Since the early 2000s, there has been a continued interest in lie detection using functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) in neuroscience and forensic sciences, as well as in newly emerging fields including neuroethics and neurolaw. Related fMRI studies have revealed converging evidence that brain regions including the prefrontal cortex, anterior cingulate cortex, parietal cortex, and anterior insula are associated with deceptive behavior. However, fMRI-based lie detection has thus far not been generally accepted as evidence in court, as methodological shortcomings, generalizability issues, and ethical and legal concerns are yet to be resolved. In the present review, we aim to illustrate these achievements and limitations of fMRI-based lie detection.

Objective: This study proposes a novel reference standard for hypervascular hepatocellular carcinomas (HCCs), established by cone-beam computed tomography-hepatic arteriography (CBCT-HA) and two-year imaging follow-up, and discusses its clinical implication on tumor staging and understanding the intrahepatic distant recurrence (IDR) in relation to dynamic computed tomography (CT). Materials and Methods: In this retrospective study, 99 patients were enrolled, who underwent CBCT-HA during initial chemoembolization for HCC suspected on CT. All patients underwent chemoembolization and regular clinical and imaging follow-up for two years. If IDR appeared on follow-up imaging, initial CBCT-HA images were reviewed to determine if a hypervascular focus pre-existed at the site of recurrence. Pre-existing hypervascular foci on CBCT-HA were regarded as HCCs in initial presentation. Initial HCCs were classified into three groups according to their mode of detection (Group I, detected on CT and CBCT-HA; Group II, additionally detected on CBCT-HA; Group III, confirmed by interval growth). We assessed the influence of CBCT-HA and two-year follow-up on initial tumor stage and calculated the proportion of IDR that pre-existed in initial CBCT-HA. Results: A total of 405 nodules were confirmed as HCCs, and 297 nodules initially pre-existed. Of the initial 297 HCCs, 149 (50.2%) lesions were in Group I, 74 (24.9%) lesions were in Group II, and the remaining 74 (24.9%) lesions were in Group III. After applying CBCT-HA findings, 11 patients upstaged in T stage, and 4 patients had a change in Milan criteria. Our reference standard for HCC indicated that 120 of 148 (81.1%) one-year IDR and 148 of 256 (57.8%) two-year IDR existed on initial CBCT-HA. Conclusion: The proposed method enabled the confirmation of many sub-centimeter-sized, faintly vascularized HCC nodules that pre-existed initially but clinically manifested as IDR. Our reference standard for HCC helped in understanding the nature of IDR and the early development of HCC as well as the clinical impact of tumor staging and treatment decision.

This study analyzed the group of experts who were related to cubism, selected among the works of 2010~2013 Paris Collection based on F.G.R.(Focus Group Research). According to the results of this study, there were appeared first, ‘a one-piece dress’ second, ‘H silhouette’ third, ‘cotton’, in case of item distribution and frequency. The analysis was done by using the manner of expression, cubical expression, exaggeration, distortion, dismantlement, geometrical division of face, mix-match look, wraparound·repetition, asymmetric structure, etc. Based on the outcomes of the analysis on figurative design elements, this study adjusted three manners appearing on cubism fashion style. First, it was ‘avant garde manner’of constitution or ‘dismantlement’ which was compiled into multi-view representations of overlaps and viewpoints by repetitive use of color tone·trimming·detail. Second, it was ‘geomagnetic block placement’ which expresses cubism with geometric partitioning of surface and separation of panel by cutting·disintegration. Finally, it was ‘distortion and simplification of silhouette’ which is a distortion created by constitution-line pressed thin with silhouette. It maximizes the beauty of human body outline, which was distorted by three-dimensional manipulation, and simplified by ellipsis for another shape for the extension or expansion of detail trimming.
유통업계 ESG 경영을 위한 블록체인 도입 탐색적 연구

최근 전 세계적으로 예상치 못한 거대한 경제적 리스크를 연속적으로 겪으면서, ESG 경영은 기업의 필수 생존전략으 로 부상하였다. 특히 코로나 팬데믹으로 인한 공급망 전쟁은 리스크의 불확실성을 야기하였으며, 유통업계에서는 지속가 능성을 확보할 수 있는 ESG 경영이 중요해지고 있다. 이러한 상황 속에서, 유통업계와 ESG 경영의 연결점을 강화하고 이를 효과적으로 관리하기 위해 블록체인 기술의 도입이 중요하게 여겨지고 있다. 유통업계에 블록체인 기술을 도입한 비즈니스 모델은 많은 연구를 통해 제시되고 있지만, 유통업의 ESG 경영에 블록체인을 적용하는 것에 대해 그 가능성 및 효과성을 입증한 연구는 아직까지 제한적이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 관련 연구를 대상으로 텍스트 마이닝 기법 중 하나인 연관어 분석을 통해 블록체인 기술과 ESG 경영이 유통업계에서 어떤 연결성을 가지고 있는지 분석하였다. 이 를 통해 유통업계 ESG 경영의 블록체인 도입 가능성을 확인하고 이를 실현하기 위해 향후 연구에서 어떠한 방향으로 연구를 진행하여야 하는지 주요 키워드를 통해 연구 방향성을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 결과는 향후 유통업계의 ESG 경영을 위한 블록체인 기반 비즈니스 모델 구축의 기초 연구로 활용될 것으로 기대한다. Recently, in the face of successive and unexpected global economic risks, ESG(Environmental, Social, and Governance) management has risen as an essential survival strategy for businesses. Particularly, the supply chain disruptions due to the COVID-19 pandemic have added to the uncertainty of risks, heightening the importance of ESG management in the distribution industry. In this context, the role of blockchain technology in strengthening and managing the connection between the distribution industry and ESG management has become increasingly significant. While there have been extensive proposals for business models that integrate blockchain technology into distribution, few studies have specifically focused on the feasibility and effectiveness of applying blockchain to ESG management in this field. Therefore, this study analyzed the relationship between blockchain and ESG management in the distribution industry by employing association analysis, a text mining technique, on Korean academic research. Through this, the study confirmed the possibility of implementing blockchain in the distribution industry's ESG management and presented keywords to guide future research directions. The findings obtained from this study are expected to be utilized as foundational research for future studies in constructing blockchain-based business models for ESG management in the distribution industry.
패킷 처리 프로그래밍을 위한 언어의 설계와 컴파일러의 구현

본 논문은 하드웨어에 독립적이고 패킷 처리 프로그래밍 개발의 효율성을 높이기 위하여 eFlowC 언어와 eFlowC 컴파일러를 제안한다. eFlowC 언어는 C 언어 기반의 고급언어이다. 그리고 기존의 C 문법에 패킷 처리 관련 기능을 위한 새로운 라이브러리를 추가하였다. eFlowC 컴파일러는 eFlowC 언어로 작성된 프로그램을 입력으로 받는다. 그리고 결과물로 가상 기계 목적 코드를 생성한다. 가상 기계 목적 코드는 언어 번역기의 입력 파일로 언어 번역기를 통하여 다양한 하드웨어 기계어로 번역이 가능하다.
