome may be achieved with multimodality treatment including limited surgery.

        2차원 전기영동법을 이용한 Brucella abortus 세포외막 특이단백질의 분석

        Outer membrane proteins(OMPs) of Brucella abortus 1119-3 strain were extracted by Triton X-100 treatment, and fractionated by DEAE-cellulose column chromatography and Sephacryl S-300 column chromatography. The antigenic proteins in these fractions were identified by Western blot analysis. In Western blot analysis, a single band(38kDa) was observed in the DEAE fractions from 36th fraction to 38th fraction against sera of cattle infected with B abortus. And other fractions have several bands. However, the Sephacryl S-300 fractions exhibited a total of 3 peaks of proteins with a broad range from about 30 to 116kDa. In order to characterize further, the extracted OMPs and the DEAE fractions were analyzed by two dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(2-DE) and Western blot using serum from naturally infected cattle with Brucella spp. The 2-DE immunoblots of DEAE fraction showed immunoreactive spots more than twenty two. The major protein spots have ranging from about 32 to 47kDa. The pI values of the spots were detected from pH 4.7 to 5.4. Among the major protein spots, the 38kDa protein which is a specific antigen, located at the point of approximately a pI 4.8.

        공공건설공사 공사기간 산정모델에 관한 연구

        공공 건설공사에 있어서 발주관청에서 산정한 예정공사기간과 실제 공사기간 사이에 차이가 발생하여 당초 계획했던 프로젝트가 예정준공일보다 지연되는 경우가 빈번하게 발생한다. 이는 공사지연에 따른 시공 중 문제점뿐만 아니라 시설물사용 계획의 차질로 초래되는 물류비용증가, 시민불편가중, 시설물을 이용한 생산 및 공급차질과 이로 인한 각 분야의 막대한 손실 등으로 이어진다. 이러한 손실들을 줄이기 위해서는 발주시 산정하는 예정공사기간의 정확도를 높여야 한다. 본 연구는 발주관청의 예정공사기간 산정시 지표로 활용할 수 있는 공사기간보정요소를 포함하는 예정공사기간 산정모델을 제시하여 적정공사기간을 확보함으로서 시공 중의 공기 연장 빈도를 줄이고 나아가서는 공공 프로젝트의 성공적인 운영에 기여하고자 한다. On public constructions, that the first planed projects delay than the scheduled completion day occurrence frequently because gap between the scheduled construction durations and the actual construction durations. These facts connect with not only problems of the construction during as the construction delay but also brought about the distribution costs increase as the failure of facility use plan and the people discomfort weight, failure of the production and the supply using facility then tremendous loss of each part etc. For reduce these loss, it must improve accuracy of the scheduled construction duration estimating when it order. This study try contribute to a successful manage of public project and reduce the construction duration extension frequent of the construction during, and then ensure the suitable construction duration by present the estimation model of the scheduled construction duration that include the construction duration correct element using as an index on the scheduled construction duration estimation.
