농산물 이력추적 시스템의 생산자 지속적 사용의도에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 농산물 이력추적 시스템을 사용하는 생산자들의 시스템에 대한 만족과 지속적인 사용의도에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하여 농산물 이력추적 시스템의 활성화를 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 실증적인 검증을 위하여 재사용의도와 관련한 선행연구들을 검토하여 TAM과 ECT를 결합시킨 Extended ECT 모델을 제안하고 실제 농산물 이력추적 사업에 시범참여하고 있는 생산자 100명을 상대로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 지각된 유용성 및 용이성, 수익성은 시스템 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며 이는 지속적인 사용의도로 연결되었으나 지각된 용이성과 유용성이 직접적으로 지속적인 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 것은 아닌 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 농산물 외의 식품 이력추적 시스템에도 포괄적으로 적용이 가능하다.

지방자치단체 국악공연서비스의 효율성 분석

Korean local governments have made a variety of efforts to improve the efficiency and performance of Public Traditional Music Orchestras by restructuring their operational and managerial systems. Since music performance shows intangible properties and is affected by exogenous environmental variables such as population and area of local governments, this paper employs a “quality-incorporating” and “environment-adjusting” technique of data envelopment analysis (DEA) to measure the performance efficiency of 25 local traditional music orchestras. While CCR and BCC models are applied, the paper shows a distinction in a relative efficiency between the orchestras being operated by metropolitan¬provincial governments and those by city-county governments. The results indicate to what extent the performance of each orchestra depends on each of their input resources and output performance. In addition, they suggest that alternative forms of their resource allocations appear to induce a higher level of local public music orchestras’ performance efficiency. 최근 지방자치단체 국악예술단의 비효율적 운영에 따른 문제점이 계속 부각되면서 비영리법인 혹은 책임운영기관으로 법적 지위의 전환이 주장되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 공립 국악예술단에 제공하는 공연서비스의 공급구조를 파악하여 그 운영의 효율성을 실증적으로 분석한다. 국악공연서비스의 무형문화재적 특성을 반영하는 질적 산출물을 포함하고, 지역 공공재적 성격에 따른 외부 환경요소를 반영하여, 산출지향적 CCR모형과 BCC모형에 기초한 자료포락분석(DEA)을 행하였다. 전체 25개 국악예술단에 대한 분석 결과는 다소 차이가 있으나, 대부분이 순수기술효율성의 측면에서 비효율적으로 운영되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 최적 규모이상의 투입요소에 의해 비효율적으로 운영되는 20개 단체들은 각각 해당 준거집단의 투입ㆍ산출요소를 벤치마킹하여 도출한 최적화 값에 따라 적절한 수준의 규모 축소를 필요로 하며, 규모 수익체증의 형태를 띠는 국악예술단의 경우 인력과 예산의 투입을 증대시키는 규모의 확대를 통한 효율성 향상이 요청되고 있다.

기업의 증거기반 설명책임을 위한 기록관리 방안: ‘지속가능성보고서’를 중심으로

Corporations report their economical, environmental, social influences and achievements through sustainability reports. Apart from the financial reports, which are subject to legal restrictions, sustainability reports inform non financial achievements of a corporation, thus the reliability of the information is solely dependent on the corporation itself. The current sustainability reports are of types that cannot include proof or source of the index data, thus they are tended to be regarded as means of publicity. The reliability of the reports is often questioned. This research applied the concept of Evidence-Based Accountability, which will allow the confirmation of accountability through records including contents and context of the tasks. Evidence-Based Accountability means producing and accumulating witness records of actions, then managing the records as usable information and use them as accountability information. Index data from sustainability reports of domestic corporations and web based reports of Vodafone was reviewed. Measures to link task records as proof of index data was studied. To make this possible, record production and acquisition system was redesigned in order to secure required records as evidence. Linked build-up of SR system and RMS was proposed. The proposed system will allow collection and management of records as SR accountability information, and provide the data when necessary. Also, corporate infrastructure was proposed. This infrastructure will build a professional records management system in stages, through organizational system and regulations. Cooperation of staff in this infrastructure will support reliable corporate accountability. 기업에서는 자신들의 경제․환경․사회적 영향 및 성과에 대해 설명책임의 수단으로 '지속가능성보고서'를 통해 보고하고 있다. 법적 규제인 재무 공시와는 달리 '지속가능성' 보고는 비재무적 요소에 대한 기업들의 성과를 보고하는 것이기에 이에 대한 신뢰성은 기업에 의존할 수밖에 없다. 그러나 현재 발간되는 지속가능성보고서는 지표 데이터에 대한 증거나 출처를 포함할 수 없는 유형으로, 기업의 홍보 수단으로 여겨지는 경향이 있으며 신뢰성에 대한 의혹이 여러 차례 제기되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 업무에 대한 내용과 맥락이 담긴 기록으로 기업의 설명책임을 입증할 수 있도록 증거기반 설명책임에 대한 개념을 적용해 보았다. 증거기반 설명책임이란 행위에 대한 증거 기록을 생산 및 축적하고 이용가능한 정보로 관리하여 설명책임으로 활용하는 것이다. 국내 기업에서 발간한 지속가능성보고서의 지표데이터 유형과 영국 보다폰의 웹 기반 보고서 사례를 살펴보고, 업무 기록을 지표 데이터의 증거로 연결할 방안에 대해 연구해보았다. 이를 위해 필요한 기록을 증거로 확보할 수 있도록 기록의 생산 체계를 재설계하였다. 업무 중 생산 된 기록을 SR(Social Responsibility)설명책임정보로 취합 및 관리하고 이해관계자에게 제공할 수 있는 SR시스템(Social Responsibility System)과 기록관리시스템(RMS)의 연계 구축을 제안하였다. 또한 조직체계 및 규정을 통해 기업의 전문적인 기록관리 체계를 단계적으로 구축하고 관련 업무 담당자와의 협업을 통해 기업의 신뢰성 있는 설명책임을 지원할 수 있는 인프라 구축을 이야기했다.

Au cours de mon sejour en Alsace, il m'a ete possible de suivre de plus pres et demaniere concrete les activites de l'Ecole des Parents de Colmar et d'avoir acces a ses archives : dans ma these de Doctorat en Sciences de l'Education a l'Uinversite des Sciences Humaines de Strasbourg, dont le titre est "L'Education des Parents : Experiences dans le monde et perspectives pour la Coree", un important chapitre d'allure plus monographique est donc consacre a cette association qui a connu une remarquable continuite. Actuellement, l'Ecole des Parents de Colmar propose -une permanence, -deux services d'ecoute telephonique : "Inter-Service-Parents" et "ISP-Jeunes", -des consultations de conseil conjugal et familial, -des consultations psychologiques, -des consultations specifiques aux problemes scolaires, -des animations, soirees-debats, cycles de reflexion et groupes de parents a la demande d'associations et d'administrations, -une bibliotheque specialisee, -un service de documentation, -un service de formation. Malgre beaucoup de difficultes, l'Ecole des Parents de Colmar a su depasser les crises successives, et avec des moyens reduits, mais de gros investissement personnels, elle a fait preuve d'une remarquable continuite, adaptabilite et creativite.

한국 인천에 거주하고 있는 화교 중.고등학생의 체위와 식생활 행동에 관한 연구

This report includes basic data on nutrition education for Chinese adolescents living in Korea. A total of 183 Chinese adolescents living in Incheon participated in the survey. Body composition was analyzed by the Inbody 4.0., and questionnaires on personal dietary behavior were administrated. When compared with the body measure indices of Korean adolescents, we found that height was similar, but weight greater ($5{\sim}12 kg$) among the participants. Regarding obesity, 30.0% of all students were obese (BMI>25), especially the high school boys (42.0%). But in the case of middle school boys, the rates of obesity and under weight (BMI<18.5) were the same (both of them at 22.9%). The average WHR (Waist Hip Ratio) of the female high school group (0.9) was over the normal range. The average percent body fat for each group was also over the normal range. The percentage of students having breakfast everyday was 52.2%, and the rate of skipping breakfast was 25.0%. In the obesity group, the rate of skipping breakfast was remarkably high (P<0.05). Because lunch service was not available at the schools, a lunch box from home was the most popular pattern (43.1 %), but eating out was also popular at 36.6%. For the male high school students, the eating out rate was 62.8%. Since many have-lived in Korea for a few generations, the students' eating practices were much closer to the Korean pattern. For their ordinary meal pattern, 96.0% of the students included Korean foods. however, for New Years Day, the rate of having Gyo-Ja was 75.2%, and having Wol-Byung at Choo-seok was 78.6%, showing that the Chinese tradition still remains. In the case of food preferences, the percentage having Kimchi everyday was 62.1 %, but those drinking green tea was 13.1 %. For cold drinks, the rate for drinking them more than twice per week was 71.6%. The most preferred cooking method was frying with oil (50.6%). Among the students who had visited China (or Taiwan), the rate for 'bad food familiarity' was 37.0%, and the rate for 'did not know Chinese traditional course menus' was 71.3%. As a result of combining eating practices from both China and Korea, and the absence of lunch service in Chinese schools, students are showing bad dietary behaviors. therefore, it is necessary to provide proper nutrition education and a system for lunch service in Chinese schools.

당뇨병 환자의 의료진 신뢰와 공유의사결정의 관계에서 환자활성화의 조절효과

본 연구의 목적은 공유의사결정과 의료진 신뢰 간의 관계에서 환자활성화의 조절효과를 규명하기 위함이다. 연구 대상은 대전광역시에 소재한 상급 종합병원 내분비대사내과에서 당뇨병 치료를 받고 연구 참여에 동의한 환자 186명이다. 연구결과, 의료진 신뢰(β=0.32, p=.045)와 환자활성화(β=0.32, p=.024)는 공유의사결정에 영향을 미치며, 의료진 신뢰와 공유의사결정 관계에서 환자활성화는 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다(β=0.25, p=.019). 연구결과를 기반으로 공유의사결정의 활성화를 위해 환자의 의료진 신뢰 정도를 사정하여 의료진에 대한 부정적 인식을 개선하고, 신뢰를 강화할 필요가 있다. 또한 공유의사결정에 참여를 촉진하기 위한 환자활성화에 초점을 맞춘 융합적 프로그램을 개발하여 교육할 것을 제안한다. This study aims to identify the moderating effect of patient activation in relation between trust in healthcare professionals and shared decision making in patients with diabetes mellitus. The participants were 186 patients who received treatment for diabetes at the department of endocrinology in the tertiary hospital located in Daejeon and consented to participate in our survey. The results of this study were a significant interaction between trust in healthcare professionals(β=0.32, p=.045) and patient activation(β=0.32, p=.024) was associated with shared decision making. The patient activation had a moderating effect between trust in healthcare professionals and shared decision making in patients with diabetes mellitus(β=0.25, p=.019). Therefore, it is necessary to assess trust in healthcare professionals to improve negative awareness of healthcare professionals and strengthen trust in them. In addition, to promote participation in shared decision making, it is necessary to develop a convergent program to focus patient activation.

공문서 컴포넌트 오픈포맷 채택이 기록관리에 미치는 영향 분석

전자정부 추진 이래 공공기관은 전자문서시스템이나 업무관리시스템을 통하여 문서를 생산하고 있으며, 대부분의 공문서가 개발사 의존적 독자포맷인 hwp로 저장되고 관리되고 있다. 이러한 독자포맷은 특정 소프트웨어에 의해서만 내용 확인이 가능하므로 해당 소프트웨어의 구매는 불가피하다. 라이선스를 구매하였다 할지라도 과거 또는 향후 버전에 대한 지원 여부가 불확실하므로 장기보존 대책이 요구된다. 기관 간 문서 유통 시 독자포맷과 XML 기반의 유통 규격 간 변환 과정에서 서식 누락, 대응 규격 부재로 인해 변환 실패나 원문서 변형을 초래하기도 한다. 본 연구는 개방형 문서 포맷(ODF)을 소개하고 공공영역에서의 문서 생산, 유통, 관리, 활용과 보존에 ODF 도입 시 예상되는 영향을 검토하였다. Korean public organizations create electronic documents through electronic document management systems under the e-Government scheme. A majority of these public documents are saved in vendor-dependent file formats, mainly HWP. Vendor-dependent formats can be opened only with specific software, which requires purchase. As the license does not guarantee compatibility between past and future versions, interoperability problems occur in long-term preservation, which need to be solved. Any error from the elimination of styles or no matching elements in document definition during conversion from vendor-dependent formats to the XML-based standard exchange format leads to file open failure or the modification of original documents. This study introduces the Open Document Format (ODF) and investigates the effects of adopting ODF in the creation, exchange, management, and preservation of public records.
