=Care Stress and Quality of Life of Grandmothers Caring for Their Grandchildren in Employment Mother's Home*

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to contribute to enhancing elementary school health teachers professional job performance by analyzing their job identity and job stress. Methods: The participants were 138 elementary school health teachers registered at the Busan Metropolitan City Office of Education, and the survey was conducted from the 22nd to 23rd of July, 2010. The collected data were analyzed by percentile, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression using the SPSS/WIN 17.0 program. Results: The average percentiles of job identity and job stress were 70.6 and 64.0 respectively. Among the sub-factors of job identity, autonomy was highest as 73.5, and among the sub-factors of job stress, job demand was highest as 73.9. There were significant differences in the degree of job identity and job stress according to education status, the number of classes, job satisfaction, enthusiasm for work, and the image of nursing teachers expressed in a word. The regression model explained 21.2% of the variance of job identity. job stress explained 32.0% of the variance. Conclusion: It is important to develop various comprehensive programs for improving job identity and managing job stress. In addition, it is necessary to provide support systems including persons, promotion and rewards to school health teachers.
학령기 입원아동의 자아존중감증진 프로그램 개발 및 효과

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a program promoting self-esteem and to determine the effectiveness of the program for hospitalized school-aged children. Method: The sample group consisted of 68 hospitalized children in a University Hospital located in Busan. The experimental group was given the program and feedback was obtained 3 times up until the day of discharge. Data were analyzed using t-test and 2-way ANOVA with the SPSS program package. Result: There was a significant difference between experimental and control groups in self-esteem. Conclusion: It was found that the program promoting self-esteem in school aged children was effective. The program, which was based on learning theory, was shown to be an effective and strong method to promote adjustment in hospitalized school-aged children.
델파이 조사를 활용한 놀이치료자 발달수준 척도 문항 개발

본 연구는 델파이 조사 방법을 활용하여 놀이치료자 발달수준 척도 문항을 개발하고 내용타당도를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 놀이치료자 발달수준 척도 문항 개발을 위해 놀이치료 전문가 및 교육전문가로 슈퍼바이저 자격을 취득한 후 현장에서 놀이치료를 하고 있는 전문가 12명을 대상으로 3차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 1차 델파이 조사에서는 문헌고찰을 바탕으로 개념화되고 구성된 놀이치료자 발달수준 척도의 개념적 정의, 구성영역, 영역별 하위요인의 적합도를 알아보기 위해 실시되었다. 1차 조사 결과 전문적 발달과 인간적 발달의 2개의 구성 영역과 10개의 하위요인이 도출되었다. 2차 조사는 1차 조사 결과를 반영하여 수정한 하위요인의 적합도에 관한 전문가 의견 수렴 및 선행연구와 기존 척도 고찰을 바탕으로 추출한 113개의 문항의 적합도에 관한 조사를 실시하였고, 그 결과 106문항이 도출되었다. 3차 조사는 이 문항들의 적합도를 검증하고 전문가의 의견수렴을 위해 실시되었고, 최종적으로 100문항이 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 초보 놀이치료자에서 숙련 놀이치료자로 발달해가는 과정에서 발달시켜야 할 요소들과 태도에 대한 학문적 합의를 잠정적으로 도출하고, 이를 측정할 수 있는 척도개발의 기초자료를 제안했다는 데 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to develop and verify the items of a play therapist developmental level scale using the Delphi survey method. 12 play therapy experts participated in this Delphi survey three times, and the main research results are as follows. The results showed that 10 factors and 100 items were identified: 9 items for Knowledge of play therapy, 27 items for Play therapy techniques and intervention skills, 9 items for Awareness, 9 items for Play Comprehension and Assessment, 8 items for Case Conceptualization, 9 items for Parent Counseling Intervention and Understanding the Child Environment, 8 items for Therapeutic Attitude, 8 items for Ethical Attitude, 6 items for Self-understanding and Integration, 7 items for Play Therapist Identity. Through this study, there was one interesting and meaningful observation. This was that of an academic consensus on the factors and attitudes which were seen to be necessary to be developed in the process of developing from a novice play therapist to a skilled play therapist. This was tentatively drawn out and basic data for scale development were proposed to measure them.
