이 연구는 강원도교육청 소속 교사들을 대상으로 학교급별 경력 단계에 따른 교사들의 연수 요구도를 조사하여 생애단계 교사연수 모형을 개발하였다. 조사 결과 초등학교 교사는 공통적으로 심리상담, 생활지도, 학생학습지원, 진로지도, 학생이해 공감과 관련된 연수가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 적응기에는 수업과 교과전문 연수, 성장기는 자기관리와 교과전문 연수, 성숙기에는 자기관리와 수업 연수, 숙련기에는 자기관리와 자기개발 연수가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 중학교 교사는 공통적으로 진로지도, 심리상담, 생활지도와 관련된 연수가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 적응기에는 학생학습지원, 수업, 교과전문, 학생이해, 공감 연수, 성장기에는 네트워크 구축 및 활용, 자기관리, 학생학습지원, 교과전문 연수, 성숙기는 학생학습지원, 자기관리, 수업, 학생이해공감 연수, 숙련기에는 네트워크 구축 및 활용, 자기관리, 학습공동체 활동, 학생이해공감 연수가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 고등학교 교사는 공통적으로 진로지도, 심리상담, 생활지도와 관련된 연수가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 적응기에는 학생학습지원, 수업, 교과전문, 학생이해, 공감 연수, 성장기에는 수업, 학생이해공감, 학습공동체 활동, 학생학습지원 연수, 성숙기는 자기관리, 학생학습지원, 학습공동체활동, 학생이해공감 연수, 숙련기에는 학습공동체 활동, 자기관리, 자기개발, 네트워크 구축 및 활용 연수가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to develop a lifelong career stage teacher training model for Gangwon - do Office of Education. The results of this study are as follows: First, elementary school teachers need training related to psychological counseling, life guidance, student learning support, career guidance and student understanding. Self-management and self-development training are needed for self - management and self - development. Self- management and self - development training are needed for maturity. Second, middle school teachers commonly need training related to career guidance, psychological counseling, and life guidance. The specialized training required for each career is as follows: adaptive learning support, class, curriculum, student understanding, sympathy training, network construction and utilization during growth period, self management, student learning support, classes, student sympathy training, and skillful period network construction and utilization, self-management, learning community activities, student sympathy training is needed. Third, high school teachers commonly need training related to career guidance, psychological counseling, and life guidance. The specialized training required for each career is as follows: adaptive learning, student learning support, instruction, curriculum, student understanding, sympathy training, growing class, sympathy for student understanding, learning community activities, student learning support training, Learning community activities, student understanding sympathy training, skill group needs learning community activities, self - management, self - development, network construction and utilization training.

교사학습공동체의 실태와 활성화 방안 - 강원도 지역을 중심으로 -

이 연구는 강원도교육청 소속 교사를 대상으로 설문조사와 심층면담을 실시하여 교사학습공동체의 실태와 활성화방안을 도출하였다. 설문조사는 교사(응답자 1638명)를 대상으로 실시하였고, 심층면담은 교사 11명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 강원도교육청의 교사학습공동체 운영 사례에 대해서 교사들이 인식하는 문제점은 바쁜 일과로 참여의 어려움 호소, 강요된 학습공동체 활동과 부적합한 활동, 형식적인 운영에 대한 회의감 등이다. 교사학습공동체는 현재 시행되고 있는 연수기관 집합연수, 원격연수, 현지맞춤형 직무연수 등과 더불어 보조적으로 시행할 필요가 있으며, 소기의 목적을 달성하기 위해서는 시행과정의 개선과 더불어 제도적 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 교사학습공동체를 활성화하기 위해서 첫째, 교사의 자발적 참여와 선택권 보장, 둘째, 교사학습공동체 운영에 필요한 예산 지원, 셋째, 관리자와 교육청의 적극적 관심과 지원. 넷째, 교사학습공동체 간 네트워킹 강화, 다섯째, 교사학습공동체 운영을 위한 교사리더 양성, 여섯째, 교사학습공동체 관련 전문가 컨설팅 제공 등이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. In this study, we conducted a survey and interviews to find out the realities and revitalization policy of teachers’ professional learning community for Gangwon-do Office of Education. The survey was given to 1638 teachers, who were working for Gangwon - do Office of Education. Interviews were conducted with 11 teachers. The result showed that teachers’ professional learning communities needed to be introduced supplementarily with group training programs, on-line training programs, and on-site training programs. The revitalization policy for improving teachers’ professional learning community are as follows: voluntary participation and choice for teachers, financial support for running teachers’ professional learning community, educational leaders’ support for the community, building networks among communities, nurturing the teachers' leaders, and providing professional consulting services.

장대터널 내 사고감소와 경관개선을 위한 벽화조성에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 도로터널을 주행하는 운전자의 사고를 감소시킬 수 있는 시각적 방안 중 벽화조성이라는 경관을 고려한 도로시설물 개선 방안을 제시하였다. 장대터널 내 벽화 조성은 먼저 단조로운 터널 내부에 시각적인 도로 시설물을 설치하여 운전자의 시각을 각성시켜 사고를 감소시키는 기능적인 측면이 있다. 이러한 기능적인 측면과 더불어, 터널 내 벽화는 다른 도로 시설물과 다르게 도로터널 내 시각적인 환경의 경관을 개선할 수 있다. 이는 시각적인 환경을 쾌적하고 아름답게 만들면서, 터널 내부의 환경적으로 부족한 부분을 보완할 수 있다. 또한 운전자에게는 감성적인 요소를 제공할 것이며, 상정적인 효과로 지역 이미지 구축이 가능해지는 등 복합적인 기능을 할 수 있게 될 것이다. The purpose of this study is to reflect the improvement plan of the road facility considering the landscape of the mural painting creation as a visual method to reduce the accident of the driver driving the road tunnel. The mural painting creation first by installing visual road facilities in a longitudinal tunnel has a functional aspect that reduces traffic accidents to awaken the driver's vision inside a monotonous tunnel. In addition to these functional aspects, in-runnel wall painting can improve the landscape of the visual environment in the road tunnel unlike other road facilities. In-tunnel wall painting can complement the environmentally insufficient part of the tunnel while making the visual environment pleasant and beautiful. It will provide the driver with an emotional element. And it will be possible to build a regional image with a symbolic effect and to have a complex function and so on.

Background: The aim of this prospective study was to evaluate the usefulness of PCR-based restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) analysis for differentiating H. pylori strains after the triple therapy in patient s with duodenal ulcer. Methods: Following a 1-2 week regimen of omeprazole 40 mg, amoxicillin 2.0 g, and clarithromycin 1.0 g, twice daily, twenty patient s with duodenal ulcer were enrolled. Ten patients (group 1) were not successfully treated, and another 10 patients (group 2) exhibited recurrence of infection. Follow-up diagnosis was performed by Giemsa stain and CLO test. RFLP profiles of antral and midbody biopsy specimens were compared before and after therapy. PCR products using the ure C gene were digested with restriction enzymes Hha I, M bo I, and H ind III, and the fragments generated were analyzed by agarose gel electrophoresis. Results: Hha I, M bo I, and H ind III digestion produced 13, 7, and 2 distinguishable digestion patterns, respectively. There was no difference in RFLP profiles before and after the therapy in 17 duodenal ulcer patient s, while different RFLP profiles following therapy were discovered in 3 patients. Following treatment, one (group 2) patient differed in M bo I, and two (one each from both groups) patients differed in Hha I and M bo I RFLP patterns. Conclusion: This study supports the hypothesis that PCR-based RFLP analysis can be useful for differentiating reinfection and recrudescence of H . pylori strains following triple therapy. CH₄/ H₂유도결합 플라즈마를 이용한 InP의 건식 식각에 관한 연구

Taguchi가 제안한 강건설계 및 연구자의 주관에 의존하는 통상적인 실험방법을 병행하여 CH₄/ H₂ 유도결합 고밀도 플라즈마를 이용한 InP 소재의 반응성이온에칭에 있어 공정변수들이 식각특성에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 적정조건을 도출하였다. 연구 결과 ICP 전력은 표면거칠기와 측벽수직도, bias 전력은 식각속도와 수직도에, CH₄분율은 수직도와 식각속도, 석영창과 시료 사이의 거리는 표면 거칠기에 영향을 주는 변수로 작용하였고, 식각속도에 가장 크게 영향을 주는 변수는 공정압력임을 알 수 있었다. 결과적으로 ICP Power 700W, bias Power 150W, 시편/coil 거리 14 ㎝, 압력 7.5 mTorr, 15% CH₄의 적정조건에서 시간당 약 3.1 ㎛의 식각속도와 미려한 표면을 얻어, 기존의 반응성 이온 식각 (RIE)과 비교하여 1.5배 이상의 식각속도를 얻을 수 있었다. Reactive ion etching process for InGaAsP/InP using the CH₄/ H₂ high density inductively coupled plasma was investigated. The experimental design method proposed by Taguchi was utilized to cover the whole parameter range while maintaining reasonable number of actual experiments. Results showed that the ICP power mainly affects surface roughness and verticality of the sidewall, bias power does etch rate and verticality, CH₄ gas concentration does the verticality and etch rate, and the distance between the induction coil and specimen mostly affects the surface roughness. It was also observed that the chamber pressure is the dominant parameter for the etch rate and verticality of the sidewall. The optimum condition was ICP power 700W, bias power 150W, 15% CH₄, 7.5 mTorr, and 14 ㎝ distance, resulting in about 3 ㎛/hr etch rate with smooth surfaces and vertical mesa sidewalls.
