        도전성 고무 매트를 이용한 수소 기반 시설에서 제전 신뢰성 향상

        Hydrogen-based electricity and transportation systems are widely recognized as sustainable power sources. However, the low ignition energy of hydrogen, only 1/10th that of conventional fossil fuels, poses a safety concern involving the risk of ignition due to electrostatic discharge from facility workers. Therefore, anti-static systems are imperative for hydrogen-based electricity facilities. To address this, we propose a reliable conductive rubber mat (CRM) to ensure the safety of these facilities. Unlike conventional anti-static floors that utilize conductive paint (CP), the CRM features a uniform distribution of conductive components in chemically and mechanically stable rubber. As a result, the CRM is unyielding to polar solvents (such as ethanol and hydrosulfuric acid) and non-polar solvents (like mineral oil) without increasing its resistance. Moreover, the CRM can withstand mechanical stress. Consequently, the human-body voltage of workers on the CRM would be sufficiently low enough to protect them from hydrogen explosions, thereby enhancing overall safety.

        Cobalt-isomorphous substituted SAPO-34 via milling and recrystallization for enhanced catalytic lifetime toward methanol-to-olefin reaction

        Silicoaluminophsophate (SAPO)-34 is considered as a promising catalyst for methanol-to-olefin (MTO)reaction, because its cylinder-like cages with small 8-ring pore openings restrict the diffusion of largehydrocarbons and exceptionally give high selectivity for light olefins. However, its main drawback is rapidcatalytic deactivation by heavy hydrocarbons confined inside the cages. Here, we report a facile syntheticstrategy for submicro-sized cobalt (Co)-isomorphous substituted SAPO-34 with controlled Co contentthrough milling and Co-incorporated recrystallization. Co-isomorphous substitution on the CHAframework of SAPO-34 was thoroughly proven by XRD patterns, HADDF scanning TEM images, EDSmapping images, H2-TPR profiles, and diffuse reflectance UV-Vis spectra. Regarding the modified particlesize, pore structure and acidity of the as-synthesized Co-isomorphous substituted SAPO-34, evaluation ofMTO reaction revealed the correlation between the catalytic lifetime and the content of Co-isomorphoussubstitution. As an efficient platform to overcome the intrinsically low catalytic lifetime toward MTOreaction, this work provides a versatile strategy to generate various transition metal-isomorphoussubstituted SAPO-34 materials on the submicro scale.

        전기화재 통계분석을 통한 효율적인 전기설비 원격감시 방안 도출

        Despite the technical advance and efforts to decrease electrical fires, the ratio of electrical fire has been maintained at around 20% for the last ten years. To realize a safe electrical system, regular inspection of the electrical system has been conducted; however, regular inspection is ineffective in monitoring the electrical system's abrupt failure. As a result, many electrical facilities have left unmonitored without proper treatment. Regarding these factors, national regulations to real-time monitor electrical facilities in remote were established in 2020, and the adoption of remote inspection started to increase for early fault detection as well as reduced electrical fires. In this paper, the priority of electrical facilities monitoring was derived through national fire statistics for their effective operation. The statics indicates that the reduction in loss and casualties from the fire will be the greatest if remote monitoring systems are introduced in industrial and medical facilities. In addition, preemptive arc fault detection and on-site preventive maintenance of faulty equipment before monsoon season and cold winter will significantly decrease electrical fires. According to the statics-based analysis, we estimate the effect of remote monitoring on reducing electrical fire depending on the measuring factors and period. If real-time monitoring systems for leakage and over-current are installed in electricity facilities, they will reduce electrical fires caused by arc, over-current, and leakage. We expect a 20 - 25% of electrical fire (~1900 cases/year) reduction if remote monitoring systems are implemented on all consumer sites.

      • 법랑아세포종에서의 p53 및 MIB-1 발현 : 임상 및 병리학적 요인들간의 연관성 Correlation Between Clincopathologic Parameters

        Thirty five patinets' paraffin embedded biops block , which was previously diagnosed ameloblastoma and obtained from oral and maxillofacial surgery dept. of pusan paik hospital and OMS dept of collage dentistry, pusan national university hospital, from January 1994 to march 1999, were performed immunohistochemistry with p-53 and MIB-1. On investigating the expression, correlation between clinical and histologic factor and correlation between prognosis and moleculopathologic property were examined. And we obtained the following results; 1. Age over forty, recurrence rate was 58.5%. 91.4% of the tumor was developed on mandibule, recurrence rate of maxilla area tumor was 66.7% On radiologic and histologic feature, multilocular and follicular type has high recurrence rate but no significance statistical difference was found 2. Expression of p-53 was 25.7%, When underage of forty. location on mandibule, multilocular and plexiform type, the expression of p-53 was somewhat higher and recurred cases of tumor, expression rate was 12.5%. 3. MIB-1 expression rate was 77.1%. When location on mandibule, unilocular, plexiform type tumor and previously recurred case, MIB-1 expression was 87.5% which was somewhat higher than no recurrence case of 74.1%. 4. 33.3.% of positive on MIB-1 have expression of p-53 and all p-53 positive case express MIB-1 positive. All p-53 positive case have high cell proliferation rate. From this result, age and location have closely related with the prognosis of tumor, histologic feature and MIB-1 expression has related with the prognosis of tumor. But p-53 has highly expressed on cell proliferation area, not closely related with the prognosis of tumor.

        12주간 저항성 밴드운동이 비만 청소년의 혈중지질 및 염증지표에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 비만 청소년을 대상으로 12주간의 저항성 밴드운동 프로그램에 따른 혈중지질과 염증지표에 미치는 영향을 고찰하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구 대상자는 체지방이 25% 이상이며 백분위수 95이상인 남학생 20명으로서, 운동집단 10명과 통제집단 10명으로 무선배정을 통해 분류하였다. 운동집단은 점증적 과부하의 원리를 이용하여최대반복횟수로 12주간 저항성 밴드운동을 실시하였다. 혈액 변인 측정은 12주의 운동 전과 운동 후에 실시하였다. 이원분 산분석(집단×측정시기) 결과 지질변인에서, TG와 TC는 집단과 측정시기 간 상호교호작용이 나타났으나, HDL-C와 LDL-C는 상호교호작용을 보이지 않았다. 염증지표에서는 Fibrinogen이 집단과 측정시기 간 상호교호작용을 보인 반면 CRP와 WBC에서는 상호교호작용이 나타나지 않았다. 이상의 결과를 종합하면 비만청소년을 대상으로 저항성 밴드운동을 수행하는 것은 혈중지질과 염증지표에 긍정적 변화를 유도하는 것으로 사료된다. This study is intended to consider the impacts of the 12-week resistance band exercise program on blood lipids and inflammatory markers of obese adolescents. This study was targeted at 20 male students who had over 25% of body fat and were above the 95 percentile, and ten of them each were randomly assigned to an exercise group or a control group. The exercise group was asked to conduct the resistance band exercise for 12 weeks with repetition maximum using principles of gradual overload. Blood variables of the students were measured before and after the 12-week exercise. According to the findings of two-way ANOVA(group×measurement time), as lipid variables, TG and TC showed interaction effect between group and measurement time, but HDL-C and LDL-C did not. Also, Fibrinogen, as an inflammatory markers, showed a interaction effect between group and measurement time, whereas it wasn`t observed from CRP and WBC. From these results, it is thought that the resistance band exercise for obese adolescents positively changes blood lipids and inflammatory markers.

        내면화된 수치심이 편집성향에 미치는 영향: 외로움에서 성별의 조절된 매개효과

        The purpose of this study was to examine the moderated mediating effect of gender difference through loneliness on the relationship between internalized shame and paranoid tendency. The Internalized Shame Scale (ISS), UCLA Loneliness Scale version 3, and Paranoia Scale were administered to 444 undergraduates. The main findings were as follows. First, internalized shame, loneliness, and paranoid tendency showed statistically significant correlations. Second, loneliness partially mediated between internalized shame and paranoid tendency. Third, the effect of internalized shame on paranoid tendency through loneliness was not significantly moderated by gender difference. The implications and limitations of the study were discussed with suggestions for future studies. 본 연구는 사회탈구심성이론에서 출발하여 내면화된 수치심과 편집성향의 관계를 외로움이 매개하는지, 그리고 그 과정에서 성별이 조절효과를 갖는지 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 대학생 444명을 대상으로 내면화된 수치심, UCLA 외로움, 편집증 척도를 사용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 내면화된 수치심과 외로움, 편집성향은 유의한 상관이 있었다. 둘째, 내면화된 수치심이 편집성향에 영향을 미치고, 이 관계를 외로움이 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 성별에 의해 조절된 외로움의 매개효과 분석 결과 내면화된 수치심과 편집성향의 관계에서 외로움은 성별에 의해 조절되지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 연구의 의의 및 임상 장면에의 시사점 및 후속 연구의 필요성에 관해 논의하였다.

        저체온요법을 사용한 심정지 후 환자에서 정량뇌파분석을 통한 신경계 예후예측

        Background: Post-cardiac arrest syndrome (PCAS) is one of the critical conditions which can result in a more serious brain injury. Early and accurate prognostication is crucial for deciding the patient’s therapeutic plan and setting the treatment goal. This study aimed to establish the prognostication values of quantitative electroencephalography (QEEG) in PCAS patients. Methods: We recruited 183 PCAS patients treated with therapeutic hypothermia. Electroencephalography (EEG) data within 72 hours after cardiac arrest (CA) and clinical data were collected. QEEG analysis including power spectral density (PSD) and connectivity analysis of default mode network (DMN) with imaginary coherence were performed. Results: There were significantly different patterns of PSD between neurologic good and poor outcome groups; absolute and relative power of the alpha 2 and beta 1 frequency (10-15 Hz) bands were increased in all brain regions of good outcome group. However, the relative power of the delta band and higher frequency bands over fast alpha (beta 3 and gamma bands over 20 Hz) were poor outcome markers. We found out that connectivity of DMN were significantly decreased in the poor outcome group compared with the good outcome group. Conclusions: These findings suggest that QEEG analysis could quantify and automate the interpretation of EEG. Furthermore, they can improve the prognostic values for neurologic outcomes relatively accurately and objectively in PCAS patients treated with hypothermia compared with traditional visual grading.
