클라우드 기반의 가상실험 학습콘텐츠의 서비스 동향 분석 및 시범개발

○ 개인 이동 단말기로 가장 큰 비율을 차지하고 있는 스마트폰은 60대를 제외한 모든 연령대에서 90% 이상이 사용하고 있다. 2009년 처음 아이폰(iPhone)이 국 내에 소개된 이후로 스마트폰에 대한 관심이 급격히 높아지고 있음 ○ 또한, 한국방송통신대학교의 학습콘텐츠에 대한 스마트폰의 이용자수도 급격히 증가하고 있으며, 대외적으로도 소프트웨어나 콘텐츠가 기존의 웹 콘텐츠를 넘어 서고 있음 ○ 인쇄도서를 선호하던 전문 직종 종사자들도 디지털 책 형태의 전문서적을 선호 했으며 교육용 도서 역시 휴대 간편성과 가격의 저렴함을 무기로 이용층이 크게 증가함(PwC, 2016) ○ 디지털 책의 성장세는 지속적이고 급격하게 계속될 것으로 예측되고 있으먀, 이 에 따라 한국방송통신대학교는 디지털교재 기반의 학습콘텐츠를 개발해야할 필 요성이 높아지고 있음 ○ 한국방송통신대학교의 미래 학습콘텐츠에 대한 시스템 모델과 서비스 모델, 그 리고 이에 대한 학습모델에 대한 연구가 필요하며, 현재까지 한국방송통신대학 교에서 소흘하게 다루었던 자연과학 분야의 가상 실험 과목에 대한 학습 몰입도 를 높여 학습 집중도를 향상시키고, 모바일 기기의 활용도를 높일 수 있는 상호 작용 요소를 갖춘 가상 실험 디지털 교재의 개발이 필요함

Seven organic arsine compounds are synthesized as potential anti-tumor agents are subjected to the screening test of activity against SN-36 Leukemia, Sarcoma 180 and Ehrlich ascites carcinoma. Three compounds, namely N-(5-Nitrofroyl)-p-arsanilic acid. N-(2,4-Dihydroxybenzoethyl)-p-arsanilic acid and N-alpha(p-arsanilide)acetyl thiourea of the all synthesized compounds showed comparatively potential activities against experimental ascitic tumors both through cytological findings and survival duration.

폐기물 재활용업체의 매출 증대 방안 : 폐기물의 구분과 재활용 가치를 중심으로

연구목적: 폐기물의 재활용은 폐기 비용만을 발생시킬 수도 있는 폐기물을 재사용 가능한 제품으로 변환하여 환경 및 순환 경제에 도움을 준다. 재활용의 환경적 영향에 초점을 맞추어 재활용 기술 개발을 주로 연구해 온 기존 연구와 달리, 본 연구는 경제적 관점에서 재활용 업체의 운영적 측면을 고려하여 국내 폐기물 재활용 업체의 매출성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고자 한다. 논문구성/논리: 폐기물 재활용 제품의 매출에 영향을 줄 수 있는 폐기물 구분(일반폐기물/지정폐기물)과 폐기물의 재활용 가치(높음/낮음)에 따라 매출액에 차이가 있는지 테스트하였으며, 폐기물 구분과 재활용 가치 간 상호작용 효과를 고려하여 정책적 시사점을 도출하였다. 결과: 폐기물 재활용 업체의 매출 성과는 폐기물 구분과 재활용 가치에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 폐기물 구분과 재활용 가치 사이 상호작용 효과 분석 결과, 일반폐기물의 경우 재활용가치가 낮은 폐기물은 재활용가치가 높은 폐기물보다 매출액이 유의하게 낮았다. 반대로, 지정폐기물은 재활용가치가 낮은 폐기물이 재활용가치가 높은 폐기물에 비해 매출 성과가 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 독창성/가치: 본 논문은 재활용률 향상에 초점을 맞추었던 기존의 폐기물 재활용 연구를 확장하여 재활용 업체의 매출 성과를 다양한 종류의 폐기물에 대해 분석하였다. 이를 통해 영세한 규모로 운영되고 있는 국내 폐기물 처리업체의 수익성 향상을 위해서는 폐기물 구분과 재활용 가치에 따른 선별적 지원이 필요함을 밝혔다. Purpose: The recycling industry is beneficial to both the environment and firms because recycling adds value to waste, which otherwise raises disposal costs. Previous studies have mostly focused on the impact of waste on the environment and ways of increasing the recycling rate. This paper broadens the literature by focusing on the operations of recycling firms and examining the factors influencing the sales of recycling firms in Korea. Composition/Logic: This paper tests if sales difference depends on the type of waste (regular/special) and the recycling value (low/high) of waste. Then, the interaction between the type of waste and the recycling value of waste is also tested to draw implications for the recycling policy. Findings: Using ANCOVA, it is found that both the type (regular/special) and the recycling value (high/low) of waste should be considered to explain the sales difference of recycling firms. For regular waste, low-value waste has lower sales than high-value waste despite the significantly higher sales volume. For special waste, low-value waste has higher sales than high-value waste because the sales volume compensates for the value difference. Originality/Value: This study takes the operations of recycling firms into account to explain the sales of recycling firms. It also considers different types of waste to generalize the result. The findings suggest that a recycling policy should be selective considering the type and the recycling value of waste.

Benzoxazolin-2-thione과 PAS의 Alkyl Ester과의 Mannich Base 합성 및 항균력에 관한 연구

Nine benzoxazolin-2-thione derivatives were synthesized as the potential antimicrobial substances. These compounds were tested for the antimicrobial activities using Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli by way of tube dilution method. The three compounds of 1, II and VII inhibited the growth of S. aureus at the concentration of 1mcg/ml, and III, VI, VIII and IX exhibited considerable antimicrobial activities against S. aureus at the concentration of l0mcg/ml. As to the growth of E. Coli, VII VII and VIII inhibited at the concentration of 1mcg/ml. II,III and IV exhibited considerable antimicrobial activities against E. coli at the concentration of 10mcg/ml.

텅레일 밀착력 측정기 개발에 관한 연구

The terms of track is a train-only line for a train service, in premises of station of a station, that the unit over the track for turnout the track from one track to another track, which it changes the course from the main track that is used for operating a train to the side track, is called a turnout The stick strength of tongue rail is adjusting uniform pressure on the both sides, the adhesion strength between a basic rail and tongue rail has to maintain over 100kg of power value to open over 1mm the ends. This study suggested developing a measuring instrument that can measure a basic rail and the stick strength of a movable rail in according with a switch, such as a switch point, and a performance test. This study ties to be helped that it improves measuring usability for the maintainers through improving quality in a stick measuring instrument, that it solves a technique in the site difficulties through improving a measuring instrument, with reducing the obstacles and expenses.

알코올리즘 환자들의 Alexithymia에 대한 연구

감정표현불능증은 감정과 공상을 언어적으로 표현하는 능력의 어려움을 특징으로 하는 정신기능의 특정 장애를 의미한다. 이는 초기에 정신신체질환에서 언급되었음에도 불구하고 감정표현불능증적 특성은 내과적 그리고 정신과적장애를 가진 환자들에게서 폭 넓게 관찰되고 있다. 본 연구는 Scored Archetypal 9 Test(SAT9)파 한국판 토론토 감정표현불능증 척도-20(TAS-20K)를 사용하여 알코올리즘 환자들에서의 감정표현불능증적 특성을 조사하기 위해 계획되었다. 20명의 알코올리즘 환자들과 24명의 정상대조군이 본 연구를 수행하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) SAT9과 TAS-20K에서 알코올리즘 환자군은 정상대조군에 비하여 좀 더 alexithymic하였다. 2) 두 군간 성별사이의 감정표현불능증 척도는 통계학적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다. 3) 두 군간 나이나 교육정도와 감정표현불능증 척도사이에는 통계학적으로 유의한 상관은 없었다. 4) SAT9과 TAS-20K은 환자군에서 통계학적으로 유의한 상관을 보여주었다. Alexithymia refers to a specific disturbance in psychic functioning characterized by difficulties in the capacity to verbalize affect and to elabolate fantasies. Although it was initially described in the context of psychosomatic illness, alexithymic charateristics may be observed in patients with a wide range of medical and psychiatric disorders. This study was designed to investigate alexithymic characteristics in the patients with alcoholism using Scored Archetypal 9 Test(SAT9) and Toronto Alexithymia Scale-20 Korea version(TAS-20K). Twenty patients with alcoholism and twenty-four normal controls completed these tests. The results were as follows. 1) Patient group with alcoholism were significantly more alexithymic than normal control group in both SAT9 and TAS-20K. 2) No significant difference in the alexithymic measures was found between genders of both group. 3) No significant correlation was found between alexithymic measures and age or education level in both group. 4) Measures between SAT9 and TAS-20K showed significant correlation in the patient group.
