        음영분석에 의한 내시경 영상의 3차원 형체 추정에 관한 연구

        위내시경 영상의 음영을 분석하여 내부 벽면의 3차원적인 형체를 추정하는 새로운 기법을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 우선 내시경의 기기적인 특성을 분석한 다음, 진단 대상이 되는 위벽면 자체의 특성으로 인해 내시경 영상의 특성을 분석하였다. 이를 사전정보로 하고, Horn의 변분법을 도입하여 반복적인 음영분석 알고리즘을 구현하였다. 알고리즘의 타당성 여부를 증명하기 위하여 위모형에서 획득한 $512{\times}512$ 영상 중에서 $256{\times}320$을 대상으로 해서, 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 이때 Lagraniginan multiplier의 값이 0.3일 경우 알고리즘의 수렴성 및 전체오차 특성이 가장 좋았으며, 가장 정확한 위벽면의 재구성이 이루어짐을 보였다. A new numerical method estimated three dimensional shape of the internal surface of the stomach by analyzing the shading data of endoscopic image. First analyzed was the inherent instrumentational characteristics of the endoscope system, followed by the analysis of the stomach surface properties, both of which affected the imaging properties. We employed these prior informations to implement the iterative algorithm of shading analysis based on Hom's variational approach. The present algorithm was validated by performing simulation on a $256{\times}320$ image data chosen from original $512{\times}512$ image of the stomach surface model. The best 3-dimensional estimation of the surface was achieved with the Lagrangian multiplier, of 0.3, when the algorithm best converged showing minimal estimation error.

        Selective Dehalogenative Homocoupling of Haloarylsulfonates by th Use of Palladium Catalyst

        The palladium catalyzed dehalogenative homocoupling of haloarylsulfonates under reductive conditions has proceeded selectively depending on the type of the halogen. Thus, an iodo or a bromo leaving group of haloarylsulfonates was homocoupled to gi ve symmetrical biaryls in good yields with the sulfonate group intact, whereas a chloro leaving group gave no reaction under the conditions used. When the more reactive nickel catalyst was employed instead of the palladium catalyst in the reaction, both dehalogenative and desulfonative homocouplings of haloarylsulfonates occurred regardless of the type of the halogen used.

        석회류제의 시용이 엽연형 황피발생 억제에 미치는 영향

        Effect of liming material application on the prevention or cure of Mn toxicity symptoms including marginal leaf chlorosis in 3-year-old ginseng plants grown in acidic soils were investigated. It was found that the ratio of Fe to Mn was above about 0.5 and the ratio of Mn to Fe was below about 2.00 in 4-year old ginseng leaves when liming materials were applied in field experiments. It was apparent that the occurrence of marginal leaf chlorosis was decreasing affected by application of Ca, Mg and Fe. The appearance of marginal leaf chlorosis was decreased to about 78 percent in 4-year-old ginseng and to about 69 percent in 5-year-old ginseng, and then the fresh root weight was increased up to 66 percent in 4-year ginseng plants.

        적변삼 외피에서 지질, 페놀성물질 및 철 성분의 축적에 관한 연구

        The study was conducted to investigate the tissue and chemical characteristics of rusty root epidermal cells. In histological study. the rusty symptoms were frequently observed in the epidermis of ginseng root and to be yellow under microscopic observation. Disks of the epidermal cell tissue of the rusty root were usually 2 and 3 times greater in the number of cell layer and thickness of cell wall than the healthy root. respectively. The color degree of methanol extracts li'om the rusty root epidennis was 5.5 times higher than that of the healthy root. And the extracts of rust matter in the root epidermis were easily dissolved in polar solvents compared to nonpolar solvents. UV-absorption spectra of methanol extracts in various fractions of phenolics showed a maximum peak between 275-280 nm. The crude lipids and phenolic compounds such as acid insoluble bound phenolics. acid insoluble esterified phenolics. acid insoluble condensed phenolics. insoluble bound phe-noli cs and free phenolics were also more in the rusty root epidennis than in the healthy one. Fe content in the rusty root epi-dermis was 2.7 times higher than that of healthy one. It was presumed that the phenolic compounds(precursor of the rusty) in association with lipid and iron in the root epidermis might defence the root when ginseng root was depressed by the unfavorable conditions in soil ancvor portions of a root system were subjected to anoxic conditions.<br/>

        스마트 디바이스의 발전과 IoT 시대에 들어서면서 다양하고 유용한 데이터가 끊임없이 쏟아져 나오고 있다. 이러한 데이터들을 기반으로 개인화된 추천 시스템의 중요성은 높아지고 있다. 추천 시스템에서 가장 성공적인 협업적 필터링 기법은 고객에 대한 일정 수준 이상의 데이터가 존재해야 한다. 즉, 충분한 데이터가 존재하지 않는다면 정확하지 않은 추천 결과를 출력하는 희박성의 문제가 생긴다. 본 연구에서는 개개인을 구분 지을 수 있는 개인화 요인에 가중치를 두어 기존의 협업적 필터링 기법이 가지는 희박성 문제를 해결하고자 한다.

        장애학생의 스마트러닝을 위한 특수교육용 애플리케이션 분석

        This study examined and analyzed various special educational applications that were developed for students with disabilities in Korea and Abroad in terms of disability types, using types, subject relation, and teaching methods. Out of 2,269 applications, 256 applications were selected through a twophase selection procedure and analyzed applications using the frequency and the percentage. The results are as follows. Firstly, applications for students with autism were much more than other disabilities type. Secondly, in using type, applications for learning were developed much more than any other types. Thirdly, in the respect of subject relation, applications on social studies and language arts were much more than any other subjects. Fourthly, applied behavior analysis and basic cognitive training were the most frequently used teaching methods in applications for learning. Finally, with regard to costs, about 31% of the total applications were for free and about 41% of the pay-applications were priced between 1,000 and 2,000 won. The finding of this study supports the need to develop more varied tailor-made applications to reflect the requirements of various disability types.

        지적장애 학생을 위한 기능성 언어게임의 개발 및 적용 가능성 탐색

        이 연구는 지적장애 학생을 위한 기능성 언어게임을 개발하고, 지적장애 학생의 교수학습 활동에서 기능성 언어 게임의 적용 가능성을 탐색하는데 주요한 목적이 있었다. 이에 게임에서 사용할 어휘를 장애학생을 위한 국민공통 기본교육과정 국어과를 분석하여 추출하였고, 특수교사와 특수교육과 교수, 특수교육 전문가들의 중요도와 난이도에 대한 평가에 기초하여 기능성 언어훈련 게임을 구성하였다. 개발된 게임의 적용가능성을 탐색하기 위하여 특수학교와 일반학교 특수학급에 재직하고 있는 특수교사 45명과 지적장애 학생 31명을 대상으로 사용자 평가를 실시하였다. 그 결과 특수교사는 5점 만점에 4.25점을 나타내었고, 지적장애 학생은 4.33점을 나타내었다. 전반적으로 특수교사와 지적장애 학생 모두 이번에 개발된 기능성 언어게임이 교수학습 활동에 사용 가능하다고 인식하고 있었다. 학교급 및 교육적 배치에 따른 사용자 평가 결과에 대한 집단 비교를 실시한 결과, 특수교사와 지적장애 학생 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다. 그러므로 특수학교와 특수학급에서 근무하는 특수교사와 재학하고 있는 지적장애 학생 모두 기능성 언어게임에 대한 사용자 평가가 고르게 나타난 것임을 확인할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study was to develop and to explore the possibility of the serious language training game for students with intellectual disabilities. To do this, words of language training program were extracted from the National Common Basic Curriculum of Special School and the contents design of language training program were developed based on the evaluation of significance and difficulty by special teachers, special education professors, and special education experts. To explore the possibility of applying the serious language training game, a usability evaluation was conducted with 45 special school teachers and 31 students with intellectual disabilities. The results showed that the serious language game had a high level of usability as the special school teachers received 4.25 and the students with intellectual disabilities received 4.33 out of 5. But there is no difference of usability evaluation on the level of school and the arrangement of school. As a result of this study, we can draw a conclusion that there is a high possibility of applying the serious language game to language education for students with intellectual disabilities.
