      • 테이핑이 내측 상과염 환자의 통증에 미치는 효과

        Purpose : The Purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of taping on the pain decrease in patient with medial epicondylitis. Methods : A total of 20 patients participated in this study. Group 1 of 10 subjects performed taping intervention three times a week. Group 2 of 10 subjects only therapeutic modalities for 30 minutes. We analyzed the descriptive statistics and one-way ANOVA by SPSS 12.0 for windows. Results : In comparison of VAS between pre and post value, the decrease of pain was significant in the experimental and control group(p<.05). In comparison of the difference of VAS score between the groups was significant difference at (p<.05). Conclusion : Taping techniques helped to lower VAS score in patients with medial epicondylitis. Further tirials, which give attention to these parts, are needed before any firm conclusions may be made.

        백서 도상 피부피판에서 허혈-재관류 손상의 예방: Histamine 수용체 봉쇄약물과 L-arginine의 효과 비교

        Vascular thrombosis and ischemic necrosis still remain the most significant threats to the survival of free flaps. To date, neutrophils have been implicated in the pathogenesis of postischemic injury. Several studies have demonstrated that modulating the neutrophil response to ischemia-reperfusion injury can decrease the extent of the injury. In addition, some authors noticed that mast cell counts were also increased in flaps exposed to state of ischemia/reperfusion. So, we designed to evaluate the role of mast cells in ischemia/reperfusion by blocking histamine and to compare the effect of L-arginine, a nitric oxide precursor which is known to prevent neutrophil-mediated tissue injury. Epigastric island skin flaps were elevated in 30 rats and rendered ischemic. Thirty minutes prior to reperfusion, the rats were treated with intraperitoneal saline, diphenhydramine, cimetidine, and L-arginine. The necrosis rate of flap at 7 days, the number of neutrophils and mast cells at 20 hours were evaluated. In conclusion, histamine receptor blockers as well as L-arginine significantly decreased flap necrosis in a rat skin island ischemia-reperfusion flap model, but the protective effect was not significantly different in both agent groups.

        대기 중 다환방향족탄화수소 측정방법의 성능평가 - 하이볼륨 샘플링 및 GC/MS 분석방법을 대상으로

        In this study, a measurement method was evaluated for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in the ambient atmosphere. PAHs were sampled by high-volume samplers, and were then analysed with a GC/MS system. Particulate PAHs were collected on $8"{\times}10"$ quartz fiber filter, while vapor phase PAHs were adsorbed on polyurethane foam (PUF). Target compounds included a total of 36 PAHs, which are known to be frequently detected in the urban atmosphere. It was not necessary to clean-up samples before samples were analyzed using GC/MS, and the overall performance of the method was tested by a variety of quality control and quality assurance schemes. It is generally known that the clean-up procedure can negatively affect the recovery of samples. Precision and accuracy was evaluated using SRM provided by US NIST, and the results were generally satisfactory and reliable. However, the GC/MS method appeared not to be adequate for 6-rings PAHs, such as coronene, due to its lower sensitivity. In addition, collection efficiencies for low molecular compounds, such as 2-rings PAHs, were poor because of the lower retention volume of the PUF adsorbent. As a result, it was concluded that the method based on high-volume sampling and GC/MS analysis can give very reliable data by simultaneous sampling of both particulate and vapor phases for 3-rings to 5-rings PAHs of environmental concern.

        유기고분자로 표면 개질 된 입상활성탄을 이용한 프러시안 블루 고정화 및 Cs<sup>+</sup> 제거

        Prussian blue is known as a superior material for selective adsorption of radioactive cesium ions; however, the separation of Prussian blue from aqueous suspension, due to particle size of around several tens of nanometers, is a hurdle that must be overcome. Therefore, this study aims to develop granule type adsorbent material containing Prussian blue in order to selectively adsorb and remove radioactive cesium in water. The surface of granular activated carbon was grafted using a covalent organic polymer (COP-19) in order to enhance Prussian blue immobilization. To maximize the degree of immobilization and minimize subsequent detachment of Prussian blue, several immobilization pathways were evaluated. As a result, the highest cesium adsorption performance was achieved when Prussian blue was synthesized in-situ without solid-liquid separation step during synthesis. The sample obtained under optimal conditions was further analyzed by scanning electron microscope-energy dispersive spectrometry, and it was confirmed that Prussian blue, which is about 9.7% of the total weight, was fixed on the surface of the activated carbon; this level of fixing represented a two-fold improvement compared to before COP-19 modification. In addition, an elution test was carried out to evaluate the stability of Prussian blue. Leaching of Prussian blue and cesium decreased by 1/2 and 1/3, respectively, compared to those levels before modification, showing increased stability due to COP-19 grafting. The Prussian blue based adsorbent material developed in this study is expected to be useful as a decontamination material to mitigate the release of radioactive materials.

        Purpose : This study aims to analyze the effect of abdominal respiration on back pain of an Elementary Schoolchild. Methods : The data was collected from April 9 to April 27. We analyzed the descriptive statistics and paired t-test by SPSS 12.0 for windows. Results : The results of the study were as follow : The comparison of change in visual analogue scale showed effective differences before and after diaphragmatic breathing exercise. Conclusion : Thus, this study indicates that have a positive effect on Back Pain of an Elementary Schoolchild. Further trials, which give attention to these parts, are needed before any firm conclusions may be made.

        당뇨유도 백서 경골에 티타늄 임플란트 매식 시 저출력 초음파 적용이 골치유에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: Diabetes mellitus (DM) has been shown to alter the properties of the bone and impair bone healing around a titanium implant. The aim of this study is to investigate whether the low-intensity pulsed ultrasound (LIPUS), which has been known to stimulate the bone healing, improve the osseointegration of the titanium implant in tibia of DM-induced rats. Methods: 16 rats were received streptozotocin (60 mg/kg) for inducing diabetes. A total number of 32 titanium implants were placed bilaterally into both tibiae of these rats. The right tibia of each rat received LIPUS application (10 min/day) during 7 days post-operation, while the left side received no treatment. The study was carried on for six weeks and the rats were sacrificed at 1, 2, 4, and 6 weaks postoperatively (4 rats for each week) for histomorphometric and histologic analysis. Bone-implant contact and bone area were measured. Comparisons between the groups were made using statistical analysis on histomorphometric analysis. Results: The histomorphometry parameters showed that the bone-implant contact and the bone area values have decreased in the late osseointegration periods (4, 6 weeks) compared to the early osseointegration periods (1, 2 weeks) in both two groups. The bone-implant contact values of the LIPUS group were somewhat higher than those of controls at 1, 2 weeks, but the difference was not statistically significant. The bone area values of the LIPUS group were also higher than those of controls at 1, 2 weeks, but the difference was not statistically significant as well. Conclusion: Results of this study indicate that LIPUS may have positive effects on early osseointegration but could not improve the long term stability of dental implants.

      • 당태종(唐太宗)의 고구려 침공과 백암성(白巖城) 전투

        645년 5월 17일 遼東城 함락의 불길은 그 동북쪽인 白巖城에서 목격되었다. 다음차례는 백암성이라 믿었던 성주 孫代音은 공포에 떨었고, 唐太宗에게 사람을 보내 항복을 예약하고 한숨 놓았다. 일신의 안위만을 생각했던 손대음은 개인생존의 욕망이 강했고, 그의 머리를 지배한 것은 공포였다. 5월 29일 突厥王族 李思摩가 군사를 이끌고 백암성 성벽에 접근하다가 활을 맞았다. 李思摩는 고구려에서 突厥騎兵을 이끌었다. 함께 종군한 阿史那社爾 阿史那忠, 執失思力의 弟인 執失莫訶友도 그러했다. 契苾何力은 蘭州ㆍ河州의 이민족부대를 이끌었다. 그들은 西突厥族ㆍ鮮卑族ㆍ羌族ㆍ이란계 西域人 등으로 구성되어 있다. 戰場은 인종 전시장이었다. 烏骨城에서 백암성을 구원하기 위해 군대 1萬을 보냈다. 契苾何力 휘하의 유목기병과 오골성의 고구려기병 사이에 전투가 벌어졌다. 契苾何力이 유목기병대를 이끌고 나아가 고구려 군대와 충돌하였다. 그러나 고구려군(萬衆)의 陣에 둘러 싸였고, 포위망이 좁혀지면서 유목기병들을 죽어나갔다. 절명의 순간 薛萬備가 單馬로 와서 고구려 기병들을 죽이고 契苾何力 구출했다. 유목민기병이 산성이 많은 고구려에서 唐軍의 중추역할을 했다. 가혹한 환경에서 살아가는 유목민들은 흔들리는 말 위에서 활을 쏘고 창을 휘두르는 기예를 기본적으로 가지고 있었다. 그것은 고정된 땅위에서 무기를 다루는 것과는 근본적으로 달랐다. 그들은 고성능 요격기와 같은 존재였다. 중국인병사들은 그들 없이는 보급로를 지킬 수도 고구려의 요새들을 포위할 수도 그 요새를 때려 부수는 공성기도 운반해 올 수도 없었다. 성의 중요한 기능 가운데 '籠城'이 있지만 그것은 포위된 절망적 단계이다. 고립된 성은 공성기의 공격을 받아 결국 함락되기 일쑤였다. 상황이 거기까지 가지 않기 위해서는 기병력이 받쳐주어야 한다. 공격을 받는 성 자체의 기병으로 한계가 있을 수도 있다. 때문에 주변의 성으로부터 지원을 받아야 한다. 언급한 오골성의 고구려 구원군이 그것이다. 한편 첫 싸움에서 승리한 高突勃의 고구려기병이 入城하여 백암성의 사기를 올려놓았다. 고구려가 백암성을 버리지 않았다는 것이 현실로 나타났고, 앞으로 자신들의 생활터전을 지켜낼 수 있다는 희망이 보였다. 황제에게 항복을 예약한 백암성주 손대음도 후회했다. 진노한 황제가 城함락 후 약탈을 허락했다. 앞서 蓋牟城과 遼東城을 함락시켰지만 개인적인 약탈은 없었다. 그것은 군법으로 엄격하게 금지되어 있었다. 살아 돌아왔지만 분했던 契苾何力은 그날(5월 29일) 상처를 묶고 다시 출동했다. 그를 따르는 기병들도 奮擊하여, 오골성에서 온 고구려기병을 깨트렸다고 한다. 백암성은 강도 끼고 있었고, 성벽의 3면이 험절했다. 병력이 접근 가능한 성벽은 60步 정도 밖에 되지 않았다. 기병력에서 우위를 점한 시점부터 唐軍은 공성기를 그 성벽 앞으로 옮길 수 있었다(5월 30일). 李勣의 지휘 하에 白巖城에 대한 공격이 시작되었다(6월 1일). 沖車가 성곽을 때렸고, 석포에서는 돌이 활에서는 화살을 쏟아졌다. 기어오르는 唐軍의 기세도 거세졌다. 그들이 백암성에서 쏘아대는 화살과 돌을 무릅쓰고 싸우는 까닭은 포로와 물건을 획득하려는 탐욕 때문이었다. 唐軍의 거센 공격이 지속되자 성주 손대음의 마음이 다시 항복 쪽으로 기울었다. 밀사를 보내 황제에게 다시 항복을 청했다. 그리고 唐의 깃발을 성위(점장대?)에 계양했다. 각자 맡은 자리를 지키든 고구려병사들이 그것을 보고 저항을 멈추었다. 백암성이 함락되었다. 황제는 약탈을 금지시키고 병사들에게 자비로 보상하기로 했다. 그는 덕화를 고구려인들에게 보여주어야 했다. 목숨을 바쳐 성을 사수하다가 산화한 요동성주 ㆍ 蓋牟城主의 이름을 우리는 모른다. 황제를 물리친 安市城主도 역사에 이름을 남기지 못했다. 하지만 성을 팔아넘긴 손대음은 기록에 남았다. On May 17, 645, the flames of the fall of the Riaotung fortress were seen in the northeastern part of Baekam the fortress. The next time, Master of Castle Son Dae-eum who believed to be Baekam Fortress, was terrified, and sent a man to Emperor Tang Taejong to reserve surrender. Son Dae-eum, who thought only of his own safety, had a strong desire for personal survival, and it was fear that dominated his head. On May 29, Asanasama, a royal family of Trük, was bowed while approaching the wall of Baekam Fortress with troops. Asanasama led the Trük cavalry in Goguryeo. The same was true of Asanasai, Asanachung and Gipsil, who also fought together. Gyepilharyuk Army led cavalry consisting of the Western Trük, Senbi, Tibetian, and Iranians. The battleground was a race showroom. Ogol Fortress sent 10,000 Goguryeo troops to save Baekam Fortress. A battle was fought between nomadic cavalry and Goguryeo cavalry. Gyepilharyuke was surrounded by Goguryeo troops, and as the siege narrowed, nomadic cavalry died. In Goguryeo War, Nomadic cavalry played a pivotal role in the Tang army which has a lot of acidity. Nomads living in harsh conditions basically had the art of shooting bows and swinging spears on swaying horses. It was fundamentally different from dealing with weapons on fixed ground. They were like high-performance interceptors. Without them, Chinese soldiers could not defend the supply route, encircle Goguryeo's fortresses, or carry the siege planes that smashed the fortress. One of the important functions of the castle is the sit-in, but it is a desperate stage of siege. The isolated castle was often attacked by an air force and eventually fell. In order for the situation not to go that far, cavalry must support it. There may be a limit to the cavalry of the castle itself under attack. Therefore, we need to get support from nearby castles. It is Army of Ogolseong Fortress The victorious Goguryeo cavalry raised the morale of Baekam Fortress. The people of the castle showed hope that they could protect their living quarters. Son Dae-eum also regretted. Then the angry emperor allowed the plunder after the fall of the fortress. Gyepilharyuke, who was alive but angry, was dispatched again (May 29). His followers also reportedly broke Goguryeo cavalry from Ogolseong Fortress. From the point of gaining the upper hand in cavalry, the Tang army was able to move the siege to the city of Baengam on 30 May. Catapult hit the fortress. Stones and arrows pour into the castle. The rising momentum of the Tang army also increased. ju Son Dae-eum's heart leaned back toward surrender. He sent a secret agent to ask the emperor to surrender again. Tang's flag hung over the castle. Goguryeo soldiers saw it and stopped resistance. Baekamseong Fortress has fallen. The emperor decided to ban looting and reward soldiers at his own expense. He had to show Mercy to the Goguryeo people. We do not know the name of the Master of Liaodong ㆍGemo Castle who died while guarding the castle. The Master of Anshi Castle who defeated the emperor, did not make a name in history. However, Son Dae-eum, who sold off the castle, was recorded. tress.
