유전체 덮개층 효과를이용한 이동통신용 마이크로스트립 안테나의 개발에 관한 연구

In land mobile communications, incident waves to mobile antenna come mostly from directions having low elevation angles about 30。 up from the horizontal plane. In order to receive this waves effectively, planar type antenna was fabricated and its characteristics were analyzed. This type of antenna is achieved using superstrate effect criteria which are derived for a nonzero radiation field extending down to the substrate layer surface plane. A small planar type microstrip antenna which can receive incident waves having low elevation angle was fabricated. Experimental results show that the band width of the fabricated antenna is 70 MHz at 1.2 GHz and has nonzero radiation filed down to the layer surface.

The objective of this study was to develop a method to simultaneously quantify vitamins A and E in infant formula. To determine the vitamin A and E content, vitamin A and four different vitamin E isomers (α-, β-, γ-, and δ-tocopherol) were separated by high performance liquid chromatography with a photodiode array detector using a Develosil RPAQUEOUS RP-C_30 column (4.6×250 mm, 5 μm). The vitamin A and E contents in the certified reference material determined using this method were within the certified range of standard values. The limits of detection (LODs) and limits of quantitation (LOQs)for vitamin A were 0.02 and 0.06 μg/L, respectively. LODs and LOQs for the vitamin E isomers ranged from 0.20 to 0.55and from 0.67 to 1.81 μg/L, respectively. Linear analyses indicated that the square of the correlation coefficient for the vitamin A and E isomers was 0.9997–0.9999. The recovery of vitamins ranged from 96.69 to 97.79%. The results demonstrate that this novel method could be used to reliably analyze vitamin A and E content in infant formula.
변위기여도 및 변형에너지밀도를 활용한 초고층 건물의 센싱 부재 선정

초고층 건물의 안전성 및 사용성을 합리적으로 확보하고 유지하기 위해서 부재의 구조 반응 모니터링은 필요하다. 이러한 대형 건물의 건전도 모니터링은 최근 들어 많은 연구자들에 의해서 관심 되어지고 있지만 건물 특성상 계측 대상 부재가 많고 하중과 구조반응의 관계가 복잡하기 때문에 센싱 부재 선정의 어려움으로 그 적용에 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 부재의 변위기여도 및 변형에너지밀도를 기반으로 초고층 건물의 안전성 모니터링을 위한 구조반응 계측 부재 선정에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. To rationally secure and maintain the safety and serviceability of a high-rise building, monitoring of structural responses of members is necessary. As such health monitoring of large-scale building structures has received growing attention by researchers in recent years. However, due to a very large number of members complexity of structural responses of a high-rise building structure, practical difficulties exist in selection of structural members to be sensored for assessment of structural safety of a structure. In this paper, a selection technique for active members for safety monitoring of a high-rise building based on displacement participation factor and strain energy density of a member is investigated.
족삼리(足三里) 경혈배합(經穴配合)에 따른 SHR의 뇌줄기, 소뇌(小腦) 영역(領域)에서 NADPH-diaphorase와 nNOS, 신경세포(神經細胞)의 변화연구(變化硏究)

Objective: This study examines the effects of acupoint combination on NADPH-diaphorase and neuronal nitric oxide synthase(nNOS) in the brainstem of spontaneously hypertensive rats. Methods: The changes of NADPH-d-positive neurons using a histochemical method and the changes of nNOS-positive neurons using an immunohistochemical method were evaluated. The optical densities of NADPH-d-positive neurons and nNOS-positive neurons of the Choksamni(ST36) Umnungchon(SP9) groups were significantly increased in all brainstem areas as compared to the Choksamni and Choksamni Kokchi(LI11) groups and decreased, with the exeption of the nNOS-positive neurons in the superficial gray of superior colliculus, as compared to the normal group. Results: Our results demonstrated that electroacupuncture changes the activity in the NO system in the brainstem of SHR and the acupoint combination is one of the important parameters for this effect.

Objectives : This study was performed to choose more effective neuro-protective acupuncture point and to verify the effect of acupuncture in promoting neurogenesis and angiogenesis as a result of its neuro-vasculo-regenerative effect in middle cerebral artery occlusion model in rats. Methods : By TTc staining we chose the most effective acupuncture point with neuro-protection. We randomly divided into four groups: Such as (1) sham group(with sham-operation), (2) sham+acupuncture group(with sham-operation), (3) middle cerebral artery occlusion group, (4) MCAO+AT group. Acupuncture procedure was performed for four days. Total RNA was extracted using TRIzol reagent, according to the manufacturer’s instructions, and was purified using an RNAeasy mini kit. Immuno-histochemistry was performed using primary antibody mouse anti-BrdU, NeuN, Dcx, and VEGF. Results : We found that ST36 had the more neuroprotective effect than LI11 and SP3. The microarray analysis revealed that 54 genes were more expressed neurogenesis pathway in MCAO+AT group compared with MCAO group(fold changes greater than or equal to twofold change). 11 genes were more expressed angiogenesis pathway. And 7 genes were more expressed VEGF pathway. Immuno-histochemistry revealed that cell proliferation, cell migration and cell maturation were increased. Conclusions : This study demonstrated that acupuncture on ST36 had neuro-protective and neuro-restorative effect in ischemic brain injuries. And its mechanism might be related to promote neurogenesis and angiogenesis. These results suggest that acupuncture have potential benefits for the treatment of ischemic stroke.
특수체육교사의 교수법 개선에 있어 전문적사회화 시기의 영향

The purpose of the current study was to analyze the influence of teacher socialization of adapted physical education teachers. The participants of the study consisted of three adapted physical education teachers who had more than fifteen years of teaching experiences. The data was collected from in-depth interviews and documents related to various experiences. The current study used domain analysis and taxonomic analysis. The followings are results of the study from analyzing data: (1) teaching methods for different types of disabilities were helpful to teach students with disabilities, (2) it is critical to learn effective teaching methods for different classroom environments, and (3) student teaching was helpful to develop effective teaching and volunteer experiences motivated the participants to be a teacher. 본 연구의 목적은 특수체육교사의 교사사회화 과정에 있어 전문적사회화 시기의 영향에 대해 심층적으로 탐색하는 데 있다. 특수체육교사의 교사 사회화 과정을 탐색하기 위하여 15년 이상의 경력을 지닌 3명의 특수체육교사를 연구 참여자로 선정하였다. 경력 특수체육 교사들의 내러티브(narrative) 연구 수행을 위하여 심층면담과 문서 수집이 이루어졌으며 자료의 분석을 위하여 영역분석(domain analysis)와 분류분석(taxonomic analysis)을 사용하였다. 본 연구에서 자료 분석을 통한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다양한 장애 유형에 따른 지도 방법론 수업이 수업 진행 시 도움이 되었다. 둘째, 다양한 교실 환경에서 적용 가능한 교수 방법론 수업이 중요하다. 셋째, 교생실습을 통하여 효과적인 교수법 개선에 도움이 되었으며 자원봉사 활동은 교직에 대한 동기부여를 위하여 중요하다.
