We described the findings of fine needle aspiration cytology of the lung from a patient with Wegener's granulomatosis. Early diagnosis and prompt treatment of the patients with Wegener's granulomatosis is essential for a better prognosis. However, the variety of clinical presentations and nonspecific radiologic infiltrates of Wegener's granulomatosis frequently make the diagnosis difficult. Although an open lung biopsy is required for a firm diagnosis, fine needle aspiration cytology & biopsy preparation can also provide an adequate tissue sample, when the findings of fine needle aspiration are considered with clinical manifestations and ANCA value in the serum. The cytologic smears showed scattered necrotic tissue fragments entrapping many neutrophils and occasional epithelioid cells. Multinucleated giant cells were infrequently observed. Ziehl-Neelsen stain for acid fast bacilli was negative. All the cytologic features recapitulated the histopathologic findings of purulent and necrotizing granulomatous inflammation seen in Wegener's granulomatosis.

The purpose of this study is to understand the impact of the nursing work environment, job embeddedness, and job esteem on the retention intention in the millennial generation nurses. The subjects of this study are nurses working in general hospitals with more than 300 beds. Among nurses born in the 1980s and early 2000s, 97 agreed to study. As a result of the study, there was a significant difference in academic background.(F=6.74, p=.002) In terms of final education, those with graduate or higher were higher than those with three-year graduation and four-year graduation Retention intention is the degree of job placement (r=.319, p=.001), job respect (r=.331, p=.001) had a positive relationship with the nursing working environment (r=-.252, p=.013) was negatively correlated. Factors affecting the retention intention is 12.9% explanatory skills as a result of the introduction of job embeddedness, nursing work environment, and job esteem. It is necessary to understand the characteristics of the generation in order to increase the retention intention as a millennial generation nurse.

As many people all over the world increasingly take more time in exchanging with other people or acquiring information on the internet, use of social media becomes a part of their daily lives. A lot of changes of consumer culture, which have been occurring through social media, have significant effects on corporate marketing activities. Since social media's importance to airlines has been continuously increased, this study attempts to examine effects of passengers' uses of social media, who plan to select an airline, on dependence on reliance of electronic word-of mouth(EWOM) and EWOM acceptance. To this end, a questionnaire survey of passengers who use airlines and the airline's social media was conducted, and then effective data of 302 copies were analyzed by using the structural equation modeling. The findings show that social media use intensity has a significant effect on Acceptance of EWOM via reliance of EWOM, while a direct effect of social media use intensity on Acceptance of EWOM is not significant. From this study, it is found that control and management of social media and only EWOM are effective tools for marketing of airline businesses, suggesting that innovative strategies are required to preemptively cope with changes in consumers' behaviors and markets, which continue to evolve.

Lipomyces starkeyi KSM 22 glucanhydrolase의 추가가 구강세정액의 치태 억제 효과에 미치는 영향

A novel glucanhydrolase from Lipomyces starkeyi KSM 22 has been suggested as a promising anti-plaque agent because it has been shown to have additional amylase activity and mutanase activity besides dextranase activity and to strongly bind to hydroxyapatite. Mouthrinsing with Lipomyces starkeyi KSM 22 glucanhydrolase solution was comparable to 0.12% chlorhexidine mouthwash in inhibition of plaque accumulation and gingival inflammation and local side effects were less frequent and less intense in human experimental gingivitis. In this study, Lipomyces starkeyi KSM 22 glucanhydrolase mouthrinses (1 and 2 unit/ml) were compared with a control mouthrinse (commercial 0.01% benzethonium chloride mouthrinse, $Caregargle^{(R)}$, Hanmi Pharmaceuticals) in the ability to inhibit plaque formation. A 3-replicate clinical trial using 4-day plaque regrowth model was used. Fifteen volunteers were rendered plaque-free on the 1st day of each study period, ceased toothcleansing, and rinsed 2X daily with allocated mouthrinse thereafter. On day 5, plaque accumulation was scored and the washout periods was 9 days for the next trial. Lipomyces starkeyi KSM22 glucanhydrolase(1 unit and 2 unit)- containing mouthrinse resulted in Significantly lower plaque formation in plaque area and thickness, compared to the control mouthrinse. There was no significant difference in plaque inhibition between enzyme-mouthrinses at 2 different concentrations used. This glucanhydrolase- containing mouthwash resulted in significantly lower plaque area severity index score and tended to have lower plaque thickness severity index score than those of control mouthrinse. But there was no significant difference according to the enzyme concentration. From these results, Lipomyces starkeyi KSM 22 glucanhydrolase-containing benzethonium chloride mouthrinse has greater anti-plaque effect than the commercial mouthrinse alone. Therefore this glucanhydrolase preparation is a promising agent for new mouthwash formulation in the near future.

Fine needle aspiration has been effectively being applided to pediatric tumors since it renders a rapid diagnosis with minimal intervention. This measure is especially required for the large pediatric mass, which needs preoperative chemotherapy or radiotherapy to shrink the tumor to an operable size. A case of neuroblastoma of mediastinum, stage IV diagnosed by CT-guided FNA is described.

가와세 나오미의 <하네즈>의 미적 장치가 요청하는 새로운 주체성에 관하여

이 논문은 가와세 나오미의 영화 <하네즈>의 미적 장치와 그것이 요청하는 새로운 주체성에 관한 논의를 다루었다. <하네즈>의 시각적·서술적 미적 장치 층위에서의 이질적인 요소들로 형성된 새로운 이미지는 관객 지각(감각)에 있어 일정한 변화를 가져온다. 그리고 그 변화는 새로운 사유, 새로운 주체성의 정초 가능성을 제시한다. 우선, 촬영과 편집의 층위에서 극 영화적 표현방식에 다큐멘터리적인 표현 방식이 적극 도입되어 병치·혼합되는 방식은 관객의 3차원적인 환영을 균열한다는 점에서 의미가 있다. 일정한 지각의 변화를 겪은 관객은 결국 새로운 세계를 감지할 감각을 선취하게 되고 나아가 그 새로운 감각은 새로운 주체성의 가능성을 정초하도록 하는데, 바로 거기에 <하네즈> 특유의 개성적인 서술 방식이 또 한몫을 거든다. 새로운 주체성의 사유란 근대적인 개념의 통일된 주체가 감각적으로 다양하게 분열되는 주체, 즉 탈 근대적 개념의 주체성의 가능성을 타진해보는 것이다. 새로운 주체성으로서의 관객은 끊임없이 생성되는 타자로서의 자신을 주체로 받아들이는 이다. 아마도 <하네즈>의 미적 장치를 통한 새로운 이미지가 요청하는 주체성의 가능성 탐색은 인간의 절대적 해방과 자유 그리고 진정한 소통의 장을 마련하는 일이 될 것이므로, 결국 예술과 사유 그리고 예술과 삶이 하나가 될 방법을 모색하는 과정이기도 하다는 점에서 남다른 의의가 있다. This paper, introduced the discussion on the new identity of aesthetic equipment and its purpose of Naomi Kawase of < Hanezu >. 1950년대 한국소설과 "세계성"에의 욕망 -김성한의 소설을 중심으로-

Kim Sung Han`s novels were classified into two groups in this paper. One could be said as works of reflecting colonial experiences under Empire Japan, and the other could be said as works of borrowing allegory from the western mythology and history. The former represent Empire Japan and the colonized Korean using certain power by trusting Japan`s power as the cruel and unethical. In situation of post-Korea war, this representation is resulted from crisis consciousness that unethical logic of the colonial and the colonized was only replaced by the power relation of ruler and subject in the 1950s society. Regarded as position of the strong in the world ruled by logic of power, being of Japan or pro-Japanese is entirely otherized from ethical view. Kim`s western centralistic universality or worldness appears in novels of borrowing allegory from western mythology and history. Borrowing "the western" in the level of contents and forms, Kim tried to appropriate synchronous "worldness" to himself, and moreover pursued for identifying with it. But the concerete history that the western nations were also the imperialist founder become erased under the premise of "the western=universality". He repeated to get to the only principle that the logic of power rules world is the universal truth transcending times, though Kim Sung-Han didn`t abandon certain intention for enlightenment and adhered ethicality as superior value to anything. As a result, his novels` world exposed nihilism forcefully because he couldn`t tolerate world lacking in ethicality. Kim Sung Han`s novels in the 1950s show strange coexistence of intention for enlightenment and nihilism.

유아교사의 부모면담을 위한 교사교육 내용에 대한 중요도-수행도:

The purpose of this study was to examine what differences there would be between the awareness of early childhood teachers on the importance of the content of teacher education for parent interview and their performance of it and what content of this education should be given priority. The subjects in this study were 205 selected teachers, who were 110 kindergarten teachers and 95 daycare center teachers. A survey was conducted to gather data. As for data analysis, the awareness of the kindergarten and daycare center teachers on the importance of the content of teacher education for parent interview and their performance of it were analyzed, and paired-samples t-test was carried out to see if there would be any significant differences. And the IPA was used to determine the priority of the two groups about the content of teacher education for parent interview. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the content of teacher education for parent interview for which there were the largest differences among the early childhood teachers in importance-performance was interview method based on the content of interview, followed by how to proceed with parent interview and the goal and necessity of parent interview. Second, when the results of IPA on the importance-performance of the two groups for the content of teacher education for parent interview were compared, the kindergarten teachers thought that education about how to proceed with parent interview and interview method based on the content of interview should first be provided, and the daycare center teachers gave top priority to education on the goal and necessity of parent interview, how to proceed with parent interview and interview method based on the content of interview. 본 연구는 유아교사가 부모면담을 위한 교사교육 내용에 대한 중요도와 수행도간의 차이는 어떠한지, 우선적으로 해결해야 할 부모면담 교사교육 내용에 대한 분석을 하고자 한다. 조사대상은 유치원 교사 110명, 어린이집 교사 95명 총 205명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료분석은 유치원 교사와 어린이집 교사의 부모면담 교사교육 내용에 대한 중요도와 수행도를 분석하고 유의미한 차이가 있는지 대응표본 t-검증을 실시하였고, 두 집단의 부모면담 교사교육 내용에 대한 우선순위 선정을 위해 IPA분석을 실시하였다. 결론은 다음과 같다, 첫째, 유치원 교사와 어린이집 교사가 부모면담을 위한 교사교육 내용에 대한 중요도와 수행도에서 가장 큰차이를 보인 부모면담 교사교육내용은 ‘면담내용에 따른 면담방법’, ‘부모면담 진행 방법’, ‘부모면담의 목적 및 필요성’ 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유치원 교사와 어린이집교사의 부모면담 교사교육내용에 대한 IPA 차이를 비교해보면, 유치원 교사들은 ‘부모면담 진행방법’과 ‘면담 내용에 따른 면담방법’이 우선적으로 교육이 이루어져야할 내용으로 인식하였고, 어린이집 교사들은 ‘부모면담의 목적 및 필요성’, ‘부모면담진행방법’, ‘면담 내용에 따른 면담방법’이 우선적으로 교육이 이루어져야 할 내용이라고 인식하고 있었다.

소외의 재현 : 『뿌리깊은 나무』의 「숨어사는 외톨박이」 시리즈를 중심으로

이 글의 문제의식은 1970년대 민중 담론 혹은 민중 표상의 지형 안에, 『뿌리깊은 나무』의 「숨어사는 외톨박이」 시리즈에 재현된 ‘토박이 민중’의 자리를 어떻게 위치시킬 수 있을지에 모아져 있다. 전통에 밀착된 삶의 방식이 산업화의 소용돌이 속에서 자발적·비자발적 타자화에 직면하는 상황에 관심을 두었으며, 특히 근대적 교육제도와 직업세계로부터 타자화된 ‘토박이 민중’의 울분과 생존의 고투를 재현해낸 지점에 주목하였다. 실제로 ‘토박이 민중’ 재현은, 그들이 박정희 정권의 개발주의와 어떻게 대면하고, 그것에 흡수 혹은 배제되는지를 함축적으로 보여준다. ‘토박이 민중’은 신분제 해체와 산업화의 속도전 속에서도 ‘천한’ 신분이라는 전근대적 의식을 떨쳐내지 못한 채, 근대의 하층계급으로 타자화 된다. 즉 ‘토박이 민중’은 중층적 소외 상황에 처해 있는 셈이다. 그들의 일자리는 자본제적 임금노동의 구조로도, 혹은 영세소상공업자의 이윤 추구 시스템으로도 온전히 수렴되지 못한다. 그렇기 때문에 ‘토박이 민중’의 일(직업)은 그 자체로 그들의 정체성과 호환된다. 요컨대 개체적 실존이 부각되는 ‘토박이 민중’의 재현은 당대의 주류적 민중 표상과는 차별화된다는 점에서 의미 있는 성과라 하겠다. This article started with the question of how to place “the native people” that were represented in the series of “The lonely man hiding” in The Deep-Rooted Tree, in the topography of the people’s discourse or people’s representation. I was interested in the situation in which the way of life adhered to the tradition faces spontaneous or involuntary otherization in the vortex of industrialization. “The lonely man hiding” series recreated the resentment and struggles of survival of “the native people” who had been otherized by the modern educational system and the professional world. In fact, the representation of “the native people” in the series of “The lonely man hiding” shows implicitly how they face the developmentalism of the Park Chung-hee regime and are absorbed or excluded from it. The representation of “native people” is distinct from that of mainstream people. They are the lower classes of the industrialized society and are not free from the status consciousness of the pre-modern society. In other words, the “native people” are in a multi-level alienation situation. They cannot converge on the structure of capitalized wage labor and the profit-seeking system. Therefore, the job (occupation) of “the native people” is itself the same as their identity. In short, the representation of “native people” highlighted the individual existence. This is a meaningful achievement in that it is differentiated from the mainstream representation of that period.
