In this study, an Al-0.7wt%Fe-0.2wt%Mg-0.2wt%Cu-0.02wt%B alloy was designed to fabricate an aluminum alloy for electrical wire having both high strength and high conductivity. The designed Al alloy was processed by casting, extrusion and drawing processes. Especially, the drawing process was done by severe deformation of a rod with an initial diameter of 12 mm into a wire of 2 mm diameter; process was equivalent to an effective strain of 3.58, and the total reduction in area was 97 %. The drawn Al alloy wire was then annealed at various temperatures of 200 to $400^{\circ}C$ for 30 minutes. The mechanical properties, microstructural changes and electrical properties of the annealed specimens were investigated. As the annealing temperature increased, the tensile strength decreased and the elongation increased. Recovery or/and recrystallization occurred as annealing temperature increased, and complete recrystallization occurred at annealing temperatures over $300^{\circ}C$. Electric conductivity increased with increasing temperature up to $250^{\circ}C$, but no significant change was observed above $300^{\circ}C$. It is concluded that, from the viewpoint of the mechanical and electrical properties, the specimen annealed at $350^{\circ}C$ is the most suitable for the wire drawn Al alloy electrical wire.

Purpose Quality control used in laboratory help to sustain precision and accuracy consistently to ensure the Diagnostic and treatment for medical employee. To perform an evaluation in statistical manner, it is recommended to use different quality control material than calibrator from manufacturer, quality control material must include analyzed concentration perimeter, must use more than two different concentration materials and recommended to use materials to indicate the concentration in clinical use. However, currently used quality control material has limit of evaluation due to unconsidered concentration or improperly used to get clinical importance data. Therefore, we compared the value of quality control, DIACON Hormone Level 1, 2, 3 (Scantibodies, USA) and DIACON Tumor Level 1, 2, 3 which applied to clinical concentration range. Materials and Methods DIACON Hormone Level 1, 2, 3 (Scantibodies, USA) and DIACON Tumor Level 1, 2, 3 (Scantibodies, USA) that used materials and methods test to compare the result from five RIA testing institution and one institution that used Elecsys (ROCHE) and Architect (ABOTT) for each level. The reagent RIA kit that used in this experiment is followed by Table 2 and 3. Test has performed by instruction itself and follow by instruction. Results Among DIACON hormone result of twenty four items, level 1 have three items, level 2 have four items and level 3 have five items were out of manufacturer set up range based on the average value. Among DIACON tumor result of thirteen items, level 1 have three items, level 2 have four items and level 3 have five items were out of manufacturer set up range. Other result were inside of manufacturer range. Conclusion For quality control material, it is widely available in market, but it is limited for normal range which is only concerned in improper clinical value and difficult to evaluate important concentration area in terms of clinical analyze. In this experiment, we evaluate Hormone twenty three items and Tumor thirteen items with DIACON Hormone and Tumor (Scantibodies, USA) to resolve this limit and we could observe that it ca be substituted and used.

원자력발전소는 원자로의 증기발생기에서 생산한 증기의 압력으로 터빈발전기를 돌려서 발전을 하고 있다. 터빈속도를 제어하는 디지털식 터빈 조속기는 마이크로프로세서를 기반으로 하는 디지털식 제어기가 널리 사용하고 있으며, 조속기에 사용되는 제어기는 빠른 제어 응답성과 높은 신뢰성을 요구하고 있으므로 제어 프로그램의 실행속도에 따라서 제어의 특성과 질이 좌우 될 수 있다. 디지털식 제어기는 제어프로그램을 순차적으로 반복 실행하며, 중요도에 따라서 몇 개의 그룹으로 나누어 실행 주기를 달리함으로써 제어기의 과도한 부하율을 피하고 있다. 이렇게 함으로써 빠른 제어 응답성과 시스템 안정성을 모두 만족하는 실행주기로 최적화 하는 과정이 필요하여 본 시험을 하였으며 이러한 제어특성을 사전에 확인하여 원자력발전소의 아날로그식 조속기를 디지털식 조속기로 개선을 하고자 시험한 사례를 소개한다.

This study assessed the fruits of the efforts made thus far by Ansan to overcome the pain and suffering from the Sewol ferry tragedy through the formation of social capital, and found that this has helped the community recover from disaster. The case of Ansan showed that, immediately after the disaster, citizens, activists, institutions, and organizations carried out various activities for the victims and the community. This brings new change and innovation through social capital in this risk-society era. The activities eliciting participation, networking, and trust among members of the society within social relations set a new direction for the recovery of everyday life after the Sewol ferry tragedy. Ansan made efforts to build a new city beyond the disaster at the community level, carrying out activities for mutual cooperation with governments of other disaster areas in Korea and overseas. These practical activities pursued by Ansan have a significant meaning in this risk-society era. They were there with support as the ones involved. In this process, there are also many new institutions and organizations to help the victims and stabilize the community, ranging widely through the public and the private sector. Ansan sought to relieve the community’s depressed atmosphere and build a hopeful, future-oriented city by reinforcing urban competitiveness after the disaster. The residents carried out activities for promoting social inclusion based on social capital, and produced internal and external results in cooperation with the community. This created a specialized model of a resilient city after the Sewol ferry tragedy.

As an Energy Storage Systems (ESS) can be a possible emergency power source, the market for ESS has increased to respond to the energy demands in commercial buildings. To demonstrate the ESS for commercial buildings located in urban areas, the Sodium Nickel Chloride (NANI<SUP>TM</SUP>) battery systems was chosen because it is chemically safe. The system has been operated for more than a year to verify the stability and profitability. Therefore, a business model of an ESS for commercial buildings is proposed based upon the long-term actual proof operation.
