p-Phenylenediamine을 과량의 진한 염산 및 과염소산을 매질로하여 거의 완전히 tetrazo화 하였다. Tetrazonium염의 두 diazo기를 할로겐으로 치환하여 생긴 dihalobenzene의 수량으로 반응의 정도를 알아 보았다. 이 반응의 성패는 tetrazonium염의 안정도에 의하여 죄우되었으며, 그 안정도는 매질의 종류, 산도(농도) 및 그양과 밀접한 관계가 있음을 알았다. 즉 산매질의 농도가 너무 묽으면 tetrazonium염은 불안정하여 완전히 분해되었으며, 매질의 농도가 너무 진하면 tetrazonium염은 안정한 반면에 tetrazo화 반응이 방해되었다. 이 상반되는 두 경향을 조화시키기 위해서는 tetrazonium염이 안정하게 존재할 수 있는 가장 낮은 농도의 산을 매질로 써야함을 알 수 있었다. p-Phenylenediamine의 tetrazo화에서는 약$40{\sim}45$%의 산매질이 적당하였다. $H^+$이온이 부촉매로 작용하는 것으로 보아 diazo화 반응이 아민의 염의 상태에서 일어나는 것이아니고 유리상태의 아민과 nitroso group 사이에서 일어난다는 설이 타당함을 알 수 있었다. Tetrazo화 반응을 diazo화 반응의 kinetics 및 mechanism과 관련시켜서 설명하였다. p-Phenylenediamine was tetrazotized with sodium nitrite in an excess amount of concentrated hydrochloric acid media at -10$^{\circ}$C. It was also tetrazotized almost completely in 45% perchloric acid media. The two diazo groups in the tetrazonium salt were substituted by halogen, and the degree of tetrazotization reaction was observed by dihalobenzene yielded. The result of the tetrazotization was dependent upon the stability of the tetrazonium salt, and the stability was determined by concentration and quantity of the acid media. In dilute acid media the tetrazonium salt was unstable and completely decomposed. In concentrated acid media, though the tetrazonium salt was stable, tetrazotization reaction was retarded. To harmonize the two opposing tendencies it was advisable to find the optimum acidity of media at which the salt was fairly stable. About $40{\sim}45$% of the acid media was suitable. The fact that the $H^+$ ion behaved as a negative catalyst supported the assumption that the diazotization reaction is primarily a reaction between the free amine and a nitroso group. The reaction of tetrazotization is expressed with respect to the kinetics and mechanism of diazotization.

파라페닐렌디히드라진(PPDH)과 디카르보닐化合物을 반응시켜서 생기는 縮合生成物들의 構造를 밝혔다. 아세틸아세톤과의 반응에서는 고리화합물인 1,1'-p-페닐린-bis-3-메틸-5-피라졸론이 얻어졌으며, 디아세틸과의 반응에서는 역시 고리화합물인 1,1'-p-페닐렌-bis-메틸-5-피라졸론이 얻어졌으며, 디아세틸과의 반응에서는 디아세틸 p-페닐렌디히라존이 生成되었다. 그 밖의 디카르보닐화합물에서 얻은 축합생성물은 불안정하여 구조결정이 어려웠다. Structures of the products obtained from the condensation reaction between p-phenylenedihydrazine(PPDH) and dicarbonyl compounds were determined, From the reaction with PPDH, acetylacetone produced a cyclic compound, 1,1'-p-phenylene-bis-3, 5-dimetylpyrazole; ethylacetoacetate also formed a cyclic compound, 1,1'-p-phenylene-bis-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone; diacetyl yielded a simple dihydrazone, diacetyl p-phenylenedihydrazone. Condensation products from the other dicarbonyl compounds being of generally unstable, the structure determination was quite difficult.

In this study, K-Digital Training program, which is a representative government project of vocational training for new digital technologies in response to the 4th industrial revolution, is analyzed and an improvement model is suggested. The K-Digital training project is rapidly expanding, with the number of training operators increasing by 7.1 times and training course programs by 8.5 times within three years of implementation, but there is a severe problem in that education and training programs are concentrated in the metropolitan. To solve this problem, a shared training model is proposed. This model is a plan to maximize the use of local human and material resources, to respond to new digital technologies through systematic composition and operation, and to enhance the stability and reliability of education and training. In each region, a sharing and cooperation model in the form of a consortium is established that jointly utilizes resources scattered by various training institutions such as instructors, training contents, and training infrastructure related to digital new technology. In addition, a training certification evaluation system is introduced to increase the credibility of the rapidly developing digital new technology training.

The contractile mechanisms of serotonin were investigated in the renal artery of a rabbit. The helical strips of isolated renal artery were immersed in the normal or $Ca^{2+}$-free tris-buffered Tyrode's solution, which was equilibrated with 100% $O_{2}$ at $35^{\circ}C$. The contraction by serotonin or norepinephrine (NE) began at $1{\times}10^{-7}\;M$ and reached the maximal contraction at $1{\times}10^{-5}\;M$. The maximal contraction by serotonin corresponded to $58.1{\pm}4.2%$ of maximal contraction by NE. Cyproheptadine, a serotonin receptor blocker, shifted the concentration-response curve to the right without any reduction in the maximum response but shifted that of NE to the right with reduction in maximum response. And phentolamine, an ${\alpha}-receptor$ blocker, shifted the concentration-response curve of serotonin or NE without any reduction in maximum responses. The $pA_{2}$ values for cyproheptadine against serotonin and NE were $10.35{\pm}0.04$ and $8.45{\pm}0.13$, respectively. The $pA_{2}$ values for phentolamine against serotonin and NE were $6.87{\pm}0.04$ and $8.14{\pm}0.08$, respectively. after the pretreatment with 6-hydroxydopamine, the contraction induced by 100 mM $K^{+}$, tyramine and serotonin reduced to $83.0{\pm}2.0$, $26.8{\pm}6.2$ and $82.0{\pm}3.5%$ of control, respectively. The contraction by serotonin in the $Ca^{2+}$-free Tyrode's solution was increased and sustained with the addition of $Ca^{2+}$ extracellulary. The serotonin-sensitive intracellular $Ca^{2+}$ pool was depleted completely by the pretreatment with NE, but the NE-sensitive intracellular $Ca^{2+}$ pool was depleted partially by the pretreatment with serotonin. From the above results, it is suggested that the contraction induced by serotonin in the renal artery of a rabbit may be due to mechanisms in which serotonin acts directly on specific serotonin receptors and also acts indirectly on ${\alpha}-adrenoceptors$ by displacing NE from neuronal stores.

Tetrazonium 염을 거쳐서 m-phenylenedihydrazine (MPDH)을 합성할 수 있었다. 즉, m-phenylenediamine을 진한 염산의 매질 속에서 $-10∼-5^{\circ}C$로 유지하고아질산나트륨으로 테트라 아조화한 다음, 이때 생긴 tetrazonium 염을 염화주석(II)으로 환원시켜 MPDH를 염산염의 꼴로 얻어 알코올에서 재결정 할 수 있었다. MPDH의 유리염기는 불안정하기 때문에 공기 중에서는 안정한 상태로 얻기 어려우며, 그 염산염은 명확한 녹는 점을 가지지 않고 $185^{\circ}C$에서 분해하였다. MPDH도 방향족 monohydrazine의 경우 처럼 mono 또는 dicarbnyl 화합물과 쉽게 축합반응을 일으켜서 dihydrazone 또는 고리모양 화합물을 생성하였다. MPDH와 carbonyl 화합물과의 반응에서 얻은 여러가지 화합물의 구조를 결정하였다. m-Phenylenedihydrazine(MPDH) was prepared via tetrazonium salt: m-Phenylenediamine was tetrazotized with sodium nitrite at $-10∼-5^{\circ}C$ in concentrated hydrochloric acid medium, reused tetrazonium salt was reduced with stannous chloride and MPDH was separated as dihydrochloride which was recrystallized from alcohol. The free base of MPDH being unstable it could hardly be obtained in the air. $MPDH{\cdot}2HCl$ did not show sharp melting point but decomposed at $185^{\circ}C$. MPDH, like aromatic monohydrazines, condensed with mono-and dicarbonyl compounds giving dihydrazones or cyclic compounds. The structures of condensation products obtained from the reaction of MPDH with carbonyl compounds are determined.

최근 스마트공장 도입이 확산됨에 따라 스마트공장 도입에 대한 긍정적, 부정적 영향에 대한 관심과 연구가 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 750개 기업을 대상으로 일터혁신지수 하위 4개 부문(노사관계, 인적자원관리, 인적자원개발, 작업조직)별로 스마트공장 도입에 따른 일터혁신지수의 변화를 정량적으로 분석하였다. 전반적으로 스마트공장을 도입한 기업의 일터혁신지수가 그렇지 않은 경우보다 높게(0.5~9.4점) 나타났으며 특히 작업조직부분에서는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 또한 스마트공장 도입과 일터혁신 컨설팅의 영향을 함께 분석한 결과, 노사관계부문과 작업조직부문의 경우 스마트공장을 도입하고 컨설팅을 받은 것이 일터혁신지수 향상에 부합하는 결과를 보였다.

A practical method applicable to the synthesis of aromatic dihydrazines was proposed by reducing tetrazonium salt in strong mineral acid media. By diazotizing p-phenylenediamine with sodium nitrite in a medium of concentrated hydrochloric acid or 45 % perchloric acid at $-5 {\sim} -10{\circ}C$ and reducing the tetrazonium salt with stannous chloride, p-phenylenedihydrazine (PPDH) was separated in the form of hydrochloride as colorless fine needles. Since PPDH was subject to oxidation and unstable, the free base could not be isolated. PPDH${\cdot}$2HCl was decomposed at $^180{\circ}C$ without showing sharp melting point. It behaved largely as aromatic monohydrazines, and reacted immediately with aldehydes and ketones in acetate buffer, giving generally yellow to brownish condensation products, dihydrazones. This suggests that PPDH will react with dicarbonyl compounds producing high molecular polymers or cyclization products. 芳香族디아민을 강한 광물산의 妓質中에서 디아조化하고, 이때 얻은 테트라아조늄염을 還元함으로서 芳香族 디히드라진類의 合成에 응용할 수 있는 실용적인 方法을 創案하였다. 파라페닐렌디아민을 진한 鹽酸 또는 45% 過鹽素酸을 妓質로 해서 低溫에서 아질산나트륨으로디아조化하여 얻은 테트라아조늄鹽을 염화주석(II)으로 還元하여 파라페닐렌디히드라진(PPDH)을 鹽酸鹽의 微細한 針狀結晶으로 分離하였다. PPDH의 遊離鹽期는 空氣中에서 酸化되기 쉽기 때문에不安定하여 分離할수 없었다. PPDH${\cdot}$2HCl은 明確한 융점을 보이지 않고 $^180{\circ}C$에서 炭化되면서 分解하였다. PPDH는 芳香族 모노히드라진과 유사한 性質이 있었으며, 초산염의 緩衝溶液에서 알데히드 및 케톤과 반응시키면 재빨리 反應하여 노랑색 내지 갈색을 띤 縮合化合物인 디히드라존이 生成되었다. 이것은 PPDH가 디카르보닐化合物과 反應하여 高分子의 폴리마나 還狀縮合物을 形成할 것임을 暗示한다.

방향을 지니는 천연물인 베타다마스콘(I)을 2,2,6-트리메틸시클로헥산온(II)으로부터 출발하여 합성하였다. 아세틸렌의 THF포화용액을 2차 부틸리튬으로 처리하여 얻은 모노아세틸화 음이온을 -78${\circ}C$에서 (II)와 반응시켜 에틴일하고, 이 때 생긴 에틴일카르비놀(III)을 옥살산 또는 포름산과 함께 끓여서 이성질화시켜 일종의 아세틸시클로헥산(IV)을 얻었다. (IV)를 2차 부틸리튬으로 처리하여 생성되는 엔올화 음이온을 잘 건조시킨 아세트알데히드와 반응시켜서 생성되는 베타히드록시케톤(V)을 파라톨루엔술폰산으로 탈수하여 트란스-2,2,6-트리메틸-1-크로톤일-1시글로 헥센, 즉 다마스콘(I)을 합성하였다. The synthesis of $\beta-damascone$ (I), an odoriferous natural product, was investigated from 2,2,6-trimethylcyclohexanone (II); (II) was ethynylated by the action of monoacetylide anion prepared from acetylene and sec-butyllithium at -78${\circ}C$, to give an ethynylcarbinol(III), which was isomerized to an acetylcyclohexene(IV) by refluxing in aqueous oxalic or formic acid. (IV) was treated with sec-butyllithium, the enolate was reacted with freshly dried acetaldehyde, and the resultant $\beta-hydroxyketone$ (V) was dehydrated by TsOH to ${\beta}$-damascone, trans-2,6,6-trimethyl-1-crotonyl-1-cyclohexene(I).

Linear motor can be directly applied to the system needed linear motions without rotary motions. To control high-speed and high-resolution, the development of the linear motors is recently required in the high-integrated and speed process industry This paper presents thermal and vibration analyses as well as measurement standards of the newly developed linear motors through analyzing the thermal behaviors and vibration characteristics of the advanced products. The thermal measurements are conducted for comparing the developed linear motor with the advanced linear motor and the Finite Volume Method(FVM) is used to identify the measurement results. And then the vibration measurement are carried out in the developed and advanced linear motors with respect to the speed. To identify the measurement results, the Finite Element Method is utilized in the developed and advanced linear motors, respectively. The FVM, FEM, and experiments make it possible to understand these characteristics. The improvement is suggested through their results conducted experiment and analyses.
