십이지장 제 2부에서 점막 백색 변조의 의의 -위 기능면에서-

배경: 상부 위장관 내시경 검사시 십이지장 제 2부에서 흔히 보이는 분홍색의 점막 색조와는 달리 점막의 백색 변조를 가끔 볼 수 있다. 이에 관한 문헌은 거의 없고 지방을 함유한 대식세포의 침착에 비롯된다는 주장이 있을 뿐이다. 저자들은 백색 변조를 위 기능면에서의 의미와 조직학적인 이상 유무에 대해서 알아 보았다. 대상 및 방법: 십이지장 제 2부에 백색 변조가 있는 기능성 소화불량증 환자(I군) 14명, 백색 변조가 없는 기능성 소화불량증 환자 (II군) 11명, 그리고 상부 위장관 증세가 없으며 백색 변조가 없는 정상 대조군 10명을 대상으로 상부 위장관 증상, 위 배출 시간 및 조직학적 검사 소견을 비교하였다. 결과: I, II군에서 동반 질환, 증상 지수간 유의한 차이는 없었다. 위 배출 시간 [TI/2 (min)]은 I군 147.4분, II군 99.6분, 정상 대조군은 75.8분으로, I군은 각각 II군, 정상 대조군에 비해서 유의한 위 배출 시간의 지연이 있었으며(p<0.05), II군과 정상 대조군 간에는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 세 군간의 유의한 조직학적 차이점은 없었으며 백색 변조된 점막에서 지방을 함유하는 특이적인 소견은 없었다. 결론: 기능성 소화불량증 환자에서 상부 위장관 내시경 검사를 실시할 때 드물게 볼 수 있는 십이지장 제 2부 점막의 백색 변조는 위 기능적인 측면에서 위 배출 시간 지연과 연관이 있음을 알 수 있었다. Background/Aims: A mucosal `whitish discoloration` of the duodenal second portion may be discorvered during esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD). This study investigated the gastric functional implication and histological abnormalities of mucosal `whitish discoloration`. Methods: The upper gastrointestinal symptoms, gastric emptying time and histology findings were compared in patients with functional dyspepsia (FD) showing mucosal `whitish discoloration` of the duodenal second portion (group I), FD patients without `whitish discoloration` (group II), and normal controls who have neither symptoms nor `whitish discoloration` (normal controls). Results: There was a significant difference between group I (147.6 min) and group II (99.6 min) or normal controls (75.8 min). However there was no difference between group II and normal controls. There was no histological difference in the three groups. In particular, there was no mucosal infiltration of macrophage in second portion of duodenum. Conclusions: Mucosal `whitish discoloration` of the duodenal second portion, uncommon occurrence in EGD, can be correlated with a delayed gastric emptying time. The amount of export of paprika has been increased rapidly in recent years. Therefore, its cultivation area has greatly increased in Korea according to current consumer`s attraction. Moreover, it becomes one of the major exporting products while it recorded 53 million dollars, in 2009 resulting in 40% of the total vegetables export. Most of the products are exported to Japan, but it is necessary to prolong the quality preservation periods to export paprika to nations like U.S.A. or EU. However, to encourage an export to many countries, washing and disinfection became more important to deal with longer transportation and medical inspection. The non-chemical use is very important due to stronger regulation of safety to agricultural production. Accordingly, this study was performed to determine the optimum conditions and develop a prototype washing machine, hot water washing of paprika. The results were as follows: The working performance of the prototype was 938 kg/hr, and which was 1.5 times higher than the conventional air gun type washing machine. The operation cost of prototype was 30 won/kg, and 56% of the cost was reduced when compared with air gun type washing machine.

Die Kontrolle u¨ber marktbeherrschende Unternehmen in Abschnitt 2 des korianischen Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act bekamft nicht marktbeherrschende Stellung als solche. Seinem Art 3. das zufolge soll das Gesetz das Verbot des Miβbrauchshandeln der Stellung von Marktbeherrschende Unternehmen. d. h. Die Stellung als solche allein nicht immer als miβbra¨duchlich bewertet werden ko¨nnen. Laut das Gesetz und 'presidential decree', Fair Trade Commission ja¨hrlich bestimmt die Marktbeherrschende Unternehmen und bekanntgibt sie. Die Regelung u¨ber marktbehemchende Untemehmen soll entscheidend auf die Wettbewerbsbefllrderung und den Verbraucherschutz zielen. Im speziellen Markt ist die Marktbeherr-schungskraft regelma¨βig verstanden als die Kraft der Preisfestigkeit oder Wettbewerbsaus-schlieβung, Wenn eine Abwendung zwischen die Stellungsmiβbra¨uche am Text des Gesetzes und Miβbrauchskonkretisierung im lebendiges Markt da ist, die vollkommende Kontrolle u¨ber marktbeherrschende Unternehmen ist unmo¨glich. Die der Abhandlung gestellte Aufgabe verbindet Systemsverbesserung, Gesetzeskritik und Rechtspolitik U¨ber das Fkstimmungssystem des marktbeherrschende Unternehmen. Weil das System und das Gesetz eine grundsWiche Fkgrenzung haben, die positive Rolle der Fair Trade Commission fu¨r die U¨berwindung der Grenze wird erwarten. In modern socity credit card became the necessities of our daily life as a consumer. The first form of credit card was appeared in the United States and it is said that the pioneer of credit card was Hotel Credit Company. Subsequently, a full-scale usage of credit card had to be on the lookout the flotation of cards by oil company about 1914. In 1950, Diners' Club was sailed as a company specialiaing in credit card, it was the departure of the 'tripartite' card and about 1958. 10, the issue of American Express Card brought about the universal use of oredit card in consumer transactions. In our country the credit card was first introduced by Shynsegae Department Store in 1969. 10, thereafter Midopa Department store issued credit card and it was not until Kookmin-card was brought out by Koomin Bank in 1980. 9 that credit card was diffused to us in earnest. But the wide-spread usage of credit card has raised problems on consumer protection and rational restriotions of credit card transactions terms. Besides, our operative law on credit card does not give us entire satisfactions as regards the insufficiency of provisions and the drastic protection for comsumer. That is to say, both the bipartite and tripartite cards create legal problems when the card has been lost or stolen and an unauthorized person has used the card to make purchases before the holder notified the issuer in writing that the card had disappeared. This study focused on these problems and put emphasis on the solution of consumer protection problems.
