본 논문에서는 LED(Light Emitting Diode)조명을 통해 통신을 접목하여 이용이 간편한 가시광통신 시스템을 구현 하고자 한다. LED 가시광 통신을 실현시키고자 송신부에는 1~12개의 LED 발광 소자와 수신부에는 가변 PD(Photo Diode)인 센서를 사용한다. LED가시광통신을 하고자 개발이 이루어진 송 수신부의 초기 거리 값은 0~1.5m 이상으로 하고, 전체 시스템 전송 속도는 수 천 kbps의 가변성을 가지는 가시광 미디어 전송 시스템을 이루었다. LED 모듈의 전체적인 효율 증대를 위해 렌즈 착용시와 미착용시 성능 실험을 하여 효율 측정을 하였으며, 구현된 연구의 성능 분석을 위한 기존 PC 모듈에 LED 및 PD를 구성하여 LED 개수, 전송속도에 따른 최대 송수신의 통신 거리를 실험하고 응용 방법과 가능성에 대해서 확인하고자 한다. This paper is implemented simple visible light communication system by combining the communications through LED lighting. It uses a variable PD sensor to the receiver and 1~12 the LED light-emitting device to the transmitter to realize LED visible light communication. Initial distance value of the developed transmission and receiver is more than 0~1.5m for LED visible light communication, the overall system transmission rate is organized with thousands kbps variability visible light media transmission system. It was measured the performance experiment during lens wearing or not wearing in order to increase the overall efficiency of the LED module, configures the LED and PD to existing PC module for the performance analysis of the implemented research, experiments the maximum communication distance of the transmitter/receiver according to LED count and the transmission rate, check about application methods and the possibility.

TSA (Endonasal Trans-sphenoidal Approach through Nostril) can be used to remove a pituitary tumor without an incision in the face using an endoscope. Currently performing TSA pituitary tumor surgery is surgery using endoscopic video. In the surgical environment, a zone-type video monitor is using. The video monitor and the monitor of the patient"s medical information navigation system are separated, and thus, there is inconvenient user experience checking different monitors during surgery. This study focuses on improving the discomfort of the user experience by augmented information of the navigation system on the existing endoscopic video. We propose an augmented reality information system using virtual surgical images based on virtual patients using a phantom. Through this, the possibility of navigation technology using augmented medical reality in TSA surgery was confirmed.
QSAR(정량적구조활성관계)를 이용한 환경 중 잔류의약품류의 물리화학적 특성 및 독성 예측

QSAR(Quantitative Structure Activity Relationship) is a method to estimate physico-chemical properties and eco-toxicity of a man-made chemical through the statistical analysis of the relation between molecular structure and activity of the chemical. It can be advantageous since QSAR gives an idea to researchers how a man-made chemical behaves in the environment where it is discharged without any time-consuming and labor intensive laboratory experiment. In this study, physico-chemical and toxicological properties of 15 pharmaceuticals were estimated by applying QSAR. In general, the predicted properties were reasonable good; some of them were compared with experimental data available in literature. It was concluded that QSAR could be utilized as a tool to initially screen eco-toxicologically harmful pharmaceuticals.

Chylothorax or chylous ascites are rare manifestations of liver cirrhosis. We report a rare case of simultaneous chylothorax and chylous ascites in a patient with hepatitis B virus-related liver cirrhosis. A 76-year-old woman was referred to our hospital with a pleural effusion on her right side. She had no history of recent medical procedures, trauma or tumor. There was no evidence of mass or thoracic duct obstruction in a computed tomography scan. Pleural fluid and ascites were confirmed as chylothorax and chylous ascites by chemistry analysis. Despite thorough conservative care, there was no improvement. Pleurodesis was planned, but hepatic encephalopathy developed suddenly and she did not recover.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficacy of inhalation therapy using Zizyphus jujuba var. spinosa blended oil and spa therapy on stress in adults. Methods : The study design was a double blind, randomized, single center clinical trial. A total of 30 volunteers who were highly stressed and were over 9 points on POMS(profile of mood states) participated in this study. Inhalation therapy using Zizyphus jujuba var. spinosa blended oil and spa therapy were applicate for the experimental group and Jojoba oil inhalation and spa therapy was given for the control group. During the 2 weeks, the participants were treated about inhalation and spa therapy twice a week. The treatment sequence is spa therapy after inhalation therapy. Result : The improvement of stress was evaluated by POMS, HRV(Heart Rate Variability), EEG(Electroencephalography), PSQI(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index), salivary cortisol. After treatment, POMS was significantly decreased between the experimental group and the control group. In other measurement(HRV, EEG, PSQI, salivary cortisol) except POMS, there were not significant. Overall, however, they showed a tendency to alleviate stress in the experimental group. Conclusions : We suggest that inhalation therapy using Zizyphus jujuba var. spinosa blended oil and spa therapy might be effective on stress.
