        사각 링 스트립선로를 결합시킨 소형 3층 EBG 구조

        In this paper we propose the compact three-layer EBG structure. The unit cell of the proposed EBG structure is composed of a square patch in the upper layer and a square ring stripline in the lower layer that are connected to the ground plane through conducting vias. Reflection phase analysis method and tangential transmission method were considered to accomplish effective EM simulation and measurement. EM simulation results indicate that bandgap characteristics of the EBG structure using both methods is nearly identical. Parametric studies have been performed with the EM simulator to analyze the properties of the EBG structure by investigating the phase shift of the normally incident plane wave, and the transmission measurements between simple monopole antennas positioned near the EBGstructure have been done. The operating fiefuency bandgap of the proposed EBG structure is about 34 $\%$ lower than the conventional EBG structure with the same size. Measured results show bandgap from 0.930 GHz to 0.945 GHz. 본 논문에서는 사각 패치와 사각 링 스트립선로가 전자기적으로 결합된 3층 구조의 소형화된 EBG구조를 제안하였다. 제안한 EBG 구조는 상층의 사각 패치와 하층의 사각 링 스트립선로가 비아에 의해 접지면에 연결되었다. 반사위상 EM시뮬레이션을 통해 EBG구조 표면에서의 반사위상을 계산하여 EBG구조의 밴드갭 특성을 연구하였고, 반사위상에서 나타나는 밴드갭과 투과계수(S$_{21}$)에서 나타나는 밴드갭이 일치하는 것을 EM 시뮬레이션을 통해 확인하였으며, 측정은 제작이 용이한 프로브 안테나를 사용하여 EBG 구조의 표면을 진행하는 표면파의 투과계수를 측정하였다. 제안한 EBG구조는 동일한 크기의 기존 3층 구조에 비하여 밴드갭이 나타나는 주파수가 약 34 $\%$ 감소되었다. 측정한 결과 제안한 구조는 0.930 GHz에서 0.945 GHz까지의 밴드갭을 갖는다.

        수영운동과 솔잎분말 첨가식이 섭취 흰쥐의 L-FABP, CPT-1의 발현량과 항비만에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to examine how a pine needle powder-added diet and swimming exercise influence fat metabolism and inflammatory cytokine in a high cholesterol diet. 42 male Sprague-Dawley rats were made to practice a pine needle powder-added diet and swimming exercise along with a high cholesterol diet for six weeks. The HCE and the HCPEN showed significant decrease in their weight in the sixth week, and according to the results of dispersion analysis, it was found to be significant in the group × week. About the change of intake in the diet, the HC and HCE were found to be significant high, and according to the results of dispersion analysis, it was not significant in the group × week and regarding diet efficiency, the EX, HCPN, and HCPNE were found to be significant high. About the change of fat, abdominal fat was significantly high in the HC and HCPN, and testicle fat was significantly high in the HC, and mesenteric fat did not indicate significant difference. According to the results of fat metabolism, regarding the change of L-FABP expression in liver tissues, the CON and EX indicated a significantly higher expression compared to each of the other groups, and CPT-1 expression did not show significant difference. herefore, according to the results of this study, reduction in weight, body fat, and blood lipids led by the exercise and pine needle powder-added diet activated AMPK and the acceleration of PPAR-γ, FABP, and CPT-1 as the result of the exercise, and this led to the regulation of fat metabolism. Moreover, regarding the results of pine needle powder intake in the diet, pharmacological compounds contained in pine needles such as phenols and flavonoids are thought to influence fat metabolism positively. This author deems that the results of this study provide foundational material regarding the influence of exercise and pine needle powder-added diet’s complex treatment on anti-obesity improvements.

        배연가스의 $NO_x$제거용 코로나 방전장치에서 OH 발광 스펙트럼 측정 및 관련 반응 연구

        We constructed a wire-cylinder type pulsed corona discharge system for $NO_x$ removal, which was operated in room temperature. A emission spectrometer was built with a boxcar averager and monochrometer equipped with photo-multiplier tube detector. The sensitivity of the emission spectrometer was greatly improved by synchronizing the emission spectrometer with pulsed corona discharge system using a triggered spark-gap switch. $N_2$ spectrum($c^3{\Pi}_u{\rightarrow}X^1{\Sigma}_g{^+}$) was measured in the range of 300 - 450 nm and oxidizing OH radical emission($A^2{\Sigma}^+{\rightarrow}X^2{\Pi}$) was measured in case $N_2$ was supplied with water bubbling. As wet gas composition of inlet $N_2$ supplied in the discharge system increased, the intensity of OH emission was increased and saturated at wet gas composition 50%. We also investigated additive effect of $C_2H_4,\;H_2O,\;H_2O_2$ on the intensity of OR emission and $NO/NO_2/NO_x$ reduction and analysed the related reaction mechanism in corona discharge process. $H_2O_2$ additive increased the intensity of OH emission and $NO/NO_x$ reduction.

        Saccharomyces cerevisiae에서 Tkermomonospora fusca Exoglucanase의 발현 및 Cellulose분해에의 응용

        To develop effective and powerful probiotic, Saccharomyces cerevisiae strains producing cellulolytic enzymes were genetically brooded. For the production of exoglucanase, the plasmid pVT-TExo (8.8 kb) was constructed, in which Thermomonosporafusca exoglucanase gene (E3) was under the control of ADHl promoter, and introduced into S. cerevisiae SEY2102. When the transformant, S. cerevisiae SEY2102/pVT-TExo, was cultivated on YPD medium, the total expression level of avicelase reached about 190 unit/l. The secretion efficiency and plasmid stability were about $50\%\;and\;91\%$, respectively. Recombination exoglucanase enzyme bound to avicel better than Clostridium endoglucanase (CelA) and Trichoderma endoglucanase (C4) enzymes. The mixing ratio of E3 and CelA displaying the best synergistic hydrolysis for avicel was observed at 4:1. The mixture of endoglucanase (CelA) and exoglucanase (E3) resulted in 3.2-fold increase of avicelase activity and 2.5-fold enhanced production of sugar production from avicel, compared to the single enzyme treatment. 효과적이고 강력한 효모 생균제를 개발하기 위해, Saccharomyces cerevisiae 균주들 에서 섬유소 분해효소를 유전공학적 방법으로 생산하였다. Thermomonospora fusca 유래의 exoglucanase유전자(E3)를 구성적 ADHl promoter 하류에 subcloning하여 구성적 발현계인 plasmid pVT-TE태(8.8 kb)를 제작하였고, 이를 S. cerevisiae 숙주세포 SEY2102에 형질전환 시켜, YPD에서 배양한 결과, 총 생산된 exoglucanase의 avicelase 활성은 190 unit/l에 도달하였고, 분비효율은 $50\%$, plasmid 안정성은 $91\%$로 나타났다. 재조합 exoglucanase의 양은 Clostridium endoglucanase(CelA)와 Trichoderma endoglucanase(C4) 보다 더 높은 avicel 결합능을 나타냈다. 각 혼합비에 대한 avicel분해에 대한 상승효과와 당 생성은, E3와 CelA의 흔합비가 4:1일 때 가장 좋은 포도당 생성이 관찰되었으며 , endoglucanase(CelA)와 exoglucanase(E3)의 혼합물은, 단독으로 처리했을 때보다, 포도당의 생산은 2.5배 향상되었고, avicelase활성은 결과적으로 3.2배 증가하였다.

        대학교원 보수 결정요인 분석 : 4년제 일반대 교원 보수를 중심으로

        이 연구는 우리나라 4년제 대학의 교원 보수 자료를 활용하여 이에 영향을 미치는 요인은 무엇인지 탐색하는 데 주된 목적이 있으며, 대학교원의 보수 정책 수립, 집행 및 자료 수집 등과 관련된 주요 시사점을 논의하는 데 부차적인 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 한국교육개발원(KEDI) 교원기본통계 및 한국연구재단(KRI) 자료를 연계 하여 2012년부터 2015년까지 연도 및 교원 특성 변인에 따른 보수 차이가 있는가를 분석하였다. 대학교원 보수 결정요인 분석을 위해 2015년도 일반대 211개교, 총 53,897명의 사례가 활용되었다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학교원 보수의 전체 분산 가운데 집단수준 분산의 비율을 나타내는 ICC값이 40.908%로 나타나 교원 보수에 대학의 특성이 일정부분 영향을 미치는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 둘째, 대학교원의 개인 수준에서 직급이 급여에 있어서는 가장 큰 차이를 가져오는 요인이었고, 그 다음으로 의약계열 교원, 정년보장, 성별 순으로 차이를 보이고 있었다. 셋째, 개인 특성 변인 가운데 논문실적은 보수에 부적인 영향을 미치고 있었으나, 편저서는 정적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 넷째, 연도 및 설립유형별 대학교원 보수 차이는 2013년을 기점으로 국·공립대학교원의 보수가 사립대학 교원 보수를 추월하는 것으로 나타났 다. 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 대학교원 보수 정책의 수립, 대학교원 데이터 수집 및관리 등에 대한 정책적 제언을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that influence the wage data of university professors in Korea. In order to achieve the research purpose, we analyzed the basic statistics of KEDI teachers and KRI data. we analyzed the difference in wage of university professors according to yearly university characteristics and attempted a hierarchical linear model analysis of 53,897 cases at 211 universities, in order to search for factors affecting the wage of university professors. The results of the study are as follows. First, the ICC value of the university is 40.908%. Second, the professors rank was the most important factor in wage, followed by the medical teacher, retirement guarantee, and gender. Third, the performance of the articles of professor had a statistically negative effect on wage, but the books of professor had a statistically significant effect. Fourth, the wage of national university overtook private university professor wages from the year 2013. Based on the results of the above research, we proposed the policy debate and suggestions on establishing the university’s wage policy, data collection and management.

        Purpose: This study was designed to develop job description for Korean oncology APNs and assess importance, frequency, and difficulty for each of task elements listed on the job description. Method: Twenty-four ncology APNs or professors working at cancer centers or universities in Korea were enrolled in this study. They were asked to complete the questionnaires about frequencies, importances, and difficulties on the task elements for the APNs which had developed through a DACUM method. Descriptive statistics were produced by using SPSS WIN 10.0. Result: The job description of oncology APNs was identified 5 duties, 44 tasks, and 110 task elements. As for the all five duties, the average scores of the frequency, importance, and difficulty were 2.57, 2.25 and 2.52. And the role of educator was shown as the most important duty of the oncology ANPs, whereas the role of administer was the least. And the role of consultant was the most frequently performed by the oncology APNs. Conclusion: In this study, we could recognize the reality of oncology APNs' performances having wide spectrum from medical to nursing disciplines. For further verifying and improving performance, we need more precisely designed studies with more representative subjects.

      • 전동차 회생전력 활용 방법에 관한 연구

        도시철도는 전체에너지 사용 중 전기에너지가 차지하는 비중이 약 95% 이상이며, 이중 전동차 운전용 전력이 60~70%로 대부분을 차지하고 있다. 에너지 비용 절감을 위하여 운전용 전력 절감을 위한 회생전력 저장장치 설치가 활발하게 이루어지고 있으나, 운영기관 입장에서 에너지 절감과 전차선 가선전압 안정효과를 분석 발표한 사례는 드물다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 도시철도에서 수송률이 가장 높고 전력소모가 가장 많은 지하철 2호선의 러시시간과 비러시 시간대의 회생전력 발생 및 전차선 가선전압 등을 비교 하여 회생전력 저장장치 활용에 따른 절감 가능한 전력을 분석하고자 한다. Urban railway consumes electric energy mostly rather than using other kinds of energy like oil and gas. The consumption rate of electric energy is above 95% in the total energy consumption rate, and over 60 to 70 percent of the electric energy consumption is used to make driving force for rolling stocks. To save electric energy, there are lots of studies and installations of the regenerative power storage equipments, but from the operative point of view, there is nearly no study about the relation between the stability of electric voltage in trolley wire and the energy saving efficiency of the regenerative power storage equipments. In this study, we measured the voltage variance of trolley wire and regenerative power during rush hour and non rush hour for the Seoul subway line no.2 that has the largest transportation rate per km in Korea, to analyze the possible cut down rate of electricity consumption using the regenerative power storage equipments.
