        근전도로 3회 추적관찰한 총비골신경마비 축색단열증에 대한 한방치험 1례

        In Oriental Medicine, mononeuropathy belongs to <WiZeng(萎症)> or <MaMok(麻木)>. Common peroneal neuropathy(CPN) is the most frequently encountered mononeuropathy in the lower extremity. It is usually caused by direct surgery injury, compression, leg crossing, trauma, traction etc, occasionally by nerve tumor. A 47-year-old healthy man was complained of the sudden development of left foot drop and sensory manifestation owing to suspected compression and habitual leg-crossing. Acupuncture along with bee-venom acupuncture, moxibustion was performed mainly at Stomach and Gallbladder Meridian specially ST36, ST37, ST40, GB34 and GB39. Nerve conduction study and electromyography was also performed three times. Symtoms was relieved fast, and full recovery took about 110 days. Acupuncture and bee-venom acupuncture are considered to be beneficial to CPN. More clinical trials and studies are needed.

        경견부 근막통증증후군에 대한 침치료 효과와 압통역치의 변화

        Objective : This study was performed to confirm the effects of acupuncture on myofascial pain syndrome(MPS) through the change of visual analogue scale(VAS) and pain pressure threshold(PPT) and the usefulness of pressure algometer on the evaluation of pain. Methods : We perfomed this study with 20 outpatients complaining of upper back pain. Before acupuncture therapy(AT), immediately after AT and 2-3 days after AT, we respectively checked visual analogue scale(VAS) and pain pressure threshold(PPT) through pressure algometer, with patients seated and relaxed. The PPT was checked at major trigger point of upper trapezius, levator scapulae, supraspinatus, infraspinatus, rhomboideus minor. and the patients were needled at the same points and maintained for 15 minutes. Results : VAS of immediately after AT was mild higher than that of before AT, but not significantly different. and VAS of 2-3 days after AT was significantly lower than before AT and immediately after AT. PPT of immediately after AT was lower than before PT, but not significantly different. PPT of 2-3 days after AT was significantly higher than that of before AT and immediately after AT. Also PPT was significantly correlated with VAS. Conclusion : PPT of omen was signicantly lower than that of men. and there was no significant difference by age. PPT was increased according to pain duration. Effectiveness of acupuncture on myofascial pain syndrome through PPT and VAS is showed at 2-3 days after AT rather than immediatly after AT. and pressure algometer is useful for the evaluation of Acupuncture therapy on myofascial pain syndrome.

      • SRF 열병합 발전배열을 연계한 지중계간축열 활용 효과에 관한 시뮬레이션 연구

        Recently, the development of new and renewable energy technologies is becoming more important in Korea. Especially, the development of cooling and heating technology utilizing solar heat is actively underway. However, since solar heat is closely related to solar radiation, heat can be stored only during the daytime, which is disadvantageous in that heat supply is unstable. In this study, to solve the disadvantage of it in the solar thermal system, it is proposed that the exhaust heat of SRF(Solid Refuse Fuel) CHP(Combined Heat and Power Plant) is utilized instead solar thermal energy of a heat source. The BTES heat storaging pattern is simulated by the TRNSYS software. The study was compared with the case of DLSC. Simulation results show that the BTES is stable and reduced the storaging period compared to the DLSC case because SRF boiler is operated for 24 hours and can be continuously stored. In the future research, the various TRNSYS simulations will be conductedconsidering the heat charging and heat discharging of BTES, and how to use the BTES thermal storage below 60℃ in district heating.

        A Study on Torsional Characteristics of the Car Body Types at Cornering Motion

        탄성변형과 피로손상은 카트의 주행성능에 영향을 미치는 것으로 카트 프레임에 영구변형을 유발할 수 있다. 카트프레임은 현가장치와 다른 장치를 포함하지 않으므로 두 가지 변형에 결정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는 코너주행 시 동적 거동은 비틀림 변형이 원인이 된다. 선회주행 시 카트의 동적 거동을 분석하기 위해 카트의 GPS추적이 실시간으로 이루어지고 카트프레임에 작용하는 비틀림 응력값을 측정하였다. 레저카트와 레이싱카트의 재료물성치들은 인장실험을 통해 얻었다. 비틀림 응력집중과 프레임 변형은 얻어진 결과 값을 토대로 프레임의 응력해석을 통하여 파악하였다. 개발된 주행분석장치를 이용하여 레저카트와 레이싱카트를 각 조건별로 실차실험을 수행하였고 이를 통한 코너에서 카트의 주행거동을 살펴보았다. 카트가 곡선주행 시 원심력으로 인해 하중이동이 발생하였으며 카트프레임에 비틀림 응력이 발생하였다. 예를 들어 레저카드의 경우, 40 km/h의 속도로 운전할 때 최대 비틀림 피로한도를 측정한 최대 비틀림응력은 230 MPa이며 비틀림 피로한도계수는 0.65를 나타내었다. 뿐만 아니라 카트의 선회 시 운전요소들을 운전측정시스템을 인스톨한 실측장비에서 측정하였으며 카트의 운전거동은 수직변위에 의해 측정하였다. Elastic deformation and fatigue damage can cause the permanent deformation of a kart"s frame during turning, affecting the kart"s driving performance. A kart"s frame does not contain any suspension ordifferential devices and, therefore, the dynamic behavior caused by torsional deformation when driving along a curve can strongly affect these two kinds of deformations. To analyze the dynamic behavior of a kart along a curved section, the GPS trajectory of the kart is obtained and the torsional stress acting on the kart-frame is measured in real time. The mechanical properties of leisure and racing karts are investigated by analyzing their material properties and conducting a tensile test. The torsional stress concentration and frame distortion are investigated through a stress analysis of the frame on the basis of the obtained results. Leisure and racing karts are tested in each driving condition using driving analysis equipment. The behavior of a kart when being driven along a curved section is investigated through this test. Because load movement occurs owing to centrifugal force when driving along a curve, torsional stress acts on the kart"s steel frame. In the case of a leisure kart, the maximum torsional stress derived from the torsional fatigue limit wasfound to be 230 MPa, and the torsional fatigue limit coefficient was 0.65 when driving at a speed of 40 km/h. Furthermore, the driving elements during thecornering of a kart were measured based on an actual auto-test after installing a driving measurement system, and the driving behavior of the kart was analyzed by measuring its vertical displacement.

        Methodology of Shape Design for Component Using Optimal Design System

        본 논문은 최적설계 시스템을 이용한 형상설계 방법론에 대해 설명하고 있으며, 일반적으로 3차원 해석은 설계를 위해 반드시 필요하다. 퍼지지식처리 수법과 계산기하학적 기법에 바탕을 둔 자동화된 유한요소 메쉬 생성 기법은 상용화된 유한요소해석코드와 솔리드모델러와 함께 시스템에 결합되어 있다. 또한, 다층형 신경망의 도움과 함께 개발된 시스템은 다차원 설계변수 공간에 존재하는 여러 만족하는 설계해인 디자인윈도우를 얻을 수 있게 해준다. 개발된 최적화 설계 시스템 사용된 부품을 평가하는데 성공적으로 적용하였다. 사이드 하우징 브라켓을 현장에서 사용되어지는 굴삭기의 힘과 유압브레이커의 작용하는 응력을 응력 게이지로 사이드 하우징 브라켓의 크랙 발생부위에 부착하여 최대응력이 얼마나 걸리는지를 측정하였다. 적용하는 대상을 현장에서와 동일한 조건하에서 최대응력이 허용응력보다 같거나 적게 하고, 기존형상 유지, 재질은 SM490, 중량 최소화 안전계수는 3으로 하여, 최대응력 값에 대한 해석을 수행하였다. 구조가 비교적 간단한 36톤용 사이드 하우징 브라켓을 최적화하였지만, 다른 클래스의(톤수 별) 사이드 하우징 브라켓 적용 시 품질향상에 크게 기여하리라 생각된다. This paper describes a methodology for shape design using an optimal design system, whereas generally a three dimensional analysis is required for such designs. An automatic finite element mesh generation technique, which is based on fuzzy knowledge processing and computational geometry techniques, is incorporated into the system, together with a commercial FE analysis code and a commercial solid modeler. Also, with the aid of multilayer neural networks, the present system allows us to automatically obtain a design window, in which a number of satisfactory design solutions exist in a multi-dimensional design parameter space. The developed optimal design system is successfully applied to evaluate the structures that are used. This study used a stress gauge to measure the maximum stress affecting the parts of the side housing bracket which are most vulnerable to cracking. Thereafter, we used a tool to interpret the maximum stress value, while maintaining the same stress as that exerted on the spot. Furthermore, a stress analysis was performed with the typical shape maintained intact, SM490 used for the material and the minimizing weight safety coefficient set to 3, while keeping the maximum stress the same as or smaller than the allowable stress. In this paper, a side housing bracket with a comparably simple structure for 36 tons was optimized, however if the method developed in this study were applied to side housing brackets of different classes (tons), their quality would be greatly improved.

        개선된 고상 합성법을 통한 LiNi 0.5 Mn 1.5 O 4 양극재 연구

        이 논문에서는 다양한 원료 NiO, Ni 2 O 3 , MnO 2 , Mn 3 O 4 를 사용하여 LiNi 0.5 Mn 1.5 O 4 를 비드밀 혼합 공정을 사용하여균일한 혼합을 통해 불순물을 줄이고 스프레이 드라이 공정을 사용 균일한 2차 입자 모양과 분포를 얻은 개선된 고상 합성법으로 합성했다. 율속 특성에 최적화된 원료를 선택하고 개선된 공정을 적용하여 얻어진 LiNi 0.5 Mn 1.5 O 4 는 XRD 및 SEM을 통해 1차 입자와 2차 입자가 성공적으로 합성되는 것을 확인하였다. 이 결과는 개선된 고상 합성법 으로 합성된 LiNi 0.5 Mn 1.5 O 4 는 생산 비용을 낮춰 상업적 가치를 향상시키며, 리튬이온이차전지에 적용되어 높은 에너지 밀도와 고전압을 얻는 연구 목표가 달성되었으며, LiNi 0.5 Mn 1.5 O 4 가 효율적인 에너지 저장 솔루션으로 활용 될 수있음을 제시하였다. In this study, LiNi 0.5 Mn 1.5 O 4 was synthesized from various raw materials, including NiO, Ni 2 O 3 , MnO 2 , and Mn 3 O 4 . An improved solid-phase synthesis method was then used to reduce impurities through uniform mixing via bead milling and to achieve a consistent secondary particle shape and distribution through spray drying. The LiNi 0.5 Mn 1.5 O 4 was obtained by selecting materials optimized for rate capability and by applying an improved synthesis process. X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy analyses confirmed that LiNi 0.5 Mn 1.5 O 4 successfully synthesized primary and secondary particles. This result showed that LiNi 0.5 Mn 1.5 O 4 , when subjected to an improved solid-phase synthesis, reduces production costs ,enhances its commercial value, and can be applied to lithium-ion secondary batteries to achieve high energy density and high voltage. In short, LiNi 0.5 Mn 1.5 O 4 can be used as an efficient energy storage material.

        거자법(巨刺法)위주의 침치료(鍼治療)가 뇌졸중(腦卒中) 환자(환자)의 기능 회복에 미치는 영향(影響)

        Objective : In order to study the effect of contralateral acupuncture on recovery of motor disorders in stroke patients a clinical study was performed. Methods : Thirteen patients with poststroke-hemiplegia were randomized into two groups. Six patients(test group) treated with contralateral acupuncture. The other seven patients(control group) treated with ipsilateral acupuncture. The activity of daily living was measured with a modified barthel index(MBI). The therapy was performed one a day for 3 weeks. Results : In terms of improvement of activity of daily living, the test group showed statistically meningful increase after 1 week treatment. but the control group showed statistically meningful increase after 2 weeks(p<0.05). In terms of score of MBI, the groups showed no statistically meningful difference after 3 week treatment. Conclusions : These results support that contralateral acupuncture therapy has almost same effectness compared with ipsilateral acupuncture therapy in improvement of the activity of daily living of poststroke-hemiplegic patients.

        The pressure sensor mounted on the inner pipe of the hydraulic breaker is subjected to high pressure according to the operation of the equipment. In order to prevent failure of the pressure sensor due to high pressure, it is possible to relieve overpressure by inserting a pressure relief device, Pulse-Snubber. In this study, the pressure of the membrane position inside the sensor was calculated according to the diameter of the pulse snubber. The numerical analysis code used is Ansys Fluent 21 R2, a commercial analysis code, and in order to consider the compressibility of the fluid, the density and speed of sound of the fluid were written and set as user-defined functions. Flow analysis was performed using the unsteady Navier-Stokes equation and the K-w SST turbulence model. After analyzing the steady state in which a flow rate of 1 kg/s flows at the outlet, the flow rate at the outlet was changed to 0 to simulate sudden closure. The Time step size was calculated as 1e-5sec up to 0.005sec. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the pressure decreased from a certain diameter of the pulse snubber. Through the streamlines for each shape, it was concluded that the greater sudden contraction, the greater the vena contracta, causing flow separation and relaxation of pressure.

        백회혈 자침이 뇌혈류에 미치는 영향

        Objective : This study was performed to evaluate the effect of acupuncture on cerebral blood flow by Transcranial Doppler Ultrasonography(TCD) Method : Monitoring of TCD was examined in 11 healthy women volunteer(mean age: 24.5±2.9 years) before, during and after acupuncture on Paekoe(GV20). Mean velocity, pulsatility index, systolic velocity and diastolic velocity values are analyzed from DWL. MDX4 at different depths of both middle cerebral artery. Results : The results showed a significant(p<0.05; Friedman test & Wilcoxon signed ranks test) increase in mean velocity, systolic velocity and diastolic velocity decrease in pulsatility index, which was measured at different depths of both middle cerebral artery. Conclusion : These results suggest that acupuncture could have a specific effect on cerebral blood flow.
