        모빌리티 패러다임 변화에 따른 사용자 경험디자인에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 4차 산업혁명으로 인한 기술발전에 따라 변화된 모빌리티 환경에서 주 소비세대로 부상하고 있는 밀레니얼 세대가 정의하는 모빌리티의 의미를 고찰하고, 그들의 라이프스타일을 반영한 모빌리티 경험 시나리오를 바탕으로 미래 모빌리티 디자인의 전략 방향성을 제시하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 첫째, 시대변화에 따른 모빌리티 개념 변화를 이해하고, 국내외 관련 제품 및 서비스를 분석하여 미래 모빌리티 환경을 예측하였다. 둘째, 변화의 주체인 밀레니얼 세대의 개념과 연구대상인 한국 밀레니얼 세대의 라이프스타일 특성을 문헌조사를 통해 이론적으로 정리하였다. 셋째, 한국밀레니얼 세대 50명을 대상으로 한 사용자조사를 통해 이들이 정의하는 이동의 의미를 분석하여 모빌리티 경험요소 6가지를 도출하였다. 넷째, 사용자 분석 결과를 바탕으로 한 전문가 워크숍을 통해 라이프스타일에 따른 3가지 유형에 따른 퍼소나 모델링을 진행하고, 모빌리티 경험 시나리오를 작성하였다. 연구의 결과가 추후 밀레니얼 세대를 대상으로 한 모빌리티 제품 및 서비스 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용되길 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to examine the meaning of mobility defined by the millennial generation, which is emerging as the leading consumer in a mobility environment that has changed due to technological advances caused by the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and to present the strategic direction of future mobility design based on mobility experience scenarios that reflect their lifestyle. First, this study predicted the future mobility environment by understanding the changes in the concept of mobility according to the changes of the times and analyzing related products and services at home and abroad. Secondly, this study theoretically summarized the idea of the millennial generation, who are the drivers of change, and the lifestyle characteristics of the Korean millennial generation, which is the subject of this study, through a literature survey. Thirdly, through a user survey of 50 Korean millennials, this study derived 6 mobility experience elements by analyzing the meaning of movement defined by them. Fourthly, this study conducted persona modeling according to 3 types by lifestyle through expert workshops based on user analysis results, and prepared a mobility experience scenario. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data for the development of mobility products and services for millennials in the future.

        디자인에서의 고급 감성 표현에 관한 연구 : 중국의 밀레니얼 세대와 부모세대의 감성언어를 중심으로

        본 연구는 비약적 경제성장을 통해 전세계가 주목하는 중국의 밀레니얼 세대와 그 부모세대의 감성언어를 중심으로 그들이 디자인에서의 고급 감성을 어떻게 표현하고 있는지 알아보기 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. 첫째, 문헌 고찰을 통해 세대 개념을 이해하고, 중국의 밀레니얼 세대와 부모세대의 특징을 정리하였다. 둘째, 시대 변화에 따른 고급의 의미 변화에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 중국이 인식하는 고급에 대해 시대 문화적 배경을 바탕으로 정리하였다. 셋째, 앞선 문헌 연구를 바탕으로 북경에 거주하는 밀레니얼 세대와 부모세대를 대상으로 사용자 연구를 진행하고, 각 세대별 인식하는 디자인에서의 고급감성에 대해 분석하였다. 그 결과 밀레니얼 세대와 부모세대가 인식하는 고급감성은 사회문화적 배경에 따른 개인의 경험의 폭에 따라 상이한 것으로 나타났다. 감성은 개개인 마다 다르게 느끼는 것으로 객관화 된 결과 도출을 위해서는 더 많은 대상자를 대상으로 상황과 맥락을 고려한 후속 연구가 필요하다. This study focuses on the emotional language of the Millennials and their parents in China whose remarkable economic growth captures the attention of the entire world, aiming to see how they express their high emotional quality in their design. First, the study grasps the concept of generation and summarizes the characteristics of the Millennials and their parents in China through literature review. Second, based on its examination of the meaning of high emotional quality which changes with the times, the study has described the Chinese perception of high emotional quality based on the cultural background of the times. Third, based on previous literature studies, the study researches users, mainly the Millennials and their parents who live in Beijing, analyzed the high emotional qual in design as perceived by different generations. As a result, it has turned out that the high emotional quality as perceived by the Millennials and their parents differ with the width of personal experience as influenced by the sociocultural background. Sensibility is differently perceived by different people. So, getting at objective results requires follow-up studies which deal with more subjects and conduct research that focus on situation and context.

        소 브루셀라병 표준시험관응집반응법 진단효율 평가

        A confirmatory serological test, the standard tube agglutination test (STAT) is evaluated for the diag-nostic efficiency in brucellosis Korea. A total of 345 bovine samples were collected from regional vet-erinary branch under national brucellosis monitoring program from January 2010 to June 2012 in Korea. These samples were diagnosed as suspected serum and brucellosis positive by the Rose Bengal test (RBT) and the STAT, respectively. The STAT was compared and evaluated with three serological test such as the indirect-enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (I-ELISA), competitive-enzyme linked im-munosorbent assay (C-ELISA) and fluorescence polarisation assay (FPA) prescribed for international trade by OIE. Among the 345 bovine serum samples, 302 (87.5%) were diagnosed as positive in the STAT, while 215 (62.3%), 223 (64.6%) and 194 (56.2%) serum samples were diagnosed as positive for brucellosis in the I-ELISA, C-ELISA and FPA, respectively. The STAT showed quite high positive results as compared with three prescribed tests of OIE. FPA, I-ELISA and C-ELISA have shown 60.6%, 64.9% and 67.2% correlation, respectively as compared to the STAT. However correlations of three pre-scribed tests ranged high 84.1∼97.7%. Especially, correlation between I-ELISA and C-ELISA is quite high, 97.7%. These results suggest that the STAT has shown many false-positive reactions. Therefore, additional serological test, such as ELISAs and FPA, would be necessary to adopt as a confirmatory test in the national surveillance program of bovine brucellosis in Korea.

        국내 가축에서 브루셀라병에 대한 혈청학적 모니터링

        In Korea, brucellosis has been reported periodically in cattle and rarely in dogs; however, it has not previously been screened in domestic animals such as elk, pigs and goats. To investigate the serological prevalence, serum samples were taken from the aforementioned animals annually during 2007-2013 and screened by the rose-bengal test (RBT) or modified RBT, after which positive sera were evaluated by the standard tube agglutination test (STAT). Finally, RBT and STAT-positive sera were confirmed by competitive-ELISA. Brucella abortus biovar 1 was isolated from three elk that were shown to be positive serologically in 2008. There was no evidence of brucellosis in pigs. Based on serological monitoring and investigation of etiological agents, there is no evidence of outbreak of brucellosis in elk, pigs or goats of Korea since 2008. However, the possibility for brucellosis from cattle to affect these other livestock exists; therefore, extensive and continuous serological monitoring is required to maintain their brucellosis-free status.

        토양 Metagenome Library로부터 고추역병 저해 클론 탐색

        고추 역병을 야기하는 Phytophthora capsici 는 짧은 시간 내에 많은 면적에 피해를 주는 병으로 한번 발생하면 방제가 어려운 병으로 알려져 있다. 이러한 역병 곰팡이의 방제를 위하여 본 연구에서는 P. capsici의 염색체 복제 및 세포 골격 유지 등에 관여하는 단백질인 microtubule의 형성 저해를 유도하는 물질을 탐색하여 궁극적으로 고추역병 방제를 위한 연구를 진행하였다. 먼저 P. capsici alpha 및 beta tubulin을 E. coli BL21(DE3)에서 발현시켜 분리 정제하여 in vitro microtubule 형성을 확인하였다. P. capsici microtubule 형성 저해 metagenome clone 스크리닝을 위하여 경기도 수원의 여기산 토양에서 metagenome을 분리하여 library를 제작하여 Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer (FRET) 방법을 이용하여 P. capsici microtubule 형성을 저해하는 화합물을 탐색하였다. In vitro 스크리닝에서 약 384개의 metagenome library에서 2종의 clone을 선택하여 고추작물에 직접 방제하여 역병균의 생장 억제를 확인하였다. 이는 차후 고추역병 방제제 개발에 있어 중요한 후보물질뿐만 아니라 metagenome library를 이용한 새로운 방법의 개발이라 사료 된다. 또한 in vitro 스크리닝에서 얻어진 2종의 metagenome clone의 염기서열을 분석하여 항역병 활성에 관련하는 DNA 서열을 확보하고 이를 응용하여 물질을 생산 할 경우, 현장에서 활용 할 수 있는 효과 큰 친환경 천연고추역병 방제제로서의 개발 가능성을 가진다는 점에서 본 연구결과는 매우 의미 있는 결과라 생각된다. We have purified Phytophthora capsici alpha and beta tubulin from Escherchia coli BL21(DE3). The recombinant alpha and beta tubulins were assembled into microtubule in vitro with specific conditions. The metagenome library was isolated from soil in the Mt. Yeo-Ki, Suwon, Korea and manufactured with the method mentioned in experiment contents for in vitro screening of microtubule assembly screening. FRET effect was used for microtubule assembly inhibitor screening with metagenome library. We got 2 metagenome clones from in vitro screening, and these 2 hit clones showed P. capsici growth inhibition activity on the growing pepper plants. These results suggest that new development of potent inhibitor for pepper blight disease and new approach to prevention of pepper blight disease.

        국내 서식 한우에서 큐열 항체 양성율 조사

        Q-fever is a vector-borne (Coxiella [C.] burnetii) zoonotic disease that is an increasing public health concern. To date, some research about Q-fever prevalence in dairy herds and human patients has been reported in Korea, but information about Korean native cattle is scarce. To measure the prevalence rates of C. burnetii in Korean native cattle, a total of 1,095 bovine serum samples collected during 2010~2013 were analyzed with an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Sixty-eight heads of cattle were diagnosed as positive and while 19 heads were suspected (positive rate = 6.2%). Interestingly, Jeju province had a seropositivity rate six times greater than that of other provinces (18.9% vs. 3.2%). High seroprevalence might be caused by wide distribution of ticks in Jeju province compared to other regions. Based on these data, extensive monitoring of C. burnetii infection in cattle, tick distribution, and climate changes is required.

        몽골 유래 Brucella melitensis 동정 및 특이 SNP를 이용한 real-time PCR법에 의한 진단 평가

        A real-time PCR assay using hybridization probe (HybProbe) has been developed to detect Brucella (B.) melitensis strains. The primer and HybProbe sets were designed based on the gap gene of chromosome I with a specific single nucleotide polymorphism of B. melitensis. Specificity of the assay was confirmed by comparison to reference Brucella species and other related strains. In the melting curve analysis, B. melitensis generated a peak at $67^{\circ}C$ unlike those for other Brucella species observed at $61^{\circ}C$. Sensitivity of the assay for B. melitensis ranged from 20 ng to 200 fg of genomic DNA. The ability to identify 94 Mongolian B. melitensis isolates using the real-time PCR assay was identical to that of classical biotyping methods and differential multiplex PCR. These data showed that this new molecular technique is a simple and quick method for detecting B. melitensis, which will be important for the control and prevention of brucellosis.

        Bacteriological and etiological investigation of bovine brucellosis in South Korea with importance on control strategies

        In Korea livestock farms breeding cattle have been suffering from re-emerging problems of Brucella (B.) abortus infection while steady decline of bovine brucellosis. Therefore, this study underscored the identification and association of etiological agent of brucellosis in cattle in South Korea. The incidence of brucellosis in cattle was analyzed by bacteriological and molecular methods in 187 brucellosis-suspicious farms of 11 regions between 2018 and 2020. Brucella isolates from various specimens were identified by Brucella-specific multiplex PCR. Epidemiological data were collected by local official veterinarians through history taking from farmers and animal data systems. In 230 of 560 cattle (40.9%) and 94 of 187 farms (50.3%), a total of 313 B. abortus were isolated from various specimens, the majority of isolates were from supramammary lymph node (41%). In epidemiological findings, the majority of positive cases were mainly caused by resurgence (43.7%) and unknown (37.2%). Of 94 positive cases isolated B. abortus, abortion in cattle infected by B. abortus occurred in 51 farms (54.3%) where led to resurgence in 30 farms and environmental survival of B. abortus in 9 farms. Consequently, these findings revealed the existence of etiological agent of bovine brucellosis in Korea, which still occurred at low levels in distinct regions where are allowed to call for persistent biosecurity. Thus, we highlight that brucellosis in Korea needs to take more effective control strategies with potential evidence. Moreover it is ultimately important to maintain a constant monitoring for eradication of brucellosis.

        헛개나무 열매를 주성분으로 제조한 새로운 처방이 알코올 분해 및 간 손상에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 헛개나무열매를 주성분으로 제조한 두 종류의 혼합물들(NHDT-1과 NHDT-2)이 알코올 및 아세트 알데히드의 분해를 촉진시켜 숙취의 발생을 저하시킬 수 있는지 여부와 만성적으로 알코올을 복용시켰을 때 간손상 및 지방간의 발생을 억제할 수 있는지 여부를 조사하였다. NHDT-1 은 헛개나무열매에 진피, 창출 및 감초를 첨가하여 제조하였고, NHDT-2는 NHDT-1에 홍삼을 첨가하여 제조하였다. NHDT-1과 NHDT-2의 조성 차이는 홍삼임에도 불구하고 백서에게 투여하였을 때 알코올 및 아세트알데히드의 분해와 간손상을 억제하는 작용에는 차이가 있었다. 홍삼이 함유되어있지 않은 NHDT-1은 급성 알코올 실험에서 알코올 및 아세트알데히드 분해를 촉진시켜 혈청농도를 저하시켰으나, 홍삼이 함유된 NHDT-2는 혈청 알코올과 아세트알데히드 농도를 저하시키지 못했다. 급성실험과는 반대로 장기간 알코올을 투여한 실험에서는 NHDT-1은 NHDT-2에 비해 알코올로 인한 간의 손상과 지방간 발생을 억제하지 못했다. 결론적으로 간기능이 좋은 상태에서 일시적으로 복용하는 경우에는 NHDT-1이 알코올과 아세트알데히드의 분해를 촉진하여 숙취해소에 효과적이지만, 간이 좋지 않은 상태에서는 장기간동안 NHDT-2를 복용하여 간의 기능을 향상시키는 것이 음주 후 숙취제거에 효과적일 것으로 사료된다. We investigated whether two?kinds of mixture (NHDT-1 and NHDT-2) mainly composed of Hovenia dulcis Thunb had beneficial actions for alcohol and acetaldehyde degradation in acute alcohol treatment and liver protection from fatty liver induced by chronic alcohol administration. In acute alcohol degradation experiment, serum alcohol and acetaldehyde concentrations exhibited lower 1, 3 and 5 hours after taking 3 g ethanol per ㎏ body weight in NHDT-1 treated rats, but not NHDT-2 including ginseng. On the contrast to the acute effect on alcohol degradation, the long-term alcohol administration revealed that NHDT-2, not NHDT-1, protected the increase in serum concentration of aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotrasferase and γ-glutamyl transferase indicating preserved liver damage induced by alcohol. In addition, NHDT-2 improved triglyceride metabolism similar to the rats not consuming alcohol, leading to decreased triglyceride accumulation in blood and liver. In liver morphological study, NHDT-2 preserved the regular hepatocyte morphology, decreased fat accumulation and reduced sinusoidal leukocyte infiltration in hepatocytes. In conclusion, NHDT-1 plays an important role in alcohol and acetaldehyde degradation without protecting liver damage while NHDT-2 works as hepatocyte protector from alcohol mediated damage.

        소 브루셀라병 동시 다두 발생 농장의 발생 요인 조사

        From the end of July 2012, several cases of abortion have been happened at the Korean indigenous cattle farm with 124 heads in Chungbuk province, Korea. Serological tests such as Rose-bengal test (RBT) and standard tube agglutination test (STAT) have been performed according to the standard official protocols of bovine brucellosis and 41 cattle turned out to be brucellosis-positive simultaneously. To find out the main factors of brucellosis outbreaks and spreads, additional serological, etiological and molecular investigation were applied. Totally, 11 B. abortus were isolated from 10 cattle`s specimens including lymph-nodes and/or testis, and drinking water in cowhouse. In genotyping by multi-locus VNTR assay (MLVA) using 17 loci markers, the present B. abortus isolates were shown all the same pattern, D1 genotype, which has been reported in Gyeonggi and Gangwon province, Korea. These results suggest that the input of brucellosis might come from neighboring farms directly or indirectly, even if by unknown factor and expansion within farm would accelerate by materials related with aborting cows.
