Car accidents occur as a result of collisions between vehicles, leading to both vehicle damage and personal and material losses. This study developed a vehicle accident detection model based on 2,550 image frames extracted from car accident videos uploaded to YouTube, captured by CCTV. To preprocess the data, bounding boxes were annotated using roboflow.com, and the dataset was augmented by flipping images at various angles. The You Only Look Once version 8 (YOLOv8) model was employed for training, achieving an average accuracy of 0.954 in accident detection. The proposed model holds practical significance by facilitating prompt alarm transmission in emergency situations. Furthermore, it contributes to the research on developing an effective and efficient mechanism for vehicle accident detection, which can be utilized on devices like smartphones. Future research aims to refine the detection capabilities by integrating additional data including sound.

데이터베이스관리자 (Data Base Administrator)는 데이터베이스시스템을 설계하고 유지보수 하는데 있어서 중요한 역할을 수행한다. DBA는 정보기술 분야에서 그 수요가 매우 높은 직업이고 정보시스템을 개발하고 유지보수 하는데 있어서 중요하다. 하지만, DBA에 대한 연구는 많이 없었다. Fortune 500대기업의 웹사이트에 올라온 구인광고를 수집하고 분석함으로써 본 연구는 오늘날의 DBA에게 요구되는 스킬들을 조사하였다. Database Administrators (DBA) play a role in designing and maintaining database systems. It is one of the Information Technology (IT) jobs in high demand and is important in developing and maintaining Information Systems (IS). Little research has been conducted on the skill requirements for a DBA. By collecting and analyzing job ads posted on the websites of Fortune 500 companies, we investigated the skill requirements needed for today's DBA.

빅데이터 정보시스템의 구축 및 사례에 관한 연구

Although many successful cases regarding big data have been reported, building information systems of big data is still difficult. From the perspective of technology the builders need to understand the whole process of systems development ranging from collecting, storing, processing, and analyzing data to presenting and using information. Whereas, from the perspective of business, the builders need to understand the values of the proposed big data project and explain to top managers who have to make a decision of the risky investment. This study proposes a framework of 5W 1H that can help the builder understand things related to the development of big data information systems. In addition, big data cases from the real world have been illustrated by applying to the framework. It is expected to help builders understand and manage big data projects and lead managers to make better decisions of the investment to the development of information systems. 빅데이터와 관련하여 많은 성공사례들이 보고되었지만 실제로 시스템을 구축하는 데 있어서는 여전히 많은 어려움이 있다. 기술적인 측면에서 데이터의 수집과 저장, 처리와 분석, 그리고 표현과 사용에 이르는 전 과정을 포괄적으로 이해해야 하고, 비즈니스적 측면에서는 구축된 시스템으로부터 얻을 수 있는 가치를 미리 파악하여 투자를 감행해야 하는 경영진에게 설명해야 한다. 본 연구는 빅데이터 정보시스템을 구축하는 것과 관련된 사항들을 쉽게 파악할 수 있는 5W 1H 프레임워크를 제공하고, 제시된 프레임워크를 기존의 빅데이터 사례들에 적용한 예시를 보여주었다. 투자를 위한 경영진의 의사결정을 이끌어내고 빅데이터 프로젝트의 종합적인 이해와 관리에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

정보기술관리자는 정보기술자원을 조직화하는 것뿐만 아니라 정보시스템을 실행시키는데 있어서 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 정보기술관리자가 되려는 사람은 업무를 수행하는데 필요한 기술이 무엇인지를 정확하게 이해해야 한다. 본 연구는 한국의 온라인 구인광고들을 분석함으로써 정보기술관리자에게 요구되는 기능들이 무엇인지를 밝히고자 한다. Information technology (IT) managers play a very important role in implementing information systems as well as in organizing IT resources. In order to adequately prepare candidates for such positions, it is important that one determine exactly what skills are required for success in this position. This study is intended to reveal the most up-to-date skill requirements for IT managers through analyzing job ads posted on online job boards in South Korea.

가정에서의 학대·방임 피해경험이 아동의 공격성에 미치는 영향: 부모애착, 교사애착, 또래애착의 다중매개효과를 중심으로

본 연구에서는 가정에서의 학대·방임 피해경험과 청소년의 공격성에 미치는 영향을 살펴봄과 동시에, 그 과정에서 부모애착, 또래애착, 교사애착관계의 다중매개효과를 가지는지 파악하였다. 이를 위해 한국아동청소년패널조사(KCYPS) 초1패널 4차년도 데이터의 2,054명의 초등학교 4학년 학생들을 대상으로 다중매개변수를 활용한 다중회귀분석방법을 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가정에서의 학대·방임 피해경험은 공격성과 직·간접적으로 정적인 관계에 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모애착, 또래애착, 교사애착의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 부모애착, 또래애착, 교사애착은 모두 매개효과를 가짐으로써 가정폭력 피해경험의 영향을 받음과 동시에 공격성에도 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 상대적 영향력은 또래애착, 교사애착, 부모애착 순으로 나타났다. 즉, 공격성에 대한 신속한 위기 개입이 필요할 경우 상대적 영향력이 큰 또래애착을 활용한 개입이 우선시되어야 할 것이며, 장기적 측면에서 아동의 공격성 완화를 꾀할 경우 또래애착과 함께 부모애착, 교사애착을 동시에 고려해야 할 것이다. 이 외에도 본 연구서는 청소년의 공격성 완화에 대한 방안의 하나로서 애착관계 증진을 위한 실천적, 정책적 제언과 함께 연구 과제를 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of child abuse and neglect at home on children`s aggressive behavior. In addition, the multiple mediating effects of parent-child attachment, peer attachment, and teacher-student attachment were examined. Participants (N: 2,054) were in the 4th grade of elementary school. Date coming from `the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey(KCYPS)`s 4th wave of the panel data was analyzed. Multiple regression analyses (Baron & Kenny, 1986) were employed to inspect the mediating effects of key variables. Results showed that child abuse and neglect were positively linked with children`s aggressive behavior. Peer attachment, parent-child attachment, and teacher-student attachment played a mediating role. Namely, all three types of attachments were negatively affected by child abuse and neglect. Also, peer attachment, teacher-student attachment, and parent-child attachment in order had significantly negative impact on children`s aggressive behavior. Based on the results, the prompt intervention in children`s aggressive behavior using peer attachment is necessary as a way to mitigate their aggressive behavior. In addition, in a long-term aspect, peer attachment, teacher-student attachment, and parent-child attachment needs to considered so as to abate children`s aggressive behavior. Suggestions for future research and implications for the social welfare policy and practice were discussed.

청소년의 학대,방임경험이 정서문제와 또래관계에 미치는 영향: 정서문제와 또래관계 간 상호인과성을 중심으로

This study investigated whether there were the reciprocal associations between emotional problems and peer relationships in adolescents who experienced abuse and neglect. This study employed the 4th wave data from the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey(KCYPS) which was administered by the National Youth Policy Institute and the samples were 2,080 first graders in high schools. The results of this study were as follows. First, adolescents who experienced abuse and neglect at home appeared to have emotional problems such as aggression, attention deficit, and social withdrawal. Second, the youth who experienced abuse and neglect also had difficulties in peer relationships in their schools. Third, there appeared to be the mediating effect of multiple emotional problems on the association between abuse and neglect experiences and peer relationships. On the other hand, the effect of youth’s maltreatment experiences on emotional problems was mediated by peer relationships. Based on these results, the policy and practical implications for promoting mental health and peer relationships were also discussed.

대구ㆍ경북지역 정보기술 인력의 경력지향에 관한 연구

개인의 경력적 지향은 욕구와 가치, 그리고 능력으로 구성되는 경력닻(Career Anchor)에 의하여 영향을 받는다. 본 연구는 대구ㆍ경북지역에서 IT인력에 의해 보유된 경력닻을 조사함으로써 경력적 지향을 이해하고자 한다. 특히, 성별, 나이, 근무기간, 그리고 직업명과 같은 요인들이 실제로 IT인력의 경력닻에 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구는 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 대구ㆍ경북지역에 종사하는 269명의 IT인력을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구는 결과는 대구ㆍ경북지역 IT종사자들의 경력적 지향을 이해하는데 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다. The career orientations of an individual are affected by his/her career anchors that are comprised of needs, values, and capabilities. This study is intended to understand the career orientations by way of discovering the career anchors that are possessed by IT workforce in Daegu-Gyeongbuk regions. In particular, such demographic factors as gender, age, job tenure, and job title were investigated to see if these factors in fact affected the career anchors of IT workforce. To achieve this purpose, we collected questionnaires from 269 IT workers in the regions. The results of this study is expected to contribute to our understanding of the career orientations of IT workforce in the region.
