Since the introduction of Laminariales populations in Korea in the early 1970s for the purpose of aquaculture, Saccharina population was found on the east coast of Korea. The morphological characteristics and vertical distributions of Laminariales were studies and measured at different depths of the coast of Gangneung-si, Gangwon-do, Korea. In general, three species of Laminariales in the Gangneung coast were found to be distributed in different depth zone and divides three distinct transitional regions. Saccharina japonica var. religiosa and Saccharina japonica populations were studied to grow at depths of 3m and 9m, respectively. Saccharina sculpera population was found to grow at a depth of 20m. Maximum growth of S. japonica var. religiosa and S. japonica populations occurred in May and the blades decreased during summer season.

최근에 지리정보시스템(GIS)의 발전과 그 보급에 힘입어 각종 토지이용정보들이 다양한 방법으로 구축되고 있다. 그러나 현실에서는 도시계획 및 공간정책의 의사결정자들은 정보의 홍수 속에서도 정작 정책결정에 필요한 토지이용 정보는 부족한 ‘정보의 빈곤’에 시달리고 있으며, 이는 각종 도시계획 및 공간정책의 효율적인 수립을 함에 있어 장애 요소로 작용하고 있다. 이와 같은 토지이용정보에 대한 부족 현상에 대한 해결책으로 기존에 지방자치체 및 중앙정부에서 구축하고 있는 다양한 지리적 정보의 제공이 요청되고 있다. 이러한 배경하에서 본 연구는 토지이용정보 수요의 존재를 보다 명확히 밝히고 어떠한 정보가 토지이용정보로서 우선적으로 구축되었으면 좋은가를 설문조사를 통하여 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 전문가들의 토지이용 정보 활용 실태를 파악할 수 있었으며, 이들이 요구하는 정보의 항목과 구축주기를 확인할 수 있었다. Land Use Information is the key of the rational decision in urban and regional planning. Although the local and central governments have data related to land use, urban and regional planners can gather the land use information in difficulty. For use the data which the governments have made, they should formally show their needs and applications, On this background, this study try to show the demands of such information for urban planning using questionnaire. Analyzing the result, it can present the hardness of gathering land use information, the high demands, and the needs of the each data field.

So far, greenfield development and redevelopment with large-scale clearance have been main tools to accommodate rapidly increasing population and demand for urban lands in Seoul. Yet, these methods leveraged by monetary gain mechanisms not only clear away moderate housing for low-income residents but also create monotonous urban landscape overwhelmed by high-rise apartment houses. The real estate development machines disregarding urban organics and areal uniqueness also destroy cultural and historic assets of community. Meanwhile, new situations require more flexible methods of urban improvements based on repair and amendment in the era of low birth rate and old age. It will be difficult to redevelop existing urban areas based on development gain leverage now and in the future due to population decrease and slow economic growth. This study proposes and introduces small-scale land readjustment as a more flexible means of community improvements. This method has advantage for re-flatting, improving public facilities such as roads and parks, and securing connectivity of road networks while preserving existing urban organics and community characteristics. Also, the method does not need to clear away existing residents, particularly low-and-moderate income residents. To begin with, this study sets up the policy agenda for improvements of existing built-up areas and need for small-scale land readjustment in Seoul by examining the characteristics and problems of current improvements methods. Then the study proposes small-scale community improvement methods using land readjustment by describing frameworks and characteristics of land readjustment techniques, presenting the images and advantages of using small-scale land readjustment, and looking over the cases of other countries. Also, the study implements simulations to examine adoptability of land readjustment. Finally, the study suggests legal arrangements and institutional support to introduce small-scale land readjustment in Seoul.
건축물관련 행정자료의 정비방안 : 건축물관련 정보 통합활용을 중심으로

건축물관련정보는 도시관리의 가장 기본이 되는 정보이다. 건축물관련 행정자료는 건축물대장을 비롯하여 과세대장, 등기부자료, 위법건축물자료, 개별주택특성조사자료등 다양한 자료가 있는데, 이들은 모두 나름대로의 특징이 있으며, 건축물 정보로서 활용시 한계를 가지고 있다. 이러한 상황은 정보화시대에 있어 효율적이고 과학적 도시관리의 걸림돌이 되고 있다. 본 연구는 다음과 같은 3가지 점에 초점을 두고 연구를 수행하였다. 첫째, 건축물 관련 행정자료들의 특성과 활용상의 문제점을 분석하고, 둘째, 건축물 관련자료 정비를 위한 기본방향을 정립한 후, 마지막으로 문제점 유형별로 정비방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 지방자치단체 도시관리를 위해 가장 중요한 정보인 건축물관련 정보를 정비하고 종합적으로 활용할 수 있도록 하는 가이드라인을 제시하였다는 의의를 가지고 있다. Building related information is one of the most important framework data for the management of local government. However, building related registers have its own characteristics and problems, it have limitation to be used as an important data. Those situations are obstacle for the efficient and scientific urban management in the information era. This research focused on three aspects first, analyzed characteristics and problems of building related registers, second, set the direction to improve accuracy of building related information, and finally suggested solution to improve the accuracy of building information according to its problem type. This research contributes to set detail guideline to improve building related information, which could be immediately used in local government for the systematic urban management.

The complexity of flash memory based storage systems is high due to diverse host interfaces and other design choices such as mapping granularity, flash memory controller execution models and so on. Thus, it is possible that the actual performance after implementation is not consistent with the target performance. This paper demonstrates that the performance prediction of flash memory based storage systems is possible through performance modeling that takes into account various design parameters. In the performance modeling, the FTL, which is the core element of flash memory based storage systems, is modeled as a set of (copy-on-write) logs and their interactions. Also, the flash memory controller is modeled based on the classification proposed in the design of the Ozone flash controller. In this study, the performance model has been implemented using Simulink and experimental results are presented and analyzed.
고온 초전도체 Y₁Ba₂Cu₃-xSnxO7-y의 자기적 특성 연구

The magnetic properties of the Y₁Ba₂Cu_(3-x)Sn_xO_(7-y) superconductor were studied as a function of Sn concentration by utilizing both the vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) and torque magnetometer. Unlike the cases where Fe and Co were substituted for Cu, the superconducting transition temperature was maintained above 90 K until x reached the value of 0.36. The lower critical field H_(C1)(T) and upper critical field H_(C2)(T) are measured as a function of temperature and external magnetic field, respectively. By aid of these results, H_(C1)(0), H_(C2)(0), the coherence length ε_0, the penetration depth λ_0, and the Ginzburg-Landau parameter к were obtained. Flux pinning was also observed in the sample.
