스텐트의 구조 및 기계적인 반응에 대한 최적인자 도출과 유한요소해석법을 통한 검증

최근 내시경의 기술발전과 더불어 수술의 편의성, 회복시간의 단축, 환자의 고통감소 등의 효과를 위하여 스텐트가 개발되고 있다. 이를 위해 스텐트 구조와 기계적인 반응에 대한 최적의 인자를 찾고 유한요소해석법을 통해 최적 조건임을 검증하였다. 현재 상용화된 제품들 중 선호도가 높은 Zilver (Cook, Bloomington, Indiana, USA)와 S.M.A.R.T (Cordis, Bridgewater Towsnhip, New Jersey, USA) 모델을 분석하였고, 스텐트의 기계적 요소에 영향을 미치는 중요인자를 도출하기 위해 다구치 요인분석으로 배열한 다음, 유한요소해석법으로 유연성과 팽창성을 찾아보았다. 또한 반응표면분석의 중심합성법을 이용하여 최적조건에 알맞는 중요인자를 도출하였고, 이를 고려하여 최적설계를 하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 다구치 요인분석을 통한 유연성 평가와는 다르게 팽창력 평가에서는 최적조건을 만족시키는 인자를 찾을 수 없었다. 반응표면분석법의 중심합성법으로 수행한 결과, 스텐트의 유연성에 대한 중요인자는 스텐트의 두께(T), 단위넓이(W)이고, 팽창력에 대한 중요인자는 스텐트의 두께(T)로 도출되었다. 반응면을 통한 중요인자에서 유연성에 대한 것은 두께(T), 단위넓이(W)로 도출되나, 팽창력의 경우에는 다른 중요인자가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 반응표면분석의 중심합성법을 이용하여 최적조건에 부합한 중요인자는 T=0.17, W=0.09의 결과를 보였으며 유연성과 팽창력이 뛰어나 설계요구조건을 충족하였다. 최근에 유한요소 해석법을 이용한 스텐트의 기계적 특성을 평가하기 위한 연구는 상당량 진행되어 왔다. 하지만 체계적인 실험계획법을 적용하여 스텐트의 최적조건을 도출하여 시간 및 비용을 줄이는 설계방법에 대한 연구는 드물다. 본 연구에서는 스텐트를 설계하는데 있어서 세계적으로 검증된 방법인 다구치 요인분석과 반응표면분석법의 중심합성법을 적용하여 최적조건을 도출하고 유한요소해석을 통해 검증함으로써 실제 시제품을 제작하여 발생하는 시간 및 비용을 절감할 수 있었다. 이러한 체계적인 실험계획법과 유한요소해석을 스텐트 설계단계에 적용함으로써 산업체의 스텐트 개발 기간 및 예산 절감 등 경제적 개발에 많은 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다. Recently, along with technology development of endoscopic equipment, a stent has been developed for the convenience of operation, shortening of recovery times, and reduction of patient's pain. To this end, optimal factors are simulated for the stent structure and mechanical reaction and verified using finite element analysis. In order to compare to present commercialized product such as Zilver (Cook, Bloomington, Indiana, USA) and S.M.A.R.T (Cordis, Bridgewater Towsnhip, New Jersey, USA), mechanical impact factors were determined through Taguchi factor analysis, and flexibility and expandability of all the products including ours were tested using finite element analysis. Also, important factors were sought that fulfill the optimal condition using central composition method of response surface analysis, and optimal design were carried out based on the important factors. From the centra composition method of Response surface analysis, it is found that importat factors for flexibility is stent thickness (T) and unit area (W) and those for expandability is stent thickness (T). In results, important factors for optimum condition are 0.17 mm for stent thickness (T) and $0.09\;mm^2$ for unit area (W). Determined and verified by finite element analysis in out research institute, a stent was manufactured and tested with the results of better flexibility and expandability in optimal condition compared to other products. Recently, As Finite element analysis stent mechanical property assessment for research much proceed. But time and reduce expenses research rarely stent of optimum coditions. In this research, Important factor as mechanical impact factor stent Taguchi factor analysis arrangement to find flexibility with expansibility as Finite element analysis. Also, Using to Center composition method of Response surface method appropriate optimized condition searching for important factor, these considering had design optimized. Production stent time and reduce expenses was able to do the more coincide with optimum conditions. These kind of things as application plan industry of stent development period of time and reduce expenses etc. be of help to many economic development.
충남 서산․태안지역에서 착유중인 젖소의 M.R.T. 시료를 통한 요네병 감염률 조사

This survey was carried out to investigate the infectivity of paratuberculosis (Johne’s disease) from dairy cattle in Seosan-Taean area. From February to August in 2009, milk samples were collected from 254 M.R.T. samples of 57 farms and the ELISA was conducted. 13 (5.1%) M.R.T. samples of 3 (5.2%) farms were positive in ELISA. In regional analysis, 1 (3.1%) of 34 farms in Seasan and 2 (8.6%) of 23 farms in Taean were positive in ELISA. According to raising scale of dairy cattle, 2 (66%) farms out of 3 positive farms were raising 30 below and 1 (33%) farms out of were raising 30 over.

Marine environment analysis and ship motion prediction during ship navigation are important technologies for safe and economical operation of autonomous ships. As a marine environment analysis technology, there is a method of analyzing waves by measuring the sea states through images acquired based on radar(radio detection and ranging) signal. However, in the process of deriving marine environment information from radar images, noises generated by external factors are included, limiting the interpretation of the marine environment. Therefore, image processing for noise removal is required. In this study, image inpainting by partial convolutional neural network model is proposed as a method to remove noises and reconstruct radar images.

This study was carried out to investigate the prevalence of honeybee (Apis mellifera) disease in cheonan and asan area. From September to November in 2012, 33 samples were collected from 33 apiculture farms in the regions and reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was conducted. Among 33 samples, prevalence rate was 42% in Sac Brood Virus (SBV), 52% in Nosema, 21% in American foulbrood (AFB), 70% in European foulbrood (EFB), 97% in Stonebrood, 3% in Chalkbrood. The result indicate that stonebrood was most prevalent disease in apiculture farms in cheonan and asan area.

TThis survey was carried out to investigate the prevalence of the antibody for bovine paratuberculosis (Johne`s disease) in dairy cattle in Seosan-Taean area. From February to August in 2009, 254 M.R.T. samples were collected from 57 farms in the regions and enzyme immuno-sorbent assay (ELISA) was conducted. Among 254 samples, 13 (5.1%) M.R.T. samples of 3 (5.2%) farms were positive by ELISA. In regional analysis, 1 (3.1%) of 34 farms in Seasan and 2 (8.6%) of 23 farms in Taean were positive in ELISA. According to the raising scale of dairy farms, the farm with below 30 heads showed the higher positive rate (2 out of 3 positive farms) than the farms with over 30 heads (1 out of 3 positive farms).
