        다중데이터링크 기반에서 데이터링크 처리기와의 데이터 무결성 보장을 위한 전술상황전시기 간 데이터 기록 및 재생 방법 연구

        Recently, the high performance of tactical situation display console and tactical data links are used to integrate the operational situations in accordance with information age and NCW (Network Centric Warfare). The tendency to maximize the efficiency of task execution has been developed by sharing information and the state of the battle quickly through complex and diverse information exchange. Tactical data link is a communication system that shares the platform with core components of weapons systems and battlefield situation between the command and control systems to perform a Network Centric Warfare and provides a wide range of tactical data required for decision-making and implementation.It provides the tactical information such as tactical information such as operational information, the identification of the peer, and the target location in real time or near real time in the battlefield situation, and it is operated for the exchange of mass tactical information between the intellectuals by providing common situation recognition and cooperation with joint operations. In this study, still image management, audio file management, tactical screen recording and playback using the storage and playback, NITF (National Imagery Transmission Format) message received from the displayer integrates the tactical situation in three dimensions according to multiple data link operation to suggest ways to ensure data integrity between the data link processor during the entire operation time.

        CO<sub>2</sub> 하이드레이트의 film형 결정성장 거동에 관한 연구

        지구 온난화의 대표적인 주범인 $CO_2$를 저감하기 위하여 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 특히 가스 하이드레이트 형성원리를 이용한 $CO_2$ 분리 및 저장 공정이 주목을 받고 있다. 본 연구는 필름형 $CO_2$ 하이드레이트의 결정성장 거동에 관하여 성장 메커니즘을 규명하였다. 다양한 압력조건에서 반회분식 교반 반응기를 이용하여 $CO_2$ 하이드레이트를 형성시켰으며 객체가스의 용해도 차이를 최소화하기 위하여 모든 실험에서 온도는 고정하였다. 공급된 가스는 순도 99.999 %의 $CO_2$ 가스를 사용하였고, CCD 카메라(Nikon DS-5M/Fi1/2M-U2)가 장착된 광학현미경을 사용하여 관찰 결과를 실시간 기록하였다. 실험에 적용되는 압력에 따라서 하이드레이트 성장형태와 성장속도는 매우 큰 차이를 보였다. 특히 2.0 MPa 이상의 압력에서 가장 큰 변화를 관찰하였으며, 이것은 $CO_2$의 농도 차이와 모세관 힘에 의한 것으로 사료된다. Many researches have been carried out to reduce and/or to capture the major global warming gases. Especially, the hydrate formation mechanisms were intensively investigated for carbon dioxide sequestration and storage process applications. In this study, the characteristics of film-type crystal growth mechanism of carbon dioxide hydrate were comprehensively examined. Carbon dioxide hydrate crystal was formed in semi-batch type stir reactor at various pressure conditions while the temperature was fixed to be constant to reduce and minimize the guest gas solubility effects. A supply gas composition was 99.999 % of Carbon dioxide, the observation data was collected by optical microscope adopted CCD camera (Nikon DS-5M/Fi1/2M-U2). This study revealed that the guest gas pressure changes significantly altered the crystal growth mechanism and film growth rate of carbon dioxide hydrate crystal. The critical pressure of the carbon dioxide hydrate of crystal growth mechanism change was found to be 2.0 MPa. The capillary force and gas concentration gradient also significantly changed the film-type crystal growth mechanism of carbon dioxide hydrate crystal.

        실리콘 관통형 Via(TSV)의 Seed Layer 증착 및 Via Filling 특성

        As continued scaling becomes increasingly difficult, 3D integration has emerged as a viable solution to achieve higher bandwidths and good power efficiency. 3D integration can be defined as a technology involving the stacking of multiple processed wafers containing integrated circuits on top of each other with vertical interconnects between the wafers. This type of 3D structure can improve performance levels, enable the integration of devices with incompatible process flows, and reduce form factors. Through silicon vias (TSVs), which directly connect stacked structures die-to-die, are an enabling technology for future 3D integrated systems. TSVs filled with copper using an electro-plating method are investigated in this study. DC and pulses are used as a current source for the electro-plating process as a means of via filling. A TiN barrier and Ru seed layers are deposited by plasma-enhanced atomic layer deposition (PEALD) with thicknesses of 10 and 30 nm, respectively. All samples electroplated by the DC current showed defects, even with additives. However, the samples electroplated by the pulse current showed defect-free super-filled via structures. The optimized condition for defect-free bottom-up super-filling was established by adjusting the additive concentrations in the basic plating solution of copper sulfate. The optimized concentrations of JGB and SPS were found to be 10 and 20 ppm, respectively.

        금속-세라믹 코어-쉘 복합체에 담지된 Ni 금속 촉매를 적용한 CO<sub>2</sub> 메탄화 반응 특성연구

        Microstructured Al@Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> and Al@Ni-Al LDH (LDH = layered double hydroxide) core-shell metal-ceramic composites are prepared by hydrothermal reactions of aluminum (Al) metal substrates. Controlled hydrothermal reactions of Al metal substrates induce the hydrothermal dissolution of Al ions at the Al-substrate/solution interface and reconstruction as porous metal-hydroxides on the Al substrate, thereby constructing unique metal-ceramic core-shell composite structures. The morphology, composition, and crystal structure of the core-shell composites are affected largely by the ions in the hydrothermal solution; therefore, the critical physicochemical and surface properties of these unique metal-ceramic core-shell microstructures can be modulated effectively by varying the solution composition. A Ni/Al@Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> catalyst with highly dispersed catalytic Ni nanoparticles on an Al@Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> core-shell substrate was prepared by a controlled reduction of an Al@Ni-Al LDH core-shell prepared by hydrothermal reactions of Al in nickel nitrate solution. The reduction of Al@Ni-Al LDH leads to the exolution of Ni ions from the LDH shell, thereby constructing the Ni nanoparticles dispersed on the Al@Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>. The catalytic properties of the Ni/Al@Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> catalyst were investigated for CO<sub>2</sub> methanation reactions. The Ni/Al@Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> catalyst exhibited 2 times greater CO<sub>2</sub> conversion than a Ni/Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> catalyst prepared by conventional incipient wetness impregnation and showed high structural stability. These results demonstrate the high effectiveness of the design and synthesis methods for the metal-ceramic composite catalysts derived by hydrothermal reactions of Al metal substrates.

        다중 센서 데이터를 활용한 시약장 위험상황 식별 시스템

        최근 실험실에서 발생하는 안전사고가 다양한 형태로 발생함에 따라 실험실의 안전사고를 줄일 수 있는 시스템이 요구되고 있다. 기존 시스템은 온도, 습도의 변화에 따라 위험상황을 식별하지만 위험상황의 유형을 알 수 없고 기기의 동작이 수동으로 이루어지는 단점이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 다중 센서를 활용하여 시약장의 위험상황을 식별하고 기기를 자동으로 동작시키는 시스템을 제안한다. 시약장의 내부 환경은 센서들을 통해 실시간으로 측정되며 센서 데이터는 위험상황을 식별하는 것에 활용된다. 또한 위험상황이 식별되었을 경우 이에 맞는 기기를 선택하고 자동으로 동작시킨다. 이와 같이 시약장의 위험상황을 식별하고 기기를 자동으로 동작시킴으로써 시약장에서 발생하는 안전사고를 줄일 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Recently, safety accidents that occur in laboratories have occurred in various forms, so that a system that can reduce safety accidents in laboratories is required. The existing system identifies the danger situation according to the change of the temperature and the humidity, but the type of the danger situation is not known and the operation of the device is manually performed. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a system that identifies the danger situation of a reagent cabinet using multiple sensors and automatically operates the device. The internal environment of the reagent cabinet is measured in real time through the sensors and the sensor data is used to identify the danger situation. Also, when a danger situation is identified, the appropriate device is selected and operated automatically. In this way, identification of the danger situation of the reagent cabinet and automatic operation of the device will reduce the safety accidents occurring in the reagent cabinet.

        Best-First decision tree 기법을 적용한 심전도 데이터 분류기의 정확도 향상에 관한 연구

        심전도 질환 데이터는 일반적으로 분류기를 사용한 실험이 많다. 심전도 신호는 QRS-Complex와 R-R interval을 추출하는 경우가 많은데 본 실험에서는 R-R interval을 추출하여 실험하였다. 심전도 데이터의 분류기 실험은 일반적으로 SVM(Support Vector Machine)과 MLP(Multilayer Perceptron) 분류기로 수행되지만 본 실험은 정확도 향상을 위해 Random Forest 분류기 알고리즘 중 Decision Tree를 Best-First Decision Tree(B-F Tree)로 수정하여 실험하였다. 그리고 정확도 비교분석을 위해 SVM, MLP, RBF(Radial Basic Function) Network와 Decision Tree 분류기 실험을 같이 수행하였고, 동일한 데이터와 간격으로 실험한 타 논문의 결과와 비교해보았다. 수정한 Random Forest 분류기의 정확도를 다른 네 개의 분류기와 타 논문의 실험과 비교해보니 정확도 부분에서는 Random Forest가 가장 우수하였다. 본 실험의 전처리 과정은 대역통과 필터(Band-pass filter)를 사용하여 R-R interval을 추출하였는데 향후에는 정확한 간격을 추출하기 위한 필터의 연구가 사려된다. Cardiac disorder data are generally tested using the classifier and QRS-Complex and R-R interval which is used in this experiment are often extracted by ECG(Electrocardiogram) signals. The experimentation of ECG data with classifier is generally performed with SVM(Support Vector Machine) and MLP(Multilayer Perceptron) classifier, but this study experimented with Best-First Decision Tree(B-F Tree) derived from the Dicision Tree among Random Forest classifier algorithms to improve accuracy. To compare and analyze accuracy, experimentation of SVM, MLP, RBF(Radial Basic Function) Network and Decision Tree classifiers are performed and also compared the result of announced papers carried out under same interval and data. Comparing the accuracy of Random Forest classifier with above four ones, Random Forest is the best in accuracy. As though R-R interval was extracted using Band-pass filter in pre-processing of this experiment, in future, more filter study is needed to extract accurate interval.

      • 한방병원에 종사하는 의무기록사의 한의학 교육 실태 및 필요성

          The knowledge on oriental medicine has become an important factor of medical records administrators in successfully accomplishing their jobs with the emerging oriental medicine demands. The study was planned to confirm the condition and need on oriental medicine education of medical records administrators working in oriental medicine hospitals.<BR>  This study surveyed all 55 medical records administrators registered in the Korean Society of Medical Records Administrators who were working in oriental medicine hospitals and collected 54 responses (98.2%). The survey contents contained previous education experience and satisfaction on oriental medicine, the need of oriental medicine education.<BR>  Medical records administrators who received previous education on oriental medicine were about 30% of the total. Most of them were trained by a part of the policy of the oriental medicine hospital for average 10-19 hours. And the satisfaction level was not high. The highest reason for the need of education on oriental medicine was the increase of joint treatment of western-oriental medicine. Many respondents agreed that oriental medicine terminology, classification of diseases in oriental medicine, management of oriental medical records should be included as compulsory courses in college curriculum.<BR>  The oriental medicine sector is a ‘blue ocean’ market and the demand for medical records administrators will surely be increased in the near future. This is why the subjects on oriental medicine should be included in the license examination and the college curriculum for the medical records administrator.

        팬데믹 기간 외국인 유학생에 관한 언론보도 양상 분석: 텍스트 마이닝 분석을 활용하여

        목적 본 연구에서는 팬데믹 기간 동안 외국인 유학생에 대한 언론 보도가 어떠한 양상을 보이고 있는지 분석하고자 한다. 방법 이를 위하여 한국언론진흥재단의 빅카인즈를 활용하여 2020년 1월 1일부터 2022년 12월 31일까지 외국인 유학생을 다룬 기사를 검색하여 텍스트마이닝 기법으로 분석하였다. 결과 그 결과 팬데믹 기간 언론을 통해 본 외국인 유학생의 모습은 전염병을 확산시킬 ‘우려’가 되는 존재이자 대학의 정원을 채우지 못해 ‘우려’되는 존재였다. 결론 외국인 유학생은 향후 우리 사회에서 필요한 구성원이기에 언론에서는 ‘우려’, ‘혐오’, ‘불안’,‘차별’의 대상으로 비치지 않게 주의를 기울여야 할 것이다. Objectives This study aims to analyze the media coverage of foreign students during the pandemic. Methods For this purpose, we used the Korea Press Foundation's Big Kinds to search for articles dealing with foreign students from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2022, and analyzed them using text mining techniques. Results As a result, the foreign students seen in the media during the pandemic were people of ‘concern’ for spreading the infectious disease and people of ‘concern’ for not being able to fill the university’s quota. Conclusions Since foreign students are necessary members of our society in the future, the media should be careful not to make them appear as objects of ‘concern’, ‘hatred’, anxiety’ or ‘discrimination’.

        충북지역 사회적경제기금 단일사례연구

        본 연구는 지역기반의 순수한 민간 사회적경제기금인 「충북사회적경제기금」의 목적, 운영원칙, 기금의 보전과 확대전략을 이해하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 「충북사회적경제기금」에 기금을 출연한 4개의 기업과 대출을 통해 기금수혜를 받은 2개 기업의 대표 또는 실무자와의 심층면담을 통해 자료를 수집하여 단일사례연구 방법으로 접근하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 62개의 개념을 구성하였고, 이를 `제도의존에서 탈피한 자율적 상생복지`, `도전의 추동력`, `당사자들의 주체적 문제해결 의지와 능력제고`, `제도의 사각지대 해소`, `문화와 교육을 통한 지역사회 내 저변확대 도모`, `민주적 관리`, `실질주의 추구`, `투명성과 진정성 제고`, `기금 확대를 위한 다양한 시도`, `호혜의 선순환`, `도덕적 해이를 방지하는 상환의무 제도`의 11개 주제로 결집한 후 기금의 목적, 운영원칙, 기금보전과 확대전략의 3개 분석단위에 재배열 하였다. 이러한 분석결과를 통해 「충북사회적경제기금」이 풀뿌리 자조기금으로 평가될 수 있지만 외연확장과 정착을 위한 기금의 확대가 관건인 것을 알 수 있었으며, 이를 위한 실천적, 정책적 지침들을 논의하였다. This study is to understand the objectives, the operating principles, and the conservation and expansion strategies of the “Chungbuk Social Economy Fund”, which is a privately-run community-based social economy fund. For this purpose, data were gathered through in-depth interviews with representatives or executives of 4 companies with funding and 2 companies receiving funding and analyzed by a single case study method. As as result of the analysis, 62 concepts were constructed and classified into 11 themes: `autonomous welfare from dependence on institutions`, `motivation of challenges`, `willingness to troubleshoot and empowerment`, `elimination of gaps in the system`, `promotion of community-based institutions through culture and education`, `democratic management`, `pursuit of pragmatism`, `transparency and authenticity`, `various attempts to expand fund`, `virtuous circle of reciprocity`, `promotion of repayment obligation for the prevention of moral hazard`. And these were integrated into purpose, operating principles, and conservation and expansion strategy of three analytical units: The results of the analysis show that “Chungbuk Social Economy Fund” can be evaluated as a grassroots self-help fund, but external extension and expansion of funds for fund stabilization are key issues to be considered. Based on the results of this study, practical and policy guidelines of the ways to be settled and extended of the fund were discussed.
