아이언 클럽 스윙 시 그립 파지 위치에 따른 역학적 분석

[목적] 본 연구의 목적은 아이언 7번 클럽을 이용한 골프 스윙 시 그립의 파지 위치로 야기된 운동학적 변인과 지면반력 분석을 통하여 스윙 시 그립 파지 위치 변화를 통한 활용성을 제시하고자 한다. [방법] 대학생 골프선수 10명을 대상으로 아이언 7번을 이용하여 정상 그립과 1인치 짧은 그립 파지를 통한 스윙을 수행하였다. 3차원 동작분석기와 지면반력기를 이용하여 자료를 산출하였고, 그립 간의 차이는 대응표본 t-검증을 이용하여 분석하였다. [결과] 소요시간과 클럽헤드 속도는 대부분 차이가 없었다. 신체중심 변위는 X축의 TS에서 short 그립 시 신체중심의 오른쪽 변위가 크게 나타났고, Y축은 모든 이벤트에서 short 그립 시 신체중심의 전방 변위가 크게 나타났으며, Z축은 ADD, TB, DS, FS에서 short 그립 시 신체중심이 변위가 낮게 나타났다. 지면반력은 Fz의 TS에서 짧은 그립 시 오른발에서 수직힘이 크게 나타났다. [결론] 짧은 그립 사용 시 신체중심 변위에서는 차이가 있지만, 소요시간과 클럽헤드 속도에는 차이가 없기 때문에 정확성은 높이고 파워는 감소되지 않는 짧은 그립을 제안한다. [Purpose] The purpose of this study was to analyze the kinematical variables and ground reaction forces caused by the position of the grip during the golf swing. [Method] 10 Golfers of college students performed a swing with normal grip and 1inch short grip using iron 7. 3D-motion analyzer and force platform were used to collect the data, and the difference between the grips was analyzed using the paired t-test. [Result] Swing time and club head speed were no different. The CM of the X axis showed a large rightward direction in short grip at TS. The CM of the Y axis showed a large forward direction in short grip at all events. The CM of the Z axis showed a large downward direction in short grip at ADD, TB, DS and FS. The GRF showed a large vertical force on the right foot in short grip of Fz at TS. [Conclusion] Therefore, although there is a difference in displacement of CM when using a short grip, there is no difference between swing time and club head speed, suggesting a short grip that increases accuracy and does not reduce power.
항갑상선제로 치료한 Graves 씨병의 예후에 관한 고찰

Among the 83 patients acquired the first clinical remission after antithyroid drug treatment in Graves' disease were studied in an attempt to evaluate the prognosis and recurrence rate, as guided by duration of therapy, duration of follow up, TRH responsiveness and TBII activity value. The results were as follows. 1) The recurrence rate after 12 months of treatment, 13-18 months, 19-24 months, 25-30 months and above 30 months revealed 40.0% 27.6% 44.4% 33.3%, 11.1% respectively and appeared that tendency of the decline in recurrence rate with increasing duration of therapy. 2) The recurrence rate within 3 month, and until 6 month, 9 month, 12 month, 15 month. 18 month, 21 month, after cessation of antithyroid drug therapy revealed 7.2%, 9.0%, 8.5%, 3.1%, 4.8% 5.0%, 0%, respectively and the overall recurrence rate within 12 month since the first clinical remission were 27. 8%. 3) The recurrence rate in patients with normal response to TRH stimulation test were 10, 4%, but in abnormal response to TRH were 62.8%. 4) The recurrence rate in patients with normal TBII activity performed after cessation of drug therapy were 4 of the 24 patients(16.6%), but the recurrence rate in patients with abnormal high activity were 13 of the 14 atients(92.8%). 5) The recurrence rate in patients with both subnormal TSH response to TRH and abnormal TBII activity performed after cessation of drug therapy were 10 of the 10 patients(100%). Conclusively, the recurrence rate in Graves` disease treated with antithyroid drugs may be influenced the duration of treatment, both TRH stimulation test and TBII activity test may be also useful indices to evaluate the prognosis.
