과맥의 파성에 대한 생리화학적 연구 4 : 등숙과정에 있어서의 종자단백질의 전기영동특성 변이

추파성정도가 다른 과맥품종의 등숙과정중 종자단백질의 변이를 acrylamide gel 전기영동으로 조사하여 파성과 종자단백질과의 관계를 추구하였다. 1. 7% acrylamide gel의 경우, 단백질 band는 품종에 관계없이 등숙정도가 진행됨에 따라 증가하였으며 band수가 가장 많이 나타나는 출수후 38일에는 논산과: 13, 세도하다까: 15, 완주: 15개의 band를 볼 수 있었다. 2. 품종간에 큰 차이를 나타낸 단백질 구성분중 ⅰ band는 전조사기간에 걸쳐 세도하다까와 완주에서만 볼 수 있었으며 j band는 출수후 33일까지 전품종에서 볼 수 있었으나 그후 논산과에서는 관찰할 수 없었다. 3. urea 첨가 7% acrylamide gel에서의 단백질 band수는 등숙초기보다 등숙후기에 오히려 감소하였으며 7% acrylamide gel에서 보다 적었다. 4. 품종간에 질적 차이를 보인 z bandsms ⅰ band 의 경우와의 대조적으로 전등숙기간에 걸쳐 논산과에서만 흔적으로 볼 수 있었다. u band는 출수기 23일까지 전품종에 존재하였으나 그후 논산과에서는 볼 수 없었으며 x band는 u band의 경우와 반대였다. 5. 전등숙기간에 걸쳐 양절형인 세도하다까의 전기영동류형은 논산과의 것보다 완주의 것과 훨씬 비슷하였는데 이는 양절형의 유전자형이 춘파형에 더 가깝다는 것을 시사한 것 같다. With naked barley varieties which are different in their spring habits, variations in seed proteins during ripening were checked by acrylamide gel electrophoresis. In case of 7% acrylamide gel among protein bands ⅰ-band was observed only in both Sedohadaka (intermediate type) and Wanju (spring type) throughout the ripening period, and j-band was detected in all the three varieties until 33 days after heading, but not in Nonsangwa (winter type) thereafter. In case of 6M urea-7% acrylamide gel z-band was traced only in Nonsangwa, contrary to i-band, throughout the ripening period. U-band was observed in all the three varieties until 23 days after heading, but not in Nonsangwa thereafter. X-band showed opposite from u-band. Throughout the ripening period Sedohadaka was significantly more similar in the electrophoretic patterns to Wanju than to Nonsangwa.

초등과학 수업에서 일반교사와 STEAM 교육 연구회 교사간의 STEAM 교육에 대한 인식비교

The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception of the STEAM education in the elementary science class between general teachers and teachers in STEAM education research groups(STEAM teachers). For this, 29 STEAM teachers and 40 general teachers were surveyed at elementary school located in Gyeongi province. The results of this study were as follows: First, the perception of the STEAM teachers was significantly higher than that of the general teachers. Second, the perception of both groups about the necessity of the STEAM education was higher than the average. Third, although the perception of the two groups about the application of STEAM education was lower than the average, that of the STEAM teachers was significantly higher than that of the general teachers. 이 연구는 초등과학 수업에서 일반교사와 STEAM 교육 연구회 교사간의 STEAM 교육에 대한 인식을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 경기도 소재 초등학교에 있는 STEAM 교육 연구회 교사 29명과 일반교사 40명을 대상으로 설문조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전체적인 STEAM 교육에 대한 인식에서 STEAM 교육 연구회 교사는 일반교사보다 높은 것으로 나타났고 이는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 초등과학 수업에서 STEAM 교육의 필요성에 대한 인식에서 두 집단 교사의 인식이 보통보다 높았다. 셋째, 초등과학 수업에서 STEAM 교육의 적용에 대한 인식에 있어서 두 집단 교사의 수준은 보통보다 낮았고, 집단간 비교에서 STEAM 교육 연구회 교사가 일반 교사보다 높은 인식을 하고 있었으며 이는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다.

부동산 과열지역의 평가에 있어 부동산시장 소비심리지수의 활용 가능성

This study explores availability of real-estate market consumer sentiment index to estimate real-estate overheating regions. We analyze 51 monthly housing trading market consumer sentiment indexes and housing trading volume of 78 administrative districts in Seoul metropolitan area by panel FDL model and LISA. Through these empirical analyses, we draw some findings as follows. First, we verify that housing trading market consumer sentiment has an influence on actual housing transaction immediately. According to the panel FDL model, housing trading market consumer sentiment index has positive effect on period 0 and 1 in Seoul Metropolitan Area. Second, we find out that housing trading market is overheated on certain regions at certain points. By comparing estimated value through model and actual trading volume, 22 administrative districts stand out as overheating regions on March, 2015. In addition, there are spatial clustering patterns in Dongducheon-si(in Gyeonggi-do), Jung-gu(in Seoul) and Ojeong-gu(in Bucheon-si, Gyeoggi-do) as a result of LISA. This study implies that real-estate market consumer sentiment index can be an important factor to conduct a research on the real-estate market. Moreover, this study puts a meaning in regard to figure out the spatio-temporal patterns of overheating regions. 논문은 부동산 과열지역을 평가함에 있어 부동산시장 소비심리지수의 활용 가능성을 탐색해 보기 위하여 수도권 지역의 78개 시군구를 대상으로 총 51개월 동안의 주택매매시장 소비심리지수와 월별 주택매매 거래량 자료를 구축하여 패널 FDL 모형과 LISA 분석을 수행하였다. 이를 통해 본 논문은 소비심리지수가 비교적 빠른 시간 내 거래량에 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 모형의 예측값과 실제 거래량을 비교하여 특정 시기 일부 지역의 주택매매시장 과열현상 및 과열지역의 공간적 군집을 파악하였다. 이러한 분석 결과는 부동산시장 연구에 있어 소비심리지수가 중요한 변수로 고려될 수 있는 가능성을 시사해 주며, 과열지역의 시ㆍ공간적 패턴을 확인해 보았다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

연령에 따른 환상적인 낙관적 믿음의 차이와 학령전기 아동의 심리적 적응

The purpose of this study is to reveal the developmental difference in UOB(unrealistically optimistic beliefs) of the future and the relationship between UOB and psychological adjustment. In Study 1, 54 young children (age: M=4,3) and 47 older children (age: M=7,7) reported their UOB. The results revealed that young children had higher tendency of UOB. In Study 2, 54 young children in Study 1 and their mothers reported Perceived Competence and Social Acceptance, Child Behavior Checklist(CBCL) and Parental Acceptance-Rejection Questionnaire(PARQ). The results indicated that children with high optimism showed higher positive perception of self. In the group with high UOB, parents with undifferentiated denial parenting style had less impact on the child’s problem behaviors. This study examines UOB not as a psychological deficit but as a positive strength and proves that this trait brought psychological adjustment to children. 본 연구에서는 미래에 대한 환상적인 낙관적 믿음에서의 발달차와 어린 아동기에 두드러지는 환상적인 낙관적 믿음이 가지는 적응적인 가치를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 1에서는 환상적인 낙관적 믿음에서 발달차를 살펴보기 위해 서울, 경기 지역에 거주하고 있는 어린 아동 54명(평균 연령: 4세 3개월), 나이든 아동 47명(평균 연령: 7세 7개월)을 대상으로 특질변화에 대한 환상적인 낙관적 믿음을 측정한 결과, 어린 아동이 나이든 아동보다 더 높은 환상적인 낙관적 믿음을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 2에서는 어린 아동의 두드러진 환상적인 낙관적 믿음의 적응적 가치를 밝히고자 연구 1에 참여하였던 어린 아동 54명과 아동의 엄마를 대상으로 어린 아동의 인지․신체능력/또래․엄마수용에 대한 자기지각, 문제행동과 엄마의 양육행동을 측정하였다. 연구결과, 어린 아동의 환상적인 낙관적 믿음은 긍정적인 자기지각과 상관이 있었다. 엄마의 거부적인 양육행동은 아동의 문제행동과 유의미한 상관관계가 있었는데, 아동의 낙관적 믿음이 높은 집단에서는 부모의 거부적 양육행동이 아동의 문제행동에 영향을 주는 정도가 감소하는 것으로 나타나 환상적인 낙관적 믿음의 적응적 가치가 확인되었다.
