        동물에서 Coxiella burnetii 항체를 진단하기 위한 경쟁효소면역법 개발

        Coxiella burnetii (C burnetii) is the causative agent of Q fever in animal and human. The distribution of the disease has been documented around world. In this study we developed the competitive enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(cELISA) and compared it with indirect immunofluorescent assay(IFA). A monoclonal antibody(Mab) against C burnetii and a peroxidase-conjugated anti-mouse IgM were used as an indicator system competing against antibody in animal serum or as an indicater of the absence of antibody. Sera were considered antibody positive when the percentage inhibition index(PI index) is upper than 30. PI index is calculated as 100-[sample OD/Mab OD)${\times}100$]. Among 162 bovine serum samples, 23 samples were antibody positive both in cELISA and IFA. And 156 samples showed same results. From goat with experimentally induced infection with C burnetii the antibody was detected 20 days early in cELISA compared to IFA. On the basis of present findings, it was demonstrated that cELISA is a reliable diagnostic method for The detection of specific antibodies against C burnetii infection.

        마황윤폐탕(麻黃潤肺湯) 추출물의 수컷 SD Rats에서 경구 단회투여 독성 평가

        Objectives & Methods : To obtain the 50% lethal dose(LD50), approximated lethal dose(ALD) and approximated target organs of 'Mahwangyounpae-tang' for further study into such things as repeated dose toxicity, genotoxicity and reproductive toxicity, single dose toxicity was tested in male SD rats according to KFDA Guideline 1999-61[KFDA, 1999] at dosage levels of 2,000, 1,000, 500, 250 and 125 mg/kg/$10m{\ell}$. In this study, mortalities, clinical signs, body weight changes and body weight gains, gross findings and weight of principal organs were detected during and/or after 14 days of single dosing. Results & Conclusions : After 2 or 3 days of dosing, 1 or 2 animals in 2,000 mg/kg-dosing groups died. Excitation and leaping response were observed as test article-treatment related clinical signs. These abnormal signs were restricted to 2,000 and 1,000 mg/kg-dosing groups and survivors recovered to normal within 3 or 4 days after dosing. Significant decrease in body weight were observed in some periods of observation in 2,000 and 1,000 mg/kg-dosing group, from 1 days after dosing compared to those of vehicle control group. Significantly diminished body weight gains were observed in observation periods in 2,000 and 1,000 mg/kg-dosing group compared to those of vehicle control group. Hypertrophy and hemorrhage of heart and decoloration of kidney were observed as test article-treatment related gross findings. These abnormal findings were restricted to 2,000 and 1,000 mg/kg-dosing groups. A significant increase of absolute and relative heart and kidney weight were demonstrated in 2,000 mg/kg-dosing groups. The value for LD50 found in this study was 2,218.57 mg/kg. ALD in this study was 2,000 mg/kg, and the target organs are considered to be the heart and the kidney.

        정천화담강기탕가녹용(定喘化痰降氣湯加鹿茸)이 Xylene으로 유발된 마우스의 급성 염증에 미치는 영향

        In the present study, the anti-inflammatory effect of "Jungcheonhwadamgangki-tang ga Antler" water extract was tested in Xylene-Application mouse ear acute inflammation model. The test articles were once dosed before Xylene-Application, and the changes on body weight and ear weights and histopathological observation of induced ear were conducted with ear histomorphometry. The obtained results were as follows. The increases of absolute and relative ear weight detected in vehicle control compared to that of sham, were significantly and dose-dependently inhibited by Jungcheonhwadamgangki-tang ga Antler in the present study. A classic acute inflammatory histological changes such as subcutaneous edema, thickness and infiltration of inflammatory cells, was detected in vehicle control. However, these histological changes were significantly and dose-dependently inhibited by Jungcheonhwadamgangki-tang ga Antler. In addition, the increases of ear thickness half and thickness full detected in the vehicle control were also dose-dependently decreased in the all Jungcheonhwadamgangki-tang ga Antler-dosing groups. Base on these results, it is concluded that Jungcheonhwadamgangki-tang ga Antler extracts has clear anti-inflammatory effect on the acute inflammation such as bronchial asthma.

        인공지능 스피커의 사용자 만족이 지속적 사용의도에 미치는 영향 요인 - 감정적 애착의 매개효과를 중심으로 -

        연구배경 4차 산업혁명과 함께 핵심 산업으로 인공지능이 대두되고 있다. 그중 핵심기기로 인공지능 스피커가 주목받으며 홈 IoT 시장에서 빠른 속도로 성장하고 있으나 이러한 성장세와는 달리 인공지능 스피커의 사용자 만족도는 낮다. 이러한 사용자의 불만족은 결국 사용자가 해당 제품의 사용을 중단하게 되는 중요한 요인으로 작용하고 있다. 연구방법 본 연구에서는 인공지능 스피커의 지속적 성장 및 확산을 위하여 국내 인공지능 스피커 제품을 대상으로 사용자의 지속적 사용의도에 영향을 주는 요인에 관해 연구하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해, 지속적 사용의도와 관련된 선행연구를 통해 사용자 만족 중심의 이론과 사용자 경험의 감정 요인으로 감정적 애착의 선행요인들이 인공지능 스피커의 지속적 사용의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았다. 또한, 감정적 애착이 사용자 만족과 지속적 사용의도 간에 매개효과를 하는지 확인하였다. 연구결과 인공지능 스피커의 사용자 만족이 지속적 사용의도에 유의미한 영향을 주며, 사용자 만족이 지속적 사용의도에 미치는 영향을 감정적 애착이 부분매개를 하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 인공지능 스피커 사용자의 지속적 사용의도 향상을 위해 미흡한 기능 개선과 사용 편의성 향상을 통한 사용자 만족 향상도 중요하지만, 사용자가 자신만의 공간과 조화를 이룰 수 있는 상품을 선택하고 변경할 수 있도록 사용자의 라이프스타일(lifestyle)에 맞춘 디자인과 커스터마이제이션(customization)이 가능하도록 개발되어 인공지능 스피커에 대한 애착을 향상시켜야 할 필요가 있다. Background With 4th Industrial Revolution, AI (Artificial Intelligence) has emerged as a major industry. Among variety products that are developed using the AI technology, AI speaker is gaining attention as a major product and shows rapid growth in consumer IoT (Internet of Things) market. Unlike the rapid growth and attention in the market, consumer satisfaction of AI speaker is low. Low satisfaction level is the important factor to ultimately end the usage of AI speaker. Methods In this study with the hope of securing continuous growth and the spread of the AI speaker, factors that would affect the user’s continuous usage of the AI speaker usage have been explored. To achieve research objectives, we looked at the impact of emotional attachment as an emotional source of emotional attachment as an emotional factor in user satisfaction theory and in prior research related to continuous use. It also confirmed that emotional attachment also mediated between user satisfaction and continued use. Result The research result shows that satisfaction level does affect the usage continuity; furthermore, users’emotional factors are identified as important variables to allow users decision to use AI speakers continuously. Conclusion This shows that AI speakers to have an ability to be customized to create unity with user’s personal space is as important as the development of AI speaker technology to increase the user’s satisfaction level and to increase the consumers’ usage continuity. Thus, by having AI speakers’ design to fit into user’s lifestyle, user’s emotional attachment toward the product will increase, ultimately increasing the continuity of the product usage.

        사용자 경험 디자인과 미니멀리즘 비교

        모더니즘의 끝자락이자 포스트모던의 출발점 사이인 미묘한 시점의 순수예술에서 시작된 미니멀리즘은 Fine Art에서 그치지 않고 건축, 의상, 디자인 등 전반적인 조형분야와 다양한 분야에 그 영향을 끼치게 되었다. 이러한 미니멀리즘과 최근 디지털 디바이스 환경에서 이슈로 떠오르고 있는 사용자 경험 디자인을 역사적, 이론적으로 비교 고찰해 봄으로써 디지털 환경의 사용자 경험 디자인 프로세스가 단순히 실용적인 디자인 테크닉에 머무르지 않고 보다 체계 있는 학문적 이론으로 거듭날 수 있도록 연구하였다. 그 결과 사용자 경험 디자인의 프로세스와 미니멀리즘의 속성 및 사조에서 매우 유사한 동질성을 발견 하였고, 그 동질성을 바탕으로 미니멀리즘과 사용자 경험 디자인의 학술적, 이론적 정리를 진행하여, 향후 디지털 디자인 프로세스의 학문적, 철학적 인프라를 구축할 수 있는 계기를 마련하고자 하였다. Minimalism, which started with the subtle distinction between the end of modernism and beginning of post-modernism, was not limited to the fine arts but also spread through architecture, fashion, and the rest of the design industries. this historical study is considered a logical, user experience-based design process, the latest issue derived from the collision between minimalism and the digital environment is not limited to practical industrial design processes, but also their theoretical study. the results show that user experience-based design process and minimalism share many of the same qualities. based on these similarities, minimalism and user experience-based design process can be grouped together both academically and theoretically for establishing a future academic template for the digital designing process.

        유도 맞잡기 타입에 따른 허벅다리걸기의 Kinematic 분석[I]

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the kinematic variables when Uchi-mata(inner thigh reaping throw) performing by Kumi-kata(engagement position, basic hold) types A, B(A: grasping part-behind neck lapel, B: chest lapel) in Judo with three dimensional analysis technique DLT method by videography. The subjects were four male judokas who have been training in Yong-In University(YIU), on Korean Representative level and Uchi-mata is their tokui-nage(favorite technique), the throwing form was filmed on two S-VHS 16mm video camera( 30frame/sec. Panasonic). Kinematic variables were temporal, posture, and COG. The data collection was performing by Uchi-mata. Six good trials were collected for each condition (type A, B) among over 10 trials. The mean values and the standard deviation for each variable were obtained and used as basic factors for examining characteristics of Uchi-mata by Kumi-kata types. The results of this analysis were as follows : 1) Temporal variables The total time elapsed(TE) by Uchi-mata of types A, B were 1.45, 1.56 sec. respectively. Types A shorter than B. 2) Posture variables In performing of Uchi-mata, the range of flexion in type A, left elbow was $45^{\circ}$ and B was $89^{\circ}$ from Event 2(E2) to Event 6(E6). Type A and B were quite different in right elbow angle in Event1(E1). Left shoulder angle of type A was extended and type B was flexed in E4. Both types right shoulder angles were showed similar pattern. Also both hip angles(right/left) were showed similar pattern. When type A performed Uchi-mata the knee-angle of supporting foot showed $142^{\circ}$in the 1st stage of kake phase[KP], and extended to $147^{\circ}$in the 2nd stage of KP. And the foot-ankle angle of supporting foot showed $83^{\circ}$in the 1st stage of KP, and extended to $86^{\circ}$in the 2nd stage of KP. moreover, The knee angle of attacking foot showed $126^{\circ}$in the 1st stage of KP, and extended to $132^{\circ}$in the 2nd stage of KP, and the foot-ankle angle of attacking foot showed $106^{\circ}$in the 1st stage of KP, and extended to $121^{\circ}$in the 2nd stage of KP. When type B performed Uchi-mata the knee-angle of supporting foot showed $144^{\circ}$in the 1st stage of KP, and extended to $154^{\circ}$in the 2nd stage of KP. And the foot-ankle angle of supporting foot showed $83^{\circ}$in the 1st stage of KP, and extended to $92^{\circ}$in the 2nd stage of KP. moreover, The knee angle of attacking foot showed $132^{\circ}$in the 1st stage of KP, and extended to $140^{\circ}$in the 2nd stage of KP, and the foot-ankle angle of attacking foot showed $103^{\circ}$in the 1st stage of KP, and extended to $115^{\circ}$in the 2nd stage of KP. During Uchi-mata performing, type A showed pulling pattern and type B showed lift-pulling pattern. As Kumi-kata types, it were different to upper body(elbow, shoulder angle), but mostly similar to lower body(hip, knee, ankle angle) on both types. 3) C. O. G. variables When the subjects performed Uchi-mata, COG of type A, B up and down in vertical aspect was 71cm, 73.8cm in height from the foot in the 2nd stage of KP. As Kumi-kata types, it were different on medial-lateral direction aspect but weren't different in Kuzushi phase on vertical direction aspect.
