        우리나라 주택 내에서 발생하는 비의도적 손상의 양상

        Objectives: To investigate the patterns of unintentional home injuries in Korea. Methods: The study population was 12,382,088 people who utilized National Health Insurance services due to injuries (main diagnosis codes S00 to T28) during 2006. Stratified samples(n=459,501) were randomly selected by sex, age group and severity of injury. A questionnaire was developed based on the International Classification of External Causes of Injury and 18,000 cases surveyed by telephone were analyzed after being projected into population proportionately according to the response rates of their strata. Domestic injury cases were finally included. Results: Domestic injuries (n=3,804) comprised 21.1% of total daily life injuries during 2006. Women were vulnerable to home injuries, with the elderly and those of lower income (medical-aid users) tending to suffer more severe injuries. Injury occurred most often due to a slipping fall (33.9%), overexertion (15.3%), falling (9.5%) and stumbling (9.4%), with severe injury most often resulting from slipping falls, falls and stumbles. Increasing age correlated with domestic injury-related disability. Conclusions: The present findings provide basic information for development of home injury prevention strategies, with focus on the elderly.

        방사상 각막절개술 후 백내장 수술을 시행한 1예

        <b>Purpose:</b> To report a patient who underwent successful cataract surgery without wound dehiscence in the eye that had undergone previous radial keratotomy by performing a clear corneal incision between previous incisions. <b>Case summary:</b> A 59-year-old female visited our medical center for decreased vision. The patient underwent radial keratotomy for correction of myopia in both eyes 11 years prior. On slit-lamp examination, cataract and eight radial keratotomy incisions were found. Phacoemulsification and posterior capsule intraocular lens implantation were performed for both eyes at a one-week interval. For the right eye, a clear corneal incision was made over the previous incision scar and wound dehiscence was successfully managed by prompt corneal suturing. For the left eye, a clear corneal incision was made between the previous incision scars, and wound dehiscence did not occur. <b>Conclusions:</b> As radial keratotomy patients age, cataract surgery should be considered. A successful surgery was possible without wound dehiscence in an eye that had undergone previous radial keratotomy in which a clear corneal incision was made between previous incision scars.         중년후기 여성의 건강지각, 노화불안, 성공적 노화인식이 건강증진행위에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of the study was to identify factors influencing health promotion behavior of late-middle aged women. Methods: The subjects were 128 women who were attending a cultural center located in B metropolitan city. Data were collected from July 1 to July 31, 2016. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson correlation coefficient, Stepwise multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 23.0 program. Results: Health promotion behavior of later middle-aged women was different by general characteristics such as religion, exercise, economic satisfaction, life satisfaction, and leisure time activities. Health promotion behavior had a positive relationship with health perception and perception of successful aging, and a negative relationship with aging anxiety. Health perception, perception of successful aging, exercise, leisure time activities (exercise and social activity) were verified significant factors influencing health promotion behavior accounted for 38%. Conclusion: The results indicate that health perception and perception of successful aging influence health promotion behavior of late-middle age women. It would provide the basic data for the development of program aimed at improving health promotion behavior of late-middle age women.

        식물생장조절물질, 무기물 농도 및 질소원 비율이 Gymmma sylvestre 세포 배양에 미치는 영향

        This study was carried out to investigate the effects of plant growth regulators, medium salt strength and nitrogen ratio on cell culture of Gymnema sylvestre. Cell growth was inhibited by 2,4-D higher than 1.0 mg L$^{-1}$, but not by kinetin lower than 0.5 mg L$^{-1}$. Maximal cell growth was obtained at 1.0 mg L$^{-1}$ 2,4-D and 0.1 mg L$^{-1}$ kinetin. Cell growth was greatest at 1x MS medium but high strength of MS medium inhibited cell growth due to low water potential in the medium. In $NH_4^+:NO_3^-$ ratio of 0:60 (i.e. 0.0 mM $^NH_4^+$ and 60.0 mM $NO_3^-$), cells growth was highest but cells were smaller and whiter compared with those in other $NH_4^+:NO_3^-$ ratio. Reduced cell growth was observed with continuous culture. These results suggested that optimal cell culture of G. sylvestre could be achieved with 1x MS medium with 20:40 ratio of $NH_4^+:NO_3^-$ supplemented with 1.0 mg L$^{-1}$ 2,4-D and 0.1 mg L$^{-1}$ kinetin. 배지 내 식물생장조절물질, 무기물 농도, 질소원 비율이 G. sylvestre 세포배양에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 실험을 수행하였다 1.0 mg L$^{-1}$ 이상2,4-D 처리시 세포 생장량이 급격히 감소한 반면, 0.5 mg L$^{-1}$ 이하 kinetin 처리구들은 세포 생장량이 큰 차이가 없었다. 따라서 G. sylvestre 세포배양의 경우 2,4-D 1.0 mg L$^{-1}$와 kinetin 0.1 mg L$^{-1}$를 함께 사용하는 것이 세포 생장량 증대에 효율적이라고 판단되었다. 무기물 농도가 G. sylvestre 세포 생장량에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과 1x MS에서 세포 생장량이 가장 높았으며, 배지 내 무기물 농도가 1x MS 이상일 경우 배지의 낮은 수분포텐셜로 인해 세포생장이 크게 억제되었다. $NH_4^+:NO_3^-$ 비율이 0:60에서 가장높은 생장량을 나타내었으나 세포의 크기가 작고 백색을 나타내었으며 연속배양시 생장량이 점차 감소하므로, G. sylvestre 세포를 연속 배양할 경우 $NH_4^+:NO_3^-$를 20:40으로 사용하는 것이 효과적이라고 생각되었다.

        암컷 마우스 생식기관의 형태에 미치는 에스트로겐 수용체 촉진제의 영향

        Estrogens induce pronounced structural and functional changes in male and female reproductive system, but the exact mechanisms of estrogen are not fully understood. In relation to estrogen's function, the present study was designed to identify effects of estrogen receptor agonist, 4,4',4"- (4-propyl-[1H]-pyrazole-1,3,5-triyl)tris phenol (PPT) in the reproductive organ of the female mouse. The PPT was subcutaneously given to adult female mice at a weekly dosage of 3 mg in a volume 0.06 mL of vehicle for 3, 5 or 8 weeks whereas controls received weekly injections of the castor oil vehicle. Effects of PPT on reproductive organs were analyzed using a light microscope. PPT induced decreases of body, ovary and adipose tissue weights with experimental time. Ovary diameter of PPT treatment group was reduced as compared with control group. The number of Graffian follicle and corpus luteum was reduced in PPT treatment group. The luminal diameter of uterus was increased in relation with decrease of myometrium and endometrium height by PPT administration. The number of uterine glands was decreased by PPT treatment. These data indicate that PPT treatment induced morphological change of female reproductive organs resulting in alteration of fertility. 에스트로겐은 수컷과 암컷의 생식기관 내에서 구조적이고 기능적인 변화를 유발하지만 그 정확한 기작에 대하여는 잘 알려져 있지 않다. 에스트로겐의 기능과 연관지어, 본 연구에서는 암컷 생식기관 내에서 에스트로겐 수용체 촉진제인 4,4',4"-(4-propyl-[1H]-pyrazole-1,3,5-triyl)tris phenol (PPT)의 작용을 확인하고자 하였다. 성체 암컷 마우스에 castor oil 0.06 mL에 PPT 3mg 농도로 희석한 용액을 1주일에 1회씩 3주, 5주, 8주 동안 각각 피하주사 하였으며, 대조군에는 castor oil 0.06 mL만을 투여하였다. 광학현미경을 이용하여 생식기관에 대한 PPT의 영향을 분석하였다. PPT에 의해 실험기간 동안 체중, 난소 및 지방조직의 무게가 감소되었다. PPT 투여군에서는 대조군에 비해 난소의 직경이 감소되었으며, 난소 내 그라프여포와 황체의 수도 감소되었다. 자궁의 경우, PPT에 의해 근육층과 내막층의 높이가 감소함에 따라 내강이 증가되었다. 또한 자궁샘의 수도 감소되었다. 이런 결과들로 볼 때 PPT에 의해 암컷 생식기관의 형태학적 변화가 유발되고 이로 인해 생식력에도 변화가 있을 것으로 보인다.

        기업 내 퍼실리테이터의 역할과 팀 창의성에 관한 연구 - 혁신지향문화와 팀 임파워먼트를 매개로

        In research on the role of facilitators, studies on the effects of facilitators who conduct meetings and workshops within companies on innovation-oriented culture, team empowerment, and team creativity are insufficient. The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of the role of the facilitator (process management, change management) on innovation-oriented culture and team empowerment, and the effect on team creativity by mediating innovation-oriented culture and team empowerment. To this end, we surveyed members with experience in facilitating workshops at domestic companies and analyzed 299 collected data using SPSS 24 and Smart PLS 3.0. (+) had an effect. Second, innovation-oriented culture and team empowerment had a positive (+) effect on team creativity. Third, the role of the facilitator had a positive (+) effect on team creativity by mediating innovation-oriented culture and team empowerment. Through this study, the relationship between the role of the facilitator and other variables was explored and theoretically expanded, and practical implications for the role of the facilitator and enhancement of creativity required by the organization were presented.

        In this study, a novel-processing route for fabricating microcellular zirconia ceramics has been developed. The proposed strategy for making the microcellula zirconia ceramics involved hollow microspheres as pore former. Compared to conventional dense microspheres pore former, well-defined pore structured zirconia ceramics were successfully fabricated. Effects of hollow microsphere content and sintering temperature on microstructure, porosity, pore distribution, and strength were investigated in the processing of microcellular zirconia ceramics.

        중공형 미세구를 이용한 마이크로셀룰라 지르코니아의 가공 특성 고찰

        In this study, a novel-processing route for producing microcellular zirconia ceramics has been developed. The proposed strategy for making the microcellular zirconia ceramics involves hollow microsphere as a pore former which has extremely low density of $0.025\;g/cm^3$. Effects of hollow microsphere content and sintering temperature on microstructure, porosity, pore distribution, and compressive strength were investigated in the processing of microcellular zirconia ceramics. By controlling the content of hollow microsphere, it was possible to make the porous zirconia ceramics with porosities ranging from 45% to 75%. Typical compressive strength value of microcellular zirconia ceramics with ${\sim}65%$ porosity was over 50 MPa. By adjusting the mixing ratio of large and small zirconia powders, it was possible to control the pore structure from close to open pores.
